I ate a Californian Hamburger. Chicken meat. Very good tasting, tender and juicy. The content is rather basic; lettuce, tomato. The chicken looks marinated. I recommend it. On the other hand, disappointing portion of fries and questionable texture. Detail on the service, I never had ketchup for my fries. Slow, but it was busy. So I need more visits to judge. To try, for sure. We were 10 people. Ill go back. For prices, comparable to other restaurants. For cheap food, stay at home ;). Parking: Since it is located with several other businesses, it is possible that you will not be parked nearby.

They were so helpful with my severe allergies. I didnt feel like i was being judged (happens a lot at other restaurants ) everything was perfect

The Old School pizza was really ordinary, it looked like frozen pizza. The salad and dessert were delicious. During our visit the coffee machine for filter coffee was broken, obviously we had to buy a specialty coffee (more expensive obviously). The server was very friendly and pleasant to our group of 11!

Good but not exceptional for a very high price! A sandwich, a pasta dish and a lean (very low in cheese) onion soup. With tax and type 76$ very expensive for a lunch and especially for what it was, at this price it should have been exceptional! Taken note, do not return there.

I went to Zibo on Friday October 18, 2024, the flank steak was so tender wow, the service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful.... I will go back for sure.

I really want to give a higher rating, but... I placed an order for takeout and picked up my order. It included a burger, fries, and cheesecake. But when opening the bag after returning to my hotel, the cheesecake was not there. Called Zibo to have the charge for the.missing cheesecake taken off and was told the staff there couldnt do it and the morning manager would need to call me and reverse that charge. Evening staff was friendly and took all of my information and order number. The manager thought did not call, text, or email about my issue. After waiting a full day, I simply have to accept that this management does not care to return calls and fix problems that occur. UPDATE: I did reve a call after my original post but was unable to answer. Today there is a credit issued for the missing. Thank you for doing the right thing! It is appreciated.

Disappointing. The atmosphere upon arrival is welcoming, but the service that follows is simply disappointing... The waitress did not welcome us at all, just taking our orders and leaving. Later in the evening, when we received our plates from another waiter because our waitress was at the bar, too busy drinking shots, we were missing some dishes that had been forgotten. The only time the waitress was quick was to collect and receive her tip With all the restaurants around, you can definitely find better.

We were several people..... The waiter came to see us, we had questions about the menu to order.... we managed to ask him a question, he answered us and he left saying he was coming back, we hadnt ordered... he passed by our table at least 3-4 times without saying anything and without coming to see us (even if he had empty hands, no plates, cabaret....) finally after about 10-15 minutes he came to take the order. Service Server We asked for bread, we never saw the bread We asked to cook the meat the way we liked it, but it wasnt done unfortunately we didnt eat it. We hadnt finished eating the starters and he brought us dinner, without coming to see us and asking us if we were finished and if we were ready to bring us the dinner. So, for my part, I wont go back.

Saturday evening November 16 I mention to the waitress that I am allergic to shellfish. I ask if I can eat General Tao, she says yes. I was very ill, I even had to go home and miss my 8 p.m. show. Food was delicious, a nice modern atmosphere and prices are reasonable. Our server was very kind and friendly but it took really really long for us to get our food. We noticed a family next to us where the child got his meal and dessert and the parents were served over an hour later. I understand that its a very busy restaurant but Ive been to other very busy restaurants with much faster service. Overall, its a great restaurant and I would go again but you must expect a long delay.

The waiter only came to see us 4 times, the first time to see if we wanted something to drink, the second time to bring us our drinks. To give our order, we had to ask another server to pick it up. We received our order, my meal was cold. The waiter didnt even come and ask us if everything was OK. When he came to clear our table, she was the one who asked us if it was okay. Thats when we said it was cold. Bad experience.

The waitress was super!Her English was not too good, but when in Quebec, that is to be expected. The food was subpar for the prices. Nothing special, and Im sure no chef on staff. Most likely, just some kids in the kitchen flipping the grill. Outdoor seating was nice, but nothing special. Waste of money and try something higher end not in a strip mall.....

We went as a group for a company meal. I found the service excellent and very friendly. I didnt see one member of the group say their meal was bad. As for the prices, well these are the market prices. My salmon tartare was $32 if I remember correctly and the portion was more than enough. For the flank steak that my colleague took, we can also see that the portion is good. I also had good comments on the burgers. Parking: At Dix30, you can park around the restaurant and also in the underground.

Me and my family went to dinner on Friday June 28, 2024. We had outstanding service with the waitress Stéphanie. Smiling, welcoming and professional. She knows her menu very well, which means she can easily advise us. She introduced me to the handsome Ryan, a pure delight that I wont soon forget. All the meals and drinks we had were delicious!! My friends and I went to Zibo this evening, we had reservations for 12 people at 8 p.m., when we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes before getting a table and they forced themselves to give us a table once we had them Said we were going to another restaurant, when we got to our table, the waitress, Mariah, asked us what type of water we wanted (still or sparkling) and then we didnt see her again for a good 20 minutes, she was already very, very stupid. Then we ate and one of our friends arrived (she was one of the 12 people), we told the waitress that she had just arrived and she looked at us very crooked, in short we continued our dinner and when we we finished, the waitress never came to see us again, we had to get up and tell her that we wanted a dessert for our friend to celebrate, she never came to see us again to find out if we wanted a dessert too , in the end, after 20-30 minutes of waiting we try to meet her again to get the invoices and she was right in front of us making utensils, or glasses, we asked another person for the invoices and we never received them, the waitress finally showed up and brought us the bills. In short, it was the worst service I have had in my life.. Avoid.

I cant believe I paid $15 for a tomato carpaccio aka 4 cherry tomatoes next to a Saputo cheese, a bit insulting. My meal tasted a bargain: salty. We all have stomach aches.

I loved my experience at Zibo in Brossard. I had the mozzarella pizza, and it was excellent! The dough was crispy, the sauce was super good, and the mozzarella melted perfectly. Had Chicken Dijon, very small portion and the taste was average, similar to a home meal. Not worth the price.

I waited 30 minutes until someone came to get the order, then 1 hour to get the pizza. The place was empty on a Sunday lunch, and they even forgot to bring their drinks.

You know when we go to a terrace its to have a pleasant time. Especially with inflation we choose carefully where the spending goes. I love Zibo s drinks and their tartare. But I am very disappointed with the service. We had finished our drinks a long time ago without being asked if we wanted anything else then 1 hour to have a pizza without excuse, the dishes still there...service at the outside tables really leaves something to be desired but for the rest its good.

I was on the terrace 3 times in 2 weeks and I waited around more than 45 minutes for my meals each time, I dont know if its the kitchen or the staff that is lacking but surely it is There is a great opportunity to improve the service, because the atmosphere is generally good and summer has not yet started! The waitress who served us was very nice. But unfortunately, the lack of employees was glaring. We sat down at 6:30 p.m., the waitress only took our orders at 7:30 p.m. and I had to call her so that she could come see us otherwise I dont know what time we would have been served... we got our meals at 8:30 p.m. (2 hours after we arrived) and we often ran out of water. Zibo! Always super good and consistent. Ive never been for dinner, but I love having business dinners here or in Laval. A sure value. I always get one of their excellent salads.

Good atmosphere although very dark, no lights, decent food but so overpriced and very very slow service. I had hercules onion soup, $15 for not even 200ml of soup. Much too expensive for what they offer, fried dumpling 4 very small pieces, good but once again so overpriced. Total bill with 1 bottle of white wine, over $300 for 4. This was the 2nd visit to this restaurant and surely the last. Im going to spend my money elsewhere where theyll give a lot more bang for my buck.

Unlike other reviews mentioning a dark light, for me this is a positive point. This makes the atmosphere more intimate and private. I was happy to have space on a Saturday evening. : As for the food, the Halumi fries were very small for the price. They were more like ficelo with a soft texture. I dont recommend them. On the other hand, I was satisfied with the quantity of fries served with the burgers, thank you for that. Personally, Im not a fan of tomato mayonnaise sauce. I think there should be more choice of sauces, as its not to everyones taste. : The chicken burgers and the Santa Fe were excellent. However, in the Santa Fe burger, I did not find the taste of spicy mayonnaise. : Regarding prices, I understand that everything goes up. The high prices are offset by the restaurants aesthetics and service. For a starter, 2 dishes and tips, it cost us $84~ : I would have liked to give more than 3 stars, I had a good time and Im thinking of going back in the future to see if its a 4 star after all.

Fraudulent promotion. We called to find out because last year there was a promotion on pitchers. We were told that cocktails were $6 until 6 p.m. When we arrived, we wanted to be in the sun and we were told that it was too complicated to move the tables. Once seated, we asked the waitress and finally she agreed to open the roof. When paying, we were told that the promotion was only at the bar and the drinks were full price. We informed the waitress who went to her manager and offered us a single cocktail for $6. We refused and finally the manager came and offered to promote us. I maintain my bad rating because we took the trouble to call and the promotion is displayed in large letters at the entrance and in the menu. Really anything, it will be our last time.

So this review is after a date night with my beautiful and lovely wife .which happened around 6pm-7.30pm on Saturday (we had kids waiting at grandma s ). We had made a reservation 4 days prior, like all married couples do. The food was much better than I remembered from 5 years ago, and everything was beyond our expectations. The place was packed at 95% but they managed it so well that we could very easily think it was only us dinning. Our waiter Olivier made that happen. He was omni-present everywhere and he was very detail oriented when serving us or clearing the table. Much appreciated ! I would definetly eat here again, soon !

Nice modern restaurant with choices of pasta, pizza, tartare, etc. The food is tasty but pretty standard if not a little pricey for what you get at that price. The portions are not very big. Before I start telling my experience, I want to make a note: I am a chef, and I have had two restaurants...terrible service, we ordered 2 drinks which took a long time to arrive at the table, so much so that the gin and tonic ice was gone. almost completely melted, the food took 1 hour from the moment of the order until it arrived at the table, a minute before you had spoken to have them bring us the bill due to the bad service and the delay, the plate to share was terrible, reduced quantities like unen infantil.... when you have a large restaurant, you must have the staff required to fulfill the customers requests. If the order is going to take a while, you must warn them so that they make the decision to wait. or change the order, I am very sorry for having gone through such a situation, which will not allow me to return or recommend said business...

It was our first time at Zibo today, we ate well and our server was friendly. Unfortunately while we were waiting for the machine to pay, I had my coat and my card in my hand, the man who worked at reception came to our table and was quite rude. No excuse me or hello, he simply told us: I have reservations waiting!!! I replied in the same tone that we were waiting for the machine to pay for our meal. Our server then arrived quite quickly, it was busy and he was clearly very busy. I worked in customer service for a long time and thats really not the way to talk to people. It will have been the first and last time for us at Zibo.

$110 and worst meal Ive ever had. the fries were so dry and the burger cold and wet, me and my partner wont be going back.

The atmosphere is great, not too noisy and the decor is superb. The service was impeccable and what can I say about the food, it was simply perfect. You have everything to eat and the prices are very reasonable. Vegetarian options: Some dishes are clearly marked for vegetarians and a supplement for carnivores is offered for these dishes.

we went there for lunch on a Monday, so the restaurant was not very busy. the service was good and all the food we ordered was beautiful. i got the caesar salad with chicken and was not disappointed and others at my table got general taos chicken, dijonaise chicken and a californian salad and everyone was pleased with their food :) the desserts were also very good (the brownie is melt-in-your-mouth with great caramel sauce)!

A place to discover.

My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate Valentines Day a little early so we went to eat at this restaurant. We were made very welcome by the waiter who was very friendly and efficient. The food was very good and the place nice and clean. We had a table in a very intimate corner and there was a lovely warm atmosphere. We had a very pleasant time there! Thank you for the good service!

I had lunch here for a business meeting and here is why I enjoyed Zibo so much; The menu has lots of different options: Hamburgers, salads, appetizers, noodles, vegeterian options and more. Theres something for all tastes, while also keeping it simple! The atmosphere was great! The Google pictures really do justice in showing the vibe of the place. Its a casual restaurant where I can have dinner with friends without breaking the bank, and at the same time a place fancy enough where I can entertain a business partner. Our waitress was extremely friendly and professional and we could tell she enjoyed being there! I definitely recommend.

We had a group of 20 go to Zibos for lunch today and it was a pretty disappointing time. We arrived for our reservation around 1pm and, by 2:30pm, had not seen hide nor hair of any of our food. I ordered the Santa Fe burger which came with overcooked, hard fries, and a small, artistic puddle of something red. The burger itself was good, but nothing amazing. Others in my party, who had also previously gone to Zibo in past years, said the quality of the food had gone down. The food with the highest praise was the General Tao Style Chicken, which I didnt try, but looked pretty good. I also had a Limonade Fizz, with a shot added, which tasted very sweet, but seemed to be missing the alcohol.

Went there on Dec 30th 2023 for my aunt s birthday. We were a group of 18 people including seniors, adults, teenagers and young children and no one was very pleased with their meals. The food was lacking in flavour. Everyone ate their meals and there was no need to return it but it was absolutely nothing to brag about. The quality in the food has decreased significantly over the years. Also the first time I ve ever asked for a celebratory piece of cake and they brought it without a candle. Cheap to say the least. Staff was stretched so we did have to wait quite a bit. I had the sauté teriyaki chicken 4/10, good quantity means nothing without quality.

Our server Chris at Zibo on 10/30 really didnt know how to offer us adequate service, no stupid and impatient smile, basically the entire service was pitiful but the other employees had nothing to say with them, the service was perfect!

Mixed experience at Zibo Brossard. The place, the welcome and the service were of good quality, nothing to complain about. For the food, the value for money leaves something to be desired: - The burgers offered are rather small and only come with fries and sauce (no vegetables, salad or others) - The tagliatelle with wild mushrooms are served with a sauce that is too liquid and has little taste ($28)

Really really bad service the waiter at the bar forgot to give us our drinks after 20 minutes of waiting for them we even had to ask the barmaid for them and to add to that the waiter didnt look at us all evening he never looked at us again asked if everything was okay if we needed something or even if we wanted something else to drink and also after the meal he didnt even ask us if we wanted coffee or dessert I have never been so angry when leaving a restaurant I do not recommend to no one goes there...

This is quite a busy sports bar with an extensive menu. There were burgers, pastas, pizzas, steaks, so all your heart s desires. It kind of reminds me of White Spot back in Vancouver, but more for working professionals, and less for families although they also have a kids menu (more on that later). The service was very good, attentive and friendly. While our server forgot to bring the ice cream for my daughter after her meal, I doubt she would have had room for dessert. I ordered a chicken breast with fries and vegetables while my husband ordered a pizza. Their kids menus are extensive with lots of different choices for the little ones (comes with a small drink and ice cream). The price was reasonable, like most sports bars, but the ambience was lively and festive.

The cup of wine is not generous for the price paid.
