Has to be the worst sub of my life. Such poor service, gives you disgusting stares, and clearly doesn't put effort. The skinniest subway with barely anything inside EVEN after asking for extra, and not even cut in half equally or near equal. The drinks taste like they were mixed with water. My friend asked for an extra fork and the worker refused to give it saying “we don’t give away free forks”. Would give it a zero if possible. Absolutely horrible
Nice guy working - good part of the review ends there. Yellow lettuce and 8$ for a 6”. Right beside this location is a small mom and pop shop selling great bahn mi and corn beef etc sandwiches for cheaper with fresh ingredients and actual flavour. Subway really shot themselves in the foot with how catchy their 5$ footlongs were marketed because I’ll never go back.
This is my second time coming to this location and ordering a Vegetarian sub. I couldn’t help but notice each time how ridiculously thin the cucumbers are sliced, so I made sure to ask for extra cucumbers to which they added 2 cucumbers onto my sub. They are extremely cheap with portions. I basically just bought bread for a ridiculous price. This will definitely be my last time visiting and supporting this location.
Very rude and ignorant owner, wearing slippers while working, no hair net ,didn’t wash the hands either, seemed to be the owner. Charged incorrectly and was they were joking amongst themselves that we always have the washroom sign out of order so we don’t have to clean them. The corporate should do a flying visit and see how this store is run. Subway should be worried if they are giving out franchises to rude and ignorant owner. 7 customers left as they didn’t want to wait 20 minutes.
The food quality was very low. The bread was stale and unappetizing. Even after being toasted, it didn't resemble toasted bread. The sauces were lacking and not evenly distributed on the sub. The meal was not worth the price. We even garbage half of the sub. Additionally, the customer service , food quality, veggie patty was unsatisfactory. Order details have attached
I had one of the most horrible experiences last night at this location. I had tried to put through an order online and on the app. After trying several times and the website crashing and giving constant errors, I just went in and ordered. When my sub was made, the employee asked if I placed an online order as he just made the same sub. Turns out one of my orders did go through and I was charged although I never received any sort of confirmation. The employee began to yell at me, calling me stupid for not asking about the online order before having him make a new sub. I apologized and went to to take the one sub I paid for and he began to yell at me and wouldn’t let me leave without paying for the second sub. He called his manager and continued to yell at me while on the phone. I was forced to pay for both sandwhiches. I don’t even care about the money at the end of it, I felt so unsafe and attacked by this employee. What a horrible horrible person, establishment, experience over a sandwich. I will be warning anyone I can to not go to this location
Very disappointed in this Subway experience. I should've known that when the lettuce was brown and the associate took a slimy piece of lettuce off my sub, that I would get sick from eating here. Both my boyfriend + I were throwing up all night after eating at this location. Aside from the food quality concern, they are SO incredibly stingy on toppings. I had a 12-inch veggie and was told that I wasn't allowed any more green peppers. So, I guess paying $10 for bread + veggies doesn't warrant more than "6" green pepper pieces, as the associate told me. See photo for the maximum green peppers you're allowed here. Overall - got food poisoning, veggies are rotten, staff are rude. Don't go here.
Worst sub i have ever ordered. We ordered from uber eats. The subs were squished into the bag. The steak sub had very little meat. Disgusting product, and uber would not assist with any refund or compensation.

Horrible service, these people are so rude. And they dont give you names of their employees or manager I ordered online and when I was close to completing my order and asked me for any special request, I asked for my 2 ft long subs to be cut in quarters and to be wrapped in halves They called me on the phone before I got into the restaurant and told me that they can do that because they pay for their paper, They didnt put the proper amount of toppings on as per requested online and wouldnt refill my drink after it was knocked over Told them it was for four separate locations and I was yelled at by a lady who said she was a manager and refused to give me her name and she told me she knows its not for any students and refuse to wrap them separately and told me I should have purchased 4, 6 inch subs I wouldnt recommend anybody going here unless youre looking for a bad service. This place should be put out a business or replaced by different owners I asked for it to be refunded and they refused to and said I have to do it online but yet it has no where online for me to do so

I was in store to get my lunch on monday. There was no greeting from the employee very poor customerservice. Employee who was working she didnt change her gloves as i am allergic to meat. When asked she change gloves but with very rude facial expressions.

The worst subway ever. They cut meat and vegetarian with same used knife and use same gloves. Which is serious issue for cross contamination not just for people like me who have religious issues. I chose subway because I thought they cared and had different colored knives for different meats and stuff. This place must be shut down or be checked for compliance by the subway team. Lady working at this location is really rude We placed an online order and wanted to confirm she said you cannot stand there as you placed an online order when i asked her you can say the same thing nicely too She said I don t wanna make your order you have to cancel it . I asked her for her name she refused and said no money back cancel it your self There is no option for cancelation so ultimately she had to make it but she made a really bad one !! This behaviour is not acceptable!
Really great place to go for a wrap, sandwich or sub. The worker who served me was very good at his job, friendly, personable and quick at making our subs. The food tasted great and only have good things to say about going here! Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian choices Parking: Not sure where the parking, as we parked far away and were just traversing the downtown area for the music festival.

The server couldn t accommodate a tiny request like cutting the chicken into 2-3 pieces before putting it on the bread. The amount of vegetables put on the bread were minimal. Worst subway service ever received.

This is my first time giving a BAD review to someone so MIND IT please !! Worst service ever and the lady working inside is very rude and have no manners. I just asked her very politely to pack my footlong as 2 six inches as I ordered it from mobile app and she said, order 2 Six inches if you want like that. She literally begged me for the paper cost of wrapping the Sub. That lady should be fired or incase if she owns the store she should die from embarrassment with the worst customer service. Very pathetic and disappointed with food very bad service
Terrible service trumps the food. Trying to use the Subway app to pay for my order has them telling me to sit down for 15 minutes, even though I was first in line. Not telling them I am going to use the app to pay has them telling me I am misusing the system. Where are those long forgotten days at this Subway of embracing their customer, including their loyal customers. So upside down!

Incredibly stingy on toppings. Would give barely enough lettuce to cover bread and when asked for extra they give just a few flakes extra. I mean an actual few flakes of lettuce. Will not be returning. Staff was rude and dismissive.
Apparently it closes at 945pm. I got there 945/946 (had finished my own job just after 9), and having to walk there from own job, I figured Id have enough time. But nope... I was told were closed. So just a tip for anyone else.
The worst Subway I have been to. The woman in the store is rude and will yell at you. I had placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. I was standing there politely to collect my order and the woman started yelling at me saying the bread that I ordered wasnt available so they didnt make the Sub. I didnt even complain if it wasnt ready but she went on ranting how she tried to call me but my number was unavailable ( I was having some phone issues) and again, I didnt even complain that my order wasnt ready. When I asked which bread they had available, the only had cheese and plain bread available. If bread isnt available then they should update their menu so that it shows its out of stock on the app. I have been here a couple of times for my lunch and have noticed that the toppings were incredibly less and they only add like 2-3 thin slices of onion and other toppings. My experience has been so bad over the past couple of times with them and combined with bad customer service, I do not wish to return to this Subway.

Great sandwich. All components appear fresh. Tasted great. Well laid with no hangers. Cookies were a good size and the Pepsi Zero was good and cold.

I d like to take stars away from this place like they take money from their employees. Please do not shop here. The owners pocket the cash from the tip jar and NEVER add tips on to paycheques of their employees. Then they lie even when presented with the actual paycheques. How can anyone support a business that literally takes money from kids trying to save for higher education? The only power we have is as consumers so let s show our power and stop shopping there. The owners of this store also own the subway in the Burlington Mall so avoid that franchise as well. As for the product itself, 15 bucks for a sandwich? Even if the owners weren t rude, disrespectful, and taking money owed to their employees, paying restaurant prices for a fast food sandwich is not how I want to spend my hard earned dollars! At least use produce that isn t days old if you re going to charge that kinda money.
DONT TIP!!!!!!! OWNER KEEPS ALL TIPS AND DOES NOT SHARE WITH EMPLOYEES!! FYI. Used to go here at least a few times a week. Unfortunately the owners seem to have a bit of attitude with them and gave my fiance a hard time about tying up our fluffy white little dog outside.... She didnt bring it in so Im not sure why they would have a problem. No more sub if the day either and I aint paying no $10 at subway after this shenanigans. Plus this subway is stingy AF with toppings.
Generally lacklustre food, but hey, it s predictable and convenient. Today, however, I was denied a small cup for water. The counter staff (not her fault, obviously) told me that they don t give out small cups for water anymore. I advised the staff that this was the first time I d ever been denied a cup of water at any restaurant, and that Ontario law requires the restaurant to provide it. I will be avoiding this location in the future. It is a textbook example of the decline of a once-great fast food franchise through handing out too many franchises to owners too cheap and too poorly-equipped to handle them.

Very good location. Not usually busy so itse a good spot for a quiet bite to eat. Clean dining area and bathrooms.

Two stars are me being generous. Im on to the awesome chicken teriyaki sweet onion salad. When done right its amazing, this location really really put as little amount of vegetables as possible. But a s@#t tonn of lettuce. Salad was chopped so hard it seemed blended. Never going to this location again

One star for the man who works there. At least he is welcoming and says hi and bye with a smile on his face. The two girls working there, have the most ignored and unwelcomed behaviour ever. It almost looks like someone is forcing them to work there. Zero presence, no customer service skills, always an attitude on their faces. Not at all good at making any sandwich.
Food is okay
Its sad to see how expensive subway has gotten these past few years. Sub was great though. Came rather late (9pm) and thus there were few bread choices but still had what I wanted (Italian). While this store is somewhat small where you need to line up, it does offer a decent amount of sitting space. Service was quick and polite and Ill likely be back some day.
Great customer service. Appreciated that they listened when I had a quam about a six inch looking more like a five and the gal & guy politely agreed and made me a new one. Great service subway! Thank you!

I said lots of spinach and they literally gave me 3 pieces of spinach leaves. And I asked for more, he put another 2 on it. Ok now........... this is the smallest subway sandwich Ive ever had in my life. Ive never seen someone this cheap with their ingredients.........
