1505 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7P 3B6, Canada
Best Indian takeout in the city providing variety of authentic Indian dishes for takeout. We also provide catering for all big and small occasions.
Located in a shopping plaza on Guelph Line and Upper Middle Road in Burlington, Kwality Fine Indian Cuisine has been serving great Indian fare and sweets for approximately twenty years. Originally established as a buffet with optional a-la-carte service, the restaurant has been a recipient of numerous Readers Choice Awards over many years, and I believe the Platinum Award for three consecutive years. The restaurant underwent some changes as most businesses did when economic times turned and became static a few years back. As such, they answered the changing business climate by devoting their resources toward take-out. As a result of increasing demand by patrons, they are currently and gradually changing back to providing more dine-in service once again. Over the many years that we have patronized this restaurant, their philosophy behind serving fresh, good quality food at reasonable prices has not changed. They may no longer have the extensive buffet table they once did in the past, but the hot table with many popular food items combined with their made to order menu will definitely satisfy any discerning fan of Indian food. Over their many years, they had become very well known and popular for their selection of quality sweets that pretty much occupy one entire side of the restaurant. The presentation of colourful sweets in the display cases are highly tempting, especially at the thought of tickling one's palate with such flavourful and nutty delicacies. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, and the general ambience is pleasant. As a family run restaurant, the importance of providing excellent customer service is a priority and they try their best to ensure that all customers are made to feel welcome and glad that they visited Kwality. Overall, Kwality Fine Indian Cuisine provides good value for the money by serving fresh and delicious Indian fare. They have a very good selection of a-la-carte items in their menu, and can accommodate the lunch crowd quickly with popular food items from their hot table. Their longevity in the business and the numerous awards over many years I believe serve as an excellent testatment to what has made this restaurant very successful.
Excellent food with flavour, great prices and management that cares about quality. Location just re opened indoor dining and it was a great experience to taste traditional and authentic Indian food. Great to see businesses who care do well.
One of the good South Indian restaurants and sweets shop for pickup. The food is delicious and is prepared fresh in front of you. You can order online as well. There are few seats to sit and eat as well.
We ordered takeout on father's day - the rice portions were absolutely tiny, we were missing one, missing sauce for onion appetizer, and the butter chicken that was $20 literally, kidd you not, had 4 small piece of chicken. Emailed our concern and no response... food tasted great otherwise
Used to eat here years ago. Now they only have take out. I ordered from their online menu, only to find the prices at pickup are higher. Our biggest concern was the inability to vary the spice level of the food, which most Indian restaurants do. I was told the food is not "child friendly", and was specifically told the spice level is "medium". Of course the butter chicken was mild but the aloo ghobi was far from medium. I can handle medium-hot, and this was almost too spicy for me. On top of this, the chana masala was watery, with a lot of filler ( we don't even know what was in it). We also got malai tikka-for $16 we barely got 2 chicken breasts (maybe 1 1/2). Finally, all the butter naan was burnt (and we ordered 6). When I called about the spice level, the employee kept reiterating that he had told me the food is not for children. There are many better places than this and the only reason I gave two stars was the food was ready at pickup time and it was hot (temperature wise!). I simply cannot recommend this place.
I used to go at this restaurant but this time I ordered a veg thali and I got fly in matar paneer when I go back and complaint about it. Then they agree to give me food but I asked don’t put marar paneer in my veg thali and the guy said fly can be in any curry and it looks like they are cooking flies in their curries. And then they give me refund in very rude way. I would say very bad customer service and they are even not sure about their food quality. I will never go back. So here I am updating my review after 6 month I went there again to buy sweets and they said You put review I said yes and they say why you come now I thought they improved their self. But these punjabis never. Even I am Punjabi too. Don’t know about customer service. Instead of saying sorry they talk rude and get upset if somebaoy put review. Plz god take care of these kind of hankari people.
The food is very good. We've gone there for years and it never let us down. The prices are very good as well. The only disappointment is the washroom. When the restaurant opened years ago the bathrooms were clean but over the years the cleanliness went down significantly. I believe the toilet cleanliness is a direct reflection of the kitchen and food preparations. So is the food prepared with care in a clean environment? They should also be playing some background music. It was no music at all in the restuarant so the atmosphere was kinda dull. Other than that it was a great night out.
Food was great. Customer Service pretty bad. Place not clean. Owner was sitting in one of the tables talking on the phone for about an hour (very loud). No one came up to us when we entered. There was a person sitting in another table cleaning the spoons. Washroom very dirty - men's and women's. The floor was sticky on the way to the washroom. If it wasn't for there food- they would go out of business in a heart beat. Here is what they could do to get real 5 stars: 1. Clean 2.put up a sign on front (saying to please sit yourself) 3. Paint the chairs. 4 paint the walls. 5. Clean the washrooms 6.don't have employees or the owner run there business in one of the customers table (no one wants to listen to you talking on the phone) #7. Clean #8. Clean #9. Clean #10. Keep it clean.
Kalakand is really good and well priced.
Perfect food
Tasty indian food.
Food was very spicy , quality not as before. Selection poor
Thank you for making my day kwality Fine people. I ordered *SHAHI PANEER* and Garlic Naan and the taste was truly delicious. Along with the good taste they also treated me so nicely which was cherry on the top. I really enjoyed the evening with my aunt. I highly recommend this restaurant to all of you. Go for it guys Food
The food here is very good and service .They serve the food hot. I had breakfast here this morning. The food was delicious
Low quality food except veg pakora, service is zero, if you ask for dine in they will pack your food and ask to open at your table , they don t even offer to give change back if you pay cash (scam). Need to improve their service.
Best indian restaurant ,i like their quantity ,quality , price and great service
Bought shahi paneer from here today . The worst I had till date . The dish was so sour . Even an amateur can cook better than this . Such a let down
This restaurant has been my go to Indian restaurant since the day it opened. Their buffet at the time was amazing and now since Covid although the buffet has stopped their food still continues to taste great. I find the food to be really tasty and authentic and the service excellent. 10/10 recommend. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options Parking: Huge plaza with endless parking
I always ordered aloo tikki Chana and tandoori soya chaap. They does fantastic job. It s been three years and I m big fan of their food. When ever I have guests kwality Burlington is my first choice. Thank you so much for the delicious food. Keep it up .
The food served appeared to be stale and Dal makhani tasted sour.
Its unfortunate that covid killed the all you can eat buffets. Theres was the top of the heap. Now, they have to be a take out only. But you wont lose, as their food is so very good.
Great food and service. They have a huge variety of dishes for the buffet
Very disappointing food quality, they could not even get the channa bhatura right, which is most basic and most popular dish on any punjabi cuisine. I went there first time after my experience of 15 yrs with Kwality Restaurant in Brampton, but they do not live upto the name. I was planning to do catering from here, but Id be hesitant now !!
I find the food to be really tasty and authentic (and I have had some really authentic Indian food in my day!) We ordered here again today. The food was great as usual and the service was excellent. We will definitely be ordering here again.
I bought samosas two separate times from here. The first time I got a hair in one of them, and this most recent time I had a hair in the green chutney. The taste is good, but hygiene practices need to be worked on, extremely off putting.
Had great tasting food!
Bought chicken tikka , chicken was not properly cooked even the spices tastes bad. Not going this place again.
Literally the worst food i have ever ate since i move here. After a long hectic day, Ive ordered a non veg thali just to make myself feel good but you guys made that more horrible. Literally threw up the first bite in the bin. Thank you guys for making my day.
Chana batura Vegetarian options: Chana Bhatura
Good cholle bhature
This is a great restaurant with excellent management. The owners care about this customers and are great people. Food is excellent and taste of Indian cuisine is authentic. Really great service. 5 stars from me.
I ordered two times samosa in large quantity and they made it super delicious everyone who ate love samosa, My pilipino co-workers and friends. especially the mint chutney you guys served was so good.
I love this place always fresh and crispy samosas and also their new item soya chaap is authentic Must try!!!
Awesome food! The Chanasomosa is so good, I bought one for my friend today and he said. That was the the most delicious thing I ve ever had and shook my hand!! Lol. Keep up the great work and food guys!
The food was okay in tasty and quantity. I have had better option in Burlington.
Do not go to this place. Food quality is horrible. Don t waste your money.
Went in to pick up Order on Jan30,2023 The girl at front with weird nose piercing kept touching her nose and was not very friendly. I politely asked her to wash here hands before handing over the food because of the virus going around and its common sense not to touch your nose while handling food but she got mad like a two year child said oh my god I have to wash my hands? I touched your food and bag too. Very Unprofessional Lady. I asked what her name is and she said my name is WHATEVER. I don t recommend this person to be handling food. This place is getting worse day by day. Be careful all
The worst customer service.
We had puja at our home and we ordered catering (satvik) food. They helped a lot, during ordering. Our puja was early so they made sure food was cooked the same day and were able to deliver on time at 11 am. Food was very delicious. All the items were great. I have all good things to say about our experience. Thanks Kwality Burlington. I don t post often, but I think u guys deserve a 5 star rating. Vegetarian options: Satvik catering for religious event
Excellent service, delicious food Paramjit is very friendly and good service we highly recommend Kwality Restaurant Kid-friendliness: We went to the restaurant with 3 kids they have lots of kids food options too. Highly recommend
I wish I could give less than one star very rude and unprofessional people.. they don t take order appropriately, then send extra food and charge over.. highly recommend any other place instead of this
Very bad experience
Never ever go to this restaurant. Owner is rude and people complaint all the time and city must make inspection on this store.
I ordered cholay Bhaturay, soya chaap and mix mithai and the food was horrible this is the worst food ever I have had mithai tasted so bad, the soya wasn t cooked properly and had a very bad smell of raw ginger garlic. The mithai was very old and hard to chew. Such a waste of money and time.
Very bad food . I will not recommend this place ..moreover, they always mix up orders and deal with very bad behaviour if you want value your money , don t go to this restaurant they always serve stale food don t order for catering
Had worst experience with them. Did not take order appropriately and over charge. Owner was very rude. Highly disappointed.
I ve tried CHAT-PAPRI, 75% it was just curd and apart from that there was no taste at all , tasted like it was JUST a curd , we also ordered veg-thali but it was delivered without roti so we ended up eating rice and dal only total waste of money
I love coming to kwality, they have amazing food and service. Everyone is super sweet, especially Pamma uncle. He is very humble and always help us with a smile.
Tried every Indian resteraunt in town and this is by far the best. Butter chicken is incredible, naan bread is amazing. And I was introduced to my new favorite sweets here gulab jamun.
Food is tasty with affordable prices. Variety of Indian sweets available.
The lady who was working in the cash last Saturday was so miserable. I was about to tip even though it was a take out, and I just cant stand her presence. She kinda smells like rotten yogurt too
Its one of my go-to place for take-outs. Yummy food and they have multiple sizes available which makes it easy to taste new dishes, so you can order a small bowl for only $5.99 or $6.99 and if you like it next time you can order a large one. I will definitely recommend to try this place for quality of food, but I have never visited the restaurant. Few of my fav are Baigan bharta, Dal makhani and Palak paneer.
I order thali take out. Worse experience. Reheated food. I want to tell to the owner of this restaurant. Kwality does not mean quality. 85% restaurant fail the bussiness because they dont maintain the quality of the food. Try other indian restaurants just for for food and quality. This branch even dont deserve any star. I will never recommend this location to anybody.
Very expensive. Food is mehhh
Channa Bhatura was very tasty. Ordered a recommend dish- butter chicken fries which was delicious and something new. Recommend the place!!
Selling rotten food told them to make it fresh but they didn t Terrible taste not spicy at all I would rate them in negative if I would Recommended dishes
Best indian food I have ever had. Absolutely love this place and continue to make Kwality my #1 choice when I want Indian.
At this kwality location, dont expect quality. Customer service not good. Front desk girl with lot of attitude. Food quality and taste - not good. A veg thali take out for 20$ price that went into garbage bin. Never visiting again. Will not recommend to anyone else to waste their money here.
I used to came here but, is not a restaurant anymore, is a take away
so satisfied , our favorite place, Twinkle is really appreciable. Thanks for the good service and perfect punjabi taste :)
There is no dine in....only take-out. Food quality was good,
Used to go to this place at least once a week. Its sad there is no buffet for long time and this is why we stopped going. Only takeouts now at this place. We are done here.
We used to love the tandoori chicken from here. This time it was horrible. Ordered the malai tikka as well. Did not taste good at all.. felt like reheated chicken curry pieces. Malai kofta was disappointing as well. Chhole bhature was good. Overall a big disappointment. Will probably not go here for a while
Sweets are nice, but you cant get as much varieties as u get at GTA location.
Great vindaloo great samosas for a good price
We bought some sweets and there was mold on them. We didn t realize until we opened the box and looked closely. The mold was on the bottom and the sides of the sweets so we weren t able to see it when we bought it. We used to come here and get sweets before, safe to say, we won t be coming back.
Ordered through Uber eats... Total disaster... So bad food... Had to throw everything I had ordered. Never going to order from here again... You can see the left over after all 3 of us tried.
Picked up Chole Bhatura. Food was good and quantity was right.
Amazing Butter chicken rice and Naan
Quite nice!
Ordered karahi chicken and karahi lamb same gravy no difference 3 pcs of chicken and 3 pcs of goat charged me $ 20.00 each but quality was really bad never going to order again
Worst customer service experience ..They dont know how to greet the customers.
You call yourself a buffet. But you aren t. I repeatedly go in to see if it has returned. Maybe you should change your name. You are not a buffet and have not been for close to four years. Your buffet restaurant was wonderful. Good food. Good service. Decent atmosphere. You have missed a lot of business due to your choice - especially mine. A real disappointment!
I dare anyone to discover superior samosas in Canada. Without a doubt, they stand as the absolute best. Prepared fresh upon ordering, each bite resonates with a delightful, scrumptious freshness.
Edited Dec 03, 2023 I ordered a pound of paneer pakoda and some spring rolls and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and the taste. First of all, the prices have been raised but the quality of food has gone down drastically. Spring rolls only tasted of fried flour with minimal veggies that were so bland. Paneer pakora had a strange taste and odour - seemed very stale. it didnt seem like what I have had a couple of months back. Honestly, this is the second time the food lacked taste and quality so I wont be coming back. Please remove all the awards that have been hung on the walls - they do not matter if youre providing awful food at high prices.
this is my goto place for catering for parties with decent vegetarian options and non veg options too and combi deals within budget. Vegetarian options: soya chap malai curry , kalakand and petha paan are my all time favourites of this restaurant.
Karma.
The food here was always good and still is. Its a real shame they have given in to shrink flation. A Lamb Vindalo is no place for potatoes. Especially large chunks which originally look like meat but then then you realize they have substituted 30% of the meat for cheaper potatoe. A real shame.
Cocktail samosas are very tasty
I always order tray of dal makhni n chicken curry. They both r delicious also the samosa are really good. Will recommend.
I purchased 178 do ler samosas pakoda and jalebi, samosa were made out of naan roti, tasteless and pakodas were almost few weeks older, i dont k ow why these people cheat their own india. Customers, i will never go their and i suggest find a better restaurant,
Everything was very good, with deep, rich sauces and spices, perhaps a little on the hot side. Only disappointment was no beef on the menu for those who dont like lamb
Cocktail samosa ..must try
Best samosas in Burlington. Their jalebi is always fresh.
Nice place for fresh sweets, indian snacks and meals.
I just ordered food from this restaurant and was not expecting good taste but I was wrong food was really good and hot will definitely order again
Very tasty vegetarian samosas to go. Will definitely return.
If there was an option to give less than one star i would have given that. Order samosas from their burlington location. The samosa stuffing was all burned and all the samosas were very pale and were tasting very bad, it was like samosas were made days before and were just heated.
Buffet was good when it was open. Now just doing takeout, to expensive to order everything separately , hope they open for dine in soon.
Bought sweets there yesterday for temple and both kinds were old and stale. I felt so embarrassed when I opened them there in front of everyone. Also they must have changed chefs 3-4 years ago and their food never tasted the same since. I would prefer to take a drive to their Brampton location if I wanted fresh and tasty items.
My husband and I live in east hamilton but when we crave Indian food we still drive out to Kwality! We loved the buffet when it was open because it was so affordable but their takeout is still good as well. I always order the Tali. Food is delicious, affordable, and the service is always quick! Been going for 5+ years. Can t wait for the buffet to start again.
If there was an option to give Kwality 10 stars, I would. So delicious! Truly the most authentic Indian restaurant in Burlington.
Food and service always excellent. Samosa, veggie pakora, naan, paneer makhani are favourites.
Love their samosas, spring rolls and Dahi Vada. Drool.
Good Indian food
Very mediocre food and staff is rude
Food was good. Serving was good. Ppl were nice.
Love the Samosas
Naan were very hard and thick Curries were not tasty at all
I was planning to dine here but when I read all the honest reviews I changed my mind, thanks for the people who share their experience with everyone else.
Worst experience i had today with kawlity fine indian cuisine i ordered hakka noodles and samosas through ubereats. hakka noodles were not having bad smell of non veg and samosas were not fresh and completely tasteless will never try this restaurant again..
Good option for indian cuisine
I have only had two things at this restaurant; butter chicken which I ve had many times and chicken tikka masala and both things I would rate is 100% good! Would recommend!
Samosas are good. Sanitation isnt. Server handles cash and grabs samosas with her hand. Doubt that would be a pass form an inspector.
Extremely disappointed.I ordered veg noodles,it seemed like noodles were cooked months ago.Very bad taste, not any taste of vegetables coming from noodles.Don t waste your money to buy food from this restaurant. Never recommend to anyone
Love the samosas and channa bhature
Great food! I miss the buffet though
Most definitely not a buffet anymore, and no more dine-in despite what the description says on Google and their store signs. Only takeout offered here. Drove 20 mins only to find out. Rude staff too. Not coming back.
Don t bother sweets are one of the worst I have tasted in GTA
The website says Buffet at Guelph location. Theres no buffet. Did not try the takeout, food could be good... Not sure.
Awesome Samosas and sweets here!
We love diwali sweet from here, they were so fresh and delicious.
Very nice food. We ordered Chana bhature for pickup. I must say the quality as well as the taste of the food is amazing. Will keep coming for weekend binges.
Bought sweets from them taste like setting on selfs from months food taste is also not good highly not recommended.
We have been dining here for years! Delicious food, terrific variety and friendly service. Since COVID it is a popular takeout only restaurant. Vegetarian options: I m a vegetarian and I love the variety of options. Parking: Lots of parking in this plaza.
Yummiest Aaloo Tikki I ever had in Canada. Fast service with quality food.
Food was good, fresh and hot!
Great for indian sweets! Especially Kajukatri(Isnt too sweet like other stores) Motichur laddoo is also very nice. Loved it. Perfect gift for someone with sweet tooth!
very worst indian food . quantity and quality zero
used to be regular before.Found the owner very rude. They are good with westerners and takes Indian customers for granted. Have not been here for an year now, just because of their inconsistent customer treatment.
Excellent Samosas. Always hot, fresh and same taste. Thanks for your service.
Love their samosas, fresh and crisp
I like their desserts. Especially the Besan Barfi and motichoor laddoo.
Delicious Butter chicken and Naan bread!
I had butter chicken and chicken tikka, both were just okay, but I was expecting the same taste as which I used have at Brampton s Kwality. It wasn t not even close. The Jalbi was good 5 out 5.
I always love going here. Everyone elses Palak Paneer gets judged against theirs. Servers are attentive and food is yum! Biryani is also amazing.
Quite below average food. Malai kofta had so much oil that we couldn t eat it. Paneer wrap was basically kadhai paneer wrapped in a naan - not tasty at all! Thali was okay. Overall, no repeat for us.
Bad food . Will never go thr again
I ordered a variety of Indian sweet. They were perfect. Fresh. Not overly sweet. Moist. Very delicious.
Food quality is gud spl.Kadi,Palak Paneer ñ chana Bhatura n last but not the least Gulab jamun was Danm Tasty keep it up
This location is my favourite as it has the buffet and not just take out. There is always plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Lots of selection in the buffet for both meat and non meat options. Most items are spicy. Good dessert options & ice cream selection. Very reasonably priced. My husband likes to bring co-workers here for lunch due to the fast service and good price I will absolutely be returning.
I bought sweets from here and all of them were waste. I spent 70 dollars and its all garbage never gonna go there again and recommend to not to go anyone again.
Vegetable Pakora, Butter Chicken, Jalfrazie Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Good size portions, all very tasty and nice staff!
Amazing and tasty Indian food. They have a variety of options to enjoy. I definitely recommend this place, the food is great, always fresh and delicious.
GOOD STAFF AND FRESH FOOD ALWAYS. Placed an order through skip , they missed a order and guy dropping by himself, its so nice of the staff. I definitely love there food. MY FAVOURITE RESTRAUNT IN BURLINGTON.
Wrost chat papdi ever. I could only taste curd in it.
Butter chicken was good but too much sauce and not enough meat. Also tried the eggplant but didn t specify amount of heat and it was too spicy. Tried the milk sweets for dessert and loved those. Overall a good place and would go back again.
Not sure if this place is linked to the one in Brampton. Bhature is good and my search for best chole bhature still continues
Quality of Kwality Fine Indian cuisine is pathetic. Hakka noodles were so bad that we went all the way back to return the same hoping for a courteous response but I was stunned by the reply - who returns the food . My worst experience with Indian food in whole of GTA so far
I ordered a Non. Veg. Thali (1 Meat) for $12.99 (1 Non-vegetarian, two vegetarian dish served with sweet dish, Roti or Naan and Rice). One non-vegetarian dish was butter chicken. I was hoping to have more than 1 small (2 X 3 cm) piece of chicken in there. I guess 1 Non-vegetarian stands for 1 piece of meat. Very disappointed! Never going back again!!!
Samosa are delicious here
ordered lamb korma, chicken vindaloo, malai kofta, garlic naan, rice and veggie pakora. everything was good. tasted fresh and was hot. korma was unfortunately bland. Ill come back for sure, hoping the korma was a one off
I have only tried the samosas, they give out red sweet sauce which is pretty good.
Poor quality food led to a bad tummy for my family. Would NOT recommend at all
Fresh barfi and great selection. I dream of a day when they make gluten-free barfi so I can enjoy it with the rest of my family.
Great selection of Indian sweets and great taste as well.
Samosas where really good feel like eating in India.
I am the regular and oldest customer of this business and I love their fish pakora and veg samosa a lot.
Found hair in my samosa and salad! The staff who was present over there didn t had a clue about the prices of their sweets. High prices for hair blended food!!
Clean store and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Person who serving the food and cooking the food not wearing mask every customer wearing mask now you figure out what s point wearing mask you get served by no mask person
We have gotten catering from Kwality in Burlington many times and its always 10/10. Perfect flavors, portion sizes and always hot. Will always order catering here!
The food was great and the service .I placed on order for kharai paneer for the first time I was passing by Burlington.I will highly recommended this place .
Very bad. Dont waste money here
Nice place and delicious food.
Great food! Good service
Last time we visited both the food and service was horrid. The server was down right rude to my family and I, even making snide remarks. The food is only so so quality, and very dry chicken.
The food here is fantastic. We have been many times, and every time we have an enjoyable meal. We ve been doing curbside pick up for the past two months.
The best Indian food! Hoping the dining will reopen soon. I will highly recommend this Indian restaurant.
Food poisoning
The owner of this restaurant doesn t know how to deal with the customers. Today I was there at this store for the pick up order that was around $48. I asked him for the Sauce with samosas so he asked me for $5 for the sauce even though I asked him for small quantity. He doesn t know how to attend customer. He said I m the owner and u can t tell me how to deal with customers. I m never going back to this location
Very poor customer service.
Lots of waste of time. After take out order it takes more than 40 minutes to wait me for food after I arrived there.
Nice Food. All enjoyed food in my family. Nice owner. Thank you Sukhbeerji.
Second best samosas Ive ever had, buffet very affordable.
Fabulous selection and well done
Food was adequate...did the management change it used to be our go to place not anymore.
Just ordered butter chicken from this place for the first time. It was very very good. Will order again.
Great place for Indian Takeout. Frequent here often, never disappointed.
This is utterly disgusting. Someone picks up the phone and when you ask about catering prices, they will say 13.99 per person for the same set of menu which is showing 11.99 per person. This is a kind of hoax and utterly deceiving. And the guy on other side responded like, he cant help, because this is the updated price which is not showing up on the website. This model of work will never help you to attract good customers for sure.
I used to be a regular for the buffet but since covid-19 they are not doing dine in buffet, its all take out now. Ive had thali twice now. Great food. Unfortunately they dont give you cutlery and napkins. If they were there for the taking I didnt notice and wasnt advised.
Ordered take out - all vegetarian this time . The food was warm, delicious, flavorful , and had good spice level. The naan is always one of the best parts here. Nothing was too oily. All tasted authentic ...5 star for the food. Ordering was easy and lots of selection. Other than that... takeout containers leaked a bit and the service wasnt the best.
I am a fan of choley baturey! so went in again for Kwality. was disappointed with the small quantity of choley for the 2 batureys.
Ive ordered from other Kwality locations in the GTA and this one doesnt measure up at all. The food was very bland and not what I would expect from a restaurant in this franchise.
Really happy to have this Kwality Indian cuisine in Burlington. There is dining facility and take out options. There are lot of options for Indian food. Food was very tasty and the quality of service was good. You can also find very good collection of Indian sweets here.
Food is pretty good but.. Plus theyre lacking in common courtesy, as I noticed. When I went for food pickup, a man had ordered in advance and requested his food to be brought to the door. They told him, Wait a few minutes and kept him waiting outside 15 minutes.. even though there were hardly 2 customers (or none, at times) in the store. They could have easily walked 10 steps to the door and handed his food, but no.. Finally the man got frustrated and went indoors to grab his food which was on the counter pre-packed. Is it good business sense to REFUSE to provide curbside pickup during Covid times? You decide.
