We ordered masala dosa and onion dosa. It was fresh, hot and good. Liked the service.

Dear Owners, Please stop being in this business. I just placed a uber order for pickup Saturday 11:15pm, it showed me order ready for pickup and when I showed up at 11:35pm the restaurant was closed. Now UBER is not cancelling my order. Food

Never order South Indian filter coffee it s not at all filter coffee and tastes more like chai than coffee.. atleast change the name on the menu to coffee.

I went to this place last Saturday, and the food was amazing. We ordered aloo tikki chaat, vada pav, samosas, and dosa, and everything was so good we were racing to finish it. If you want to try Indian food, you must visit this place.

Ordered August 11, 2024. The order arrived late by 5 minutes and 2 items that were charged on the invoice were missing from the package delivered. The food was mediocre in quality to say the least. Not impressed.

This is so/so for South indian food, the Sambhar traditionally has more lentils and vegetables in it. The rockstar shrimp we had were anything but rockstar... overcooked and tossed in a sweet and sour sauce...

The food was mostly frozen. I ordered masala dosa, only the paper dosa was freshly made, the potato stuffing inside was frozen and even the nariyal chatni and the red chutney were all frozen. My husband ordered chicken biryani and that was frozen too. Not at all good!

Worst dosa i ever tasted, you guys need to know the difference between dosa and pan cake. Even a 15 year kid can make better dosa than these guys. Worst sambar and chutneys. Dont waste your money here.

Food was okay flavor wise but the place is terrible in terms of hygiene and freshness of food. The coconut chutney was so dry n looked super old. All my family has been feeling sick after eating dosa there. Not a good experience at all.

What an embarrassment. Amazing food but shameful to see on a Sunday afternoon you have (One young girl, in a hot sweaty) kitchen working by herself. The restaurant is packed with literally 1 employee running the entire restaurant. What a shame!! One employee. Poor girl is burnt out in that kitchen by herself whilst cooking and assisting seated customers who have no patience.

There is nothing special in comparison to Delhis Dosa test.

This will be most likely my first review on Google and I am only writing my experience on here because I am unable to find their email address. I have had two occasions at your location on brant after which I am really disappointed with your employee customer service. On the 20th of December I walked in at about 8:00 pm during the week to place an order and I was told that the locations now closed by the person behind the counter. I was surprised as the hours on the door were different. I left thinking you must have changed your operation hours. 2 days later I walked in with my wife as I live a block away from the restaurant and we wanted to get a simple order placed for a takeout. The same employee couldnt have been more bizarre with us being there, kept forcing us to confirm our order and upon asking several questions about popular items not even a single response was helpful. I would like to inform you that in both instances there were no other customer in the restaurant. We ordered a simple masala dosa and left, we had walked in, in mind to try a couple of new things as we both were planning on checking out the restaurant for a while have recently moved in to the neighbourhood. Masala dosa was served alright but both times the guy behind the counter really disappointed us.

Great dosas! We had the ghee roast dosa and masala dosa. The only disappointment was the Madras filter coffee, which is basically a below average machine coffee no where close to what an actual filter coffee is. Please change the name of your coffee since authentic filter cant be machine made :/

I have been craving a Roti for a while now and could never find a good spot....Well Now I have! My ROTI is Amazing! I got a Chicken Roti-The portion, the taste and then it comes with a little dessert on the side-Amazing! If you love saucy food-well this is your place! My husband who had never had one before in his life-said right away he would go back. The place is clean, the gentleman at the front-super helpful. We went Dec 29 2022 in the evening. We will be back 100%. One of the best Indian food joints I have tried to date!

The honey garlic cauliflower is a must try. I loved the Dosa. My ten year old was arguing and wanted to go for burgers, he tried the roti and was in love with the flavors. Excellent food and very friendly people.

Mouthwatering Dosas and Rotis. My chatty friend and I went here and took food back home, not knowing what magical gastronomy was waiting for us. We start to eat and the only audible thing you notice is the silence and the crunch of the dosa, for at least 10 minutes. Thank you for shutting us up for a good quarter hour, it was well needed.

My friend brought me here about a month ago & Ive asked him to go back 3x since! Were both obsessed but the mild Curry Rotti is my new Favorite go to meal. The staff here is very friendly & makes for an easy going relaxing atmosphere. The booths are cozy & its very clean. 10/10 highly recommend!

I ordered samosa chat on Saturday (May 27, 2023) and right after eating I fell sick (feeling nauseous and had severe body aches) - I don t know if it is food poisoning or infection that I got after eating.

For a dine in, the place was little cramped and tables uneven that itll keep shaking while you eat or sometime spill with people moving in the small area. The food service was quick and good. However, the taste wasnt to meet the great expectations.

Visited this restaurant with family today, ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka curry both tasted horrible, both tasted like sambar south Indian. Chole was stale and we asked to cancel. Chicken Biryani had stinky chicken and we threw that in trash. Overall poor experience.

Maysur masala is not true

We used to go to this Indian restaurant in Toronto. We always had positive experience whenever we ordered the food. This restaurant has a branch in Burlington, located by the busy streets of the downtown and close to lake Ontario. As usual, we ordered their masala dosas and mango shakes, they all tasted delicious. We like the quality and the price is also reasonable. The staffs were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

We ordered Masala Dosa and bisebele bath Both were pathetic Masala in the dosa was so salty and dosa itself was like a paper crisp Bisebele bath advertised as a comfort food on their menu was the worst we have ever had Our experience at this my roti/dosa place was really Bad !!!

I have been to this place for the first time. I must admit the dosas here are best and comparable to best hotels in South India. The variety is amazing yet the quality is the best for all. The staff here are so friendly and patient. I definitely recommend this place for Dosas. Kudos to the staff! Great stuff!

Food is good...just that nariyal chutney was way too runny . Other than that food was good service was good. The place is a bit cramped up, so if it getting crowded it gets difficult to move in the house.

Always delicious food, prompt friendly service and clean atmosphere and the service provided by Sukhman was really good. She is polite.

Not worth going in here for any good experience. The chutneys with dosa were so cold and taste is bland, sambhar qty was so low. Do not try to order Biryani, they prepare it in morning and have no room for your adjustments in spice or anything. They just reheat and give it. Not worth the time!!

Food is not the greatest. Most of the food is pre-cooked. For example: We ordered Masala Dosa; the masala, sambhar was from morning time,just reheat & served, the chutneys are frozen foods. Tastes is not the worst but for the price one can get freshly made Dosa. Also, the Biryani is pre made from morning. Would not recommend it.

Very small space to sit, what we didnt like is that everything was made with bare hands no gloves, unhygienic. Taste was also not that good.

Pretty good place for a non-Indian as it is not very spicy. Lots of flavor but easy on the stomach of people who has acid problems. Althou, you can request it to be really apicy too. Dosa was amazing, samosa was flavorful and roti was rrally great! Good service too!

I ordered the veg samosas, and unfortunately, they were disappointing. The samosas appeared to be overcooked and seemed like they had been refried multiple times. It was evident that they were not freshly made. I would not recommend buying samosas from here to anyone.

Very bad experience. I came 2nd time from Windsor to eat here. 1st everything was good that s why it attracted me. But the guy with pony provide very bed service. Mysore masala dosa had just one spoon of masala. Even coconut chutney was frozen and has whole dal in it. Very bad experience.

Went in for lunch yesterday and shared the Mysore Masala Dosa and a Chicken Biryani. The dosa was freshly made and as good as any dosa I ve had in Toronto/NYC. The filling was spiced just right. The Biryani was very flavourful and chicken was super tender, although could have been cut in smaller chunks. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Dietary restrictions: So many vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Very delicoius food with a quick service

The food was good before. Today we went and got some take out. Half of the menu they don t serve. And the dishes are just either bad in flavour or the staff didn t listen to our requests. Nowadays they don t put egg with the briyani anymore. I don t want to give a ONE because they were good. Hope it will change to better again. edit updates: yesterday we got a goat biryani, and there was no goat in it. Because we did a take out, we didnt know until we get home. Very upsetting now.

We visited few branches of this store but we love this branch as we get best service and hospitality from Melvin as compare to other stores. Melvin is really great and makes the best Uttapam!!!!!! Highly recommended as this store and service are good value for money & for what they deliver

I got a roti to go and it had about 3 small pieces of chicken in it and sauce and thats it the flavor was lacking along with the amount of chicken never again

We went there while returning from a tiring but fun day at Wild waterworks. As you would understand, we were hungry as wolf. We just ordered a lamb biriyani, ghee masala Dosa, garlic naan and build-your-own-roti. Garlic naan size was smaller than other places, but taste was good. Biriyani was normal. Dosa was crispy, which our daughter loved so much that she finished it fully (never happened before). This is our first try on Build-your-roti and we are glad that we went for that. It was the show stealer of all the items we tasted. We will definitely recommend all to try it out once. We will definitely visit them whenever we are near by. Parking: Its street parking for which charges are applicable only between 9 AM & 6 PM from Monday to Friday. There was a parking lot nearby, but it was completely filled when we went.

Don t judge a book by its cover ! This restaurant may look like a small restaurant but they are serving up some big flavor ! I was surprised by how fast they had my order ready , the portion size and the quality of the food , I ordered a plain dosa which was made in 5-7 mins and was super crispy , it filled me up usually I eat 2 but 1 filled me up , the customer service was also very good they made me feel welcomed , the 3 chutneys and Sambar were delicious that came with the dosa and I liked the fact I could easily clean up because everything was disposable

We went yesterday and were not satisfied at all. The service was very poor, we were asked for a tip so we told them we will just sit and eat here. We were still asked to pick it up ourselves. The tables were very dirty and unstable. The food was also not good, we got the chicken stir fry bowl but there was barely any chicken or rice in it. It was full of gravy and mostly onions. The dosa was all over the place and could have been packaged properly however, it tastes decent and I would recommend just getting that there compared to the bowls. Thank you.

We had ordered idli vada, idli sambar, bisibelebath but we were thoroughly disappointed with the food. The Sambar was too tangy, unlike its traditional preparation style, the Bisibelebath was prepared in the same Sambar with ground rice, with no vegetables, except for a few pieces of broccoli, which one usually doesn t add. When i tried calling them, no answer. If you know your South Indian food, then don t try them. 56 dollars wasted.

Claims it s halal but it s not. On skip it says it s halal kitchen but it s not they re liars.

Paneer Bhurji is awesome and we love the gulabjamuns served with roti & rice. The quantity and taste justifies the money value.

Walked in late afternoon to this place for lunch.. Melvin who was at the counter was very helpful. Ordered honey garlic cauliflower, classic uthappam and ghee butter dosa all of which were fantastic. It would have been 5 stars if not for the chutney, which was disappointing .. Overall a good place and would recommend eating here
