Hey - we're Jack Astor's. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. We specialize in delicious food and drink and are a lot like a reverse mullet- we're a party in the front and all business in the back. In all seriousness though, we take real pride in our food and make over 200 recipes in house - Every. Single. Day. Mic drop. Try our fresh guacamole, centre cut aged Canadian AAA striploins or our famous Jack's Chicken Fingers, made with fresh never frozen seasoned chicken tenders, hand breaded to order. We also sling an impressive selection of craft brews and cocktails. So let your hair down, loosen your belt and come hangout!

Our waiter Bella was super nice! Had a nice conversation about school with my daughter and was very friendly. She told us about herself while we were paying and overall was really good also brought food fast during rush hour. Forgot about water that we asked for. We had to remind her. Pretty cool Christmas decorations and food was ten out of ten large servings, great quality. My daughter loved it.

From the moment we were seated, they greeted us with a warm smile and positive energy that made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, they were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and that we had everything we needed. They had excellent menu knowledge, offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made our meal all the more enjoyable. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for our experience. They checked in just the right amount, making sure everything was to our liking, and even took the time to engage in a bit of friendly conversation that didn’t feel rushed or forced. If you’re visiting Jack Astor’s, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Clair take care of you. Their professionalism and personable nature set the standard for exceptional customer service. Great experience! The entire restaurant is decorated for Christmas and felt so cozy. We had a delicious meal and our server Bella was amazing! She was friendly and quick and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. If you want the best service ask for Bella. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service from the moment we stepped in. Hostess' were super polite. Danny our server was the star and took great care of us the whole evening. We felt welcome and never rushed while still getting prompt service under a tight timeline. It was refreshing to have such great service. We will return again with friends and family. The holiday decor is amazing, can't wait to see the lights when they are up. Well done to the staff and ownership.
We had a great time Sunday at this location. Food was good, especially the pan garlic bread!!! Jenna did a great job serving us. Attentive but not too much. She was great at giving us suggestions. My son finally ate all his meal for once. Our family will go back, but next time we will order 2 garlic pan breads
The food was mid. The place was bursting with families and the atmosphere was really cozy. Was surprised to see that they had an option for vegetarian burger as well. The server recommended a few dishes which weren’t really good. Just go for the classics, without experimenting much.

The kids pasta was flavourless. There was pretty much no Parmesan. The OG fried chicken was tender- but not enough gravy is given and the mashed potatoes were lumpy. Claire, our server was great. Very helpful. Not a sl dunk to return.

Went in on Tuesday for lunch with some friends. Our server Candice was so nice/ welcoming and even informed us on the half price wine so we ended up getting a bottle to split amongst the table. We will definitely be back again:)!

Every time Ive come to this Jack Astor, Ive been disappointed. The food is overpriced for the quality you get. You wont find a meal below $20, and that includes a burger. My meal has always arrived cold. The service is very hit or miss. Best to avoid this place. You will not get your moneys worth. Youll only be disappointed.
