De plus, la serveuse ne nous a pas donné de coupon jaune pour le stationnement du Solar, ce qui fait en sorte que nous avons dû payer 30$ de stationnement (3 vehicules à 10$) alors qu il aurait dû être gratuit!

Wednesday is Vertigo. We were seated at the bar and although the section was full, we had smiling and patient service from our waitress. The oysters are incredibly fresh, my friends loved their salmon tartare and I loved my pasta. It has become the girls restaurant!!!

Hello, we have been customers of Vertigo de Brossard since the opening. This weekend Saturday evening we had the unpleasant surprise of apparently meeting the manager of the place Anne Morency who gave us quite a power trip. For a restaurant manager I can tell you that she was pitiful for wanting to make us leave the restaurant after having had our meal plate 20 minutes before arriving at our table. I am sorry to report such a sad situation to you but with a bill of 200.00 per couple I am sorry but our publicity for your institution will now be negative from this day on.

I had the risotto and it was phenomenal. But the service was a bit complicated

I dont understand the hype about this restaurant. Full of people but ordinary service (to remain polite). You are made to feel like you have to get the hell out ASAP because it s past the 5 minute mark because it s the next service. Waitress with a rude look too. In short, go somewhere else where we will be happy that you are there spending your money.

I dined here four times and each time chose different dishes and each time all delicious.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment and was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere inside. The salad was satisfactory, although not my top choice. However, the drinks were exceptional.

Disappointing Experience at Vertigo Brossard My family and I recently visited Vertigo in Brossard, and we were extremely disappointed with the service, particularly from the manager, Olivier. We were a group of seven, enjoying some light-hearted guessing games with our kids. However, the manager approached us and claimed that other guests were complaining about the noise. Our children were simply having fun and weren t being disruptive, yet Olivier s response was shockingly rude. He seemed completely unwilling to empathize with our situation and even went so far as to say that if he had kids, he would make them stay quiet at a restaurant or stay home. It was difficult to understand how a place that offers a kids menu could be so intolerant of children having a good time. The behavior of the manager was not only unprofessional but also completely out of touch with family-friendly dining. We left the restaurant feeling unwelcome and disrespected. If Vertigo doesn t support families, especially those with young children, then they should reconsider their approach. We will not be returning, and we certainly do not recommend it for families with kids.

Food and diversity of the menu very average.

I give zero stars on my experience at Vertigo dix30 on Monday evening. I found a ladybug in my salad, and the waitress argued with a big attitude that the luck is 1/1000 plates, while I am the lucky one. What annoys me is not the ladybug in my salad, but rather the attitude of the waitress. I am a customer, and simply wanted to spend a birthday evening with friends. Finally, we paid our bill and left angry. All attitude and no excuses!!!

Yesterday there were 8 of us, a very very long service and really ordinary food for the price, small quantity. I took a minion filet which was the size of a scallop for $56!!!! My friend a tartare without accompaniment!! Ive been going to this restaurant for several years but yesterday was the last. Really disappointed!!!!!

Are you a group wanting to book at this location? Attention! We made the reservation over the phone about 2 months in advance for Sunday, September 1st for a group of 18 people to celebrate a 25th anniversary. wedding. We are told that the max. that we can put at a table is 15. No problem for us, so we will make a table of 14 and one of 4 nearby. So it s understood! 2 weeks before September 1st, we decided to go there to make sure everything was still ok. We are then shown the table that we will have in the back and we are also offered the possibility of being 18 at the same table but on the bar side. For various reasons, we choose to stay at the back table. Everything is ok with them! Sunday, September 1st, we asked a friend to go and set up the place cards and table decorations before our arrival. She calls us 10 minutes before our arrival to tell us that we do not have the table in the back and that it is a table of 10 + 2 tables of 4 which have been prepared elsewhere. The place markers therefore no longer work as planned. We are forced to separate families! I called the restaurant to explain our displeasure but apart from being sorry there was nothing they could do! We are told that there are a lot of groups who have booked for this date! I repeat what I told them: its not our problem! We took the trouble to travel 2 weeks ago to make sure we had the place we wanted and it was ok for you. Unfortunately, a larger group we dont know why were assigned to our choice of table. Also, this group arrived after us and left before us! My question will always remain the same: Why couldnt this group take the place that we had just been given? In short, we were offered 18 shots to compensate us. Thats very nice, but it doesnt replace the fact that families were separated for this occasion! Some came from far away to attend! In short, we are disappointed and we will not book again for a group at this location. On the other hand, the food was good, nothing to say about that!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I encountered something very confusing. My daughter was stung by a bee in the restaurant. I thought the restaurant had a nice environment, why were there bees in the restaurant? I told the waiter, then the waiter had no explanation. At our request, the waiter simply brought ice cubes and applied them, which seemed to make my dining experience very unpleasant.

Truly the worst restaurant experience of my life, last Saturday July 13. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. for our reservation, the waitress came to bring us water so far so good. 15 minutes passes and she goes back and forth without coming to take our order. There she comes, we order two drinks, so far so good. She came back 25 minutes later to take our order. I order a bottle of wine, a dozen oysters and two starters to share. My dozen oysters arrive, there is a long hair directly on the oysters (ok it can happen) it doesnt matter, we recommend another one. The two starters to share arrive, they are cold, really not appetizing to the point where we had to return one of the two starters. While we are eating, the waitress goes to serve a table and realizes that two glasses of water are missing from this table, she turns around and steals the two glasses from another table (where customers are sitting) and give them to the table. (Instead of going to get two missing glasses + a bottle of water for the two ladies) ???? My second dozen oysters arrive, there are 11 instead of 12. For $3.33 per oyster I want my twelfth. We ran out of water, we asked the waitress for a bottle of water, she arrived with it 30 minutes later. In the end we were just laughing so much that the service was rubbish, we drank our bottle of WHITE wine in peace only to realize that she brought us a glass of white wine and a red. Two completely different sized glasses. As compensation, she took us two shots but didnt ask us at all what we wanted as compensation considering that our evening was really mediocre + the service + the food. We went to Vertigo about ten times before this and always enjoyed the experience and the food, but this was truly horrible. I left a review on libro where I booked and no one took the time to call me back. So the review is now left here.

I would like to write to you to express my disappointment following our recent experience in your establishment. We had dinner with you on June 14 and we were struck by the treatment given to us. In fact, we were invited to leave the table at 8 p.m., without being able to have dessert or coffee, even though we had barely received our dishes around 7:30 p.m. This feeling of pressure to clear the table was very unpleasant and greatly impacted our enjoyment of the evening. We also noticed that the younger customers living near us were not subject to the same constraint of leaving the premises at a specific time. This difference in treatment between older and younger customers seemed unfair and discriminatory to us. We understand that it is important to respect the time slots for reservations, but this in no way justifies the treatment we received. We came to your establishment with the intention of having a pleasant time and enjoying a family meal in a friendly setting. Unfortunately, your rushed attitude and insistence that we leave the table as soon as possible greatly marred our experience. We are convinced that you could improve your service by adopting a warmer and more respectful approach towards your customers. We strongly encourage you to review your time management methods and ensure that all your guests feel welcomed and treated with consideration. We sincerely hope that our comments will be taken into account and that measures will be taken to prevent other customers from finding themselves in the same situation as us. The ambiance is very nice, but the food was pretty bad. Burnt-tasting burger and bad fries. There were only 2 tables occupied and the service was extremely slow. There was also no changing tablet in the bathroom. I do not recommend.

Excellent evening! We were served by Gabrielle B. (according to the invoice) and she was great!! We were a group for a party on Saturday May 4th and she completely managed despite our large group!! The food was excellent and generous portion, very clean and beautiful place!! :)

Increasingly contemptuous experience since the last three times I went to Vertigo. Last Saturday, our group of nine had to wait an hour of standing time in the middle of the restaurant before our table was ready. Once seated, the waitress took orders for only half of the table, several things were never received (and still billed), not to mention that no one ever came to see us to ask if everything was in order. our taste and even less to offer us drinks. Its a shame, because with better management of the restaurant, its potential would be immense.

My first experience wasn t the greatest. The food was bland and not very exciting. Fast forward to a year later with the hopes that the food would be improved. Nope, still bland and tasteless. The service and atmosphere were top notch but sadly, the food for me was a flop. I wouldn t recommend this restaurant to anyone for the food, which is too bad because the establishment and staff are amazing !

Very slow service despite several empty tables. My octopus dish (starter) was much smaller than the price suggested (see photo). I even asked the waiter if anything was missing from the plate. Tasteless pasta dish. Poke bowl with rice basmati . In short, the decor and the atmosphere somewhat saved the evening. The food and service, not recommended. I wont go back there.

The restaurant is very beautiful and clean. We really liked the California salmon tartare, the fried squid and the carrot cake. Our waitress was nice, but she had way too many tables on her own, which made the service quite slow.

We had a place in the Bar section on a high table for dinner while the children were at the cinema. Lots of atmosphere, TV on the walls with sports matches. Music in the carpet. Lots of people talking loudly and having fun. Zero a place for a romantic outing. The nachos were generously topped with a chili sauce which was pretty average in my opinion. You dont go there to have a good dinner, you go there to snack, have a drink and have fun with friends. Parking: Free in the basement of the Solar district

The food is good. The atmosphere is good as well. I used to go here from time to time with my family until I started to notice they dont have a good hygiene. The dont use gloves to prepare your food in the kitchen. And the girl (waitress) was preparing water bottles and was putting ice cubes with her nasty fingers! I was shocked because a second before she was on the floor serving people and the bar an then She was doing every water bottle by putting every little ice cubes with HER FINGERS. Everyone saw it. The manager saw it, even gave her more bottles to fill up with ice. Eww no thank you.

This was my first experience at this restaurant. I loved my experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the decor is great. I had excellent service and people seemed friendly. For my part I opted for an Asian beef tartare and it was succulent. the oysters were also very well prepared. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant without any problem. parking will be free for you at this restaurant. and it is accessible from inside for the hotel and other places.

My experience at Vertigo in Brossard was tinged with high expectations, but unfortunately, it was marred by a series of disappointments which forged my rating of 2 stars out of 5. The fries, noticeably small in size, left an aftertaste of disappointment, compounded by an unusually moist texture. The burger, meanwhile, was an unmemorable culinary chapter, its dryness making it comparable to rubber. These failures contrasted with the strong points of the meal: a delicious sauce for the fries and pleasant toppings for the burger. The nacho starter stood out like a beacon of success amidst the pitfalls, captivating the palate with its balance of flavors and textures. However, these moments of satisfaction were overshadowed by more practical aspects. The service, prolonged and marked by excessive waiting for the food, reached its peak when we had to wait an hour to receive the bill. The lack of water was an unpleasant constant throughout our meal, altering the dining experience. The inadequacy in managing this basic need left a negative imprint, adding a discordant note to our evening. Parking: There are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but not much. Otherwise, there is a paid parking lot around the corner.

Extremely basic meals if they even match the menu description. Certain dishes are done backwards, as if the cook had never seen such a dish before. The staff are very nice and the restaurant itself looks good. Not worth visiting for the food itself.

Food was disappointed. Some names of dishes dont correspond with what you actually get. I ordered Lamb in bolognese sauce with pasta and I got pasta with meat sauce. You dont expect to be served pasta with meat sauce in a fancy restaurant. And this dish was suggested by the waiter. I wonder if they just wanted to get rid of it. Nacho was disappointed as well. Dish itself was good but it was served in an ignorant way. All chili was in one corner, tomatoes and peppers somewhere underneath the nacho chips, all cheese in another corner. And on top of everything was a thick layer of sour cream covering the rest of ingredients. Not pleasant at all. Atmosphere was nice. Place was clean. Too bad the service and food dont stand up to the same level.

Your typical high end restaurant. The food was just ok, but it was also overpriced, in-so-far as the portion sizes were pretty small for what you pay. A fair few at our table were still hungry after finishing their meal. Service was friendly enough, if a little absent. Cant say I really have any intention of going back.

This is definitely a Bar. I would not recommend the food. The fried calamari were good but the rest is not to my taste. Tartar has too much dressing. Kast time i ordered pasta and had to return it because it was COLD! My friend ordered the poutine and the gravy looked like it was day old.. Must be a great bar because it is always packed. I have visited twice..it was my last.

Apart from the slightly loud music, we had a great evening. I tried new dishes and I was delighted. We had a charming, professional and efficient waitress called Rosalie. I highly recommend it. She knows the menu well and gives good advice. What I really like is when we make recommendations when booking, we always respect them. Really cool Vegetarian options: Nice variety

First time at the Vertigo restaurant east of Quartier DIX30. Restaurant-bar style with a huge giant screen in the bar section. Lovely welcome and excellent service. The starter was an onion soup which was followed by miso salmon which was excellent. Dessert was the maple pudding which I recommend with maple ice cream. The pudding was hot which made for a combination of hot and cold. Everyone at the table really liked their dish. Restaurant a little cheaper than elsewhere in my opinion, so good value for money. On the other hand, a little noisy.

We came as a group and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. I would say the tables are a bit small for those coming in a large group. The service was okay, I would have liked the waitress to at least come and warn us while we were waiting 45 minutes for our desserts. No follow-up was done on this side. The meal was excellent. The only downside is that the sangrias tasted like water and had little flavor. Then, there were very few veggie varieties. If not, as a first experience I would say its OK.

I like this restaurant, but I deplore the new way of parking which costs money. I took the time to talk about it and when I left I was told that no tickets were available. So I had to pay for my parking. Too bad because a lot of people are talking about it, you will lose your customers. I want to come back to your restaurant so find solutions

We went on a Friday evening to the terrace, which is heated and very comfortable. Beautiful festive and young atmosphere. The service was impeccable, the nachos were excellent and the flank steak melted in your mouth. We will return there for sure!

Portions are small to allow you to order several dishes and share. First experience: They canceled our reservation without warning and tried to pass it off as if we had called to cancel by putting the blame on us. Weve been elsewhere and I wouldnt go back... bad reception!

We went 6 people yesterday. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was great. On the other hand, the portion of the dish was tiny and the taste very bland (I had the maple salmon), the rice was dry.

First of all, it took us about 1 hour 15 minutes before someone came to serve us. We were a group of 15 people with reservations and werent even able to sit together even though the restaurant was not at full capacity. The waitress was not competent and lacked professionalism. We were served by 3 other different people and it took us 1 hour receiving starters that werent even served before receiving our main courses (which was cold). To top it off, when we were eating, a dog came into the restaurant and wandered from table to table. It was perhaps not their best evening, but that doesn t make us want to go back Vegetarian options: There are dishes for vegetarians.

What a great discovery!!! An invitation brought me there and its really a very trendy place to discover. Beautiful wine list, excellent tartare, impeccable service! Dont be fooled into thinking that there is no parking, it is underground with an elevator that goes directly to the restaurant. Also, great terrace! It will be a repeat, that s clear!!! Parking: It is in the basement accessible from behind.

Music way too loud. No dress code, they accept all styles....and ages... On several occasions, items on the menu were not available. Very long delays in obtaining service and our order. I believe adjustments are necessary. All in all, the food is very good

Good services with many girls going around working. Nice atmosphere! I love that theyre different set up inside and outside. Food was 50/50. The cheese pogo bites are not what I expected (thought it was like the Korean pogos), it was Parmesan bites with a sweet/spicy sauce. It wasnt bad. The Asian beef tartare was tasty but soak in liquid. Taro chips Husband had the vertigo nacho, I recommend! Delish! And the bavette. Which was undercook and weirdly cook. Almost burn on one side and warm on the other side. Tho, bavette is always risky, since the cut differ and so the cooking. Will go again and try other things :)

Nice place and good food. Because I go there regularly, I find the menu simplistic, I try almost everything. A little change would be good. Ask for a coupon at the entrance for free parking in the basement. The majority of staff are very friendly. But there is a new redhead, manager I think. (Yesterday she wore a jeans jacket) Been stupid all evening, no smile. Its not the first time that her behavior bothers me but last night....phew She pushed people a few times without ever apologizing and she was rude (lack of respect) with a guy sitting at the bar with his friend. I talked about it with employees and they told me that she wasnt very well liked. She should go work in an office if she doesnt like contact with the public. Parking: Easy to access and safe.

One star removed because the pasta was cold for two people (ravioli for me and other pasta for my friend). My friends have the same experience on their previous visits. The portions are OK but not very big. Everything is delicious. Excellent service. I recommend. Average-high price for portions.

The waitress was super friendly, Daphne , but the food didn t match the beautiful and fancy atmosphere. The burger was bland and the fries, I almos returned them, but I felt bad for the waitress, she was too nice. The tartar was bland, I added salt but still bland. The octopus was nice , the chorizo pieces where the best. Kid-friendliness: My son had the Mac n cheese and it was delicious, a big portion for a 1 year old kid, but we took it home and he ate it than nothing.

The design and atmosphere are good and pretty. Food is meh. The Pasta Salmon is absolutely horrible and a shame, especially considering their prices, and that I am not a picky eater. The beef cheek was ok. The only thing that I found great is their carrot cheese cake.

Good value for money. Some dishes more generous than others but always tasty. Good atmosphere. Interesting cocktails. We particularly enjoyed the tartares, risotto and desserts. Good tacos but too small a portion however the tender chicken parmesan is huge.

A solid 4 stars! The food was good and tasty, although uneven in terms of portion/price for several of our plates. Well-made cocktails too. The service was young and friendly, although they clearly didnt have time to spend too much time serving us. They were all quick to come and go, so forgot details here and there. That said, we didnt suffer from that. The atmosphere was lively and very cocktail . Its fun, but noisy, so be warned. This is definitely a place to revisit!

Restaurant in the solar uniquartier of dix30. Has a great terrace! If you want a quiet supper, I recommend going on the terrace as the inside can be loud at times. The food was amazing ! It is just enough to fill you up. They even have options to take certain meals in either appetizers or as a main dish. Their service was great ! They told us which dish would arrive first, very kind staff! I highly recommend going and trying out this restaurant. Parking: Solar uniquartier has a parking lot that is free up to 3 hours , else you have to pay 10$ for more than 12 hours. You can try finding some street parking

The waitress was good but really went out of her way to speak to us in french mostly even if she understood English and even spoke it ...while I personally dont care of the things; the American customer with us spoke only in English. Braised beef cheek was tender and delicious. It was a wonderful recommendation from my amazing serveur.

We came across the establishment completely by chance, we were on our way to another restaurant but when we saw it, we said to ourselves that we would try it. The place wasnt too full, the waiters didnt seem to be running around but we waited a while before being served, whether it was a drink or a meal. I had the lemon squash salad, very refreshing but the sunflower seeds had a rancid taste that was visibly out of date. I followed it up with tuna, mango, wakame seaweed etc. it would have been good if the dish hadnt been drowned in mayo which killed the subtlety of the mango and tuna. We finished with the carrot and caramel cake. Even without its inconveniences, the dishes are missing that little something to say wow! Its never easy to write bad reviews because I know very well that its an industry that struggles to survive, but I also have to be honest with the people who are going to read the review, were going to say that We had a bad evening.

The seating area and the interior design is really nice but the food is pretty small portion for what you pay. This place is more suited for people whore travelling for work with open budget. I had to come back home and have a proper lunch!

Its a beautiful place! The food was delicious though more on the appetizer end of the sizes. Drinks were good too. Not sure if there are newer places to park now but thats one of the challenges to go there.

Nice place in the new development of dix30. The dishes were good. On the other hand, $16 for a small plate of fried calamari was disappointing. In addition, we were put under a bit of pressure to leave at 8 p.m., our orders were taken at 7 p.m. and it took a long time to receive my starter. We were told we couldnt order dessert because of this.

Honestly, its been a long time since weve had such good service! Béatrice, our waitress, was adorable and oh so professional! The food was excellent. We mainly separated starters to have the chance to taste several dishes. Our favorites were: the grilled octopus (our highlight of the evening), the melted tuna casserole and the dumplings with spicy Thai sauce! A big WOW. Already looking forward to going back.

Worst experience for my daughter and her friends. She was here to celebrate her 17th birthday with her girlfriends. She didn t even get a chance to blow a candle or eat the cake we brought in. Reservations were at 5 pm, they told them they needed to be out by 7:30. That is fine, we understand. However, during the whole time, because they were young and were afraid of saying anything, the waitors and the waitresses were rude, staring at the young kids and not giving service at all! They came every now and then to remind them they needed to leave at 7:30. At 6:40 pm , they were asked to start cuting the cakes amd leave. Since they are kids without adults , they were nervous and felt pressure of leaving so they didn t say anything. My daughter and her friends paid their bills with 15% tips and had to leave around 7 pm and went to est her cake on a bench in the Rem Quartier station!!! What a way to celebrate a birthday! The only reason i give 1 star is because my daughter said the food was good but definitely not how they were treated!!!! What a way of treating young teenagers. And in no way , my daughter nor her friends were disrespectful, etc. They all go to the private high school, Jean de la Mennais, the best in the south shore!! So disappointed of such way for treating a young genuine girl trying just to celebrate a birthday woth her friends!

We were a group of 7 and we all found our dishes excellent. On the other hand, the service was really bad. The waiter did not bring water, did not offer dessert/coffee and neither did the bills after long waits. No suggestions. We had to ask another server to fetch ours for these different services.

I ordered the onion soup, it wasn t really hot, it was room temperature. The taste wasn t bad but expensive for what it is. I also ordered the octopus, i was disappointed, it tasted burnt. The service was okay. Overall I don t think I would recommend this restaurant.

The menu looked promising, but it was honestly very ordinary in terms of flavor profiles, and frankly too expensive for the quality of the dishes. The tuna tartare was VERY roughly cut, with huge chunks of mango. Attention to detail is lacking. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. The service was extremely long. The waitress was very nice but the timing was atrocious. 20 minutes before taking a drink order, 30 minutes with empty glasses at the end of the meal without receiving our invoices, while the restaurant was almost empty. I wont go back, for an equivalent price, you can find much better!

The meals are diverse and delicious. I recommend the cheesecake which is delicious!!! On the other hand, the music is very loud, its difficult to have discussions with friends. Sore throat guaranteed at the end of the evening, because you have to speak loudly to hear yourself. Additionally, I had called to reserve a bench seat for five people and we got a bench seat for 4 people. We were too stuck. They agreed to give us another table, but our time was reduced by 15 minutes due to other reservations after us. We had 1 hour 45 minutes to eat instead of 2 hours. We also lost 10 minutes with table changes. So less time to chat with friends.

There were 3 of us for dinner as a starter we had fried squid, dumplings and salmon tartare my preferences were the excellent squid and dumplings. The beef cheek a delight, and also the flank steak good portion of meat for both dishes I recommend them, ultimately I will return without hesitation.

*Long detailed review* My partner and I went there on a Thursday evening for my birthday and we had a great evening. The food was very tasty! I had the onion soup, the potion was a little too small, but WoW! She was excellent! I had the classic beef tartare duo and the Californian salmon, very good, especially the beef one. The salmon one was good, but according to my tastes, I found it a little too much of a sandwich spread, but I dont regret my choice in any way. My partner had nachos as an appetizer and pasta and they were very satisfied too. The nachos were well stocked, not just reheated chips with sauces on the side. And the cheese and carrot cake is a must-have!! On the other hand, we advise you to take it to share. We had no problem with cold food as I read in the other comments. The temperature was perfect, not too hot to have to wait a few minutes before eating. For the atmosphere, its for a first date or for a reunion evening with friends, I dont recommend. Its very noisy. But the subdued atmosphere makes up for it. There were only two of us sitting across from each other, so we got along relatively well, but if there had been 5-6 of us on a rectangular table Im not sure it would have been pleasant. We went there at 8:30 p.m., so it calmed down pretty quickly, I recommend going there at those times. As for the service, the staff were welcoming. The server was smiling and kind, without being pushy to ask us every 2 minutes if everything was correct. He didnt impose himself either, we didnt feel like we had to stop a conversation when he came to drop off a dish or a drink. However, it was a bit slow at first. There were a lot of people and we werent in a hurry at all, we wanted to enjoy our evening there, so it didnt change anything for us. We spent 2h45 there and spent $200 (including a bottle of wine at $66) for 2 starters, 2 meals, a beer, a dessert and a cappuccino and it was definitely worth it
