Burger King in Burlington

Order on the app for the first time. I saw my food was prepared but just waiting there. Seemed to be understaff or the person managing the drive through doesn t know how to manage the flow. Food was ok, the whopper was a bit on the salty side. Clean restaurant, service could have been faster and friendlier.

I got onion rings here. They were cold, stale and smelt of old used oil.

They got our order wrong the last five times we went here. Will never go back Also, most of their five star reviews are so clearly fake

ceiling was extremely dirty from the air vents. my food was cold. Never given a receipt. Wont eat here again until this is fixed. This place should not be open for operation too many health code violations.

I ordered 4pc nuggets kids meal to pick up but I discovered at home it was 2pc nuggets in each meal which doesn t exist at home.

Went to drive thru took 5 mins just to get to me to order then had to repeat sell 5 times with what I wanted to still have it wrong when at window and take extra 5 mins to correct. Poor customer service here and people who don t know what they are doing.

I ordered the churro s and then when I looked in the bag there was only 3 instead of 4 since there were three churros and one fry, there was also no chocolate sauce. I went back into the store to ask for the chocolate sauce and apparently they were sold out till Tuesday, which was in 3 DAYS! It took 8 minutes to get my churros so I suggest not to go here.

Oct 17- breakfast - time 10a. The is insane, worst BK. The restaurant is full of smoke when you get in. The manager is checking his phone and he told us to wait before he can take our order . We got 2 meals croissant with bacon, sausage, and egg. The other is with bacon and egg. Waited 15 minutes for the order, hasbrown is burnt- basically toasted without potato left in it. 2 meals of croissant - both were cold, and one without sausage. I came to the counter and asked, Where is the sausage? Hes arguing. Yeah, it doesnt come with sausage, yet in the picture, it has sausage, and we even asked questions if that is sausage or beef patty?. He said sausage. I just for a refund, because hes on the phone- airpods talking on his native language while I am trying to get his attention to talk to him. This is really bad.

This location has seemed to have fallen off a bit as of late. Drive through got our order wrong the last 3 times Ive been, and when being met inside for a fix, Ive been met with large sighs and sometimes am ignored. On top of that, any of the fried foods have been a bit overcooked. I hope to see this location improve soon.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, as I believe constructive feedback can be beneficial. Unfortunately, I found the food quality to be subpar, and the overall management and staff performance left much to be desired. I would not recommend spending money at this location based on my experience.

This burger king location is the pits. The slowest moving bk on the planet i hate to say. You have to wait forever to get served and get your food..customer service is below subpar. Drive thru getting orders mixed up is also a common practice..which happened again today..such a disorganized food spot. Why why why? Other bk restaurants arent like this at all. Theres a reason why its supposed to be called fastfood.

This place has been going downhill ever since a certain ppls have taken over. The food is garbage and I got food poisoning from this place! I know I did too because it was my first meal of the whole day. Freaking disgusting! How do you go about reporting these places? Bad reviews wont do anything anymore. Since when does Burger King microwave the entire whopper ( fixings and all) Just went through the drive thru at Brant & North Service Rd. The burger tomatoes pickles and sauces were so hot I burnt the roof of my mouth. - worst burger ever The sauce for onion rings was open and green stuff growing in it.

I usually go to the one in Oakville but I ve noticed the few times I ve eaten here I get sick . My friends mentioned that but I thought it was just coincidence .. it used to be better a few years back. The oil from the onions rings tasted old and caused acid reflux shortly after .

This is one of the worst places to get food at. My food is never fresh, Ive waited for over 20 minutes to receive my order(after paying for it) they put burgers in the microwave. This place is just nasty. Dont go here

Ordered whopper combo, revived coce without ice tren went back to ask for one with ice, gave me another one without ice again. Will never go back here again and I don t recommend it. If only they would apologize and at least offer a refund for the drink if knowing that the ice machine is broaden.

Food Took Forever to receive through drive through. When leaving the drive through I noticed at the back of the restaurant, there was a employee washing their car with a hose attached to the building .. so instead of working to make food, they are getting paid to wash their cars .. ridiculous if your orders taking to long don t worry, they are almost done washing their car in the back, they will be with you shortly .

This burger king is the slowest when it comes to serving customers. Especially the drive thru. They seem to be short, staffed all the time and not familiar with how a drive thru is supposed to flow.

Terrible service. Came through the Drive Thru to get some breakfast it is posted that the drive thru is 24 hours, noone in line at the drive thru, however I say for at least 10 mins after someone said I will be with you in a moment, no one took my order I actually got tired of waiting so I left. This is also not the first time this has happened at this location. I just gave them benefit of the doubt before but now its happened again.

Gotta be the slowest Burger King. Consistently takes way too much time to get your food, whether through the drive in or in restaurant.

I visited Burger King last week and I was very disappointed with the service and the food. The staff was slow and unprofessional, and they took a long time to take my order and bring it to me. The onion rings were not cooked properly, they were soggy and cold. The burger was dry and bland. The worst part was that I had loose motions the next day, which made me feel sick and miserable. I will not be going back to Burger King anytime soon, and I do not recommend it to anyone. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Burger King should improve their quality and hygiene standards, or they will lose more customers like me.

Worst location in Burlington coffee maker down for weeks, rude employees at drive thru seems frustrated with life, slow service dont go if in rush you wont get to wherever your going in time....

After a 20 minute wait in an empty dining, had to call to the back of the kitchen to get someone to take the order, which also took some time since they couldnt figure out how to punch in a burger and nuggets.

This is the worst BK staff are rude. Don t get orders correct the guy taking our order literally walked away halfway through and disappeared in the back without saying anything. I d avoid this location if at all possible.

Poor service, the employees seemed like they didnt want to be there. They got 2/3 of the orders wrong, and the food was cold. The seating area was also very dirty like it hadnt been cleaned in a while.

I used to go to this location all the time and the last 3 times I have gone it has taken over 1 hour in the drive thru absolutely unacceptable. 1 hour r u kidding me I could go to restaurants and get the food faster . Not once but 3 time in the DRIVE THRU !!!!! Also the chicken nuggets whete really dry and did not taste good at all ended up throwing half it it out . What a waste of time

So slow. Whether or order in or via drive-thru. Drive-thru is slow as it appears they take one order, make it and send it out and then take the next order. If your looking for the worst service in Burlington, this is it. Spend 10 min at the speaker with 1 car ahead, hardly any customers in store. They are always like this. They never tell you the price of your order, just stick the pinpad out the window then shove your order out the window towards you. No Hi, no thank you, barley a word. Service really sucks.

I havent been to a Burger King in many years after a bad experience at one of their restaurants and decided to give them another try today, and todays patronage solidified my original decision to avoid their brand. Disgusting. don t come here. me and my friends order a simple meal and it comes out cold. go to get drink nothing work and the ice tea was straight syrup and went all over me and she rolls her eyes we ask for a new cup because we can t clean it because the water doesn t work , she says no and walks away. so rude, the place is absolutely nasty god knows how long it s been since it s been cleaned. wouldn t be suprised if this place gave me some sort of disease.

Second in line and waited till over ten mins for my food. Half a rotten tomato on my sandwich and fries over cooked and hardly any in container. The bun seemed stale too. The women that took my order didn t listen at all. Seemed like she didn t want to be here so I asked, you look like you d rather not be here? She said yes! And proceeded to do not much, so slowly. So unimpressed. I said dine in and got my stuff bagged to go, lid didn t fit. No napkins or ketchup or even ice in the machine. This location sucks now.

Would give -0- stars if i could. Tried to use a coupon, after ordering and the greeter, if you would like to call her that as her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming, declined the coupon because she said it wasnt from her store, but its a generic BK coupon that all locations honor but this one. 2 other locations in Burlington Ontario are decent, but this one is to be avoided. Went to the golden arches to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Asked the greeter for her name and store number, she would not provide.

Ordered 4 meals. Two of my drinks were total garbage because it was pure syrup....the nestea and fruitopia. Ice wasnt working either. Hate wasting money like that.

Food wise it was still okay, edible food but they lack customer service. We just stopped there for a quick bite to as we were driving fron brantford, and one of our friend was in the washroom we were waiting on him, and a lady yelled from inside that how long they gonna take to decide. Even the guy at their front counter felt embarras. She she was yelling in punjabi. I am also punjabi and also work in customer service. This should not be a culture of restaurant. It was really embarassing for us as well.

Going in to order with a coupon and they said I can not specialize my order since when I can not do this . The service is horrible food cold fries not cooked , also my order was completely wrong . I am allergic to some items and they were on my burger. I went to McDonalds after trying to get my money back and they refused. Please drive by this location when you want BK and find a better location that the service is better and the food is hot . Fire all the staff at this location including the manager no customer service .

Came here at 9:17 dining room was closed when it s posted open until 9:30. Decided to go through drive thru and order. There was only 1 car inline ahead of me and the order took over 25 minutes. On top of that the order was completely wrong for a simple cherry coke, nuggets and fries. The employees were just talking in the back without a care at all.
