We are specialize about Phở, Bún bò huế, Bò kho and more…
Just went here for Sunday lunch and it was a great experience. Quick, friendly service, great value. The "bo kho" soup was very good. The most generous portion I've ever seen in any restaurants I've been. The 3 colors dessert was also good.
We arrived close to the closing time and the waitress was still smiling and happy to serve us. We were so amazed when the food arrived to our tables in less than 10 minutes after we ordered. The food itself was pretty good. The soup had great flavours and the noodles were not overcooked which was great. The meat was also tender and well flavoured which only added to the dining experience. Since we arrived close to closing time, the place was pretty quiet which made it perfect for our group to talk without having to raise our voices. My favourite part was definitely their fried ice cream. The exterior was just the right crispiness and it tasted so good with the ice cream. It wasn't the usual fried bread either, it was quite unique and I loved it. The sweetness of the dessert was also just on point with the honey.
Food: This restaurant has delicious pho. The broth is beefy and light, with ample toppings and noodles. The consistency of the rice noodles are perfect, and the beef pieces are all desirable parts, unlike some places that add scraps and filler pieces. Service: Exceptionally friendly and fast service, frequent water refills. Atmosphere: The place is really clean. There is soft ambient music playing, overall very calm.
Refered by a friend.. This Pho place brings back memories of authentic Pho noodles when I was a kid where good food didn't need jazzy renos. Loved the big soup bowl of pho. We also ordered pork chop rice, viet coffee , and of course the fried banana! The fried banana was amazing. def recommending anyone to come here for a great tasting bowl of pho with great value.
Do we really need another Viet restaurant in this area? The answer is YES. Good tasting and great portions for the right price point (might even be a tad cheaper than the other viet joints in the area). Definitely go there if you want to stare down at inflation and taunt inflation with mouth fulls of noodles, rice and meats. The pho is tasty. Not the best but tasty. Very respectable. Definitely hits the spot and makes you want more. Mega plus: the large is really a large. Plenty of noodles, meats, tendons, tripes and other beefy joys. The cooked beef is tender but a tad too "powdery" to my liking. The garnish plate offers fresh lime, thai basil, chili peppers and bean sprouts. Bean sprouts look a bit tired but still crunchy. Overall, thumbs up for a comforting bowl of beefy joy. Been eating there twice in 3 weeks and have ordered 3 rice platters with trifecta of beef, chicken and pork chop. Good portion, thin cuts and great taste! The fish sauce is perfect for it. Kept baptizing my meats into it. Delish mouthfulls every time. The rainbow drink (3 color che) is good. Well-balanced coconut taste. Just right. Beans are mushy like you want them but I wished the jelly strings were a bit thinner. Chunks and strings are too big. They do not seem to offer banh mi but I definitely will be going here instead of my other regular spot in the area now. Service is suuuuper friendly and helpful. John is the man!!!!
We went during the first week of opening to try out the restaurant. Since there was a promotion, the service was a bit hectic. We had put in our order and did not receive our food in a timely manner as tables that came after us already received their food. Luckily, one server realized this and came to ask if we ordered to which we said yes and asked who took our order. He went to the kitchen and came out with our food and apologized the kitchen was backed up but we know the first server forgot to put in our order. The pho was average and the appetizers were overpriced.
I was excited to explore this new restaurant in the area, especially drawn in by their promising offerings of Bò kho and bun bo hue. However, despite the quick service and ample parking, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The Bò kho leaned too heavily on sweetness, while the bun bo hue erred on the side of excessive saltiness. Additionally, the portion of bean sprouts was disappointingly minimal, and the serving of noodles in each soup bowl failed to satisfy. Despite plentiful seating, our order of two bowls of Bò kho, one bun bo hue, a chicken and rice dish, and bun cha gio left us with mixed feelings. Although my son thoroughly enjoyed his chicken and rice dish, the overwhelming heap of noodles accompanying the bun cha gio overshadowed its main component.
So to let you know they currently have promotions from Monday to Wednesday. They also accept only cash or credit. No debit cards accepted. Prices are taxes included. Everything was very decent for price and delicious. When we went it wasn't busy which in turn worked out well for us. Unlike their competition down the street the tables aren't squished up close to others. The restaurant is large but the only downside is one bathroom per gender. Restaurant was clean. Service staff was amazing. Our waiter came often to ask us if everything was alright. They gave us an additional sauce for my wife's dish at no charge. How did we know about the specials you may ask. We'll I paid cash for our meal based on the menu price plus 22 percent tip. The waiter came back saying that it cost less because of the Monday to Wednesday. The waiter was honest and could have pocketed the money as extra tip.
My new favorite pho spot in Brossard, definitely worth a try. Such good service from Min & William, delicious pho and clean + spacious restaurant! I will be back of course.
Really really good soup, number 1 services, quiet ambiance. Recommend 100%
Both delicious and inexpensive.
Good portions and good flavours would go more to eat
The service was slow, and the waiter didnt even know what weve ordered. He had to go back to grab a menu to check what bowls he was carrying. We still gave a 5$ tip and he asked for more because it wasnt enough for him.
First time coming to this restaurant, the owner is friendly and the food is delicious. Their portion is definitely as you can see in the picture. It is recommended to repeat, maybe for me smaller portion.
Excellent ! I ordered a beef Pho soup. It s the best I ve eaten in a long time!!!!
Excellent Vietnamese meal, excellent service, the only thing I recommend is the atmosphere ..the lighting is really too bright and cold!!! Please dim the lights for people who want to eat at the restaurant on Saturday in a warm atmosphere, etc. Your hyper-white, non-filtered halogens have no place! Add hanging lights with warm colors and not too strong and close your hyper cold white halogen lights and it will attract a lot of customers!!!! Bring your wine too Very reasonable price ..For the rest other than the lighting it s very very good!
Amazing service! Delicious food.
This restaurant is by far one of the best Vietnamese places I have been to! The soup broth is amazing and the service is great plus its pretty affordable for what you get
The food here is fantastic
Love that spot! Big pho and good service as always
The place is spacious and clean. My favorites for this restaurant are Bun Bo Kho, rice plates and their Vietnamese coffee. Its worth trying them. You will not be disappointed.
Price is on the cheaper side but the quantity is also smaller. The beef in the bun bo hue was the incorrect cut, as it was tough and chewy with tendon instead of fat. At least there were viet sausages and pork hock.
Bad service, bad food
Worst customer service I went to pick up a prepaid online order and the cashier/owner refused to give me my order and went to hide behind the kitchen, refusing to speak to me. He wanted to charge me again even though I had already shown him proof of payment. He ended up giving me my order and waving me off with the back of his hand. In addition, the staff speaks very little French, it is very difficult to be understood. When I arrived, the cashier flatly told me that I had gone to the wrong restaurant and asked me to leave... Even though I was indeed in the right place I am outraged by this lack of respect and the total absence of professionalism. I strongly recommend that you opt for MC Pho in Brossard which offers much better dishes with impeccable service. This was the first and last time I went to this restaurant.
Chicken was not cooked in my order would not go back.
Absolutely the best of the best. Excellent quality:quantity:price ratio Price very reasonable (compared to McPho that gives very little and very expensive) Great service Very clean and spacious restaurant (great for families)
Very clean and spacious restaurant! I had the bun bo hue and i have to admit the broth was amazing! I could just taste the beefiness. I love how my bowl was filled to the top with soup:) and for the service. You will have amazing service from JOHN. He is attentive and always checks up on you to see how you re doing. He has great customer service skills! Will come back to see JOHN!
Soup big and tasty. The broth is delicious.
Super good meal and very good service.
Really best pho, for promotion 10$ is good portion
Very good place for a bowl of warming Pho! Definitely worth a try! Food
The food is very delicious
Ordered face to face with the waiter and confirmed twice for the take out, yet the order is completely wrong. I wanted rice + pork. you gave me shrimp + vermicelli.
I went for dinner and I regret it. The price was cheap and there was a reason for it. You get the least for your money. BAD experience, NEVER go back.
Very good restaurant and good service
The service is excellent!!! They are very nice and friendly. My 2 year old kid made a mess and I was reassured warmly that it was okay. The place is spacious. We got the table for 6 even we are 4. Food
One of the best Bún Bò Hu Ive ever had.
Very good !
Awesome food and service. Will definitely go back!
It was amazing , thank you
Very good pho and bun bo hue with great service and friendly staff
Very good food
Own ! good service! delicious ! big portion!
Very good service and good food
Veggie so dry, rice noodles so hard and no pig feet in bun bo hue pho.
Outstanding soup base I haven t seen for a long time! Parking: Free to park Food : 5/5 |
The restaurant is large, clean and bright. The owners are very friendly. We ordered #22 and #30 as meals. The food is tasty and the portions are generous for the price. The small soup is the equivalent of a medium bowl for many others. Definitely very good value for money. We rounded off the meal with delicious Vietnamese coffee and a rainbow dessert. We will come back, for sure!!! *Please note: Cash only, ATM on site.
Very good meal with soup this evening. Small model but very big. And above all delicious
Weve had unwholesome food. Had food poisoning and Went to bathroom four time in the night. Nightmare.
Overall it was a good experience. We were four and they served little basil bean sprouts, maybe for 2 people. We had to ask for more (no bug deal) but they seemed bothered whe we did. The taste of the broth of the pho and bun bo hue were inconsistent from one visit to the next. One time it was outstandingly delicious and tasty, another it tasted watered down. Overall it was good food and good value with the limited time specials, but Im not sure the value for your money is there if they charge full price.
I went with my family. It was a very nice experience overall. Now, the details... The food was really good. I got 4 #7, 1 small and 2 large, the 4th bowl being a large for takeout. The large was so big, it felt like an X-Large. There is a lot of noodles in the bowl, and there is a decent amount of meat, so the meal does feel a little out of portion. The meat was very fatty and good though! BUT, for the price, I thought it was amazing and definitely worth the price. The broth is very flavorful too! A small bowl is 15$, and a large is 16$. (Without the grand opening special) Keep in mind that it is cash only and the taxes are included! I didnt take a picture of the small bowl, but a small bowl here is equivalent to medium at most places in downtown. My parents thought it was a little salty, but I loved it personally. I require strong tastes, so that may be why. I also regret getting the Che 3 Mau. Forget the taste... but getting half a glass for 5$ is sad... but honestly, thats minor since I care more about phõ over dessert. The service was slow, but I dont blame them. The place was packed beyond the restaurants capacity due to their grand opening, so Im not complaining. Of course, there is room for improvement since the restaurant was opened just a few days ago, so this review will likely change in the future. At the very least, I prefer this place over the IamPho restaurant thats across the street. I will come back! New changes: I came back a month later, and their Che Ba Mau has greatly improved. Its no longer diluted, and the glass is filled! Service was very fast as well. The pho was still very good and flavorful! Parking: Plenty of parking space, very unlikely to have no space.
Overall the Pho is good but not great. It could be done better. The restaurant needs more work, especially needs more choices like MC. The place and the atmosphere is mediocre or below average, looks completely undecorated. Also, cash only. Anyway, time will tell and see. Good luck.
Pho was good , service was great . Will come back again !!
I went there during their special of 12$/bowl. I took the basic pho dac biet. The soup was bland, the meats were hard/chewy and the noodles were undercooked. The restaurant itself was clean and the staffs were very nice. Don t plan on going back.
First time trying the dish tonight for supper. I ordered the grilled pork and one shrimp skewer, and it came with two imperial roll rice and a salade. The price was 22.00. Very good price. I enjoyed it and the staff was nice and respectful. The only downside is that they only take cash. But they had the machine to pull out money.
Overall, this new pho restaurant shows potential but has room for improvement. While the beef carpaccio appetizers sauce was lacking, the pho broth was decent without too much MSG, if any. The al dente noodles were a plus, but the beef was clumped together. The grilled chicken lacked sufficient marination, and the pork chop was disappointingly dry. However, considering the promotional price, its a decent option for a budget-friendly meal.
Very good bun bo hue and bo kho!
Come try ph and Bun Bo Hue one top Vietnamme menu around world
finally opened
Wow Authentic Pho.
Delicious authentic Pho in South Shore!
Very good and friendly, I recommend!!
Below average new vietnamese restaurant in the area. Service was slow despite not going at a particularly busy time. The prices are pretty low but you get what you pay for. The portions are small, the amount of ice in the drinks is egregious and they dont taste particularly good. The broth and the noodles are mid, not flavorful enough and there is not enough beef nor noodles in the pho. To note that they take cash only and theres an ATM in the restaurant. Overall, everything feels rushed and it doesnt measure up to the other vietnamese restaurants like MC and Iampho in the area.
One of the best bowls of Pho Ive had. The portions were very good for the price, there was a good amount of meat in it, the broth was flavourful, and the noodles had a nice bite to them
Went to try the $10 specials at night. It was packed. Weirdly the place was smoggy... And maybe because of the special, the portion was not big. Maybe because new, taste was blend. Nothing special. Not a lot meat. Hopefully it gets better with time...
take advantage of $10 for a bowl of Tonkinese soup, really delicious
This is my fisrt time to this restaurant since they just newly open. The pho broth taste good , alots less msg than other pho place wich is healthier, the price is faire but as for the dessert drink (che ba mau) or 3 colors ice, they should have poured the glass at least ¾ full rather than only ½ a glass and topped with ice over the glass. So basically you paid for ½ drink for the full price .... other than that all the other thing we had ordered is decent but the imperial roll tasted blend. Since they just newly open, they still have plenty of room for getting better. You should give it a try. I will definitely come back again to see they improvement!
Pho is not Vietnamese. the taste is not good.
Best pho in town
Pho and Bun bo Hue are really good, gonna come back for sure
Went during the $10 special I took the pho dac biet, format is about a large in a typical pho place. Flavor was pretty good, but way too salty for my taste. The noodles were still a little tough. The meat was fatty the way I like it! Very typical service of an Asian restaurant: cold and fast. The restaurant was overwhelmed because of the special. On my table, I had to ask for baguette, tablespoon. Waiter didnt ask me if I want tea or water. On the other hand, other servers asked new customers who arrived afterwards. Please note: only cash is accepted. Lots of potential, Ill give it another chance later!
Outstanding in quality and quantity. You get the blandest and the least for your money. I came during the opening special so its only 10$ thats why I left a 2 stars instead of 1. The service was not great, it was the typical rude Asian service but without the food to back it up. I highly do recommend the coffee at a different local viet restaurant, as you will get more quantity and quality.
Experience
It smells and look like a vietnamese restaurant. However the two choices that my partner and I took was disappointing unfortunately. I took a combo F and my partner took a Pho Dac Biet. Combo F didnt have a lot of quantity and the taste was fairly normal and not special. The Pho Dac Biet on the other hand was a major disappointment. The moment we saw the light color of the soup, we knew for a fact that its not an authentic vietnamese pho. As expected, as my partner tried the soup, the taste was very bland unfortunately. Service is mediocre at best, but its to be expected when they just opened a few days ago. We werent offered the choice of tea or water, we were just given water and we have to ask for our utensils and sauce. The clients next to us, came much after us and the waitress actually asked them if they would like tea or water. The restaurant has potential and there are room for improvement. I would strongly advise them to revisit their Pho Tonkinois soup recipe and hopefully with more training the employees will be more consistent in their service. Hopefully my feedback helps you to succeed in this business. Good luck!
Best pho in town. Lived here for 20 years and never had such a good bowl. Highly recommend. Busy and popular but the service was great. Waiters were smiley and helpful in choosing
I was disappointed. The service was terrible. We waited 45 min. for our food. We inquired to 3 waiters while waiting, they all kept saying it s coming soon. Food is bland and mediocre. Portions are small. This is not a place I would recommend to go.
Love pho for as long as I remember. Heard that this place just opened up a few days ago, had to try it out. The place was absolutely packed, yet the service was extremely fast, especially since it just opened. The pho tasted great for a fair price. Highly recommend for anybody looking for some good pho and a good time. This place has the potential to become the best pho place around the area.
Went on a Friday night, place was super busy, yet the service remained excellent. The portions were reasonable based on the price, and the pho was delicious. Ambience was very cozy. Highly recommend to all fans of pho!
Can t believe I am actually saying this, but it is the first time I had too big of a portion.
Waiter was very rude, Hong Kong cafe style service. Ordered pho, the soup was too salty and not a lot of meat. Cash only but ATM is available in the restaurant.
Very good. Nuoc mam is better than most of the other vietnamese places. The portion is pretty good and the price is similar to other places. The ambiance is good and you dont feel cramped inside like some other places and the workers there are very nice. Finding a parking slot is easy as finding a pothole on the roads.
Very nice Pho, they serve generous ingredients. Highly recommended !! Food
Rich flavor, delicious broth. Rich flavor, delicious broth. Saveur riche, bouillon délicieux.
We went at lunchtime to eat Tonkinese soup. Very good soup, broth, noodles and chicken in good proportion. The other dishes we saw seemed to be of good quantity. I wont hesitate to go and enjoy a plate of grilled chicken skewers next time. Very pleasant service!
I passed by at noon...Its the old Kinh Dao. Decent food. Tonqoise soup of spicy beef too much spices vermicelli noodles too big! What a disappointment for the toilets. The womens toilet is overflowing and for the men very dirty and there are live ants on the floor! Last time for Me!
Clean and bright, amazing service with great food!
It tastes good.
Went for the 10$ promotion. Pho was ok for the price but I ordered the Vietnamese dessert for take out and it looked half cup?
New best Viet restaurant in Brossard. Ordered Bo kho and pho dac biet. Price and quality as good as any other. Portion bigger and not too crowded makes it stand out from competition. My new go to for Viet food.
Food and service are ok, restroom clean, friendly ambiance
The waitress was friendly but the food was very mediocre. The flavour of the pho broth lacked complexity -it didn t taste authentic, more like a soup made in a rush. I m certain there are ingredients or steps missing in the process of making the soups. The price is right when it s on sale ($12), but I won t be coming back.
A+ for quantity and quality! I ordered number 7, and it was delicious, highly recommend it!!! Service was great, the lady was so nice and sweet and cute, felt really comfortable. Moreover, the rainbow drink is a must! I will come back more often when the Pho cravings hits. 5/5 :3
very gyu
The menu indicates taxes included, but they charge them at the counter. The pho has to be the worst of the worst I have tasted in my life. Cash only also Food : 1/5
tasty
It s The best pho in Brossard
February 4, 2024. I found 3 reviews on Google, 5 stars, so I went there and they had a sign Opening soon
