Traditional Northern Chinese Cuisine. Homemade style noodles, dumplings, pies, and of course our best selling pork buns
2nd time we visit and we came back because we really enjoyed it the first time. The pan fried sandwich are awesome, number 10-12. I had the beef noodle soup last time and I’ll have the same this time. It was too good to switch to something else. My wife enjoyed her baoze too. Definitely recommend for an authentic Chinese experience.
had a great meal at Restaurant Mai Tian! The dumplings were tasty and a hit with the kids, who really enjoyed them. The beef noodle soup was also very nice. Overall, a lovely spot for delicious comfort food. Quick and friendly service. Plenty of parking.
I found this place on google map and saved it for months before getting a chance to try. The moment i entered the place, I felt like I am in China already. The decoration, the people, the food. Everything made me feel like I am back in Asia. Thanks for completing my lunch! Love it here
Food was delicious! Especially the vegetarian noodles and the pork dumplings. The service was amazing; the man was perfectly trilingual and so courteous. Prices were very reasonable (48$ for 4 dishes shared between 2 people!). The complementary green tea and peanuts was a very nice touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family. 😊
I don't eat traditional food but this place changed my mind. Food was insanely good and the server is meticous and helpful at guiding the best meal for us.
During the Montreal construction holidays it can sometimes be tricky to eat in restaurants. They too deserve a vacation. So we decided that we would try somewhere new. Our go to Chinese restaurant was closed for vacation. Something new it is. Northern Chinese would be an adventure. It's not like we never tried it before but a new restaurant...who knows. We were not disappointed. We started with the highly recommended Beef Noodle soup with beef, bok choy and coriander. The beef wad so tender that we didn't even have to chew it. The small cubes melted in your mouth. Because we ordered quite a few options, we left some over to take home. We then had an 8 piece order of the pork& leek, shrimp and egg steamed dumplings. They came to the table steaming hot and super delicious. Next time we will try them fried. A beef and onion pie was next. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. The same applied to the beef burger. But the pork, shrimp and egg fried buns were were delicious. Will wevgo back? Absolutely. The Buns, dumplings and beef soup are a must. The service was great. A little too fast, which is unusual for an Asian restaurant, but when we asked to slow it down, there was no problem. Family run restaurant are the best. There is always more attention paid to detail. Enjoy!
I tried this restaurant on a whim.Im so glad I did. I’m in love with the whole experience. The food is incredible it’s fresh and tasty. The service was amazing and the place is super clean and the decor is wonderful. It’s also a bring ur own wine. I can’t wait to go back. I recommend this place to everyone
Very authentic Chinese Northern style restaurant! The Chinese hamburger is highly recommended and I really liked the different textures in the noodle dishes. Super friendly service and the atmosphere is amazing. The zhajiang noodles are a bit too salty for my taste. But I would definitely come back to try the dumplings and other dishes. The portions are generous and they provide free roasted peanuts as snacks.
The food, including the dumplings was ok. The beef-nouilles soup is ok Food
Good cuisine at ludicrously low price. Fully recommend.
Amazing restaurant and food
Excellent portions at a fair price. Our go-to dumpling place on the South Shore. Usually not too busy. Kid friendly.
Delicious, food brought out as it was cooked. We shared dumplings, petit pain farci buns, tarte pie, and meat pies. Highly recommend! Food
New discovery of this place found on google and it was a great discovery! We will definitely come back for the pork and Chinese cabbage dumplings, it was delicious, the buns stuffed with pork and green onions were hot and nice. The pork trotters were tender and melted in your mouth. However, we would have preferred a little hotter for the pigs trotters. The beef noodle soup was piping hot, the meat was really tender and delicious! Excellent service! The server was courteous, patient with the children, and fast and efficient service. The place was quiet and parking was easy to access. A 20% tip was well deserved, thanks again! :)
Really good, very good service, dishes that we havent eaten often!
Very nice discovery! We devoured everything!
Everything was very tasty, but my favourite was the pork sandwich (meat pie). Yum! Kid-friendliness: Very nice to my kids. Thank you.
Returned the following week.
Amazing food and service!
Homey northern-ish Chinese food with surprisingly good service and atmosphere. We really liked how laid back our meal was and the staff was very understanding of our small child. The taste do the food is authentic however not anything out of the ordinary so palatable for most.
This restaurant is an example of how eating out should feel. It is family run and you will feel like an old friend coming in for a meal. From the moment you step in you will be warmly greeted and good service continues throughout your stay. They paid attention to every detail, from the decor to the recipes to how they treat customers. The menu items are clearly explained and they help you choose something according to what you feel like eating. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Han
We randomly came across this gem. Delicious food, great ambiance, you can tell everything is made with love! Will be back!!
Beautiful place, clean and well decorated, delicious food. Menu a little short, no soups, few vegetables but what there is is good. $32 for 16 dumplings and 8 pork buns (2 people), ok. Northern Chinese cuisine which we love, but compared to Hong Mère in Wellington which also offers this cuisine, Mai Tian is no match!
I liked everything..clean..well decorated..simple and super good..I would go back tomorrow
Food amazing. Service amazing Atmosphere cozy and clean Visited with 8 ppl in a group. Was very welcoming and everyone was happy with their food. Thank you ;)
Great food!
Great food, great decor, and THE BEST service!!!
Great food! Will come again :)
Terrific services, great food, highly recommend. (beef noodle soup) is one of the best I ever had, highly recommended.
A place with super beautiful authentic Beijing decoration. Taken are good and the food is very good too. I will go back soon, for sure
What a find, definitely seems very legit as Chinese food! The pork dumplings were delicious, very soft and filling. Decadent soy noodles with pork belly. I will definitely go back to try the other dishes.
Simple menu with great choices. Food is top quality, I had the beef noodle soup. Very reasonable prices. Very good service with the waiter knowledgeable and happy to assist. I was visiting Montréal and stayed in Brossard and will definitely be back to this restaurant the next time Im in Montréal and this time bring the whole family along.
What a happy discovery this restaurant run by such a friendly family! The dishes are delicious, the service discreet and courteous, the furniture is solid and comfortable, the atmosphere allows for a normal conversation and the prices are very reasonable. We cant wait to go back!
What a great discovery this magnificent restaurant, superb decoration and attention to detail. We felt very far away. Calm and refined atmosphere. Delicious food. We will definitely come back, this restaurant is a gem.
Everything was delicious! We will definitely return.
I relied on the reviews and I didnt fall short. The dumplings are delicious and the Mushroom noodles are also very tasty. The atmosphere is quiet so we can chat without raising our voices. I recommend without reservation.
Food was incredible. May have caught the team on an off night, as service was a little slow - but so worth it.
Wow finally all my favs near montreal. I would go to Toronto for these but they finally have it near me.
Jewel in the South Shore. If you prefer more authentic Chinese food with subtle flavors, as opposed to the typical Canadian Chinese food, this is the place. The waiter who served us was very friendly, patient, and happy to accommodate all of our requests and whims.
We came during their opening hours yet the restaurant was closed. The owner should definitely respect their business hours listed.
Absolutely amazing food and service. A must try is the beef noodle soup, soybean paste noodles and beef and onion pie. The service was excellent and not to mention they have air conditioning so you dont melt on a hot day. Definitely kid friendly. The beef and onion pie was juicy.
This restaurant is truly impressive. The prices are moderate, which makes it feel like good value for money, and the atmosphere is very nice, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The food tastes great too, fresh and delicious, especially their specialties, which are simply mouth-watering. The service attitude is also quite good. The waiters are warm and thoughtful, providing customers with a good dining experience. However, the only area that needs improvement is the speed of serving. The last time we dined we had to wait a while for our food. Although this does not completely affect the overall dining experience, if the speed of serving food can be improved, customers will be more satisfied. Overall, this restaurant is a great place to visit and a pleasant dining experience.
Excellent noodles and good tarts. The dumplings are more northern style (heavily minced meat with little veggies) which isnt my preference. The beef broth is worth the trip.
Dumplings were hot and delicious, beef noodle was melt in your mouth. Excellent choice on. Montreals south shore.
Delicious noodles (zhajiamiang and beef noodle) and dumplings!
The fried noodles taste very good and my whole family loves it! The owner and his wife are friendly and chatty, and the environment in the store is also good. I will go there again in the future.
Very delicious, very authentic taste
Delicious. Worth to try again
Feels like home cooked food. Tea and everything roasted nuts friendly service. Honest very good prices for home cooked food but done perfectly Kid-friendliness: Very kind people
Amazing bao and dumplings
Super good, we loved it!
Authentic, delicious food. The soup is on point, the dumplings are fresh and juicy. New favourite go-to for Chinese in Brossard.
Excellent I loved it super beautiful service, the buns and the beef soup wow
wow the soup was amazing! Great menu Dumplings look pretty amazing as well, but honestly I wasn t able to eat anymore! For sure I ll be back to try their dumplings, but I already became a regular customer for their soup Highly recommended
Cute decor, but the food was average. We tried the beef noodle, soy beans paste noodle (nothing special, just salty) and fried buns (too much flour) Bonus : free roasted peanuts
It is sooooooo good! And the owner is so kind and caring. One of my favorite restaurant. :)
Amazing homemade food at very reasonable prices! The waitress is extremely nice :)
Delicious food, amazing staff, fast service, and delicious complimentary tea. All topped off with a beautiful decor and very affordable prices. I highly recommend.
Very good restaurant, very family-friendly! The service is impeccable, the food delicious. A very nice discovery, we will return!
Excellent restaurant. We tried almost the entire menu, everything was delicious: bread, dumplings, pie, steamed bun. Great atmosphere, typical. Perfect service. Nothing to complain about, I have already advised my friends to try it.
Food is great!! Just a bit slow serving
Place looks great, smells great, food is fanfastic. So is the service in your choice of perfectly spoken english, french or chinese. Loved our visit
Korean review. Beijing cuisine restaurant. Good service and very nice restaurant atmosphere. The food... well... I dont think its tasteless, but the cooking doesnt seem to suit me. I think they specialize in noodles, but the slightly gravity sauce-flavored soup is a bit difficult to get used to. However, the texture of the noodles is quite good. If you like Beijing cuisine, its worth a try, and its recommended because of the friendliness.
Hidden gem in Brossard, very good dumplings, the soup noodle dishes are the best. The marinaded noodles was very good, mushroom and nice thick soup. Will definitely be back here again.
Amazing decorations. Traditional Beijing noodle, tastes ok not very special:)
The best dumplings weve had in years! Good welcome, lovely atmosphere, excellent food! Everything is homemade with love and it s not expensive.
Food is excellent and genuine Northern Chinese. Freshly made.
Being a fan of dumplings and a person who loves to discover hidden gems, this is one you must try. Dumplings are so fresh, better than any I have eaten around the south shore and montreal. Rou Jia Mo (pork bun) is a must try as well ! Food, service, quality 10/10 Seriously underpriced for the quality of the food. Definitely recommend.
The decoration is very careful, with ancient architectural components, colorful paintings, small items from Liulichang... It really has a Beijing flavor. I ordered braised noodles and was very satisfied. The fried noodles are also good. The cold dish of kelp and bean sprouts, the bean sprouts were cut off from the head and tail, and they were cooked very carefully. The service is very friendly and the food is not slow. I will come again. I took out two meat buns and they looked good. Kid-friendliness: You can check out this small shop with a Beijing flavor. There are some pictures of old Beijing on the wall.
The carved beams and painted buildings show the royal style Roujiamo is very good
Tasty, good portions. The marinated soup is a must try! A great discovery.
I hate every single restaurants i end up going to in this country. Its always subpar food and overly expensive. I always feel bad for wasting money. This place is the complete opposite. Its very cute, the food is good and the portions are massive. I think the taxes are included in the menu as well. It was so cheap, i tipped 25% even though im against tipping. I felt bad because the price was lower than what i think the meal was worth for a restaurant in 2023.
Had a delicious lunch today. The decor of the restaurant is very nice. Food is great, big portions, tasty. Good service. We will return.
Tastes good and has a beautiful environment.
This restaurant offers a memorable Chinese dining experience with delicious cuisine, kind staff, and an enchanting ambiance. Its a must-visit destination for those seeking a journey of unforgettable flavors.
Another hidden gem. Beautiful northern chinese style decoration inside with comfortable seating. The food is good for the price, it may not look like a big portion but it is very filling. The baos and the chinese pies are very fresh and flavorful. Overall, another nice restaurant to be discovered.
Excellent service! Reasonable prices, delicious.
Enchanting atmosphere, magnificent decor and delicious food, its divine!
Very authentic taste, I like it very much.
Wow, I wasn t not expecting a very authentic tasting northern China restaurant in Montreal visiting from Los Angeles. We loved every dish we ordered. The price is unbelievably good too. The pork burger was probably one of the best we ve had and we ve had plenty in LA, crispy on the outside, soft and springy on the inside bun. The owner told us they made the buns themselves from scratch. We also had beef noodle soup, potstickers and pan fried buns. Thinking about going back tomorrow night
Warm service. Very clean place , beautiful decor . Fresh hot dumplings. Pork bun could be less salty.
This restaurant was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. From the owners friendly greeting and the amazingly efficient service to the wonderful food that we had, everything was delicious and flavorful from first bite to final belch. The prices were extremely reasonable and the portions generous. The food came quickly and tasted fresh and homemade. Owners are super nice and efficient as well. The decor is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning soon hungry for more! Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options!
Wow! Wow ! Wow !
Super good Chinese food! The dishes are very tasty and really inexpensive. the employees are very nice.
No pictures because it s that delicious and we ate it so fast. Authentic, delicious northern Chinese dishes, best in Brossard and better than almost any place in MTL. Fresh ingredients, well seasoned and good portions The service is fast and attentive. Don t have enough good things to say about this place. I can t believe it s so quiet- if this place was in MTL it would be busy all the time. The vegetarian dishes were also substantial and straight fire.
$20 a person, everything was fresh, hand made themselves, has a comfortable homey vibe, feels good & tastes good,
We were looking for an authentic Beijings Dumplings restaurant, we found it in Brossard. The pork bun was excellent! The soup in the beef noodle was light. But, we were surprised by the big bowl with a tiny spoon. ***Be aware of their schedule: Monday: Closed Tuesday to Sunday: Open from 11h00 to 14h30 Closed between 14h30 and 16h00 Open from 16h00 to 21h00 I dont see the necessary of the extra 30 minutes during the weekend. Therefore, I dont recommend going there after 21h00.
A bit off putting from the outside, but the inside is clean and the food is sooo good. Hidden gem
Pork buns were great! Our handsome waiter Yuan was very welcoming ;)
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. I will definitely be back.
The beef noodles was very good and good service. Will try meat pie next time.
First time here, few items were missing from the menu but allowed us to try something different. Food was made fresh. Beautiful decor as well. Thank you!
So happy to find this restaurant, absolutely delicious food! The service was warm and friendly It is a must try!
Love this small restaurant so much, very comfortable dinner after trip back to home town. Ordered Pork Bun, and two cold salads, I will say that tastes are great. Didn t expect to have any good results, but when the moment bite the bun, it was crispy and tender enough, made the eating feel like home. I will come back for sure. Thanks the cook, they use the heart to make the delicious meal.
Authentic Beijing-style braised noodles and delicious pies! A well-hidden good restaurant. It has worked hard on the decoration and atmosphere. I am honored to be able to recommend it to more friends. Authentic Beijing braised noodles, delicious and generous portions. There are also delicious pies and meat buns. A lot of effort has been put into the decoration and atmosphere, and the boss is very attentive! Will recommend to friends
Inconspicuous from the outside, but a true gem inside. The ambience, friendliness and above all the authentic Chinese food is outstanding. Everything is definitely freshly prepared here, dumplings and soups are excellent and feature natural ingredients. The restaurant also has a very good price-performance ratio. Portions are large, so everyone gets enough. Absolute recommendation!
Beijing native, now living in Toronto. I want to move to Montreal because of this fried noodles. It s so delicious.
We went to the restaurant yesterday and it was a great discovery. The dumplings are excellent. Family recipe. The hamburger-style pork bun is absolutely succulent. I had seen reviews about it and we tried it. Very good choice. The prices are very affordable. I recommend this restaurant.
We love the noodles . Enjoy the Chinese cultural decorations. Very friendly services and clean restaurants. Strongly recommended.
I love this place so much. As a person who grew up in northern China, this place feels like home. I LOVE the pork bun and beef pie. The fried leek pie tastes just like how my grandma used to make them. Definitely will come back!
I went here for the first time today and ordered pan-fried buns and braised noodles. My experience far exceeded my expectations. The dishes are delicious and authentic, and I also like the tableware very much. Both the chef and the owner are careless. More people will know it. More people will like it.
The attention to detail is there: comfortable and warm furnishings, homemade and succulent dishes! Only small problem: beat from the bar next door, but we forget it with the well-selected music from this restaurant that we enjoyed discovering. We will return!
Excellent food Great service
best Chinese food in town
The best Chinese food Ive had in Canada. Incredibly legit northern Chinese.
Very good
A pearl of a restaurant! Go there, the food is exceptional and the flavors incredible. We go there every trip to Brossard :)
Best noodle restaurant in Brossard! Remind me of my hometown
everything was amazing; i loved the food, the vibe and the service. i had a lot of different items on the menu and everything was amazing. i particularly loved the beef and green onion buns. will definitely go back!
Place was quiet on a Sunday evening so getting a table was a breeze. Staff was friendly and the food looked and was delicious. Honestly, if you re staying in Montreal, this out of the way restaurant is totally worth it. Support small businesses!
Great service and very good price. If Im in the area I go to this restaurant and nowhere else. Parking: Parking for several restaurants
Those are really good dumplings and soup!
The beef broth is woww!! The fried dumplings are good.
Some of the best buns I have had outside of China. Noodles were also excellent. We ordered 8 dishes to share between 4 people, no one left hungry.
Come for the beef noodle soup for quite literally a warm hug in a bowl. The handmade noodles are tender and springy, melt in your mouth beef, and the pickled vegetable cuts down on the beefy soup. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, tea is of good quality, and the staff is friendly. Don t expect fast food levels of speed, the food here is made to order. So sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of warm tea while your warm hug in a bowl is prepared :)
This place is amazing. I have yet to have something I did not like. The beef noodle soup is great and I cannot get enough of their dumplings. Their hot oil is a must, do not ignore it.
Good noodles
delicious. need to go back for more.
Items I have ordered: Beef Noodles: The broth was really clean and tasted really good. One of those rare occasions where you can actually drink the noodle broth and not feel bloated. There is also relatively a lot of noodle and meat for its price. To put it into perspective, you can actually see the noodles inside the broth instead of being completely submerged at other places. There is more noodles than broth. Pork and Chinese Cabbage Dumplings: To preface, I ordered these unfried. The skin of the dumpling was really bouncy and had a really nice bite to it. The filling was also really good. If you ordered these fried, they would be absolutely amazing with the texture combination of its crunchy bottom and soft and bouncy top. Beef and Green Onion Meat Pies: The pictures shown on the menu and online really does not do this meat pie justice. On picture, it looks really underwhelming and small, but in reality, the meat pie is really big and can be a meal in itself. The exterior of the pie has a really nice crunchy texture and the inside is really soft and somewhat juicy. Highly recommended.
We ordered a bowl of beef noodles, pork and green onion pot pie, and beef with sauce. The dishes were one of the best we ate at GMM. The waitress was very polite. We had a very nice experience there. I cant wait to come back soon.
Loved this place! Service was very attentive and food was delicious. Will definitely come back to try more! My pictures do not do it justice. We also had meat pies and they are bigger than expected and also very flavorful.
Can t say enough good things! Finding this place was a happy accident as we had intended to go to a nearby restaurant The decor is a throw back and shows a lot of personality. Usually smaller joints like this are bland. But there s just so much character. The restaurant is run by a lovely couple. You can tell they take pride in there place as it is spotless. Even his kitchen from what I can see is kept like a showroom. The husband is a chef and the wife takes care of front of house. She created us with tea. It seems the specialty is homemade noodles and dumplings I ordered the pork bun, beef soup, dumplings and some veggie apps. Everything was excellent and you can tell he made the dough that day. We were so happy with the entire experience and will definitely be back many times
The restaurant is very clean, and neat decoration. I liked the water-steamed bun.
Excellent soup! Ill be back to try everything else on their menu, it was well balanced and they are very kind.
A hidden gem. The restaurant is lovely decorated. The food is good and price is decent. I ordered the marinated noodles. It is excellent. But it is more for Chinese as I am not sure non Asian will eat black fungus and other Asian type mushroom. The pork buns is the one I highly recommend. Crispy outside and soft inside. The taste is not as strong as other Asian resto but I like it. The fried buns on the other hand is just so so. Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Ambient : 5/5 Price: decent
Homemade noodle is awesome. Dumpling is rich in flavor but not salty at all. Very nice owner
Flavorful dumplings with excellent skin.
OMG that was delicious! Best dumplings crepes and soups! Will go back for sure.
The dumplings were excellent and their Zhajiangmian are delicious and are a very large portion for the price!
Got frozen dumplings to-go for $2 less per portion. Tastes similar to the place we usually order from in Chinatown, which is a plus. The vegetarian dumplings were especially popular. Will be back to try some of the other items (noodles, meat pies, leek box etc.). Authentic Beijing/Tianjin recipes.
Very authentic northern Chinese noodles. I tried their steam buns, marinated noodles and cucumber appetizers. Tasty and definitely coming back to try their beef noodle soup. if you are in brossard, this place is def worth trying.
You have to go here!!! Incredible Chinese food. The steamed dumplings, pork bun, beef noodle soup, and seaweed salad were so delicious and fresh. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious and nicely designed. Support this restaurant and enjoy the food there!!
This restaurant is a hidden gem! It s very lowkey as not many people know about this relatively new northern Chinese restaurant in Brossard. Not many people were dining here on a Saturday night when we came here. First of all, the owners really put the effort into every detail regarding the decor of the restaurant. The ceilings had a nice motif and the restaurant was decorated as if we were transported into a Chinese temple. The service was also great and quick! Really enjoyed the beef noodle soup and would highly recommend. The broth was really clear and tasted very clean. The beef was also super tender. Every dish was made with care and was homemade. The pork and green onion pancakes took relatively long to make as it was made fresh out of the kitchen. It was crunchy and flaky and was worth the wait. I really appreciate the effort the owners put in the food, the service and the decor of the restaurant so I would recommend to anyone looking for some good northern Chinese food.
We ordered the beef noodles, pork bun, and vegetarian dumpings. Everything was good and the lady server was nice. Well definitely come back.
I called in advance to make a reservation and wanted the meal to be cooked in advance. When I arrived at the place on time, I was told that I had forgotten to cook it because there were so many people. But the store isnt busy at all, okay?
This restaurant deserves more publicity for sure. The decor is amazing along with fairly priced, authentic Chinese northern style noodles. I have yet to try other items on the menu, will definitely return. 100% recommend.
Tried their beef noodle soup and tofu curd sweet and sour noodle soup, dumplings and buns. Everything tasted good! Noodle portions were too big, we could have shared a few bowls!
Super delicious! ! ! The fried noodles, roujiamo and meat patties are so authentic! Affordable price! Meat Pie Must try! Best Amazing Beijing restaurant ever!
It can be considered a snack restaurant. The staff is nice, but the staff is small. If there are too many orders, it will be too busy. The steamed buns, pies and steamed buns are basically on par, neither amazing nor bad. All in all, its okay, and I hope it can continue to operate well.
Very authentic Beijing braised noodles, pork and green onion patties are also delicious, the taste is very authentic
Food is good. Order the bread but didnt get it. Take to long. Forgot took picture of the dishes. I order noodles. Nice place I will go back.
Amazing renovation and food at here.
I gave it 5 points because it s really delicious. A bowl of noodles with soybean paste, two cloves of garlic, and a bowl of noodle soup. It s so fragrant that I ll be back in Beijing in no time! The decoration style of the entire hotel is also very down-to-earth, and there is also a sweet proprietress. I go there three times a week and the food is so comfortable. I highly recommend it! !
Food is very tasty and the price is very reasonable. Must try.
I want to eat roujiamo. I searched Brossard and found a restaurant selling it. I ve never been there before and must try it. After waiting for 5 minutes, the boss lady cooked it for me. It looked just like the presentation, and when I took a bite, it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The texture of the noodles was good, but it was a pity that the amount and taste of the fillings were not enough, making it not satisfying.
Very good. I feel the atmosphere of old Beijing~
After one sip, I returned to Beijing
Excellent Rou Jia Mo (Chinese Hamburger) and Sheng Jian Bao (Shanghai Pan-Fried Pork Buns)!
Delicious food and generous servings, this place is a must!
omg!!! so good!!! making me homesick!!! love love love!!! very authentic Beijing style!!!
The portions were surprisingly generous for the prices they are charging. The bowls of noodles are so filling and the dumplings are so big compared to a lot of other restaurants. Both their vinegar and their spicy oil mix tasted great and paired so well with their different kind of dumplings. The noodles were soft and chewy which went so well with their light but flavourful beef broth. Furthermore, the toppings were well seasoned and given in great proportions compared to the amount of noodles. The porc bun was also a delight. The meat inside was fluffy and salty which made such a great contrast to the bread that was light and crunchy on the outside. My only complaint would be on their steamed dumplings. The skins were a bit too thick and the fillings were a bit dry. And, even though shrimp was supposed to be in them, we barely tasted it. Overall though, the food was quite delicious and the service was decent.
I liked the pretty decor, the attentive service, although only in English in response to my French, the very good beef noodles and the delicious fried baozi. The sauce and chili already on the table was unusual and good, so interesting.
Family-owned business with authentic dishes. This is the BEST place for dumplings in Brossard. I love how their dumplings taste like my grandmas homemade dumplings! Their dough is homemade & the pork bun is heavenly: crispy bun and juicy, tender meat.
Great beef noodle soup and rou Jjia mou!
Really good dumplings and beef noodle soup! Authentic and recommended.
It was pretty good. Need to try the rest of their menu!
