Order made on Thursday November 7, 2024 via uber eats So vinaigrette sauce on the potatoes! In addition to the quantity which was very small I found hairs on the potatoes I made the complaint on ubereats I dont recommend!

The lady who served me today was very friendly. I appreciated his service; she was smiling, patient and she guided me with my choices. I ate very well too. The meat was so tender and juicy. I had the special of the day (chicken and merguez) I will go back, thats for sure!

Do not take Torino gift cards. Staff have difficulty speaking French or English, difficulty understanding the order, forget parts of the order. Pretty bad experience. Go elsewhere if possible.

Wow wow wow first time I tasted a restaurant like this just incredible the sauce the chicken the vegetables which are fresh 10/10 I recommend

$50 for a 4-meat plate with extra merguez and extra chicken strip. All 4 meats are dry, tasteless and ridiculously small in size (one to 2 bites per piece). The potatoes are not seasoned even with salt and pepper. Greek salad is just cucumber with peppers and the feta tastes like nothing and is reduced to mush. I have never been more disappointed with a meal in my life and the price was exorbitant for the portion.

This place is no longer what it used to be. The service is good but the food is not. The choices have become very simple. Example before I liked the beet salad with apples. Now its just beetroot cubes. No interesting choice of salad while you are entitled to 3 choices with the meat plate. And the meat is dry. I will not return to this Torino again.

I ordered a daily special of chicken with merguez sausages. It comes with three choices of accompaniment: the salad is fresh daily and the meats are cooked gradually, making them even fresher. Great discovery!

The reson i giving only 1 star for the food. Is because the lady preparing the food is wearing gloves but never changes them. She touches every tunsel, makes clients pay at the cash, handles the bags, and takes the raw chicken from the bin with her gloves and continues to touch everything. Never changing her gloves After seeing this i canceled my order and left.

Torino restaurants are always excellent...except this one. The welcome and atmosphere was good. The food was not. The potatoes were overcooked and recooked. The chicken marinade was way too spicy which it never usually is. The cooked vegetables were raw and the whole plate was cold. It was one of my favorite places. I will go to another Torino.

Second time taking out from this location and both times food was not fresh. Tonight we ordered two orders of deux pilons plates, with sides of potatoes, sauteed veggies and pasta salad. The chicken drumsticks were burnt but cold, the veggies were rock hard broccolis, mac salad was ok and they didn t give us any potatoes. When we called to let them know that the potatoes were missing, they said they can t do anything about it. Please avoid this location. The food quality is substantially worse than the st Bruno location for some reason I still enjoy the Torino at the st Bruno mall (although it s further for us).

I go with my mother on a late Saturday afternoon, I order a poutine and my mother a fries with sauce.. when I arrive at the cash register there is only a poutine on the counter.. I tell him the fries with sauce are missing and he he answers, its my leftover fries... there werent enough to make 2 dishes. I would have liked to have been warned before going to the checkout that there was a shortage of fries. Yes, I would have gone elsewhere but I would have left with a smile and not with a poutine to pay for that I ate alone.

disappointing experience with Torino. Not only did my order arrive an hour late, but they also forgot to include the correct sauce in one of the bowls. Additionally, they didnt provide any utensils because they claimed to be out of stock. To make matters worse, the food was cold. Next time, I would prefer to order from Torino at Mail Champlain instead.

The food is not fresh, a lot of water on the plate, the chicken was not cooked very well, I ate there! the person forgot to give me the sauces after I had to go back to get the sauce after I had to go back to ask for the bread knowing that the restaurant was empty. The person serving the food blows their nose then continues their work! Im a big fan of Grillades Torino but there! I am very disappointed.

I went there two weeks ago. The food was excellent and today I want something different so I ordered a different dish and the gentleman recommended me especially made burger into a wrap with his own seasoning and homemade sauce. He did the best wrap I ve ever eaten in my life, it was sweet, spicy and a little sour, it was incredible. Mr. Ahmad, thank you so very much, would recommend 10/10 I would attach a picture but there s only the foil paper with sauce left, but I devoured it with pleasure!

Super expensive!!!! And I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw how small the chicken and beef sandwiches are. I paid $8.50 plus tax for a sandwich that even a newborn wouldnt be satisfied with. Unbelievable.And the poutine is super tiny as well and $4 extra to add beef on top. What a rip off. Also I asked for a fountain drink (and he charged me for it) and gave me a canned pepsi because the fountain machine wasnt working ... and thats how you want us to give you a tip? First and last time coming here.

This week, our family decided to go out for dinner. My children voted 100% for Grillade Torino as their favorite restaurant in the Sounth-Shore. The food is excellent as always, but the people serving food is more than staff. Beautiful smile on their face and we feel very warm and welcomed each time we stop by. Highly recommended.

The meat was generally dry, the beef not tender, the chicken very tasteless. The couscous was not soaked enough in sauce so it tasted nothing and was dry. The chickpea salad was very good though.
