Great experience. Delicious pizzas. I don t know what Mozzarella cheese they use but it s just so damn delicious compared to many others. Must try.

Sweetest vietnamese couple run this pizza shop. Feel right at home when i visit to grab lunch.

Very disappointed by this places service. Takes them 35 minutes on a Saturday to make a large mediocre pizza with just pepperoni on it. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I called today (Oct 31) at 430pm and was told 20-25 minutes for pick up. It is currently 524pm and when I called to complain the woman on the phone told me that it is too bad and that she can cancel my order if I want. This is TERRIBLE service!

Ive been going to this place for about 15 years now. One of my parents favorite pizza places, my favorite pizza place and now my sons as well. Ive recently moved a few hours away from here and still tell people about Luganos where I am now, letting them know if theyre ever in the area to definitely stop by and eat the best pizza in burlington!! I had never been here before but today was the day. This is the perfect Maa and paa pizza joint. Their pizza rolls are so different and yummy! Im so glad I tried them. The prices for their food is good and they even threw in two freebies. I will be coming back when I have a pizza craving!

This is the best pizza place in downtown Burlington! I highly recommend it.

Me and my son visited Luganos Feb 2024. The interior was dirty, dusty and not very well lit. The pizza was a medium crust style that was dry (light sauce), light on toppings and a bit too pricey for what we got. Not a lot of flavour. It gets recommendations from Reddit and Tripadvisor, but you can probably find a better slice at a chain than this place.

$7.12 for two slices?! Not sure how much money everyone else is making but this is no longer a budget friendly lunch option. What is happening?? Slice was just ok, smaller than I remembered, bland flavour.

I came in ay 8pm on a Tuesday asking for a veggie slice and they didnt have any. The young man working said : Hey i can make you a I can you make you some...only take me 8 minutes.. amazing service and the pizza was FANTASTIC!!!

Old school pizza place. If they dont have the slice you want, its probably just a very short wait for something fresh out of the oven. Their slices have a lot of turnover, so dont be afraid to get the last one or two. Been going here for 3+ years now after trying everything else in walking distance. Family owned and operated, they get to know you if you go in regularly... and everyone is treated well. Classic customer service. In, out - simple. Aside from getting slices regularly, weve also picked up whole pizzas to take home from time to time. Always good and for fair value.

Not the same as it used to be. Much smaller slices, not enough sauce ( thats what makes the pizzaso good) cross contamination with foods/ meats. Used to be a regular, but my last 2 visits have turned me off. Son of a peach. A bit more expensive, but the quality is great

Usually a decent spot for pizza, however tonight I ordered 2 medium 4 topping pizzas we were quite frankly disgusted and wasted ¾ of each pizza. The pizzas were both mis shaped, with zero uniformity with the crust. The crust was worse than a frozen pizza and tasted like stale cardboard. Sad to say this may have ruined our taste for the restaurant all together.

I ordered two small combo pizzas tonight. Prices online showed 37 99 plus $6. delivery charge. I called and was told this was older website. Not the first time this happened to me. So I was charged 43.99 plus delivery charge plus taxes. Came out to 54.60. They said new website was being posted but this is the same thing that happened before. May not be ordering from there again.

Expensive and not even good. Don t order bbq based from here, it tastes like tomato sauce not bbq. Pizza basically had no toppings. Asked for chicken and bacon couldn t even tell if there was bacon on it. Also, they barely cut the pizza was very hard to get a slice .

Luganos has without a doubt the best pizza in all of Burlington. The dough is extremely flovourful and they always put the perfect amount of sauce. My go to is the large pepperoni pizza but all of their options are amazing. Also the garlic dipping sauce is incredible. They never over do the pizza so its perfect for reheating the next day in the oven (sometimes even taste better day 2) Definitely recommend this place to anyone who hasnt tried it!!

This place is a shadow of its former self. Theyve changed the sauce - for something cheaper, by the taste - and the slices are smaller...too small for the cost of $6.30 for 2 slices. The place doesnt look clean, and they didnt heat the slices up. Sad to see an institution go downhill.

Awesome owner and awesome pizza

Called multiple times to place an order at 9pm on July 2, when closing time listed as 10pm. No answer so I assumed there were phone issues and drove there and saw that they closed early and were mopping up. So disappointed because I love their pizza. Went across the street to Pizziola and got pizza there for the first time. Was delicious! I understand businesses sometimes need to close early, but wish they could have had an outgoing message informing callers of that, or had simply answered as they were there.

Called in to ask about current specials and were advised 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings and cheesy bread for $26.99. We reclarified the special due to language barrier and ensured we heard correctly. We proceeded to order 2 medium pizzas, 1 with 1 topping and the other with 4 toppings. Upon pickup, after paying while still waiting for food, were told cheesy bread was not included and would be an extra $8. When the establishment was advised, they said too bad and that is what we ordered. An attempt to return the pizza for our money was again declined and we were told too bad, that is what we ordered. Sadly, the food experience was even worse when brought home. The pizza tasted like cardboard. This is the most expensive pizza Ive ever heard of! Not even the big chains charge this much and their food is so much better. It was honestly almost inedible, it was disgusting but already paid for and couldnt return. Greedy owners who dont care about their customers or their reputation. There is no way we misheard and paid $30 for 2 medium pizzas. A bunch of scam artists running this place. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Little Caesars is even better than this place, and anywhere else would correct their mistakes.

My husband introduced me to this place, he has been coming here since he was a kid. Its a classic pizzeria. No frills, nothing particularly amazing. Just good comforting pizza, great prices and friendly folks. I used to want to go to other pizza places in the area but honestly, nothing is quite as comforting as Luganos.

Great price for two pizzas deals. The sauce is a sweet tangy sauce. I would have preferred a more standard red sauce but the taste was ok. Plenty of cheese and toppings.

Always amazing pizza I had to park a ways away because there was no parking by the shop. I had my 4month old daughter with me so I had to stroller her up and walk over. Then I had to park my stroller outside and bring her in to grab my pizza. I was so grateful when the gentleman working offered to carry my pizza to my stroller. Drove by this place yesterday and stopped by for a slice as I try to do. This is a small independent pizza place, family run... nothing fancy.. actually a bit run down.. but ... the slices are fresh, the pizza is good, the portions are big and the service is excellent. The dough was soft and fresh, the pepperoni was cooked nicely and the sauce had a nice hint of herbs which is nice. 2 big slices for just over $5 was more than enough to fill me up. Some small places hold on to their old slices and try to sell them to walk in customers then get upset when people donl like their food.. well, take a lesson from this small place. Serve fresh and good food and customers like myself will praise you for it. Good job Lugano!!

Misleading Prices doesn t match the photos.

Just in town for a short trip and was recommended this place by family. 100% the most tasty, well seasoned and thoughtout pizzas. The Canadian Pizza they have (I swear) had a small hint of maple in it which just made it amazing. The other pizzas were as well fantastic!

Finally had Luganos pizza and it s better than I even hoped. Amazing pizza!

We normally love Luganos. However, it appears they dont care about their customers. When we arrived at the arranged pick up time, we were told to wait a few more minutes. That turned into another 20 plus minutes. We get home and our pizza crust was not cooked even though we asked for well-done. We called and were told nothing could be done. No replacement, no discount for waiting. We pointed out we are long-time customers who order at least twice monthly. Too bad. I have never had LESS customer service. The worst ever. Most businesses stand behind their product and care about their long-term customers. NOT Luganos. We are surprised and very disappointed by this experience. Will be going elsewhere. Any suggestions? Will be sharing this with all our friends.

Best pizza in Burlington, straight up. Lugano s never disappoints. Delicious and very reasonably priced, by the slice or full pizza. The location is convenient for passers-by, but just be mindful if picking up by vehicle, as parking isn t always available. Regardless, it s always worth it.

When I first moved to Burlington this was the very first place recommended by long term residents. It has never disappointed after over a decade or going there. We always get the two for one special. It s a great price, especially when you consider the pizza is good and the deal comes with 4 toppings on each pizza! There s something about the sauce I like and the crust is just the right thickness for my tastes: not too thin so that it holds up to all those free toppings, yet not so thick that all you taste is the crust. I know pizza is a very personal thing for many, but why not keep your hard earned cash away from the giant pizza corporations and put it into a local joint with a good product at a great price? It s worth a shot to see if it meets your individual pizza preferences, imho.

The pizza was great! My wife picked up two larges last night and there are no complaints about the taste! Though I was surpised with the price... I do not know if I were given the choice to spend nearly $38 on a single pizza, since it is 2 for 1... I am guessing it was the half pepperoni half veggie (3 toppings) that ran up the total, as the other was only cheese. Thank you, again, they tasted great!

As I noticed as a long time Burlington resident whom now lives Hamilton mountain but still makes the drive noticed the redonk price difference between the 2 pizza 4 topping pickup special between medium to large?! Makes no sense to be $7 difference when all other sizes are $4 Food for thought people. Im a loyal customer. A caterer. A full time worker and a mother of 2. 1 whos disabled however I asked about this crazy difference and said someone should fix that and apparently Im the only one whos mentioned it. Lol Nonetheless amazing pizza and Ill always keep making that drive from Hamilton lol

First time ordering from Lugano. Looked at reviews, top 5 in Burlington and decided to give it a try. I can honestly say, not the best Ive had. Was really disappointed. If you say youre the best, then live up to it. 4 items per pizza is great but very little on both. Little to no sauce on one. Will give them one more go only because it may have been one of those nights where their game was not on. Hopefully I will not be disappointed again.

Top 5 pizza places in Burlington, should be top 5 worst places in the world. Ordered for the first time because of the reviews always being excellent. I have ordered pizza with 3 toppings per pizza and they had way more. Also unless your making white pizza, there is sauce on it. I have tried a lot of pizza places here and around the world but you really should learn how to make a good pizza. The little bit of sauce was flavorless, I dont know what you think spicy chicken is supposed to taste like but it shouldnt taste like nothing. I am really going to have to reconsider the ratings on these sites, because people around here should stop eating cardboard and flavorless toppings. If you read this please try someplace else.

Just ate a pepperoni slice. Maybe it was because it was fresh from the oven, but this was one of the best slices I have had on a long time. The pepperoni was very tasty, nice tomato sauce but the cheese was fantastic. They did not skimp on the cheese at all. Loved it.
