This was our second visit to Radius. Our first experience was great and were looking forward to go there again. Our second visit was as good or maybe even better. The staff work as a true team and they all seem to enjoy there jobs. Cassandra was our waitress for both visits and she did a great job attending to us. Our chicken dish was presented and cooked perfectly. As we finished our dishes they were picked up by the bus boy within 30 seconds of finishing. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service and atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We tried the Date Night Feature (1 starter, 2 main, 1 dessert to share) and loved everything. By the end of the night, we were really full—the portions for the main course are a bit hefty, but they're so delicious!
We had our first visit to Radius this week for our anniversary and was VERY impressed! From the welcoming friendly service to the chill music (at a very appropriate volume) and of course the food. We had the date night set, where we got to choose an app, two mains and dessert which was a fantastic value. We started with the mango scallop ceviche, mains were harissa chicken and the salmon finishing with the amazing pumpkin spiced toffee cheesecake. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a great night out!
Came here as our last stop on Burlington Food Tours and it was so delightful! They were very organized and had everything ahead of time. The restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect for special occasions and gatherings. The staff were very friendly and the service is great. I really enjoyed the vibes. They have an extensive wine and cocktails menu. We tried “Kalbi Beef Nachos”, “Maple Miso Brussels”, “Roasted Baba Ghanoush”, “Truffle Fries”, and “Radius Goat Cheese Spring Rolls”. Everyone was fresh and tasty, but my favorite was Maple Miso Brussels; it has a new and unique flavor.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, as it was recommended by my eldest son. The food was amazing. They have the best nachos with braised beef that was cooked to perfection. It's a must-try if you are in the Burlington area. My kids loved their sliders - one had the beef and the other had the Korean fried chicken. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and organized. The interior had a modern, cottage look with wood panels on one of the walls and by the entrance, which gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere because of the bricks. I truly enjoyed everything about this place and can't wait to try more items from their menu.
Had birthday dinner here with friends from work. Drinks were a lot , ended up going with regular wine as I did not like the drinks. Food was good but not a lot for the price. I found it to be really dark inside but the DJ after 9 was the best! 90’s all the way!!! 10/10.
Highly recommend. This place is 10/10 when it comes to food. This restaurant has paired with a great deal of local partners (butcher, bakery etc.) and it shows in both the presentation and taste. My husband and I went for brunch. My husband had the Korean fried chicken sandwich and said the bread was soft, and the sandwich tasted authentic, great crisp on the chicken. 10/10 I had the vintage breakfast. It was amazing; the potatoes had this awesome crisp on them, my organic scrambled eggs tasted like two scrambled and not “mixed watered down eggs” like you get at some other places. The sourdough bread was SO soft and delicious. 10/10 They also have the sparkling water I’ve never tried? I will most definitely be getting my hands on some of these for at home Our waitress was very pleasant and prompt with drinks, food, bill.
Went for an early date night. Love that this place is walking distance. Highly recommend going earlier before the rush and loud noise with everyone trying to talk over each other, and the music. Lol Can I just say, the food here is Amazing!!! Wow! The presentation was impressive and just the right portion sizing. Left us feeling content and satisfied. We had the Salmon and the Gnocchi. Oh, and tonight we took advantage of the $2 oysters! Super yummy!! Hats off to the Chef here…..bravo! Your dishes are cooked to perfection and so flavourful. The staff are all super friendly. We had Maria tonight and she is a doll!
Great spot good ambiance , I had the burger and some scones they were delicious , service was good and fast .. great vibe
Atmosphere was great, service was also good. The problem was the food sadly. I shared a beef wonton and chicken sliders and both were a miss. The wontons had too much mayo dressing on them which overpowered the other ingredients, so the dish wasnt balanced, or warm. The chicken sliders didnt have enough seasoning to make them flavourful or memorable. I checked their current menu and see the sliders are gone which is probably a good thing. Hopefully their food steps up its game as Id like to go back!
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is fun and modern (the decor and music). The drinks were delicious and food was well done, so shoutout to the bartenders and kitchen staff. The reason for a 3 star review is purely based on the service. As a group with a reservation, our reservation was pushed 15 minutes, and then we were asked to wait another 15 minutes while they prepared our table. For a restaurant that promotes a sociable vibe, the staff were not friendly, unknowledgeable about the menu, and especially slow considering the restaurant was not very busy. Wrong food items were brought to our table, which we were charged for and when this was pointed out, their correction was to hand us cash for the difference (and not even in the correct amount). Lastly, we were charged full price for items that were on the happy hour promo menu. Overall, the serving staff are not up to par with the vibe that Radius on Brant is trying to achieve.
Friday night out with friends. Had a super fun night. Good and drinks were great. Staff was awesome, manager was great. We did the Tomahawk to share. So much fun. Good siz, shared 4 ways (two couples) worked fine Parking: Uber is your friend drinks are too good to drive
The food quality was great! The lobster linguine and the brussel sprouts are always my fave The staff are welcoming and very kind! The service was excellent and the crowd was fun! Music was great from when we got there until we left! We will be back to this location for sure :) Thank you!
Great food, great ambiance and amazing people! Keep it up! Can t wait to come back!
Ryan the Manager on Staff was so sweet to me and my friend. Awesome hospitality I did not think that there was still management in the restaurant business who was so invested in their customers experience in their restaurant!!! Definitely will be coming back 100% #loveradius
**Disappointing Experience at Radius Burlington** I recently dined at Radius Burlington with a group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. We placed our order around 8:35 pm, and while half of our party received their meals within 40 minutes, the rest of us waited until after 10 pm for our food! Even worse, one of our guests meals was completely forgotten. The service was extremely slow, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff for the long wait or the oversight. It was frustrating to see no effort to make up for the poor service, and it really took away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. If you re looking for attentive service and a smooth dining experience, I d suggest looking elsewhere.
A nice little spot in downtown Burlington. Food is excellent and portions a good. Service is also good. Parking: Parking in downtown Burlington can be annoying and costly. Things were much better when weekend parking was free.
Perfect Happy Hour. Thanks to Brie. Excellent Margaritas and food was on point. We will be back. Cheers
Had an amazing dinner experience here tonight! Cocktails on point, oysters were fresh, sushi app was incredible. The salmon main had delicious complexity so unique! The short ribs were tender and tasty. Service was exceptional, we were looked after attentively. Atmosphere was 10/10.
Had many great times celebrating many milestones at this awesome place!
First time dining at Radius last night with my sisters and Mom. We were very pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best we ve had lately (and we eat out a lot). Everything was perfectly cooked and the flavours were fantastic. A must try .the Kalbi Wonton Nachos and the Korean Braised Beef Short Ribs. We shared a number of plates and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Kudos to the chef. Our server Bree was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, very pleasant and on the ball! We will definitely go back.
Whether it s for a casual lunch, living downtown Burlington, or a special dinner, Radius is always one of my top choices. The exceptional food, including their amazing tuna poke, is consistently delicious, and the service never disappoints. The staff are welcoming and ensure you re happy with every aspect of your experience. The cozy yet vibrant atmosphere makes each visit memorable, perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a standout dining spot!
A friend and I went for the evening; we started off with some delicious drinks, ordered appetizers and ended the night on the dance floor. Thank you to Chelsea for making sure we had what we needed and to Josh for being a great server. Cheers!
Came here tonight for a second time, brought my aunt for her birthday meal and went all out (cocktails, wine, apps, steak board, etc). We have previously been to Hamilton location for large family gatherings many times happily. Tonight was honestly a service disaster. Every step of the way we had to ask for our server to grab our drink order, water order, food order, dessert order. We were just constantly waiting to try to get our servers attention, who seemed to be hostessing and bartending! Plates sat for 20 minutes each course after finishing. Cocktails and food were actually mostly good but service made the dinner somewhat hard to even focus on! I felt bad for our waitress as it seemed they were understaffed but it was a disappointment for a special occasion. Plus no apology or anything! They were out of the dessert the birthday girl selected so she said she d bring something from the kitchen and it was a very random 3 small tarts that had no introduction or flavour? Maybe peach tarts? Just looked like store bought on a plate. No decaf coffee. We wanted to go elsewhere for dessert but nothing was open. Left feeling a bit disturbed by how much we spent for such a lacklustre evening. Edited to add: we later realized we were charged for the dessert they didn t have/serve us.
WOW! What an unforgettable evening at Radius restaurant! My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of attending their Sunset Tasting event, and it was truly exceptional. The new wines are absolutely stunning - we were all impressed by the quality! What really made the evening shine was the fantastic service, delicious food, and electric ambiance. The vibe was lively and sophisticated, making it the perfect setting for a night out with friends. Servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the evening. The food pairings were creative and mouth-watering, complementing the wines perfectly. We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit! If you havent been to Radius yet, do yourself a favor and book a table ASAP.
We dined there this past Tuesday to celebrate a friends birthday at 7pm. We had a lovely half circle booth. However the light above the table flicks constantly which was annoying. Our server greeted us then brought water but took quite a while to come back to take a drink order. It was just her and another girl making drinks and serving so to be fair they appeared understaffed. Our server had a great smile and brought everything we asked for, however we kept seeing other tables getting special birthday desserts but our birthday guest was not acknowledged. We had noted on our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. The Korean slider are so very yummy! The calamari was good and not rubbery. We had the lobster linguine which was underwhelming at 45.00 and could have been warmer. Our birthday guest had the poke bowl. The negroni blanc is also refreshing!. We quite enjoyed the decor but not acknowledging the birthday was a fail.
The service was amazing! They were so accommodating to our group for a birthday! They made it so special for my friend. I would highly recommend for special dinner or a ladies night
Delicious food and exceptional service! We had heard wonderful things about Radius on Brant Street, so my family decided to come in for an impromptu lunch on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere had a fun urban vibe. We started with the stacked sushi. So good! My husband ordered the burger which was cooked to perfection. I loved the Poke bowl with ahi tuna that was made with fresh, quality ingredients and perfectly dressed. My daughter enjoyed the lobster roll she ordered. Everything was delicious. We plan to return and bring friends!
Nice staff and environment... food is overhyped and overpriced
Amazing service and friendly servers. A bit loud due to live music but overall great food . Can t complain as the food was on the healthy and tasty side . All in all great place to visit if you are in the area . Parking: About a 5 min walk to the Resturant from a free parking lot . Seems to be lots of free parking around.
Radius is ok . While I enjoy reading their menu, the execution doesn t live up to the promise. Went there last night and ordered a Lobster Roll (very tasty but ultra small. Like, very small), Gnocchi (read great on the menu but literally swimming in olive oil! Too bad, as the gnocchi were cooked and seasoned so nicely), and a Filet Mignon (cooked well enough, but, really not seasoned to where it could have been taken). Low lite - the gnocchi was ruined by an outrageous amount of oil. See photo. It was too bad because otherwise the fresh herbs, etc. were wonderful. Low lite - the tiny lobster roll as compared to the price. Jake s is a tremendous value quality and flavour wise and especially price. Low lite - under seasoned steak. Low lite - second round of oysters poorly shucked with plenty of shell to enjoy Highlights - first round of oysters perfectly shucked. Quality was super high both orders. Highlights - the fries. We really don t have a need to go back again and will continue to go to No. 8 instead. Service note: who was the weird Maître d that tried to clear our plates after just finishing our first course, and asked US if we had anything else coming. Isn t that your job?? You took a plate, left even more. What s your role at Radius other than running around and looking stressed?
Everything was just delicious. We had the Walnut Chicken and the Sunac Glazed Salmon and the Salted Cramel Cheesecake Compliments to the Chef Jorge Rocha. 10/10.
Great food, atmosphere, service and overall experience. Theres a bar so if you dont want to eat a full meal , you can enjoy a drink and dessert. Check for midweek offers to save yourself a little cash. Food
Best Margaritas in town!!!
All our food choices were very good! The menu Is not large but it s creative and varied with vegetarian and gluten free options. Very attractive plating. Service was great - attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We appreciated the manager stopping by to welcome us. Nice venue inside plus a patio. The lemon tart was fabulous!
We were walking by asked if dogs are allowed they said yes we were excited to find a place and they put us in a corner away from everyone which we appreciated. But once we were seated no one came back no one took our order no one brought water. We left after 15 mins of multiple servers walking by us and didn t check on us. Very disappointed
Delicious dishes, friendly environment, Will be returning.
Reading other reviewers comments, I think we are all in agreement, Radius is an outstanding addition to the Burlington dining scene . My partner and I both had the fresh oysters and the sushi salmon stack for a light evening meal. Upon entering Radius, you cannot help but notice the excellent vibe and superbly kitted out interior. Staff are polite, helpful, and genuinely nice. Our orders could not have been tastier. The oysters were very fresh and disappeared quickly. The sushi stack was very innovative with a masterful crunch to the rice. We thoroughly enjoyed it. While we did not take advantage of them, we noted the interesting cocktail list. Similarly the wines had been well curated. We are looking forward to a return engagement to try other Radius offerings.
I had lunch at Radius this week with a girlfriend. This place never disappoints! They have amazing healthy dishes, the quality and portions are top notch! I had an amazing mock tail the dangerous island with coconut milk and lime and a beautiful purple orchid colour that makes you feels like you re on the The staff are super friendly and work hard to make sure you choose something you will love and are very attentive to your needs. Always a great experience here!
Josh was so funny. A great young waiter with a great future in food service.
The food & service here is always excellent. The staff take great care & pride in making sure you have a fabulous experience. One of my favourite spots!
I was taking clients and wanted to make sure, it was a great experience so called ahead and I spoke to a young man (I think his name was Ethan or Jacob ?) Anyway, he was very helpful, gave me the best table in the house, both dinner and service was very good!!
The restaurant was busy, the noise level almost unbearable My Hanoi salad, added the beef was inedible... salad was small and swimming in its juice, could not cut the steak at all . Never done this before, but sent it back...server apologized and I got a burger in exchange, which came promptly and was good Had calamari app, tender and in a nice batter, but heavily salted!
Very, very, very loud! We had to wait about 40 minutes for the food. During those 40 minutes, it was impossible to talk to my friends because I couldn t hear myself, let alone them. The appetizers were terribly oversalted; I couldn t taste anything except the salt, no calamari or sushi. The chicken and salmon were okay, but the gnocchi was absolutely tasteless. Several times they tried to bring us someone elses order. And since I already paid $35 for the chicken, I would like to try the potato pave as on the menu, and not the fries that I could get at McDonalds.
Came here with a group of friends last night for dinner. I was so excited to try Radius for the first time but was so disappointed. Our server was lovely, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a fun vibe. Drinks were good. My friends had the noodle salad and poke bowl - they said it was great . We ordered the truffle fries for an appetizer, $18 and we recieved maybe 20 fries. I also ordered the Korean Chicken Sliders expecting there to be at least 3 of them. I was presented with a measly plate of 2 sliders and the presentation was downright sad. My bill came to $76 and I left hungry. Probably wont return.
Came with 4 friends for lunch. Our server was most gracious and after some shifting around we were seated at a table and not the high top to which we had been directed. My lunch choice of lobster roll was disappointing: half bun filled with several tablespoons of an indistinguishable filling and a bowl of unimaginative fries. So underwhelming and overpriced. Fortunately my lunch mates seemed to enjoy their lunches. One raved about her burger. I ll chock it up to a bad choice, but I don t think I ll be back soon.
Small plates and desserts are really good. We were a bit disappointed with the mains. My ribeyes was over seasoned and wifes pasta was greasy. May try again.
Nice restaurant. Food generally good except Caesar salad the had very woody spinach which made it very unpalatable
Enjoyed the food! Creative recipes and uncommon ingredients used which makes for a fun dinner experience. Will return again! I will say (not a complaint), I feel like the lights could be dimmed for a more intimate experience that would also make it feel a bit more formal - which in my opinion would better match the food.
Took my friends for lunch. Had had a good experience last week for dinner. Today was a sharp contrast. White wine was served at room temperature. The Stacked sushi 3 in an order at $17 are simply a small ball of arancini with a bit of smoked salmon on top served with mayo and soy. Very disappointing. The Korean Chicken was dry. Beautiful vibe. Personable but inexperienced service. Very pricey for quality of good served
Absolutely ridiculous restaurant. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken, which was around $27 bucks. It was very small and the chicken was cut into big chunks and was colourless and flavourless. My husband ordered the fish and chips and while he raved about the fish, there were maybe 5-6 chips that were barely cooked and the price was absolutely mind blowing at $38 bucks. I ordered one 8 ounce glass of pinot grigio and that was $20 bucks. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere where the food portions are generous and where the food is actually good coz it aint here. In response to the owners response to me, hoping not to sound too nitpicky; my glass of wine was in fact 20 bucks, not 19. I have the receipt. On the upside, the brussel sprout appetizer was out of this world but still very pricey. Wheelchair accessibility: The washroom is in the basement so only ambulatory people can use it. If there is another washroom that is accessible, I am not sure.
Came in for an impromptu dinner on a rainy Tuesday evening. Radius has been all the buzz in Downtown Burlington and I was looking forward to my visit. I was surprised how busy it was for a random Tuesday evening. I had the salmon and it was incredible. My friend had the butternut squash ravioli, and said it was absolutely delicious. The wine selection was great too. The atmosphere was great, we stayed late til it was empty. I asked our server his name and I believe he said Aiden. this dinner was last week so If i have his name wrong I apologize. Our serve was wonderful and had some great recommendations. Can t wait to come back again !
I came here for drinks with friends. The night started off a little rough, we had to wait for a while before our table was ready (we had a reservation for 12). We had a drink at the bar and the male bartender looked like he would rather be elsewhere and I felt like I was annoying him just by ordering a drink. The bartender with the long dark hair was really nice. We enjoyed ourselves, our server was great and the manager was really nice so by the end of the night it ended up being a fun and positive experience. I would love to go back and try their food next time.
Was exciting to try this place with some friends and although the desserts were AMAZING, some apps were great - it wasnt enough to have us back. The service was friendly but very slow but not a big deal. The Music..so many people wrote on the reviews that it is WAY TOO LOUD and Im not sure why they dont lower the volume. Had a DJ which is nice but couldnt hear people at our table. 2 of us left with a headache and one lost her voice from screaming across the table. This is what we got: Apps: Goat cheese spring rolls - different and worth a try! Calamari - great Persimmon salad- was bitter and didnt love creamy dressing Crispy Brussels sprouts - good but needed a bit of salt. Mains: Butternut ravioli - good Tuna poke bowl, linguine and salmon were all bland and not flavorful enough. Wouldnt get any of those dishes again :( Desserts: Salted caramel Cheesecake - AMAZING! Apple pie with Ice cream - Also amazing If it was closer to where we live we would come back just for the dessert but pass on a meal or maybe order something else for mains. Actually - dont know if we could deal with the music.
We were visiting Burlington for the half marathon. Did some online research before going and found that Radius on Brant (with another location in Hamilton) were consistently very highly reviewed. I made reservations online and was greeted warmly by Matt who I later became aware was a co-owner of this excellent establishment. Brianna (Bri) was our server. She could NOT have been any more fabulous. She was/is friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. Was very impressed with Matt also. I watched as he always helped and worked around his restaurant. This shows me that he is invested in his business and his staff by demonstrating he will also do the various tasks needed at the front of house to keep it running efficiently while taking care of his customers. Matt also checked in with patrons ensuring everything was good. It was in fact very very good. I cannot say enough great things about Matt, Bri and other staff who I observed to be also stellar. Now for the food. Started with the stacked sushi. I ve eaten a lot of sushi at various restaurant and also make my own Futomaki. This was very unique and imaginative. We LOVED it. I only wished there were 4 on the plate instead of 3! For the same price of course :) I was still talking about the sushi after we left. It had a delicate beautiful presentation with a crunchy bite all around the sides. Didn t taste like your usual sushi rice mixed with rice vinegar. Matt told me they used Mirin(Japanese cooking wine). I will always order this whenever I return to Radius. For lunch Entrees, we had the Vintage Breakfast and Smoked Salmon Playterie. The Vintage Breakfast was a large portion and was very good. My wife commented the sour dough bread that came with this breakfast was amazing. The Smoked Salmon Playterie was a lighter serving just as described by Matt and Bri. It was brilliant and that is coming from a person that likes latkes but wouldn t say I love them. This I loved! We also had delicious cocktails and a very nice Single malt whisky. I was surprised there was only one stall for the men s bathroom as I can see this place being very busy often as it was for lunch for our visit. The women s apparently had two stalls and what was fantastic was there was an accessible washroom on the main floor which I missed but as I m writing this, my wife mentioned it. Thank you Bri, Matt and back of house staff for a memorable time at Radius on Brant. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible washroom on main floor. Rooms around dining tables were not as close together as most restaurants. Some patrons had a baby stroller beside their table with still lots of room to move around
Ill start by saying - its all about expectations. The look and feel here was great, but as soon as we stepped in the door there was a lovely woman singing, but she was quite loud and people in the restaurant were a bit rowdy as well. I couldnt hear my partner very well or have a proper conversation. I love live music, but feel like it needed to be softer to accommodate for people who came to listen to the music AND people who came for dinner and a conversation. That said at the end of the day its about expectations, and we didnt know that Wednesdays are wine and music nights. Vibe was pretty good. Lovely decor and lighting. Cute date night space and the bar looked stocked. We didnt have any cocktails but they looked pretty good! The food plates smaller than expected, especially for the price point, but we didnt mind. The mains were pretty bland and disappointing, not much to phone home about. We had the calamari, burger, and Nobu inspired fish and chips. It was ok, definitely did not excite me to come for dinner again. If youre looking for more of a chill dinner vibe with a unique menu and fantastic drinks at the same price point, I would choose Isabelle over this, or head down to Hamilton at Undefined or Caro. I would visit again but probably just for drinks and an apps and listening to music or a DJ. I suggest checking their site to know whats happening a head of time so you know what you are walking into!
I had won a gift card To this restaurant from my work annual Christmas party. I tried on multiple occasions to get a reservation in December which was nearly impossible due to closing the restaurant for private parties. We called a couple times and were told to come as a walkin there is availability; we came on a Friday at 6 pm on two occasions and turned away as there was a 4 hour wait and no availability. We Finally managed to get a Saturday reservation, and let me say the food was pretty good, small menu but good quality. When the bill came I presented the server with the gift card to get this as a response: we can t accept that gift card here, we have a different terminal for payment and can only be used at the Hess location . I found this to be the most ridiculous statement. How can you only use a gift card at one location when there are only 2 locations. I went home checked the original envelope the card was in, the back of the actual gift card and nowhere does is it say one location. Totally fed a line. I proceeded to contact the restaurant via email and now almost 5 days later there is no acknowledgment. The worst customer service on all levels. No initiative taken to rectify their issue, Or acknowledge my email contact. I DO NOT recommend coming here what so ever.
Super impressed! A group of six of us showed up tonight without reservations, and even though the restaurant was clearly busy, the host had a welcoming attitude and happily made arrangements to accomodate us. The atmosphere of this restaurant is exactly what downtown Burlington has been needing: Stylish, classy, and warm without any snobbiness. Every decor detail is perfect--the lighting, the wood finishes, the texture of the chairs and stools. Its the kind of place you could go for date night or girls night out, but it would also be a great place to take your mom for lunch. Appetizers were delicious (oysters, brussels sprouts, truffle fries and burrata cheese) as were the mains. Nice to see some vegetarian options beyond salad. Service was professional, attentive and friendly. Excellent experience overall. Well be back and Id definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice night out.
Great bar, good and professional servers, great DJ, great doormen. Overall, a very good environment. Spent close to $600 here but at the end of the day it s a great place for business meetings or a romantic date.
Food is flavourful. Nice service and atmosphere.
The food was good but the portions are small and seem overpriced. The restaurant seating is cramped. It was loud and the less than mediocre service made my overall dinning experience unenjoyable.
Radius is more than just a place to dine; its an experience to be savored and remembered. From the top-notch cuisine to the first-class service and ambiance, every aspect of our evening was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended for any special occasion or simply for those who appreciate the more wonderful things in life. Thank you for the incredible experience 10/10, would dine again without hesitation!
Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. My husband had the Japanese inspired fish and chips dish and I had the poke bowl. The food was fresh. However, both the poke bowl and the fish and chips dish could have used more dressing. The fish and chips dish was a small portion for $39. The poke bowl was very simple could have been elevated with some acidity such as mango or pickled ginger.
Great ambiance and atmosphere. Food is fresh and unique as well! Nice change of pace for the area.
Unless you come during slow times or are tipsy you wont enjoy that place. Because its LOUD! It feels like you are at the fish market. You cant have a conversation. Definitely not a date spot. Everyone around you is yelling and it ruins the atmosphere completely. Service is very slow. You will wait even for cold appetizers. We watched plates getting piled up by the kitchen and not making it to the tables. Additional mention: we asked if they had bread. Apparently they did, not complimentary, a charge of $4 and guess what, it was one piece of small toast cut in half.. we were impressed. Burlington doesnt have that many lounges/modern restaurants so the addition was welcomed. But it didnt deliver. The place is just too crammed.
Hospitality at its best so accommodating for a large party and so easy going . I can t remeber last time we had a big group reservation at a restaurant and received such hospitable service . The food was amazing as well Thank you to the whole team for a great experience for my mother s birthday we will be back soon !
While the ambiance at Radius Restaurant in Burlington is vibrant and bustling, making it a popular spot, I must note that it might not be the ideal place for a quiet, sit-down dinner. The atmosphere can be quite lively and loud due to its popularity and high traffic. However, despite the energetic ambiance, the food remains phenomenal, and the cocktails are absolutely amazing. If youre looking for a lively dining experience with outstanding cuisine and innovative cocktails, Radius Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for the vibrant atmosphere and buzzing energy of the crowd.
Amazing team, space, food and drinks!!! Can t wait to come back
Awesome food! Had a great meal here and great service as well. Will definitely be back!
Amazing place I loved the whole experience!
Phenomenal staff, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend for any occassion!
Came here for lunch, the service and food was amazing!
Had an amazing brunch at Radius today! Aja was a great server. The food was awesome, the drinks were wonderful, and the menu was perfect. I had a lobster hash that was the special, my husband had eggs Benedict. Both were fantastic!
Very elegant and a nice surprise, as I wasnt aware the previous establishment was gone. Charming ambience, superb wine selection (impressive, in fact), along with friendly, attentive personnel. Brief visit, but flawless. Begs a return visit. Hostess Chelsea was magnificent and propitious. Clearly the best new gem of downtown Burlington. Strong recommend.
Did NYE dinner here. Ribeye steak was super yummy as well as the burrata. Service was great and atmosphere was fun
As someone whose real estate office is located just across the street, Ive become a frequenter of Radius on Brandt, and it never disappoints. This restaurant is a remarkable addition to the downtown Burlington community, blending a welcoming atmosphere with culinary excellence. The moment you step into Radius, youre greeted by an ambiance thats both stylish and comfortable perfect for client meetings or unwinding after work. But what truly makes Radius a gem is the outstanding service, led by Chelsea, who I believe is the manager. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality contribute immensely to the exceptional dining experience. For anyone in or around downtown Burlington, Radius on Brandt is a must-visit a testament to culinary artistry and top-notch service right in our neighbourhood.
We were 2 couples for dinner. Atmosphere was warm and comfortable. A little on the noisy side due to a large group at the back of the restaurant but nothing out of control. Service was friendly and professional. Calamari was excellent. Their version of fish and chips was a very different, delicious twist on the tradional. Overall our foursome enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I would recommend for a trendy, casual night out. Expect to pay anywhere from 25-75 per entrée.
Terrific addition to Burlington. Great service, lovely setting. Cocktails are excellent! Beautiful plate presentations for the wow factor. What I particularly appreciated was the range of tasty, appealing choices for vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy-free eaters. Absolutely stellar. Even if you are an omnivore, someone in your group may not be. Thank you Radius!
We were so intrigued passing by this place. We had to try it out. Let me tell you, it was beyond our expectations. The atmosphere, vibe, service and food are all impeccable. We had such a great experience. Our gorgeous server, Aja was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our night memorable. Cant wait to come back again.
Had an amazing experience. Was my first time there and everything was perfect. Aja the server was great she made amazing espresso martinis. Definitely going back!
First experience at Radius and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Great food and great staff. Great addition to the city of Burlington.
Cool vibes, delectable food and a wide array of thirst quenchers
I went in feeling very positive because theyve done such a great job making this into a hip dining experience for Burlington, but it was disappointing overall. Its an energetic atmosphere but very noisy. The service seemed highly disorganized - the staff delivered the wrong meals to our table twice, and a few times at other tables. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed but the person who appeared to be the manager was more interested in socializing than pitching in. The tempura black cod was grossly over-battered and the furthest thing possible from tempura. The triple cooked chips were just barely done potato chunks. The poke bowl was OK. The calamari was the saving grace and close to the best Ive ever had. Perhaps they just need more time to get their act together. Well try it again in a few months.
First time there with friends and it was fantastic on all levels
Love this place! Been there 3x since they opened just for drinks and the staff is phenomenal! Great vibes. Tonight we went for a birthday dinner and fancy cocktails and everything exceeded our expectations. The DJ on the weekends is amazing too!
Great food and service. We were there at 4:30 on a Sunday. Unfortunately the noise level by 5:30 was uncomfortable and negatively impacted what was otherwise a lovely evening.
Went there for brunch. Ordered the special, the eggs Benedict. Was ok. The eggs were teeny weeny. The fries were half baked. Cora s does a way better job
