Food looks good, but limited seating and no option to reserve a table, not given the option to wait for a table. Get a reservation system if you have such limited seating.

I hadnt ordered sushi from Tenka in several months and this evening I made an order that I bitterly regretted. The size of the sushi was shamefully reduced, an overuse of Philadelphia cheese in ALL sushi. Not very tasty, rolled quite loosely, the tempura rather soggy. In short, totally bad value for money. I was very, very disappointed with my dinner which still cost me almost $100!!! (take out). It was unfortunately the last time... Especially since I had to travel to pick them up.... And whats more, they dont respect the availability hours announced on their website.... Perfect storm for a bad experience!!

I really appreciate the generous amount of fish meat they include in their sushi rolls at this particular sushi store. The freshness and quality of the fish they use are evident in every bite, making each sushi roll a delightful experience!

The atmosphere is ordinary, but I imagine as a couple its better, but hey we go there for the good food. I tasted the rolls, around twenty in all, and it cost me less than $25 including tip. Spicy tuna, asparagus and salmon. And at this price, the quality was there. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

This place doesnt deserve a 4.4 it deserves a 5. If I could give a 6 I would. The best experience ever! Not only is the delivery super quick, the customer service is amazing. Came back after the change of their ownership. So far I only tried one of their for-2 maki (rolls) meal. They are decent. Taste good. The maki could be rolled better but at least the cutting and the plating is presentable. Their salmon is at least taste alright and does not taste like they are straight out of the fridge/freezer unlike those salmon found in all-you-can-eat places that I will avoid. I always like their small but cozy environment. Not too busy or too ghetto. The staff is very polite and nice. Will come back and tried their nigiri and other items.

The server was kind but the service was not good. They seem to pay more attention to takeout orders than attending to customers who dine in . My husband and I are lovers of sushi and this sushi was disappointing . It was room temperature and the texture was off and didn t seem fresh to us at all.

Today was a fried food craving day. I probably had one of THE BEST orders of ebi tempura. What was so special?! The super crispy light coating! Exceptional! They also do justice to the Botan Ebi sushi and the fried prawn head by freshly preparing it to order (and packing it with the tempura as not to get soggy) the fried octopus was also very good. Bravo Tenka team and thank you!

Genuinely the worst sushi ive ever eaten. I turned up and there was nobody in there, was told all the tables were booked. Ordered take out which took 45mins to prepare, still nobody in the place at any table. Took home the sloppy mess noted in the photo. What is this even supposed to be? Actually awful

We went to Tenka quite by chance. What a great discovery! Very fresh sushi (doesnt taste refrigerated like in some other restaurants in the area), tasty, fast and friendly service in a small, intimate restaurant. We have already been back a few times and will be back again!

Order # 6326 Fresh sushi arrived in a timely manner. My only complaint is the amount of fish inside the rolls the salmon avocado and tuna avocado have about 60% avocado 40% fish I would much prefer a 50/50 or 60% fish, 40% avocado. But for a first time this was excellent will order again.

The best sushi in Quebec! Authentic, made only its ordered. The best and most authentic miso soup. If anything, you have to time when you order, as it can get a bit long if you order close to when you want to eat (mainly because its freshly prepared and other people want to have dinner at the same time too...). But boy, is it well worth it!

Excellent service the first time I went there. Quick and delicious. They even made an exception on Valentines Day and served us in 2 minutes without reservation.

Picked up a combo order with sides. Had to wait more than expected, but not too much. Unfortunately the Sushi was atrocious and threw out most of it. Salmon was too thick, slimy and not fresh. Rest of the sushi pieces were soggy and overly lathered in sauce. Even found and fish bone in one of the pieces. The Miso soup and fried dumplings were alright at least. Still very disappointing overall, especially considering the price. Wont be coming back.

Very dissatisfied with my order last night. $60 order for a sushi platter of 2, it was rubbish, the problem I think is that I ordered shortly before closing so they botched my order. Mini sushi with a thin piece of salmon, and 3 other different types only. Theres enough competition in the area for me to not have to order where theyre neglecting their customers. (doordash command)

Ordered a tray for delivery via UberEats. Sushi tasted great. One of the pieces contained a fairly-sized fish bone, which I found concerning, thus the 3-star review. Otherwise, regarding the taste and presentation, 4.5 stars.

I went there yesterday with a lot of pressure from work actually, I have to say this sushi store healed me from Monday. The food is fresh and delicious, each piece of the sushi and sashimi got its own correct temperature and good flavor. The service is very gentle. highly recommend!

Traveling from the states and wanting sushi. This is one of the best I had, from the takoyaki to the sashimi and sushi rolls were presented so nicely and tasted great. And the gentleman who served us was very polite and attentive. Would come to eat when I come back into town.

Very good and fresh sushi, they are generous with their sashimi cut which are rarely seen these days. Would come back JUST for that. Creative rolls and the sushi rice is spot on ! My only complain is the eel roll which is tiny (smaller than cucumber/avocado hosomaki)

Tried this sushi restaurant for the first time with my friends, it looked so good, the presentation is well made, and sushis itself are sooo tasty. Very good sushi ordered via Uber eats. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicious. Only the fried chicken was lukewarm, due to delivery which took 1 hour but after barely 20 seconds we microwaved and that was it and the flavor was there.

Best dinner, far exceeds Kanda, the atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful and the service as well as the cuisine was breathtaking. The starter that I was recommended was delicious and the platter for 2 number 1 Arigato gosaimasu

The sushi is simply excellent! When we entertain, we regularly order platter C for 4-5 people as well as fried tofu as a starter. Each time, the guests are simply amazed. Plus, orders are ready on time!

My husband and I have always loved their sushi, but unfortunately our last order ruined our date night as we ended up in the emergency room. My husband was eating the Kamikaze roll with eel when he suddenly started coughing. Three thick pieces of fish bone had gotten caught in the back of his throat, one on the side of his cheek, one on his uvula, and the other in his tonsil. This caused him to want to puke as it kept poking him in the throat. After puking, coughing and chugging lots of water, he was able to get two of the bones out. But there was still the last one stuck in the back of his throat, where the tonsil is. By this point my husband was bleeding in the mouth. I tried to get the bone out for him but it only caused him to gag. We decided to go to the ER to get help. luckily they were able to remove it without much wait time. Tenka sushi, please be extra careful when preparing your sushi s. Most people do not expect to find fish bones when they eat sushi rolls so the risk of choking and getting injured is high. Please do better in the future so no one else ever has to go through the miserable night my husband and I did.

Probably one of the best sushi s that I have tasted yet. When you eat them, you can feel how they use fresh and quality ingredients. Outstanding! Plus, even if I ordered to take out, the presentation is very nice! I also ordered some appetizers and was surprised by how it was good looking and close to the pictures on the website. Aditionally, they have an extremely impeccable service. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Don t look further. Only downside, was the fact that my Takoyakis were still a little uncooked inside, but don t blame them since I ordered last minute and they prepared everything super quick, so I could get home on time before curbfew (nice gesture). They could also improve the Takoyaki by being a little more generous with the octopus portion inside. Other than that, PERFECT! You must try this place!

The sushi is excellent. This is the 2nd time I ve been there and WoW, WoW, WoW It is at least the equivalent of Uni Sushis and it is perhaps even superior. The owners are super nice. I recommend the restaurant as well as the A Plus 32 pcs platter. I will definitely go back.

We really disappointed their food We wondered where those raw fish come from. It could be a lower grade from the supplier. Its not worth it compared between the price they sell and the quality.There was also some funny taste in the meal. The way they cut the raw fish was weird and the presentation was not impressive at all.

The ingredients were fresh and the sushi were tasty. The service is great. The presentation of the food is amazing too. My only issue is the price. Compared to the other sushi places in the surrounding, the sushis are a lot more expensive for a slight improvement in quality. However, if you only look for quality and dont mind the prices, this is definitely a good place to give it a try.

I ve ordered today throught ubereats and my order came wrong, missing items and containing items I did not order. It was not tasty at all and my sushi was warm. It took 1h30 min to get it delivered (dont try to blame on uber because I was following the steps and once the order was ready to pick up the driver got here in 7 min). Very disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! Our favorite place for Sushi!

Me and my wife have been to many many sushi restaurants and this one is absolutely one of our favorites. Whats the most important thing about sushi? Freshness, freshness and freshness. They nailed it. Never a black spot on Avocado, never a darker color on salmon. What we dont like is that sometimes they put too many onions on too of maki rolls. I get it, the green onion smells great, but if too much, then the strong smell will overshadow the fresh part of sushi, which lowered the class. Overall, very good quality for such a small, family owned place.

I am not sure who gave this a 5 star review, but we were sadly misled. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone Sushi tasted like cafeteria sushi. it serve mediocre dishes. Nothing to exciting nor delicious to say. Disappointed. Not worth your money.

Presentation was beautiful and everything was so tasty and fresh.

I ordered last Saturday from brossard and they said it would be an hour. It arrived exactly an hour later. What was not told was that there was a $6 delivery fee and gave the guy a $20 tip (bill was $98). The 2 star was because I got sick 2 hours later and my friend too. Was sick the next day as well, pretty sure it was the sushi. I know times are tough for restaurants and bars, but cheaping out on quality and/or selling spoiled food is not the way to go. Food taste was delicious I must admit. Thank you.

I ordered the salmon poke bowl, 3/4 of the bowl was lettuce which completely took away all the taste of the meal. It would have been a nice meal if it wouldnt have been for that
