Tonight we had the absolute best time and were so lucky to be served by Dave. He was just the friendliest guy. We will be back when Dave is working for sure. So nice!!

Loved our dining experience. 2 adults, one child and a take out order. Everyone ordered various items; burger, clubhouse, mashed potatoes, steak, a fun kids drink with needs and a gummy shark in it, and an ice cream desert for child. She loved the quote on the ice cream wrapper. One the kods menu there was a link for games to keep kods distracted, was perfect so I could talk to the other adult in peace lol, atmosphere was private (we were in a booth), unique. Price point was great. All meals were tye perfect serving amount

We are regular patrons at this Kelseys that has a great bar staff. Sean and Dave always look after us extremely well. The food is great and very consistent every visit. Dave pretty much knows or orders before we even ask and always provides fantastic service.

I have been a patron at this location for over 10 years and have also befriended a few of the staff. I have never had such a horrible experience as I had tonight. Our waitress (whom was too preoccupied with the party inside her words) was almost non existent. We had to ask multiple times for drinks and for takeout containers. We were seated on the patio. When we went to pay we used a gift card of $100. The bill was $97 and change. She just offered to use the remaining money as her tip so we didn t need to keep the card for only a few dollars . WOW. Also, when we were just about to leave she proceeded to toss another billfold on the table so we could leave her a tip . She made sure to tell us we couldn t exit off the patio and made sure to ask did you leave the tip on the table . Again WOW. What kind of professionalism is that. I rely on tips myself in my occupation also but I m sorry that was classless considering her service was under par. My friends food was over cooked and inedible. She never asked how our food was at all, considering my friends plate was barely touched. I am appalled at her behaviour.

Great apps!

We came for the throwback to the retro menu and went with tenderloin skewers with salad and tenderloin with spaghetti. Both were very tasty and the beef was cooked perfectly with the right amount of char and so tender. Our server Natalie was very pleasant and accomodating bringing us extra plates so we could share our entree accompaniments. Sorry no photos this time but will try to remember for next time. Looking forward to coming back. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible with parking and no stairs.

We are good customer of Kelsey s, last night we went to the Guelph and Fairview location. Service was very poor, On top of everything when we ask for my daughter s dessert in the middle of the cookie and ice cream we found two hairs. When we told the server, her only reply was sorry I am going to give you back the $5 of the cookie. That wasn t nice at all, I wasn t looking for free meal but she seems to be in a hurry all the time with lack of customer service.

Normally we go to Dundas location and have only had a billing issue but the atmosphere service and food have been excellent. We decided to try this location last night, hmmmm- started with being sat believe at booth 53 with a bench that would lean forward with movement and we decided to move waitress was less than friendly upon this discovery to start and nowhere did her welcome seem to improve and she wasn t on top of table checks until it was closer to closing time. Place wasn t busy. Food, Caesar salad was wilted and included stemmed chunks and not worth 14.99. Spinach dip was excellent outside of the rock hard pita bread. However I still tipped quite fairly only in hopes of possibly cheering her up in the event this was an off day. Should we come again I do hope for a better experience.

Came here with my wife and had a better meal then most franchise restaurants, and the waitress Tara was out of this world friendly and accommodating.

Our food arrived just a bit warm. Would have been lovely if it was a lot hotter.

Waited 40 minutes for food in an empty space on a Sunday. My cheeseburger showed up cold, overly salty and the onion rings were cooked to near death. The volume of the games on the tv s were so loud I couldn t hear anyone at the table.

The food was great we sat in the bar and the bartender Tammy was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Management needs to be changed, awful customer service no help what so ever. I do not recommend this location.

Went out with the boys to watch the game this evening. Service was great but the bbq chicken bites I craved due to the menu and a friend s review turned out to be 3 bites of what am I eating. Terrible.

I invited a few of my friends to Kelseys to watch the Bruins/Flyers game. Staff was great but wow the Chicken Bites were terrible. I didn t want to be that person to complain but it sure didn t taste good at all (there was hardly any chicken). Left hungry but nice place to hang out and watch a sports game. Also only a 5 minute drive from Downtown Burlington.

Good date night. Wed half price bottle of wine. Good food and service. Background music a Lil too loud for a regular conversation while eating. A bit distracting with all the TV screens and the volume.

Had a dinner with the family here the other night and had a great time. Were all pretty foolish but Tammy was very helpful and patient with us. Food is always good here. You cant have dinner without the spinach dip, its always a winner!

Ive been to this location twice recently for their steak fajitas and they have been absolutely delicious!! Our server Montana was very sweet and quick to bring us anything we needed. Highly recommended, will be back

I was at kelseys for dinner. The server was Helen who provided excellent service. I was also buying food to give to a homeless man. Helen helped in preparing the take out order. Helen is a great asset to the business. Next time I visit the establishment I will definitely ask for her.

After my grandson football game, my family decided to go to Kelseys for dinner.Was 10 of us and we walked in to the restaurant with no previous reservation. I know that our call would be greatly appreciated but we just walked in . Game was canceled do to lightning and our minds where with the very disappointed team . We where told, that is going to take 30 minutes , before they can be accommodate us . To my surprise, 5 minutes later our table was ready. I was watching how well employees where communicating with very hands on manager to put the tables together, so we do not have to wait. Restaurant was busy, we arrived around 6:45 Pm .Courtney was our server. She was amazing . Food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect.Manager Derek visited our table to make sure that everyone was happy with the meal . Thank you very much for your hospitality. Great teamwork .

I order through the phone and once there I had asked to pay in two different amounts, the employee who was cashing me out, a bald man with glasses, understood I said I need to pay in two separate amounts then processed to put it all on one tab. After getting home going to eat, having gotten a veggie burger with sweet potato fries and Alfredo pasta, the quality was abysmal. The pasta was grainy and old, the sauce bland and I was not asked if I wanted any protein. The veggie burger was okay but the fries were thin, chewy and very disappointing.

The drinks are good for late night , but the food is disappointing. Despite being affordable, the quality, especially in the produce, is lacking.

Ordered a takeout meal for dinner tonight and we couldn t be more disappointed in the food. First of all, we had to wait almost an extra 15minutes for our order even though we specified the time we d like to have it ready for (this now is the second time it was not ready on time and the restaurant was not even busy or full), but the food my daughter wanted kettle chips but got angry fries instead , with what I think they were chicken fingers because they were as big as my index finger! Skinny, skinny and small chicken bits, not strips! My husband had the balsamic chicken and the two pieces were also, very small one being 1/3 of the size of the palm of my hand (and my hands are petite)! That s not enough for a hungry man, plus it s not what we paid for! We couldn t be more disappointed with 2 of our 3 meals tonight, a second time around now with this restaurant location, and won t be returning or recommending it.

I ordered steak it was way undercooked and the manager didn t care about it at all.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Kelseys. Once we sat down, the server took 30 minutes before we could place our appetizer. It was a bit busy at this time and delays are understandable but things just got worse and we lost our patience. After I put my order in for a spiral mac and cheese which has 3 chicken strips in it. 30 minutes later, she informs me they dont have the pasta and only have penne or spaghetti. Why did this take half an hour to relat back to the customer? This is not at all what I wanted so I very quickly looked at a menu and reordered and had the chicken strips and fries and she informed me she was glad because that was easier for them. Maybe this is just a pettiness on my end but if you dont have what youre offering, my last thought is whats easier for the restaurant. It finally came after...you guessed it another 30 minutes cold. The evening was getting so late I ate it. The tenders were decent but the fries were mushy. I also made the mistake of having the loaded baked potato on the side which is queso, jalapeños and tomatoes. Yes I did understand thats what I was getting but it was terrible! Im always a person who packs up leftovers and I left it. I went home angry at the whole experience and the money I unfortunately had to spend for such a bad experience.

On September 4th l was at Kelseys restaurant during happy hour (3-5). My bill was $25.99 and I paid with Ultimate Dinning Card on which I had around $70.00. Bartender/server offered me cash for the reminder on my card. She came back with five dollars bill and some change. I didnt get back my card and I didnt get a printout, one you get after you pay your bill. #1 I m missing around $40.00. #2 Is it legal for employee of a restaurant to offer cash for money on a gift card?

Ok food, and continues to decline over the years. Portions are getting quite small while prices go up. Been going here periodically since it opened, and ordered many times online since the start of COVID. Chicken tenders have gotten so small now and the salad dressing is often forgotten in takeaway. Sadly, we wont be visiting or ordering from them again.

Had a great happy hour at this location, twice the service has been incredible and our servers were very attentive to any needs, such as refills on drinks, extra napkins etc., without prompting. Lovely atmosphere, music is an appropriate volume, and all staff are friendly. Will come again.

We had a family dinner with good food, served in time by a friendly and polite waiter. The food was good and the place was buzzing with activity. Kudos for having relatively clean toilets. Could be a bit better. So hence the 4 stars. Thanks for the good dinner. Price was quite reasonable too. We were happy. Kids were happy.

Went there for a Birthday... We were a group of 10. Natalie was so attentive without hovering... The perfect balance. She made us feel like we were her only table. Her sense of quick witted humour was welcomed and expertly gauged. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend this restaurant and Natalie as a server. She was EXCELLENT!! Overall a fantastic experience. We popped in for a quick pint and an appetizer after doing some shopping. Our server, Sidney (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) was always making sure we were taken care of, and was so friendly and welcoming. We also heard another server at a nearby table slowly explaining some of the options and dietary inclusions of the meals to an older couple. There was a kitchen mishap and our food was unfortunately delayed, but their staff were incredible at keeping us happy. We were offered complementary fries, soups, and salad. Sidney and her manager were so apologetic and sweet. It s becoming rarer to feel taken care of at restaurants (especially at this price level) but the staff at Kelsey s definitely try. Our extended family of 11 came here on wing night to celebrate a birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A big thank you to our very attentive server Sydney who kept the tables cleaned, refilled drinks promptly, and graciously served a very demanding family with a friendly smile.

We went for a late dinner and were seated immediately. Although it was mostly empty, nobody came to serve us, or even ask if we wanted a drink, for about 15 minutes. Im not sure how long I would have waited...eventually I went to the bar and asked if anyone could help us. Service after that was fine. The food was alright...ordered the nacho plate as a meal...but way too salty. Its been a number of years since I was in a Kelseys. It will likely be a number more before I try it again.

Enjoyed meal & drinks with friends.

Past half year myself and a group of between 3-5 guys would goto this location about twice a month on a Thursday for their wing deal, we have never had issues until this past week. We sat next to the kitchen in a booth where there was high traffic of servers but it took between 25-30 minutes for our server to come since we were seated, no drinks or anything until this point. Once our server came, we ordered both our food and drinks at the same time, and skipped appetizers because of the previous wait. It took about another 15 minutes before our drinks came out, and another 5 after that for our food. After our waiter dropped the food off he was not seen for the rest of the night. Luckily the manager came by and asked if everything was okay with our food and I got the chance to explain the situation, afterwards our server was back 2 minutes later. We asked for our bill, one more round of drinks, and I ordered one tequila shot. The server came back with all the drinks and the bills within about 5 minutes, but when it came to the tequila s lime he handed it to me with his bare hands and asked do you want this . Someone that handles dirty plates, cash money from other customers, cleaning rags, and whatever else they touch in a shift handing me food with bare hands is unacceptable but also a health concern. I can excuse the poor service to an extent until it came to paying the bills. The group of us all paid separately, one of the guys in our groups bill was $27. When you are handed the machine it gives you the would you recommend Kelsey s and a tip section. When my friend was handed the machine, it had no option to tip, and displayed $67 instead of $27, leading us to believe that our waiter gave himself a $40 tip. Luckily this was caught, and when it was brought up he said that it was a glitch , offered no apology and corrected the price. We went directly from Kelsey s to a different restaurant because of how horrible the night was ended off at this location. It s very unfortunate since we all really enjoyed the place but this was far from unacceptable.

What a disappointment. The meat on the burger was so small you might as well just go to McDonalds to get a larger burger. The chicken bites were tiny, overcooked, hard, and cold with little meat. It was pretty quiet yet it was a long wait for our food. Server was fine but the food was big disappointment and we wont be spending our money here again.

Starving at 20 to 11pm and desperate for something besides burgers or pizza or fast food.. i squeeked in just before they close praying to grab a snack and a beer at least.... well if you order right now were taking last call.. heres a menu.. - Julie is awesome! Since theyre closing i thought i should get it to go... its ok were going to be here a while.. you can sit and enjoy your beer. - an oasis in a desert.

We come here a lot for dinner, and as per usual it was great! We had Montana tonight serving us and she was so pleasant, kept our drinks full without us even needing to ask, checked in on us, and made sure we were happy with everything! She even brought us a bag for the food and boxes perfect for exactly what we had ordered. From one server to another, her service was fantastic. One of the best ones we ve had at this Kelseys! went here the other day for a dinner and we had the most wonderful experience. it was late on a Sunday night, and the place was a little empty. usually i find this makes the meal feel a little rushed as servers want to go home and clean up. we did not feel this way at all. our server, Dave, was hilarious, welcoming, and made the experience fantastic. we had an amazing night, the food and drinks were exceptional, and the service was well above and beyond. we will absolutely be coming back, thank you to Dave!!

The service here is always good. So is the food. Out of all the chain restaurants in town this is my preference.
