One of the worst steakhouses Ive eaten at. Steak New York at $48, already too expensive, you have to pay an extra $4 for one except. As I was already paying too much for the Steak I said no. He brings this with NO seasoning. The pint of beer (20oz)... $12!!!!!! Never seen this My wife didnt even finish her marguarita because it tasted like gambling concentrate, not alcohol. In short it cost $170 for 2 steaks with no flavor. The good: the service was impeccable, it took 20 seconds for someone to come see us after being seated. The cooking of the meat was impeccable. But hug, everything is too expensive... $12 for a 20oz of beer when its normally $9-10. $48 For a steak no sauce/spices. Go to the La Carcasse restaurant, you will come out with a cheaper bill, and you will want to lick your plate because the seasoning on the steaks is so good!

The waitress forgot my friends drinks and ch once the passais or 4 different waiters always came to ask us if they had finished it was embarrassing and disturbing the waitress was not very nice and seemed tired and was rough at times and they we were placed next to a party with lots of noisy children when the restaurant was empty on the bar side and the restaurant floor was slippery it wasnt great we wont go back and Pkoi 4 different servers have each 30 min see if they have finished

To begin my opinion, the mens toilet in the left cabin, the toilet is leaking and the door lock is broken, so the toilet is unusable. There is only one functional toilet left! Very ordinary for a full restaurant and at dinner time. The table dhôte menu, my mother orders the meat lasagna with rosé sauce which is obviously not available. We are talking about a dinner on a Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. The cleanliness of the premises remains to be desired, there is sauce on the walls, we notify an employee, no one has come to clean. The kitchen is unable to cook meat to the requested doneness. Not at all impressed, I dont think Ill come back, very disappointed by this more than mediocre experience!

Houston needs love. The faux leather benches that customers sit on are ALL crumbling everywhere, even on our clothes. It gives the appearance of an abandoned restaurant lacking financial resources and that s not very reassuring. It doesnt give the impression of dining in a good restaurant with refined dishes, and it doesnt give you confidence at all. I had the salmon tartare and the beef carpaccio. The carpaccio was very good. The tartare tasted off , I ate it anyway because I told myself that maybe I was too picky But as a matter of fact, I was sick last night and all night and I have the impression that possibly the salmon was not very fresh Our waitress at the bar was smiling, efficient and very friendly. No complaints there, she provided excellent service! The atmosphere was okay, nothing more, the level of music was adequate for a Saturday at 6 p.m. The restaurant no longer has the same atmosphere it had a few years ago. I think that by improving certain points, they could regain stars. I have always liked this restaurant but my experience yesterday was very ordinary.

Excellent meal but very slow service. When we arrived, a young man came to introduce himself as our server and never saw her again... Next waitress, doesnt seem happy with her work. When we arrived the restaurant was empty, it still took 2 hours for 2 plates and 1 dessert.

We booked on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. Once we arrived we sat on the terrace and someone came to serve us water. After 40 minutes no waiter came to take our order, we did not see any waiter pass by they were inside talking. so we left.

They have refined the menu a lot. The service is always impeccable. Super nice atmosphere in the evening.

We only tested the appetizers which were good. Thank you Cassandra our waitress who was very pleasant and gave us good advice.

Very ordinary for what it costs. My New York steak was full of tirasse. Zero satisfaction.... The toilets were terrible, two functional out of 5, so one without paper even after notifying and another which did not flush.... your desserts are good, having known I would have taken just that... .

Houston Bar & Grill has a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room, but they could consider scaling back their extensive wine menu, which was quite overwhelming. Additionally, two bottles listed on the menu were unavailable. Unfortunately, the waitress suggested alternatives that didnt align with our preferences, resulting in us not ordering a bottle. It seems logical that if no wine was ordered, the waitress should have cleared the wine glasses from our table to create more space, but she did not do so. When we ordered sparkling water initially, the waitress provided lemon wedges but forgot to bring water glasses. After reminding her, she returned with the water glasses but still didnt remove the wine glasses from our table. Its concerning that such small details arent taken seriously by the owner. Its understandable why they have a 3.8-star rating. Despite being in a 3-star restaurant, the prices on the menu reflect those of a 4-star establishment. While I dont mind the prices, I prioritize the quality of service. Anyway, when our food arrived, we ordered steak, but surprisingly, it didnt come with a steak knife, which seemed quite careless. The waitress neglected to ensure we had everything we needed. I was so frustrated that I didnt even want to call her over. Instead, I reluctantly used a butter knife. Perhaps the owner or manager might find this amusing, but its these small details that truly matter and can significantly impact the dining experience. Different people dine out for various reasons: some for the opportunity to enjoy a meal they didnt have to cook, some for romantic dates, and others specifically for the quality of service. In my generation, good service is essential for receiving a tip.

About a year ago I had a great experience over lunch where I was entertaining a business partner. I decided to go back with friends on a Saturday evening. What a disappointment!! There were more waitresses than I could count, yet the service was extremely slow. They brought us incorrect plates twice and the waitress only checked on us once, We ended up staying about 2h30, most of it waiting for our plates... The food was good, however nothing exceptional. For the price, I expected it to be better than what I can cook at home. It was not even 10pm when the music started blasting and we could barely hear each other. Most tables were still finishing their plates. Our initial plan was to stay for drinks after our meal but we were so annoyed with the whole experience that we left to go elsewhere. Our entire party will unfortunately not be going back to this Houston....

Really delicious. Starter of grilled cauliflower (really very good) and oysters. Dish: land and sea, impeccable blue cooking, it melted in the mouth and fishn ship. Impeccable and fast service. But the music was so loud, it didnt make any sense. We had trouble talking to each other even while sitting face to face. Lets say that this is not a restaurant for relaxation but more for being at the party. I wasnt in that mood. $200 with alcohol-free tips for 2.

We went out for Valentines Day and the service was very long. The food wasnt even what was on the menu, very basic of a meal. The burgers were not as good as at McDonalds, I dont recommend it if you want something more professional and good.

My work colleagues and I came on December 23 at 7:30 p.m., and our waitress, tall, blonde, short hair, was really unprofessional. We thought it was a shame, because the atmosphere was good, but our waitress was too drunk to take out our bills and separate the pitchers, so my friend and I went to help her. The girl was not able to click on the drinks and put them on the correct invoices, plus she burped in our face and didnt even apologize.

Imagine you will reserve a table for 8 people and insist to be side of the bar but when you get there they just apologize and tell you it is booked for someone else, they gave us a table far away from the DJ and dance floor, the main course served at 11:30 that you have no chance to participate for new year ceremony, then at 12 they came to bring tou the bill, told them we didnt have the desert and coffee, they apologized again and said desert ginished already and tea and coffee was cold, the package was 125$ per peraon, so unorganized, the staff were so kind but not helpful

The beef wasnt exciting.

Liked the place. A bit too loud though. There were so many tables they could have offered instead of shoving all those crowd into each other. I had hard time understanding what my fiance was telling me as people next to us were screaming and laughing awfully loud. Any how I believe its a cool place for after work meet ups with co-workers which I believe the screaming people next to us were actually co-workers. Maybe do better next time Huston team!?

Ordinary service. I was personally uncomfortable with the short skirts of the waitresses. This is exaggerated. I saw the buttocks of 2 waitresses when they got up from the bench right next to the customer tables...between 2 bites. Decent food, but value for money doesnt work. Fortunately, the meat was excellent (both the flank steak, the sirloin and the New York steak). On the other hand, the cocktails tasted like water and a weird bitter syrup (both the margarita and the whiskey sour). Very festive atmosphere on Friday evening. Luckily we were on the dining room side for dinner so we could hear each other. The music was excellent though for a group who would like to cross over to the bar side to celebrate harder.

Houston, we have a problem. If I could give this place a rating lower than 1 star I would. The food was awful, the atmosphere was horrible and the staff was incredibly disrespectful. The food was overpriced and was incredibly sub par borderline disgusting. The portions were tiny and everything was an extra cost without being told ahead of time. They charged for water with your meal which is completely unheard of. The staff was very disrespectful and rude to myself and the group of friends I was with. I wouldn t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Eat at your own risk.

We stopped in here on a whim, and we were not disappointed! We sat at the bar and had the best time with our bartender Robert. Our drinks we served with a great smile along with wonderful conversations. Our dinner was great as well. We shall be back again when we are in the area again. Hopefully Robert will be working too!!

Really disappointed with my visit. Take the trouble to book a month in advance for a romantic dinner. We are offered to eat at the bar (fighting side by side with the waiters, TV and noise) or a poorly placed table next to a group of 40 including 20 children. After receiving 3 blows from people passing by for the group and not seeing the shadow of a waiter after 20 minutes we decided to leave. Clearly we were not a priority and a reservation with so many children in a restaurant like this on a Saturday evening is ordinary.

Bad experience . From start to finish I dont even know where to start. My bill came to $450 and I have never had such bad service. Dirty plates, dirty table 6 people meals served at 30 minute intervals. No one ate at the same time 2:30 being served a glass of water. It was our first time at Quartier Dix30 and we have no intention of returning. Our waitress didnt have it at all. We had to mention to him that we had ordered a wine. She waited to send our order to the kitchen and as a result, our order was sent at the same time as a group (of 30 apparently. Thats what she told us). Which took a long time to get our plates. Between our starter and our meal, we noticed that the waitress took the time to drink shooters, with customers, very close to us. I had asked for a container to bring my leftovers and it was the boss boy who brought it to me seeing that the waitress had completely forgotten after a while. Little anecdote: the waitress asks us if we are having wine to know if she removes the unnecessary glasses on the table because they take up space, she says.... while on each table there is an empty pot , useless, because there is no candle in it. For the quality of the dishes. We have nothing to say. I had the giant ravioli stuffed with duck. My partner had the beef au jus. My daughter, a steak and fries and my son-in-law, the burger.

Good was good but service was slow..we were a group of 30 so it was to be expected !! Finished eating aroung 21h45.. never got a chance to get desert because we were so full right after diner. I wanted to wait a bit but the bill came so I got the message... had to get the bill corrected twice because my glass of wine was missing then the person added the wrong drinks to my bill... even though the food was good, I dont know if I want to repeat the experience, it is pretty loud and can be though to talk to the person around the table

Went for dinner with friends and family. The food is great and prices are reasonable. We were seated outside and it started getting a little chili as the sun started to set. The staff turned on the patio heaters without asking which added to the atmosphere on top of the much appreciated heat! We will come back.

A good 4/5 stars for this restaurant. First time trying this restaurant, and I really liked it. However, the music is excessively loud. Impossible to chat with the people at your table after 8 p.m. I understand the weekend atmosphere, but it s still a restaurant and not a nightclub. Besides that, I liked my experience: exquisite food and the waitresses are attentive and courteous. I will definitely return, but not on a weekend.

I have visited several Houstons, my favorite is really that of 10:30. Beautiful presentation of the dishes we were served in less than 15 minutes in the middle of 5 to 7. I recommend.

Hung out with friends on a Friday night, and the place had good vibes with cool music from a DJ. The service was good, and I had a nice cocktail.

It was for an office diner party this weekend. My bfs sweet potato and ginger soup had a fish bone in it. He ordered the medium Filet Mignon and got it served blue twice so he switched to the fish option. Which was hard- I named many times my shellfish allergies. I noticed they gave me a random plate with the entrés, so I knew it wasnt fully safe. Especially after my partner had fishbone in his vegetable soup.. And I asked for the mushroom risotto. Got given the shellfish one and all my coworkers screamed to take the plate away from me as it was named Im allergic. Im a 100% sure they didnt began cooking my mushroom risotto when I ordered it, because when I did receive it, the rice was still crunchy and I ate only 1/4 just to not starve as we waited about 2 hours before we got the meals. Will not come eat here ever again.

Hello, we went last weekend me and my partner. The service was ordinary, my partner received her meal 10 minutes after me and they forgot the coffee she received just before leaving. I asked for the prime rib cooked Medium rare and it was Medium very well cooked even dry. My partner got a shoulder steak that the waitress said was very tender but it was not tender and the cooking that she mentioned was medium well done, she received the rare steak. We didnt want to change because we didnt have time to go back to the kitchen. The price we paid should be number 1.

Had the ribs and tenders. The ribs were tasteless and cold the tenders were nuggets at best . The service was great. My friend had to go for 15 minutes so they came and asked to put his food in the heater. When he came back they very quickly brought his food out again. Parking: The parking is underground. Brings you right up. Been there twice in a month and police are driving the parking garage. Felt safe

I liked the festive atmosphere. As the evening progresses, the sound of the music increases and it becomes more and more rhythmic for dancing. As a group its really fun. The food was good but I wasnt impressed.

We went to the Dix30 restaurant. Poor service. Arrogant waitress. Gave us the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert and coffee. We ask her for water and she replies Encore. We ask him for more and we dont get any. Salmon tartare lacks flavor. Asked for extra cream cheese in the burger and didnt get it. Ask again and we have to pay an Extra of $6 (exaggerated). We understand that the lack of staff can influence the service which can be long but I believe that this person is out of place.

Image they cancelled our 40 people reservation (over 3000$ in sales) because they won t allow a cake to be brought from the outside . Good luck with you business decision

I made a reservation for my husband s birthday for 20 people and mentioned that in the reservation, but last minute the they told me they don t except cake for special occasions from outside . As if they already have patisserie in Huston that i am not ordering from . Not only that but the manager was so rude to me even when i am trying to explain the situation she threatened to cancel the reservation. Worst chain ever never go there for birthdays or even ever .

The staff lacks respect with the customers and especially a CEO in particular he does not know his role in the place with the customers he threatens and gives the fingers of honor to the customers my girlfriend experienced it Friday September 9. The service is very slow because some waitresses linger at tables with their friends to have shots and the food is quite ordinary for the price paid. A place to avoid if you are looking for good service and good food. Its no longer a beautiful place compared to their first years of existence.

Very good atmosphere, beautiful decor. I had a steak which was absolutely delicious. The waitress was attentive and warm. The cocktail I had on the other hand was very average.

We were served by John Michael who gave us excellent service.

Food good but pricey

Nourriture bonne et service ok mais musique qui est plus forte que dans une discothèque est de trop. Les prix sont beaucoup trop élevé et tenez vous loin du tartare de saumon sans goût et trempe. Facture de quasiment 200.00 pour 2 personnes qui incluait 2 bières en fût et un seul verre de vin ouff trop élevé pour la qualité offerte.

The food was good and fast, the problem was ISABELLA, the blond Québécois, our waitress , she was drunk, it was terrible to see her drinking with a table with 3 guys and the guy was touching her everywhere, disgusting, it is a restaurant, no a bar then she came to our table and she did not know what she was taking, mixing English, French and some Spanish. Terrible to see it

A lovely family evening for a birthday. There were about twenty of us. Impeccable service from Jade and Gordie the manager. Beef Wellington was perfect and ribs succulent. The fries are also delicious. Despite the fact that we were served a little late, the staff took good care of us. I will go back. THANKS.

A great welcome by the waitress, but very disappointed my hamburger which arrived hard as a stone. I asked the waiter (drunk) for another one on the 2nd floor, I was no longer hungry, the only thing I ate was some sweet potato fries and some sort of passable squid covered in flavorless sauce, frankly not sweet sangria. peachy taste but the joke not at all tasteless flavor it was meh or even bad in the end I barely tasted anything there things to review in your kitchen I settled here but in terms of food you are very far from France its not a legend. A minimum when I ask for sauce its limited you wait 10m. Honestly, the evening was ruined. After the bill its as if I had given $44 to a tramp in the street this place is just window dressing . The only positive point was the really good DJ thanks to him you have a star.

Positive: Welcome EXCELLENT food, from A to Z! REALLY Negative : Loud music... Very loud (Im going to sleep anyway) But, TABLE SERVICE. The boss boy served better than our waitress. We stayed here for a good hour and NEVER asked if everything was to our liking or if we needed anything. We have the boss boy (or waiter help) more often than Alex. For an amount of $163.55 I am very disappointed with the attention paid to ns and Im not usually picky but this was rare mediocre. The missing 2 stars are due to the waitress. When I go back I will definitely not be in this section!

Beautiful place typical of this type of restaurant with pretty waitresses. Can be noisy if the restaurant is full.

Great food. Salads come with a dressing that is too sweet though.

Super service

Noisy, service not prompt, Chairs worn and scruffy, no quiet place even when requested, walked out before ordering, usually the food is good unfortunate!

Extremely slow service. No consistency in the drinks. Three same drinks tasted completely different. One of the waitresses spilled my meal on me without really apologizing. The water glasses always empty. The salmon tartare was not bad but still bland. In short, I really suggest another place. Doesnt improve at all over time. The only positive point? The fries are good, thats all. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going elsewhere.

Great service! Onion soup...too expensive for the quality...the steak is wow, but the plate was flat...hard fries and steamed vegetables...too simple.

Noisy (very), dark, ordinary food but very accommodating service (A+ service). Food, not convinced. A Philly steak sandwich with chicken instead of steak? Really? At least the service is there. I didnt ask to change my plate because we were in a hurry but... Chicken for steak . Once again, the service of the place is what gets the second star. Also, it was clean. But apart from that, its impossible to hold a conversation because the music is too loud (6:30 p.m.). In short, C- food, D atmosphere, B cleanliness and A+ service. I would give 2 1/2 stars if it were possible.

Nice atmosphere, good food, but noisy for a one-on-one dinner...

Service was great, and food was all very good. Atmosphere was a little off.. table was a bit sticky. I would go back, but not sure if this restaurant is doing too well considering other restaurants looked pretty busy that same evening.

Only place to chill staff is great and Maryka is a sweet hart strawberry blonde with a smile and a good service injoy the best thing is her smile.

We loved being near the store outlets, the perfect place to let the rush of Christmas shopping pass. Excellent food we had 4 starters it was perfect

$40 for two double Caesars for a place in a not luxurious bar.
