Had to wait to be seated,..we almost left, since no one acknowledged us when we arrived. It wasnt a very welcoming atmosphere. Finally, someone came, looked at us, and just said, Right this way, our server, Jasmine, was very attentive.

The location is my favorite! The food is so good. I visit often and they provide great curbside/pick up service. Thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. I especially want to highlight Nicky, who has consistently provided exceptional customer service during my visits. His friendly and professional vibe makes the whole experience better! Highly recommend!

They brought out our toddlers meal 20 minutes before ours and dropped one of the chicken tenders. By the time our food came out she was done eating and we had to take everything to go. The server was nice but clearly there was a problem with our order. We had to ask multiple times about our meals and the missing tender. Such a waste of money and time.

Refuses to accommodate large parties (under 10). Advised they could accommodate only if we walk in and most likely up to a 1 hour wait. Ruined my birthday plans. Used to love them but never again. UPDATE: We actually booked with Seasons52 which is just a few minutes away from Cheesecake and they were WONDERFUL. Not only did they provide us what we needed AT THE TIMES WE NEEDED, we are also able to bring in a cake which was a MAJOR relief given that CF was so inflexible and rude. Prices are pretty comparable too! So if youre looking for a great place to book with wonderful service and food, visit Seasons52 out in Burlington!

It is where I usually meet my family and friends. The food is of high quality and now there are more healthy menus to choose from.

Consistent and reliable. You know what youre getting. Large portions, large variety.

We had the meatloaf it was excellent as usual and we had pumpkin cheesecake which was excellent

Maybe it was simply because it was 50 minutes until closing, but the service was terrible. The waitstaff were helping out cleaning so when our food arrived it was cold. Cold french fries are the worst. The bread was stale hard. Obviously, it wasnt fresh baked as it usually is. Our order was wrong, but it couldnt be corrected because our waitress disappeared again. Luckily, we had water at the table. If theyre going to charge $6 (incl. tax) for a soda, a refill would have been nice. The chicken was less than half the size it used to be. I probably got the last piece for the night. Our previous visit was bad too. So were done with this neighborhood restaurant.

Extensive, well prepared selections. Its amazing that they prepare and present so many items so well. Best Shrimp Scampi outside of sunny Italy. Room for dessert? Try their strawberry short cake with vanilla ice cream. Its huge, enough for all your guests.

I have been coming to this Cheesecake factory and most of the time I have had a good experience, however, lately I have noticed they have decreased the quality of the service and the food. We waited for 45 mins for an appetizer that when was brought to the table was not cook properly and was cold (mushrooms). The manager apologized and offered to take it off the check ( nice of him). Shortly after the bad experience with the appetizer the food arrived and was again, uncooked and cold. My boyfriend ordered carne asada with white rice, it was just a lot of veggies and the rice was so hard and cold. Unacceptable!!! After waiting almost one hour to eat. If you really want to enjoy a nice meal don t come when the place is very busy . They will just put food on the plate without checking for quality. The waiter was nice and apologized for this.

We had a horrible experience in the bar area today. The bartender was mixing a passionfruit iced tea instead of regular iced tea. She acted as if it were our fault she couldnt make the Arnold Palmer right for a third time!!!. Clanked glasses and was huffed expressing a snide comment. Stressed me out terribly. The Bar Manager never apologized as they gave us a new waiter. Never offered anything. Never assured us this behavior wouldnt happen again. Never reassures us as a Guest that if we DIDNT order the Passion fruit iced tea it was ok that we didnt have to drink it so we wouldnt be reprimanded when simply asking them to make it how it was ordered. So upset at that horrific experience we spent our money on. As in after allowing their Bartender to belittle us, they took full price. Nice Job, Cheesecake Factory!!! And a round of applause to Your Bar Manager And Bartender for the exceptionaly low level service. They should be ashamed!!!

I ordered takeout online. Louisiana Chicken Pasta, Ceasar Salad, and Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. The food came out right when I got there and the counter staff were super friendly. Please give a raise to the young lady from Uganda who works takeout. She made sure I got my extra sauce I asked for and recommended a similar dish to me to try next time. And she made sure none of the items would fall out of the bag. The food was phenomenal. They had a TV with pictures of the food there, Lemon ricotta pancakes and Creme brulee french toast. In addition to me noticing a lady carrying two espresso mugs. I will be coming back for brunch.

Cool spot. Ordered 2 appetizers and a slice of cheesecake for 3 people and it was enough to fill us up.

We went in today with our two toddlers after the Bluey Camp experience at the mall. Michael S was our server and he was so kind to us. He offered to put our girls food in asap, checked back in quickly for our order, was attentive to our drinks, and genuinely seemed like he cared about us and how things were going. I overheard someone say Benito behind when passing behind the gentleman delivering our food, so I assume the man s name was Benito. He was also so friendly. My husband and I chatted with him for a bit after he welcomingly greeted our two daughters and asked them how their food was after delivering our plates. He shared stories with us about his children and genuinely had the whole table smiling. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We went here for the novelty of it, but its so noisy and crowded, we left before ordering anything. Our server brought us bread and butter but no utensils and then disappeared for ten minutes. We walked out.

Went with my girlfriend for an anniversary dinner, food was great as always but the server was horrible. My girlfriend who s 24 ordered a martini and the server who was clearly younger than her asked for her iD (nothing out of the ordinary). We got our waters and patiently waited for her drink. Finally our food came and still no drink which was odd. Finally we came to the realization maybe she just forgot to put in the drink order for it which is fine no worries it happens. At this point we are mid meal and just say never mind we wont bring up the drink. The wild part is when the server brought us our check she made a statement to my girlfriend saying next time you want to use a fake ID go get a New Hampshire one it s more believable. CRAZY!! i told her to look at her id again and compare it to mine and that they are the same. A server should be fired for making that kind of statement!!

We ate there on 6.9.24. We left satisfied. We ordered alcoholic beverages ($13, $14 per drink), skinny salad ($18), fried calamari ($19), jambalaya (shrimp with noodles, $27), fish tacos ($22) and cheesecake with chocolate chips and pecans ($12, see photo), all prices before tax. Everything was very tasty, especially the cake. The service is not good, the waitress was not available and it took a long time to get the food. The place is very big, decorated and crowded, and many people are queuing for a table.

Went for Sunday brunch & it was fantastic. Love that they serve the entire menu! Our server was so on point and extremely welcoming. We were surprised at how quick service was! I wasn t in the mood for my typical mimosa, so I tried their tropical punch mock-tail and it was SO delicious!

My partner and I have loved coming to cheesecake factory, however after our last experience we will not be coming back. While eating our leftovers at home, I felt a huge crunch in the back of my mouth and spit out a sharp, 1/2 inch piece of bone that was in my chicken. One dentist appointment later and I have a permanent chip in my tooth that will always remind me of Cheesecake Factorys negligence. It is a shame that 85% of the menu is chicken and yet food safety around that ingredient is minimal. Ive reached out to the restaurant twice and received no response. If you value your teeth, stay far away from this establishment.

After a long busy day my son and I headed to CF for a treat we usually spend over 200.00 getting 2 apps, 2 entrees and 2 desserts plus drinks...this time we kept it simple...the prices were higher and the portions smaller...the Mac n cheese balls were smaller and a cool center....not hot like usual and my son got the filet mignon and for $45.00 I was shocked at how small it was. his oreo cheesecake was ok but mine was upside-down pineapple was tiny...they have uped the prices and slashed the servings...still spent quite a bit...the food was good but not hot. Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair and the host was bewildered when I requested a booth so I could slide into. You can get around great but the bathroom door is super heavy

Excellent selection of food from small plates to main entrees and of course their many varieties of cheesecakes. Service was great as was the food. Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere as it is quite noisy in the dining area. Parking: Restaurant is located in the Burlington Mall so parking is in the parking lot for the mall. Depending on when you go there, it may be difficult to find a parking space.

I went on Sunday night to Cheesecake Factory food was amazing as usual but such a chaotic experience.. no silverware, when we were finally given silverware we were given two forks and one butter knife which we had to share.. No wheat bread (HUGE bummer). Got food and had to wait quite a bit to ask for Parmesan which I feel is usually brought at the same time with the food when ordering pasta.. no napkins at all the entire time. Then got banana cream cheesecake to go and opened it in the car, was given no banana on it Was my boyfriend s first time there so I had to explain that it was the weirdest experience I ever had at cheesecake so we can hopefully come back again next time with knives and parm in my bag, luckily i had plastic spoons and napkins in there for us but was weird pulling out purse paper napkins and purse spoons there during dinner

A chain restaurant that doesnt seem like it. Good service and really good food. Their meatloaf is great - I know it probably sounds silly to pick out that dish to praise, but it really is that good. And of course the cheesecakes are excellent.

My family and I came in for dinner today and our experience was below mediocre. When we came in we were told there was a wait but we could go to one of the open tables in the bar area, so that s what we did. Someone came over and said our server would be over shortly but he could put our drink order in. Our server never arrived so he took our food order when he delivered our drinks. Our food took almost 35 minutes and we didn t hear from anyone until around a half hour in when two managers told us that it would just be a few more minutes. We finally got our food, which was lukewarm and seemed to have been sitting out for a while, and no one checked in on us for the rest of our stay. We eventually flagged someone down for our check, still unaware of who our server was. I m extremely disappointed in our experience and the fact that we spent $100 on food that no one ate. I would not recommend the Burlington location to anyone after tonight.

I love coming to this restaurant. The food is always good. Everything there is good but my son and I love nachos, they make the best nachos. Is always a pleasure to come back here.

Charming place to stop for food or drinks while you re on the road traveling by car.

Today I watched as one of the managers was outright rude to their own staff and didn t stand up for them while a customer was being blatantly disrespectful. I m very disappointed in whoever this manager was because it was very clear the customer was in the wrong and just continued to stand by and watch it happen. This makes me really sad for the stuff there and I hope that this manager will do the right thing next time and stand up for their staff because it is never ok to be rude to customer service.

In the last year prices have jumped up double. The food is good and the staff are great. I used to love going here a lot, but maybe not so much now. Cant afford $80 for two salads and two ice teas and sharing one cheese cake slice.

Typical place for a meal without worrying about being disappointed or emptying your wallet. Expect it to be a reasonably good quality for the money. Recommended if you have no idea where else to go. Food is typical America -fusion. A bit too filling with high calories ( a lot of cheese and cream). Taste is as good as it should be. Always full of patrons so its a bit noisy. Once you dig into the food, you will ignore it.

I had a lunch with friends and got a gluten free cheese burger and fries, the waiter was nice but didn t write down our order, even though I stressed that I had a gluten allergy. I finished my meal then had to run to the bathroom multiple times because I got sick from a cross contamination. This could have been avoided so easily but my allergy was not taken seriously by this restaurant.

My friend and I arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday. The wait to sit inside was 25 minutes. There was no wait to sit outside. We were sat at a table and immediately noticed there were bees everywhere. We took our menus, told the hostess wed like to dine inside. They found us a table ASAP. Our waitress was Nerida. SHE WAS AWESOME! I cant say enough about how welcoming and accommodating she was. It was my friends first time and she had such a pleasant experience. I got the fafalle with chicken and it was perfect. The brown bread was amazing. Thank you!!

The food was very bad , so hard to eat , the food was overcooked. I don t recommend it . They were better in the past but not any more.

All our meals were delicious. The waiter was helpful and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere inside was nice as well. We were a party of 8 and everyone liked their meals. Parking: Located in the mall so there s plenty of parking on-site.

I placed an order for someone s birthday, and they didn t quite have the inventory, but, Kevin did his absolute best to work around the issue while providing a great experience. After a long day of shopping we went to this Cheesecake Factory, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. We asked for the kids food to be served as soon as it is ready so it came out of the kitchen piping hot. Apart from this everything was great, affordable and very well organized. We had the lunch specials at around 4:50 and these portions were totally enough. Parking: Lots and lots of free parking in the area. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly staff

I ordered take out today for Spicy Cashew Chicken. It was good as usual except it did not have not even one single cashew in the order. Very disappointed especially since the name of the order has cashew in the name, guess the chef forgot to put it in ?

I hate this location. I have had mediocre service off and on for the past three years we have lived here. But last night was the proverbial straw that broke the camel s back. We ordered pickup and realized they gave my daughter the wrong flavor cheesecake. Called them and they said they would email me a gift certificate of equal value. Went today to use the gift certificate to get the right flavor but when I got to the register, it wasn t in my email. The manager told me I had to wait several days for the gift certificate to be approved by corporate before it would be sent for me to use in the restaurant and I would have to pay for the cheesecake, even though it was their fault we didn t get the right piece in the first place yesterday. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I am unsure how anyone could even offer that with a straight face. Needless to say, I left. The Cheesecake Factory will never see another dime from me.

Went here after appointment in Boston, our usual stop after dr. My wife got I believe its called impossible burger which she said was good me being pure carnivore tried it and it was actually good. I got meatloaf dinner which I was craving for long time and unfortunately it came out cold. Sent back came out piping hot and two bites into mashed I got a lump which good news( homemade) but unfortunately it was one of two rotten pieces of potato. Management took off bill but still disappointing.

We drove from an hour away - I ordered take out and chose the curbside option. I waited a bit after my ready pick up time (had checked in my parking spot via text link) and no one came. Called and inquired about my order - woman hung up. I called back, phone continued to ring and no one answered. After 19 minutes past my designated ready time for curbside pickup, I went inside. I went to the take out counter. A woman ignored myself and multiple other customers. She was playing with her phone and a rag. Another person came over with red hair and said they d check on the order. They brought it out and realized there were multiple things missing so they went back to get the missing items. This individual apologized for the wait and errors. This was the only employee in the check out area doing their job and working hard. Salad was subpar, burger was good, kids pasta did not have Parmesan as ordered but good portion. This was my second poor experience in a row with extended wait times at curbside pickup. Will not be opting for curbside pick up again at this location.
