Beer. Check. Food check. Place is a winner.

Visited for a business lunch and the place was packed. Decided to sit at the bar, and had the truffle burger which was delicious. Service was great as well.

Excellent salad

Ordered chicken Nachos, Sangria, Pad Thai, Kids Fried Chicken Nachos were very dry and were okish. Sangria was okay but didn t feel like there was any alcohol in it. Just juice/soda, sugary. Kids Fried Chicken was dry with burnt sides. Pad thai was the only highlight. THE BEST. Beer selection is good unique. Won t come back for food. But probably for beer!

Went to beer town yesterday for the first time. We were greeted by Amanda and she was awesome! She provided great customer service and constantly checked on us to make sure we were all good. She really made our experience special! The food was tasty and they had a great selection of beer. Will definitely come back again!

Full minced meat! It is the institution where you get everything that you are used to getting in good institutions of Kyiv, which, unfortunately, you can not find very often in Canada. And the atmosphere is great, just like we are used to in good beer establishments. And the food is very tasty, which, unfortunately, you dont often find in Canada, and the beer is generally better than anywhere else Ive been, which surprised me too much, a gorgeous selection!! The service is very pleasant and, most importantly, fast! It cost 50 bucks per person. In short, I recommend it as much as possible :)

My husband and I both got the burgers. Nothing is better than a burger and a beer, in my opinion. The burgers were very large, juicy and delicious. I almost didnt get one because I prefer cheddar cheese over american cheese. I still think it would have been better with cheddar, but none the less, it was still delicious. The caesar salad was also delicious. The dressing tasted homemade with a tiny hint of anchovy flavor. My husband had the fries, which were crispy and came with a sauce that tasted like ketchup and gravy mixed together. Now I never want to eat my fries another way!

Walked in for our reservation, were seated in a two seated very tight table. Not a place to go if you want to catch up with a long time friend. We were basically sitting on top of people so close that we could hear others conversations perfectly clear over our own. Very uncomfortable. The menu looked good, a shame we didnt get to try it. We asked the server for another table but no go, so we left and wont be back.

The food was less than desirable! The wings arrived with a hair in it! The other order of wings were terrible! Steak salad which was a replacement for the wings with a hair was fair at best ! Huge disappointment! Parking: Parking was the best part of lunch! It was a birthday lunch which was not acknowledged!

We want to thank the amazing staff at Beertown for hosting our rehearsal dinner on Oct 24. The General Manager Danny Walker worked with us to curate a smaller menu for our guests to choose from. The waitress we had was phenomenal in working with our guests to try different drinks as well as ensuring any dietary restrictions were met. The food continued to be top notch as it has been every time we have been here. We truly appreciate and were shocked as we were given a bottle of champagne on the house to celebrate or upcoming big day. We continue to visit Beertown with friends and our dog and would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking to host an event, including rehearsal dinners.

Them: We don t sell Double IPAs (even though their online menu consistently says that they do) because our customers don t know how to handle such a high ABV beer plus, DIPAs are often sold in tall boys, so -Staff member (mgr or asst mgr) Me: So you have no clue what you re talking about. If you are a casual beer drinker or less, and like predictable sport restaurant experiences, this place will do. If you have any understanding of/appreciation for/experience with drinking good beer, do not come here. Them: What is Badlands? -Same staff member/mgr Me: Are you kidding me? Your name is Beertown! Also, why does your website constantly reroute me to the (apparently closed, according to aforementioned staff member/mgr) Whitby location? Finally, on the scolding I received, as a take-out customer, for grabbing beer out of the fridge in back If you don t want take-out customers grabbing beer out of a fridge that is not behind any wall or divider of any kind, perhaps you should invest in a sign informing customers that you don t trust them enough to pick out their own beer and walk it to the behind-the-bar cash register three steps away. Visited late Sept 2024. Great selection of beer for the season, and special menu. The Octoberfest burger was excellent.

First time getting the chance to try this place out and I was not disappointed. Had a great meal ( brie, bacon, black truffle burger is excellent) and some even better beer. And so much to choose from! You can get a sample of 4 beers served on a board! So cool. And the servers were friendly and knew their stuff. Definitely going back!

Ordered a double burger, over 20 dollars this is the dog food they served a friend of mine and myself unbelivable stick to the beer , the two beers were on the house and we left to get a real burger at the judge and jury!...ohh and not a peep from the manager well done!!

What a great place! Our server, Dre, was fantastic and helped us choose our drinks and food with patience and a lot of knowledge! Also, Gaby (manager) was super nice! She came a couple of times to our table to make sure that we were happy with our food/drinks/service. Definitely coming back!

Its a good casual dining experience. Beer selection is top-notch. Bathrooms have a unique design and clean. 20$ for a charcuterie board expected to keep the board for the price itself but that fine. Excellent service. Would recommend for beer selection.

Too many wasps on the patio

Eating in, in Beertown is really good. But, their take out is not. I called to place an order for pick up. Repeated my order twice to make sure it was right. My three tuna tiny tacos were transformed into fish tacos. I also ordered brisket burger and fries. Both were really cold. Obviously, they had been sitting before the order was complete. My advice! Eat in, dont take out!

First time at this restaurant and everything was good except the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was greasy and only filled half of the bun. I felt like I was just eating bread for half of the sandwich. Also I dont like fries to be served in a small tin. Potatoes are cheap, fill the rest of the plate with fries, make up for the half chicken sandwich. Also not sure what ketchup they serve in those small little tins but doesnt taste right on the fries that had no salt. Just being honest here. Not trying to just give a bad review. Like I said the place and the service was excellent.

This restaurant is a staple in this area, theres always decent food options, and tons of beer options.

Its a personal thing so you may not find it an issue bur for me the place was way too crowded and way too noisy. So unfortunately we left. But i will them them another try on a different day and at a less popular time. But hey, God bless profit and free enterprise i ll take it any day over oppression and despots.

I ordered 2 canadian poutines, and it was the most disgusting poutine I ever had. Overcooked, soggy fries with hardly any cheese on it that were massively overpriced. The cashier was not helpful at all and looked like she hated her job and totally didnt care about us ordering the food. Ive been there many times before, and its getting worse and worse every time i come. 5 years ago was great, and now its a complete disaster. Very disappointing.

Best southern fried chicken ever. There is only one down side and that is it is so good, I seem to never be able to order anything else! Also, love the rotating fruity cider selections. I posted this review quite some time ago and so far, it still stands. I went again last Saturday and took some UK visitors with me, one of which has a dairy free and meat free diet and the another a gluten free and meat free diet. Both were very happy with the food selections available and loved their meals. Also a big shout out to Freya our server, who reinforced how kind and friendly Canadians are in such a big way, she was awesome and my visitors even left with a Beertown t-shirt as a souvenir, as well as some great memories!

Finishing out vacay with a slam dunk late lunch with my hubs! The food was PIPING HOT (my fave) and the service with Sarah and the team was amazeballs!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

whether out with co-workers or family, I really like Beertown. They have something for everyone. Good portion sizes. My ratings on a restaurant are usually based on non-alcoholic drink choices and fish tacos. Both are pretty good, here. The side salad was okay. All four of us were pretty satisfied with our meals and atmosphere. Parking: Shared parking lot that includes a gym, so it depends on timing but you can usually find something even during peak hours.

Two of us went and had different chicken sandwiches. The bun was stale and falling apart. Almost seemed it was previously frozen. Disappointing, however, I know the staff are very good and will fix this. I will return for sure.

Customer service was above and beyond! We hadnt noticed too much of a delay with our orders but our waitress (Alex) was great and ensured we were compensated as she noticed. Perfect patio to have lunch!

I don t even know how to begin with this place. When my spouse and I first walked in and sat down, we were immediately greeted by our server. Nicola was absolutely amazing. I let her know that it was my spouse and I s 20th anniversary and we were visiting the area from Utah. Nicola and her coworkers went out of their way to make us feel special. At the end of the night, they even brought my spouse and I special dessert along with several folks stopping by to congratulate us. Add the fact that the food (phenomenal vegan choices) was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was spot on, this was an excellent night. Went there to celebrate a birthday, the only place available was at the bar. Although, we were sitted fairly quickly and the service was fast. The place was packed and lively. They certainly boast a huge collection of beers to choose from!

Great place for a patio dinner. Stopped in on our way home to TO and found notably good service here, nice lively buzz on the patio and as expected, an excellent beer list. But most exciting for me was this...In recent years Ive become quite gluten-sensitive and Im always thankful when restaurants take the time to cater interesting GF options. I cant tell you how much I enjoyed the GF beer (!!!) and range of GF entrees. We look forward to coming back.

The staff at this place are stand-up people! A dog was left in a Jeep in the parking lot and once the staff at Beertown found out they had people searching the parking lot for the Jeep. Not only do they have great service, they also have great hearts! I highly recommend this place.

Great beer and drinks. Service drops a bit with large groups but the restaurant was busy so I guess thats to be expected to a certain extent. Food menu is excellent. Had Mahogany Lettuce Wraps with Shrimp which has a Korean flair to it. Was better than expected. Will try more of menu next time.

Food and atmosphere is Ok. I ordered the brisket and 50% of it was fat. It could be how it got sliced but I won t order that again. I also think management should consider not charging their customers $4.00 for soda water. I definitely recommend Beertown and the staff are nice.

Had a lunch with colleagues on Monday afternoon, amazing vibe and food. Just not halal, wish they serve halal meat options.

Very busy location with great service. We went here to celebrate our daughters 32nd birthday and it was very busy. However, our server was amazing. She made sure all the allergy food orders were taken care of and even made sure our birthday cake and desserts were perfect. Food was good, not great. But the service made it extra special for all of us.

All-around great place!

My wife and I typically bring people to eat here at Beertown whenever we get visitors from out of town. This place has great drinks amazing food (Like the brisket platter) and friendly service. My only complaint is that the music tends to be a tad loud and it forces you to speak a bit louder than you may be used to.

1.) Quac & Chips - way smaller guac potions now. Had to get more chips 2.) Kale & Blue Salad - Barely any of the toppings (goat cheese, blueberries, candy pecans) -- mostly just kale... 3.) Our server never came back for a meal check, or to refill drinks. She just came for the bill at the end.

The food here is amazing. They have a great selection on their menus for so many different dietary restrictions which is very impressive. The atmosphere here is immaculate and it even has a cute photo booth so you can have memories that will last. I definitely will be going back (especially for the spin dip ).

Had a great dinner here ... service was good and enjoyed the cool atmosphere trying a couple of the multitude of craft beer ... the must have close to 50! .. it is Beertown! ... had the fish tacos and the three cheese dip ... enjoyed both ... really likes the warm pretzels served with the dip ... prices were comparable to similar restaurants... thanks Beertown!

Overall enjoyed our time here Classic sangria - good drink but was a massive mason jar and with the amount of ice in the drink my hands were really cold as the straw only fit half of the drink so could of used a handle or a different style glass Beertown Caesar - good drink important to note that it s made with Walter s all-natural caesar mix and not the motts Clamato. Salami Flatbread - EXCELLENT I had no complaints but u must like honey if u try this. Brie Bacon + Black Truffle Burger - oh my goodness this was such a good burger so juicy we were worried that with 2 patties it would be too filling but they are actually 2 smashed patties that were so juicy and really flavourful. Food was great but something I did want to touch on was getting seated right by the bathrooms we did ask to move and it was no problem but as we are an Indian family I did notice another review that mentioned this aswell. While I did not feel the restaurant was being racist it is something to look into on why this is happening while other tables are open.

The only reason this restaurant cant score a 5 is it is just too busy.

Servers are nice and want to do well, this location lacks management oversight. Not even at capacity and it takes 15min between ordering and getting a beer. Really good food, but management needs to step up their game to ensure only 5-stars come through. Somebody needs to be managing the team and reallocating resources as needed. No paper towels in the men s bathroom, very disappointing.

Excellent food. The best things on the menu are: fried chicken, sweet potato fries with chipotle dip (NOT PONZU!!!) and caesar salad. The pretzels are very good too. tip: Dont order the berries salad, we have had a few times and its all leaves and no berries.

Stopped in for a quick bite between errands. I was seated immediately without a reservation and was promptly served. I d had this breakfast ranchero bowl before at another location so I knew it d be tasty and it was. They also gave me a healthy amount of sour cream on the side which enhanced the dining experience by ten fold! I didn t catch the name of the server but she was great!

Last night, I had an incredible experience at Beer Town, thanks in large part to our waiter, Andreas (I hope I am spelling it write) . Our group of eight was warmly welcomed, and Andres went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He took the time to explain the taste profiles of nearly every beer on the menu, ensuring that we found the perfect match for our preferences. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the Cheesy Nachos. They were simply outstanding some of the best Ive ever had in town. The secret, I believe, lies in their house-made tortilla chips and the addition of kosher salt, which added a unique and delicious twist to the dish. Overall, Beer Town exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend visiting this establishment, especially if youre in the mood for great beer and exceptional service. A big thank you to Andres and the entire team for a fantastic evening!

The reason I provided one star is because of the front desk girls being racist. Though there were many tables available (the restaurant was only at its half occupancy), the front desk girl made me sit at the entrance of washroom as because I m Indian. I have been there almost every week but this time the way they treated me is not accepted. Though I requested her by showing that many tables are available at the front, but still she denied and just moved on saying they have reservations but I was there for almost 3 hours and I saw those tables are available throughout the time. Beertown management has to look into this and take necessary action. Thanks

First time at beertown it was a Saturday night so was busy it was packed. Service was very good we didnt have to look for wait staff they even came and checked everything was good. The portion sizes are huge so be prepared i would advise not getting a starter to yourself save room for your main course. Beers choices are endless hence the name overall great experience and planning to go again

Ive been twice to this place and both times I was forgotten about. The first time I went with two others, the waiter took all 3 of our orders. He came back with my friends food but not mine, we figured mine might be taking longer. He didnt come back to check on us for a while and my friends were halfway done their food. My friend finally got his attention and he came over and asked what we needed, I said is... Is my food ready? and he looked at me bewildered and asked if I ordered something. And I said yes... The chicken sandwich. and he was like oohhhh my God I didnt put that in. Ill be right back. My food finally comes out 15 minutes later but my friends were already done their food so I had a few bites and just packed up the rest. Didnt even apologize or comp anything from my bill, not even my drink. Outrageous. Second time was actually a few nights ago. I sat up at the bar and only wanted to order drinks and watch the game. Got my first drink, then proceeded to be ignored for 20 minutes. I had my empty glass front and center for the bartenders to see, and one of them actually skipped over me when he went around asking if anyone wants a drink. Even the people beside me were confused, they even got his attention and said my drink has been empty for quite sometime and he looked at me and was like oh do you want another one? Like???? Its not a great feeling to be completely ignored.

I was disappointed April 13th to see that the bartenders were collecting excess beer foam in glasses under the taps. This was happening when they poured beer and it had too much foam. When these glasses got full they served them to customers. In some cases the beer sat for over an hour until the foam settled and they had a full glass. In another case the glass sat there with a fly on it before serving it to a customer. I expected better quality beer service. Quality beer bars set up kegs properly to avoid foam and servers know how to pour correctly. Very disappointed. I recommend asking to see your beer poured.

Great atmosphere...great staff, food is awesome. Caesar was good but the glass isnt asking to be sipped out of ... Its too tight..and you want to taste that salty rim! It was really tasty though, and the rim was delicious...but Celery is like $5.99...it seems wild to serve such a huge stock of it .. I almost wanted to take it home. The tomato isnt needed or the lemon. Spicy beans yes please. Will go many more times.

Fun restaurant with good music and upbeat vibe. Food is great though sometimes I find some dishes to be a bit too salty. We love the patio when the weather allows it. They have string lights up that make for a nice ambiance. Happy to have a place like this near our house. Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with small kids. It s very kid friendly.

This trendy restaurants popularity is evident, but securing a seat without a reservation proved challenging. The ambiance and cuisine are undoubtedly appealing, creating a high demand. However, potential diners should plan ahead to ensure they can enjoy the experience without the stress of limited availability.

They should stick to bar food and not branch out into Asian fusion or whatever they think their menu is. Burgers and wings are very decent. Nicely designed and furnished room gives a good first impression but the dirty dishcloth smell reminds me of an old Montanas. Servers are a mixed bag of competent journeyman to high school rookie but rarely with any measure of personality or warmth. Beers are cold and served properly in the right glass ware. Often packed as despite these imperfections it s still one of the better beer halls in Burlington, sadly.

A wonderful place with incredibly fair prices. The server (Chanelle) was super attentive and friendly, and it was really nice to see the manager (Danny) helping out as well. Highly recommend this place if you re looking for great value and great service. We ll be back. Thank you :)

Huge Thank You to Quinn and the staff at Beer Town. The GF and I returned after our last visit, for the superbowl and were dotted on. Danny the manager made sure sound was on point, Quinn was one of the best servers Ive ever had. Kitchen staff cooked nachos, pretzels, fried chicken sandwich and trio dessert to perfection. 100% will be back. Consistently impressive restaurant chain, and specifically this location!

The place was nice. The food was amazing. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Family environment. Kids friendly. However, I would have preferred a less crowded restaurant. It was too crowded with loud music, but other than that everything was good.

We stopped here, after a concert at BPAC, for a couple of beers. The friendliest of staff and the usual excellent beertown rotating taps. Its not as noisy as our local beertown, but time flew by and we loved it. Next trip to BPAC = Beers at Beertown Burlington.

Mac and cheese left something to desire. Pad Thai was very westernised. The sauce didnt stick to the noodles and I found it overly sweet. It could also use more texture with extra crunchy bits.
