My family are frequent visitors to this restaurant. Both the beef noodles and dumplings are delicious and authentically northern Chinese. The beef noodles come in both regular and spicy varieties. The noodles are soft and chewy, topped generously with roasted beef slices. The broth is rich and perfectly complements the dish. The dumplings are large and true to northern tradition. Our favorites are the steamed pork and chive dumplings, and the fried shrimp, egg, and leek dumplings. The steamed dumplings are juicy with thin, delicate wrappers, while the fried ones each have a large peeled shrimp inside. The staff, including the owner, are extremely friendly, and the service is always quick. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Brossard and deserves more recognition in the Greater Montreal area.

This service quality really amused me. The male waiter with a big oily hair and black-rimmed glasses didnt say hello when he came in. He might be visually impaired and he understood. We took the initiative to ask him if we could share a table or sit down, but he didnt respond. It turned out that he was still a man. The dumb guy asked two foreigners to sit at a table for four, so the four of us could only stand. Are you selling quick-frozen dumplings and praising foreigners? After selling it for so long, I still have Tangji s original tables and chairs. It s weird that you can make money to buy new tables and chairs.

Whats the attitude of the waiter in front? What kind of waiter is that? Isn t that a master? The one who came to eat has become a grandson. Dont reply to this man-machine. Of course we respect the rules and know that its first come, first served. But your waiter has been watching us standing there for ten minutes and cant even speak human words? Wouldnt it be better to sit down first? Cant you get a glass of water?

We shared with my partner the pork coriander dumplings, the beef noodles with extra noodles at no cost as well as the peanut butter dumplings all for $43. Generous portion and everything was very good..I highly recommend. !

Authentic food and super friendly staffs

I loved my experience. The dishes are super good, the staff friendly and the service was fast. The prices are more than reasonable and the portions are just right. I advise you to book in advance, its very small and there isnt a lot of space!

The noodles were really amazing!! We ordered spicy beef noodle and pork belly chicken noodle, both very delicious. The soup of the pork belly chicken noodle was very creamy and thick, while it was not greasy or salty at all. The spicy beef noodle was very fragrant. The most delicious part was the thick noodles that were soaked in the spicy soup, very chewy and delicious. And the portion was so generous! Highly recommended.

What a wonderful little find! This hidden gem is tucked away in an unassuming plaza. It is well worth the venture for comforting soup, noodles, and dumplings. The restaurant is neat, tidy, and welcoming. We ordered the beef noodle soup and the handmade pork and chive dumplings. The huge bowl of soup came with a generous portion of noodles and lots of thinly sliced beef. The broth was hearty and warmed the soul. The dumplings were steamed and then pan fried for crispiness. They were piping hot and juicy so be careful. The menu isnt overwhelming and theres something for everyone, including Asian salads, non-soup mains, noodle soups, seafood, and of course, hand-made dumplings. Everything is reasonably priced and the two gentlemen working that night were very friendly and helpful.

There were 4 of us, not many people in the restaurant and we waited 45 minutes to eat. One in 4 people was served 15 minutes before the others. Very disappointed.

This place is a gem! They have a variety of porc, beef and chicken dumpling. A sauce station in the center of the restaurant. I ordered a few salads - delicious. I tired 6 differents dumpling at this point, all perfect. This is an affordable, family friendly place.

Recommended by a friend, I went there for the second time yesterday and forgot to take pictures, but I really liked the beef noodles. It was served cold and comfortable to eat in summer.

The home made dough of dumplings and noodles is amazing, right cooking time and chewy. Dumplings are juicy. Not heavy MSG, you won t feel very thirsty after meal. I recommend this restaurant.

The default place on the South Shore for the best dumplings! The portions are generous, the menu is varied and the prices are extremely affordable. I never had a problem finding a place to sit, even during rush hour. The service is always impeccable and friendly. I cant wait to go back!!

My Taiwanese wife and I discovered this great little dumpling spot when we were visiting in July. The dumplings were delicious and the staff and owner were super friendly. We highly recommend it as very authentic and tasty, with wonderful service!

It was my first time to go and it was very delicious. I loved the spicy beef dumplings mixed with seasonal vegetables and the pork and corn dumplings! Mixed with seasonal vegetables, the taste is very refreshing and perfect for summer. It s now in my midnight dining room

. Lots of good comments have raised my expectations. But what a disappointment!! The peanut sauce dumplings were tasteless, waterlogged and the sauce tasted nothing either. Beige presentation, not even a few sesame seeds or a sprig of coriander. The sauce was water... impossible to cover the bland pasta and dumplings, overcooked and tasteless. Next course, pork dumplings and steamed coriander. Same thing... no taste, heavy and pasty texture, the interior full of water and the sauces offered that you have to pick up from a small table are really basic. Soy sauce, sriracha, spicy oil and black vinegar. Nothing homemade. Third plate, the worst! which we left on the table after 2 bites, roasted shrimp coriander and egg dumplings. Horrible bad taste, crunchy shrimp and a dominant taste of old garlic. Honestly, Ive never had such bad dumplings. I make some with frozen ones which are much better. I do not recommend this place. I certainly wont go back there and I have trouble explaining how you can say that these are the best dumplings around.

There are many dumpling restaurants in Mengcheng, but today I was surprised when I visited this one for the first time! tasty! Absolutely delicious! Freshly prepared and cooked every day, the ingredients are guaranteed to be fresh and delicious. The boss entertained me warmly and even mixed the dumpling fillings himself, that s right! You must try the leek and shrimp dumplings when you come here. The huge shrimps are hidden in the dumpling wrapper, which is super chewy and paired with fresh and sweet leeks. It is really impressive! There are other braised vegetables that are also great! Its perfect for a get-together with friends and family.

Went to eat with friends today and must give it a good review. The dumplings are particularly delicious, fresh and delicious, moderately salty, with thin skin and large fillings. There are also fried dumplings and various cold dishes, which are also very delicious. I didn t try the Japanese noodles in the store, I will definitely try it next time I go there

We stopped by bon goût for an impromptu dinner and were very happy. I was unsure about what to order and the staff were very friendly and recommended some dishes which did not disappoint. We ate at this restaurant, we ordered a kimchi soup and a pork knuckle soup, the kimchi soup was good despite the very soft noodles and otherwise the pork knuckle soup had practically no meat, I really had a piece or two of meat, the rest was just fat. I was disappointed on this side and thats why I didnt give the kitchen 5 stars. Otherwise we ordered peanut wontons, steamed shrimp and chives and egg dumplings, and fried chicken and cabbage dumplings, and they were all very good. Very family atmosphere that we loved and very friendly staff! We were going back but not for the dumplings!

Amazing food and the people here are super nice. The only thing to improve on is the interior seating. I expect to come back in a few days and bring my family. The price is extremely reasonable for both the quality and quantity of the food. The dumplings with cabbage and pork are my favorite.

Extraordinary! If you are looking for something made in-house, go there. I have ordered beef noodle and pork dumpling, they are awesome and beyond my words can express. Be aware, since almost all of the food is made in-house, some items may be sold out upon your arrival.

Honestly, well done for all the flavors and the quality of the products. Only fresh. The place is clean and well maintained. Really not noisy. You will not be disappointed. Everything was very good, I tried the peanut wontons and they were excellent. Chicken curry, beef and onion and pork and cabbage dumplings, they were all very fresh and very good! The service was very welcoming and the dumplings seemed to be made fresh with each order. There is a small station where you can make your own sauce for dipping the dumplings. Place to try for dumplings even if the place is in a small dodgy shopping center, its worth the detour!
