The food was amazing, it tasted delicious and the restaurant was very accommodating, will definitely go back again soon Vegetarian options: They are willing to make most dishes vegetarian where possible

Food was good, drinks were great. Was at a private event in the upstairs but I guess the bathrooms are also located there, so randos would keep coming though. Kinda weird.

The food was ok pizza was too spicy to even eat though. Good atmosphere but the noise level was so bad that it was virtually impossible to have a conversation. Staff was aware of this (without us even having to mention anything) and offered to move us to a more quiet location which was nice.

Excellent food and service. Would highly recommend. The fig & prosciutto pizza was amazing!

Was not impressed. It was insanely loud, to the point where I got multiple alerts that it was over 90 decibels. Why not get some noise dampening panels? Then the music had to be turned on so loud to compensate; it was just so incredibly loud in there. Also, why was it so insanely dark? Even the server had to take the fake candle out of its holder to use to look at the menu. It s ridiculous! Is this a night club or a restaurant where people want to sit and talk to each other and SEE who they are talking to! They were out of a wine, out of peaches so they couldn t make their first listed pizza (which I assume is more of a signature offering since it was listed first. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and was pretty small. Weird that a very small (albeit dinner portion) salad costs nearly the same as a pizza with peaches and Brie but what do I know. Overall, we didn t have that great of an experience and doubt we will go back and likely wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

As always the Martini House delivers. Had a work function with guests from the west. Sat on the patio for dinner. All of us enjoyed our meals and were very happy with the service. Location is spot on.

We ve only been twice, but it s became one of our favourite restaurants. jodi and jake made our anniversary so special and we ll never forget the way they treated us. Food is always great, drinks never miss. wonderful place.

Absolutely delightful! Food was delicious. We had the risotto which was the best we ever eaten and the tacos were fresh and crispy! The limoncello spritz were refreshing tart and tasty! A must visit in Burlington. Erin our server was so attentive and gave great recommendations. Thank you for a great night.

Little sad they didnt have lamb that day, as thats why we chose the place, but the meal I did have was impeccable, the service was great, and you could not beat the atmosphere. Love the Martino house always (bring back the chocolate orange martini!!)

Visited on Canada Day and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, leading to slow and inattentive service. The food was subpar, and to top it off, they poured a different glass of wine than I ordered. As someone who knows their wines, this was particularly frustrating. I will never recommend this place or visit again.

Went to this establishment on Friday June 28 2024. We have never tried this restaurant but were early for lunch which gave my wife the opportunity to ask about gluten free options (celiac). The server reassured my wife that the kitchen was very careful when cooking for a person with celiac. When my wife s appetizer came she questioned the preparation of the dish. The server spoke to the kitchen and we were told that the boys only usually work at night and she had the dish redone. (A clean pan was not used) Long story short, my wife was glutened which makes her sick for about 3 weeks. I ordered a the fresh turkey sandwich which was made with cheap smelly deli meat. If you are celiac please don t eat there as the kitchen has zero concern for dietary issues. Will never go back

Disappointed. You can t buy back lost moments. I made reservations for a special celebration weeks ago; I updated the reservations and was given the patio days prior. Day of they placed us inside without an explanation. It was a beautiful day outside that evening, I m sure the people who got our table loved it. This review is for future patrons. Thankfully I don t work for Michelin.

Please note prior to posting this review we emailed Martini House twice to voice our concern without a reply hence this review : On May 16 at 6:00 pm we had a reservation which turned out to be very unpleasant/ unwelcoming, we left without enjoying the Martini House experience. We have been to your restaurant many times and to this point always enjoyed the quality of service and meal, not on this occasion. As stated we had a reservation to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary, this was indicated in the on line reservation. Upon arrival we were seated in the bar, to be specific the first high top table near the door, very windy with door opening and noisy. We were not told we would be seated in the bar versus the dining room which we have always had in the past on a reservation made 5 days in advance. We asked to be moved which you did but to another seat in the bar. The first thing the server asked us will we be staying for dinner? , we had a reservation and had indicated it was our anniversary. Our drink order was eventually taken, the server stated she was not sure if the Potato Ravioli was available and would get right back to us. In the meantime at least 5-10 minutes later 2 walk in customers came in their drink order taken, and then before taking our order ( or telling us if Potato Ravioli was available) the server took their order. Twenty five minutes after being seated the server asked if we were ready to order. Something was off, we shared this with the server, who proceeded to comp my drink and we left. In a nutshell: - with a reservation made well in advance why were we seated in bar area not the dining room? - As per the reservation why did the server/bartender ask if we were staying for dinner? - Although not in a hurry why were we served after 2 walk ins with no reservation? - When we questioned our server on this her flippant response well they were ready , by the way to this point the server still hadn t acknowledged if the potato ravioli was available. - We were not feeling it , we were not welcome time to go. So disappointed we will never be back.

Good place to eat, nice busy atmosphere without being hassled, food good. The best is the staff. I made the mistake of asking for a beer. Received the best put down imaginable, she fit so much distain into a single no. It was a site to behold and quite made my evening. Worth going just to ask for a beer and receive the whipping you deserve for being so deeply uncouth. Play safe, stick to the great cocktails.

Amazing service but truly awful food! I was shocked by how bad the food was for the price. Asian nachos were small and the flavours weren t good the whipped feta was AWFUL tasted like fake lemon and orange syrup was drizzled over it the pizza tasted worse than the frozen pizzas I make bad first AWFUL sweet and tasted like from a can sauce and such a wierd combo of spicy and sweet but not in a good way. The dragon bowl tasted like they poured a bag of salt on the noodles with a very bad sour and spicy taste. Overall I have had better food for a much lower price point at multiple chain restaurants. Amazing service our server was stunning but I can t believe they are serving that food

I dont recommend this place, poor service. We made a reservation in advance to celebrate the 65th birthday. To our surprise, when our guests arrived, there was no reservation((( they forgot to do it! they offered us a table on patio, and they squeezed 12 people at the table for 6. The party was ruined.

Wanted to like this spot but they just missed the mark. Service was neither bad nor amazing, kind of in the middle. The server was attentive and kind but nothing exceptional. The drinks were quite good but the food just really was an absolute disaster. The tuna tacos the shell was so hard it hurt my teeth and for the price honestly a disgrace. 18$ for that joke? Man I was not happy. Two very tiny tacos with maybe 3-4 tiny finger tip sized pieces of tuna guacamole and some white sauce ( sour cream? ) on a stale hard shell. I just ate the tuna out of the shell and tossed the shell back after a bite. Inedible, it actually HURT my teeth. Sad really. The beef tartar, where do I begin, for 27$ it tasted nothing like tartar more like a beef adjacent paste. Like disgusting in a tube paste. Three tiny pieces, all lacking flavour other than sesame oil on a bland potato croquette. Not sure who thought about this pairing but come one. How stoned were they? The only some what edible thing was the Mongolian beef and that was a whole nother thing. At no point were we asked about allergies and although it is listed to have peanuts this really is something they should warn you about, especially given that airborne peanut allergies are extremely sever, and that cross contamination is a possibility. It was overly spicy and really that just overpowered the whole dish. Overall would come back just for drinks but food wise ? Never again.

On May 20, 2024. We had booked a reservation at 5pm. We arrived and were seated. The first server was new and assisted us in answering all of our inquiries about the menu. There was a food allergy at the table so this was appreciated. However the service went downhill after our servers shift ended. We ordered tapas style. After waiting more than an hour for our meal we wanted to order more food and asked about the charcuterie board that we ordered that never arrived. The second server advised us that the kitchen was closed with problems and no more food can be ordered. Ironically the only thing from our order that did NOT need to be cooked was the charcuterie board and this arrived 30 minutes after the hour late original order. The second server had quite the attitude, rolling her eyes, high tone, and did not even offer other food options such as bread or cheese or olives. We asked to order a pizza and were told the kitchen could make nothing at all but our initial order of charcuterie board arrived 30 minutes later. As if this wasn t disappointing enough the kitchen reopened, and new guests were seated near us but we were never told of the kitchen reopening. When we mentioned this to the server, her response was that she was shocked that we still wanted more food. I didn t know you wanted more food was her exact response. We had asked for food and were denied. Not sure what the confusion of patrons at a restaurant requesting food could be. Last visit for us to this establishment.

Second visit here and better than we expected! Katie was one of the best servers we ve had! Pleasant, professional and had a way of knowing what we needed better than we did! Made great suggestions, and described the menu choices perfectly. We will return without hesitation. Atmosphere, martinis, well executed food- what more can you ask for!

I decided to have my 40th Birthday dinner at Martini house this past Saturday because it s been 10 years since I ve been back! I wanted to have their fantastic Martinis again as it brought back memories for me ! Unfortunately party ended early due to a flood in the bathrooms:( The staff/management/owners were UNBELIEVABLY amazing and accommodating. They really took care of myself and party! I will be back !

Hit or miss. They lost their og bartender before Covid and since then the quality of the martinis have gone down. I ve gotten the seafood pasta a few times it was different every time quality wise. A little inconsistent but the vibe is there. Tuna tartare is bomb highly recommend.

Amazing classy little spot, our server was amazing. Their drinks are well balanced, especially the pain killers? (thats what they call their not too sweet martinis). Atmosphere was elegant and cozy and theyve got a decent selection of cheese for their charcuterie dish.

We had a wonderful date night at the Martini House last night! Ive been coming here for years but recently moved back to Burlington and wanted to take my husband here. Jake and his team have done a phenomenal job creating this staple on the waterfront of Burlington, in a 19th century house. The Martini House exceeds expectations with the level of culinary skill coming out of the kitchen. The cocktail list may seem overwhelming, but the team is extremely versed in pairing such to your food! The wine offerings are extremely well versed. If I can make any recommendation, for someone going for the first time, I recommend to tell your waiter how hungry you are! I love letting the team choose my meal! Some sauces have up to 26 ingredients, and you will not be disappointed. PS. I always also take a pizza to go for the next day. This also isnt sponsored, just a very happy regular. Difficult to rate this restaurant, for me it s overrated. Has a nice location, it s cozy, good atmosphere, we were a group of 4 ladies having a very nice time, however food portions are extremely small served on huge plates, tasty yes but overpriced for what you get. I ordered a Burrata on a toast thinking I was going to get a real burrata like many other good restaurants but no, they spread a little portion of a burrata on 2 toast, yes spread like cream cheese, it was delicious but disappointing, I asked for a romaine salad as second with prosciutto, literally 1 slice of prosciutto divided into 3 pieces, tasty as well, when I saw that I had to order a third dish, sesame tuna, I was really expecting a small dish like it was but was really good. There are other good places where you can go, have fun, have a nice time and good food. Food here is good but overpriced, tiny portions. At the end a different server was rushing us in a polite way even though we told her we were not in a rush, other tables were empty so no one was waiting in order to be seated. I don t recommend and won t return. Parking: Our reservation was at 7 and I could not find a street parking spot or parking lot until 7:15, just keep that in mind to arrive early

Absolutely fantastic service from Jen, our knowledgable server, who made the most incredible martinis! The bao buns were exceptional, the spicy falafels delicious, the cream of broccoli soup was a delightful insight to the skilled palate of the chef!! Divine!!

The Martini House is always a great experience. The food is always so delicious and such a great dinning experience which is complimented by a fabulous Martini menu & wine list. The servers are always so lovely, a big shout out to Georgia who always makes are experience just that much better.

Probably one of the best experiences Ive had in Burlington hands down. Fun expirience and enthusiastic staff along with great food and Martinis. Even if you dont know about Martinis, just tell them something else you like and theyll magically find the perfect martini anyways.

The foods fine, portions a bit French restaurant in size but tasty. Service on a Saturday is overwhelmed by the number of tables stuffed into the restaurant. We got there on time for a reservation, had to wait 15 minutes for our table, then another 30 (not an exaggeration) for our drinks (I checked my watch anticipating a later move) and as we were getting to the end of our main courses, we were informed that our timeslot was coming to an end as the next reservation was about to arrive (the later move). We pointed out the restaurants delays getting us to table and then the slow service and were permitted to stay and have dessert. Dont go there Saturday. IMO, management is getting a bit greedy and stuffing more patrons in than the place has capacity to serve. finally, the server was a bit more blazé than we would have liked about a gluten allergy at the table.

Went last night to the Martini House in Burlington for pizza and wine. The pizza was good but my friend and I ordered a bottle of Malbec. It wasnt bad enough that they charged $66 for the wine but then they charged us both an additional $12.50 for a corkage fee. $25 on top of the $66 for the wine is highway robbery if you ask me. $91.00 for 1 bottle of wine...give me a break $72 for pizza and wine. I wont be back.

A great culinary experience. The New Years Eve set menu and its choices were amazing . The staff and service were very attentive and detailed. And the decor and ambiance are very pleasant. I would highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

I used to come here with friends 18 years ago and it was great....came back Jan 7th 2024 with my girlfriend for our 4yr anniversary. We had a great nite! Service was great, music was great, food was amazing and cooked perfectly, and best martinis around! We will be back and I highly recommend the martini house

Love this place! We ve only been for cocktails, oysters, and other apps the last few times we ve visited, but we re always impressed. We re always greeted with a smile, service is always attentive, and everything we order is always delicious!

Great food . Loved the lichi martini and don t forget to try their grilled oysters. They are super yummy. Place was packed and full. Usually the reservation is for two hours. Does need advance booking so plan ahead. Green P parking just across. Parking lot was full but we got lucky. Plan some parking time.the ambience was good as well. Would recommend friends.

The drinks and appetizer were very good. I especially liked the beet bruschetta...it was very good....we had lobster bisque that was good. For entrees one of us had vodka pasta....which tasted off...or that it was made with a cheese that was very strong. When asked we were told parmasean....it did not taste like parmasean. No one got sick so I have to assume it was a strong cheese. I had the Asian dish which was good but very bland....there was no sauce or dressing. The server was very good and I liked the atmosphere.

I have been to this restaurant many times. For tonight I made a 6:30 reservation for 4 on line as I was celebrating the arrival of a friend I havent seen in 5 years. At 8:10 we were told we had 20 minutes to leave. A very aggressive manager, if in fact she was a manager, told me the 2 hour maximum is on line. I checked on line booking 3 times and no where is the maximum indicated. I understand the need for a maximum but not being told in an aggressive manner that we had to leave not only because of the maximum but because we were in a $300.00 area. Hearing this was very upsetting for us. I am a business owner and I would never treat a client as poorly as we were treated. I will not return and I wont recommend this establishment to friends or clients.

Let me start by saying we had a terrible experience with our server Katie. She was extremely impolite, inattentive, disorganized, and her fumbling over her words can only lead me to assume she was not sober on the job. I would never return here based on this experience alone and the management should really take a closer look at the people they want as the face of their brand. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. Such a luxury establishment should only employ classy employees. The menu itself is decent, not cheap, and both the martinis and oysters were rather good. 4/5 on the food 5/5 on the drinks -100/5 on the service

Great service and delicious food. We ordered their featured pasta for that night. It was a seafood pasta. It had jumbo shrimps, full of clams, crab, mussels! The lychee and espresso martini was of course delicious as well. Our waitress was nice and sweet

Great ambience for a date night. Food is always delicious and they have a large variety of drink options. The calamari was cooked to perfection and the green pepper sauce underneath was great.

Such delicious food and a really fun vibe. Our server was excellent and the Taste of Burlington menu was a great deal. I got the cod and it was really yummy. The flourless chocolate cake dessert was amazing with a mix of crunchy and smooth textures and our server told us they are adding it to the regular menu because it I was so popular. Lovely little cozy house restaurant steps from the lake!! The list is too long to itemize but here s my short version. Ordered several items off of the food and drinks menu and I wasn t disappointed! Let s say that was my week off of carbs but I ate everything and drank everything!! Food was Amazing and so was every drink we ordered!! Food menu had a small selection because they have a separate dinner menu (we didn t know that) but everything was soooooooo delicious! I love finding these little hidden Gems:) can t wait to return for dinner.

Went there twice: celebrated a friend s birthday once and then on St. Patrick s day. Amazing food. Probably the best place in town to get an espresso martini, delicious pizzas, and a baked brie that simply makes you salivate. The service is pretty fast and the servers and bartenders are awesome and super friendly. If you just wanna have a nice classy dinner or even celebrate something in style, this is the place to go.

My first visit to this Burlington institution was a tasty lunch experience. Highly recommended by family who have been regulars over the years, we enjoyed some excellent oysters, flatbreads, nachos and noodles along with our share of martinis. This is a really cute and cosy venue although they were playing some loudish rock music during our stay which did nothing for the ambiance. We loved the Asian-fusion influence on the menu and will definitely be back when the music becomes more chill-out.

Went for drinks on a lovely Tuesday evening with a friend. We each had a delicious dirty double vodka with 3 olives - I may have had more than one, and a really lovely blue martini. They were awesome. The tent structure that has been added adds a lot of floor space to the restaurant and makes it feel very open and welcoming. There are plexi partitions between the tables and even at the bar! It felt very safe. The staff were wonderful and a great time was had by all. *post covid update* the staff are seriously awesome, happy, and friendly! The food was to die for - I had an olive tepenade that makes my mouth water as I type. The fungi pizza with truffle oil was amazing and I loved the edimame beans. The meat eaters of our party LOVED the shrimp and the fish tacos! Thanks Martini House!

Today this afternoon about 130pm my friend and I were turned away from your restaurant with a excuse there was not enough staff to service us..the hostess was not friendly..she went over to the waitress for advice to turn us away..im not impressed as my first visit...so yes after this experience I will never be at your restaurant..

I m shocked by all the 5 star reviews. Both my friend and I agreed that we would not come back nor would we recommend this place to anyone. It took just over two hours to serve two mains and one dessert. On top of that, the food wasn t even good, mine was borderline gross and I rarely say that. I got salmon with vegetables. As the salmon arrived, the plate smelt fishy and the beets / veggies tasted very bad. Very disappointing for the price. Also, if it s going to take so long to serve the food, a heads up would have been appreciated. I knew that once the dessert arrived that I should ask for the bill and even then it took 30 plus minutes to get.

Food was excellent, service excellent. A couple of obnoxious drunks at the bar kept the background volume pretty high, but we survived. Id return, but if the drinks were there Id find another venue to eat in.

7 of us celebrated my birthday on April 29th and I genuinely never want to go back.I have been here many times and have never experienced this at Martini House, not the level of service I expected for a casual fine dining staple in downtown Burlington- especially not while celebrating my birthday. Our server Georgia was very unfriendly, unapproachable, inattentive to our table, very short with us, seemed very annoyed that we were mature young adults. From her unfriendly and cold greeting to her giving us the bills with auto gratuity on a party of 7, her attitude was very sour and dramatically set the tone for our dinner. She auto gratuity 20% instead of 18% on the total bill and not the subtotal. As someone in the industry I am very disappointed with this level of service.

We Popped in for a Martini. Have visited many times before with no issues. This time a different story. Waited a long time to be seated. No one came so we went inside. Server said we could sit at the table we chose. Ordered a double Crown Royal with ice and ice cubes on the side and a gin martini with olives, dirty and ice on the side. Crown Royal came mixed and my Martini was not dirty and certainly wasnt the best one I have had before. Crown Royal order was rectified - but not done very friendly. Server was indifferent and could of cared less. WE also had quite an issue with parking. Vehicles were parked in front of regular parked vehicles and when questioned were told it was staff that had parked there and they had priority!! Really!!! Will definitely reconsider visiting again. We left, and found an exceptional place near by with friendly and attentive servers. Very very disappointed.

this was our 1st experience here, everything was very good until we got the bill....very expensive, will have to wait for a special occasion till we are back again....I realize prices have gone up...but $22 for a 8 oz glass of wine ....too rich for my blood

Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends sitting on the side patio where it was much less noisy. Food was excellent as were the drinks. The brussels salad with pistachio dressing is amazing. Pizza also excellent

Made a reservation for 9 pm on a Friday night. We were running late so we called and said we d be about 15 mins late, to which they said no problem as it was not busy at all, with at least 6 waitresses on staff. We were seated at 9:12, no waiters came by for about 35 mins. We had to flag someone down and very politely asked to be served. Despite that the woman who we flagged down gave us a lot of attitude about it. 15 mins later and still no one took our order despite multiple girls looking at our table and checking on the people around us. Never been served like this in my life. A shame because I ve heard great things but I will not be returning.

Place has gone downhill. Food used to shine. Mediocre at best. Service is horrible. Slow, dismissive. Servers more interested in socializing and taking shots than serving customers. Disappointing.

Cosy spot in village square in Burlington. Whether you re looking for a patio lunch or romantic dinner, it s a great spot with great food and service. We ve been several times at different times of the day.

Disappointing experience here. We were seated and not tended to for over 20 minutes so I had to literally go inside and track down a waitress. I ordered the lamb and the food portion was honestly so small that we had to go eat elsewhere afterwards. For a high end restaurant that is priced accordingly, we expected to fed adequately and looked after from the moment we stepped in the restaurant and that certainly did not happen.

I have been wanting to try this place for some time now and finally had the opportunity. It was disappointing! Our steak and seafood pasta came out cold and tasteless, but the martini s were excellent! There were many flavours! Service was ok. I would only recommend this place for drinks not for food!

Martini house has been our summer spot. Would definitely recommend. Why? - consistently and courteous customer service - beautiful and punch packing cocktails - consistently delicious food at reasonable prices - beautiful patio and interior

Overall the family had a great time here. There was quite the extensive martini menu and a fair amount of wines to select. I had the dragon bowl which had a great spice to it and the serving was larger than I expected. The service was alright, we actually ended up getting a different server (we were a larger group--over 6+, so I completely understand). Our second server was very helpful and grabbed our attention very well. Overall we would go here again.

We had the chicken and the lamb. The taste was good. The lamb potion was very small. Definitely not enough food for a grown adult. The portion didnt even cover half of the plate. Maybe add some more potatoes or vegetables?

Get the oysters, they are an awesome addition to the evening

Decent spot, busy....

The food was very good - it was surprising how good. We shared 4 of the appetizers and it was plenty for 2 people. The Tuna and Mongolian beef were particularly great. Space felt a bit squished and music was loud but it didnt really detract from the experience. Our server, Katie, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu.

We made reservations for 9 pm about a week ago, when we arrived the hostest disappeared for about 5 minutes before returning to inform us that our table wasn t read, there was no room, and that it would hopefully be a 15-20 minute wait (hopefully) she suggested we go to the bar, where there was no seats available so we d have to stand or to wait in the 0 degree weather outside. Needless to say it was an awful experience and we left. There was also another party who mentioned that despite their reservations they were waiting for over 20 minutes. Our entire party worked or works in the service industry, there is no excuse for the fact that we had a reservation. The hostess was no help, and they gave no sympathy to the fact that despite our reservations they couldn t get in. I would suggest going literally anywhere else downtown Burlington, terrible awful experience.

Sadly the manager (dark haired female) was unable to hold a conversation without being defensive and had narcissistic behaviours. Shocked my table of 10+ guests and when free app certificates were given to them at our departure, none of my guest accepted. Absolutely horrid behaviour and treatment from MANAGEMENT. 2 of our guests were refused seating & had to leave when I pointed out a chair with dirty dishes on it not being used and chairs in the restroom. Customer service would have been handled better if we went to an establishment with a trained manager of fine dining

A guaranteed good time at Martini House always! Food is excellent and so are the drinks. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Bonus points in the summer as they are dog friendly on their side patio.

Impromptu Monday night out with my husband. We feel so lucky to live walking distance to some fantastic restaurants in downtown Burlington , namely Dirty Martini! Great ambiance, with old school music playing in the background. Highly recommend the Shucked Oysters!!! So good!! Definitely my favourite . Tonight it was lighter fare.,..Charred Romaine salad with a side of grilled shrimp! Can I just say yummy!!! We finished it off with the flourless chocolate dessert . Drinks of choice tonight - Espresso Martini, Dirty Martini and a good Old Fashioned Richard the bartender was so personable amd friendly! Great mixologist

Extremely busy for a Tuesday night. Apps are delicious. Was full just eating those. Presentation was great. Cause they were so busy, the service was a little slow.

The host was incredibly snooty, drinks are overpriced and the food was average. Not sure why they don t have a beer selection on their menu if they have them on tap/bottle. Service took longer than it should ve. Servers were kind. Do not recommend.

Christina was amazing. We will be returning just for her service. The best server I ve had in years, especially being in the bar service. She s the kindest and most attentive server I ve had in years.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. First off we made a reservation and they didn t have a table ready for us. Near the end of the night we got a new server named Carly. She was visibly drunk & you could smell the alcohol coming off of her when she spoke. She spilt two drinks on us and didn t apologize or acknowledge it, she then brought us the wrong order and still charged us for it and wouldn t change the bill. After this we still decided to tip her and she complained and argued infront of everyone that our tip wasn t good enough when she s lucky she even got a tip at all. Acting as if she s entitled to other peoples money. Her behaviour was truly disgusting and I ve never met such a miserable rude person in any customer service industry.

Service is spectacular. I was served in a timely manner, the food was absolutely incredible and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the octopus if its still on the menu! Ill be back again to smell the sweet strawberrie scent

Great food. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Brant/Lakeshore. Dog-friendly patio. Server Colleen is the best. Great with humans but even better with your pup.

Worst negroni I have ever had: Watered down in a mule mug full of ice. Martinis we ordered had ice shards in them: Should double strain + chill glasses. Premium prices for poor quality. Not impressed, wont be back.

Server was super kind and moved us inside once the wasps were attacking our food. Gorgeous patio and inside where you can watch people pass by. Mojitos had very little alcohol in them in my opinion but the mango coconut was tasty! Brussel salad was amazing and I would get again. Crispy and creamy and the portion was perfect for your meal and the price was great! Steak was delish but not best for price to portion. Medium rare-perfect. Pizza was spicy but amazing as well. If you want to do a date night-this place is PERFECT and intimate. Vegetarian options: There was a squash option we didnt get but looked good. Parking: Parking is right across the street. Free on weekends!!!

The food tasted very good, the Martinis very good, but very small, very short drinks for a normal martini. 100% recommended to visit.

The food, wine, ambience and location good. We were sat at a table and then moved because of error. No problem. We were in a celebratory mood:) The service was then very poor. Maybe due to lack of staff. I am not sure. We had a good conversation, that was fun, we made best of it but left the restaurant in a bit subdued frame of mind. We got to 2-3 restaurants a week so we know what to expect. Might try again? Maybe a bad night?

Great atmosphere the, waitresses were all lovely and kind. The menu was small but the food was delicious I had a funky monkey to drink which was heavenly. Grilled oysters were good And the dragon bowl was delicious, a bit to much sauce in my opinion but I still really enjoyed it Vegetarian options: The dragon bowl was a vegetarian meal but they can add meat to it Parking: There is a parking lot across the street which was quite big, close ND my favorite part free. But I think thats only on weekends

Taste of Burlington selections for all. Food presentation, taste and quality was excellent. Service was a little slow but understandable due to a very busy evening. Minor glitch with reservations, resolved quickly. Noise level a bit much on the main floor but fine upstairs. Full credits to the wait staff having to deal with the narrow staircase between levels.

By far my absolute favourite restaurant in all of Burlington!!! Located in the heart of downtown Burlington and it is walking distance to the waterfront. I have tried most of the menu. A list of my favourite dishes: Apps: Asian Nacho, Crab Lollipop- pretty much the entire menu. Salads- all are so good but I love the Charred Romaine Mains - Dragon Bowl, Margherita Pizza, Gianonne Chicken and the Burger is delicious!! The atmosphere is great and service is the same. I highly recommend this location. Ive never been disappointed. The martini selection is impressive and all the servers are very knowledgable.

Went here with my Mom after an appointment to treat ourselves and have an afternoon of fun. Our server was really, really nice. We ordered the warm Brussels salad and it was very good although I detected a hint of goat cheese in the pistachio Crema which wasn t stated on the menu. So! If you don t like goat cheese, you may not like that. But the salad was very good! We also ordered the Smashburger with artisanal fries. While, the burger was tasty. I have to say that it was quite underseasoned- which is a shame because the meat itself was good quality. As chef, Mark Murphy would say, season with authority ! And while the dining room is tight, it was cozy and the atmosphere, pleasant. I may return with my husband for seafood and a Martini! All in all a great place for lunch that is reasonably priced! What we had above together with two 8-oz glasses of wine was just shy of $110 (not incl tip)

Outdoor dining now open, loved the seating, barriers in place, staff friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend perfect setting...enjoy.
