Went for lunch with my daughter. The young girl building my sub thought it was a better idea to wear her earbuds than to listen to what I was saying. I had to yell multiple times, drowning out another customer just to order my food. Once we finally received our subs, it was completely ruined with the amount of salt she put on. Do yourself a favour and find a different subway.
My 3 year old son and I went into this location for a treat yesterday. One of the staff members had a warm genuine smile and was admiring my son. She did something really kind for him. I won’t say what it was in case other expect the same thing but thank you for that act of kindness!
It’s 26th Feb and it’s 7:03 pm Firstly the Guy on shift was so slow that we literally died of hunger then we requested that we are eating in store and that we will but 2 more foot longs to take for our kids and we would like to pay all together. To this a lady present at the counter very very rudely mentioned that we NEED to PAY FIRST . Is this what this brand does to gain their customers trust ? How cheap they made us feel is beyond words . This team should absolutely not be part of a brand and I want apology from the brand to disgrace me and embarrassing in front of other customers.

Unfortunately, my experience with this particular order left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning the quality of their service. To begin with, the delivery time was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant's proximity, it took almost an hour for my order to arrive. While I understand that Subway cannot be solely blamed for the delivery delay, it did contribute to the subsequent disappointment I experienced. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the sub had become soggy during transit. I must admit that this is not entirely Subway's fault, as they cannot control the transportation process. However, it is disheartening to receive a sub that is no longer fresh and appetizing. But the real shock came when I opened the bacon and egg snack sandwich. To my disbelief, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. I couldn't understand how Subway could serve something in such a state. In fact, it was so hard that I nearly broke my teeth biting into it. I was appalled and genuinely puzzled by how this could have happened. I had initially given Subway the benefit of the doubt, suspecting that the issue may have stemmed from the delivery driver or the Uber Eats app. However, the quality of the snack sandwich left me with a strong suspicion that Subway itself is responsible for such a lapse in quality control. As a concerned customer, I took a detailed video of the rock-hard sandwich, which showcases the sheer lack of attention to detail and the disappointment it caused. It is deeply disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience when I expected nothing but a satisfying meal from Subway. While I understand that mistakes happen, the combination of the soggy sub and the inedible snack sandwich has left me highly displeased. I hope that Subway on Brandt takes this review as constructive feedback and works towards improving their quality control and ensuring that their customers receive the exceptional service and food they deserve. I sincerely hope that my experience was an exception, and that Subway takes the necessary steps to rectify the issues I encountered. Until then, I am hesitant to recommend this particular Subway location based on my recent disappointing encounter.
Hit and miss when it comes to quality, but recently had a consistent string of bad experiences in regards to amount of toppings. Photo attached shows next to zero lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of green pepper... Might be my last time ordering from here.
The server couldn't understand basic English. I had to repeat my toppings multiple times, and I asked for broccoli soup which she packaged before I could check. When I opened my soup, I had gotten Chicken noodle. Very Disappointed.

went in to get our usual subs; order made and getting ready to cash out and collect rewards and use a few rewards. i m told our network is slow it s been this way all day when i asked what can be done - nothing, but our network can process your credit card . ella s a short family mtg when i returned / we are jumping to Mr Sub going forward
Very very rude staff!!! Cheap wuth toppings. You have to literally keep saying more please. And tells us we cant have olives or sauces on side! Meanwhile all the other sub joints have no problem!! Try being friendly.. ya!?
Bought nuggets was burnt n dry soft drinks tasted more like water.I had to get my order after waiting for 20 min.Service is very poor of under staff.
Ive never left a review ever after eating at a restaurant before. I ordered the Little Italy and The Suprimo, and man I wish I took photos earlier. Our submaker was extremely kind, and offered us recommendations and sauces. Overall an amazing place, definitely recommend.
Great sandwich making staff
If I could give a 0 I would today I order on uber eats to steak and cheese sub almost 40$ of my hard earn cash and got things on a sub I didnt order and then when I call the store the lady offered to make a new sub but claim unable to deliver .why would you offer to make a new sub if you didnt mess up the order . Nasty I will never order from here ever . And ps she try blaming uber eats like they where the ones that made the food . . No customers service and bad service.look up my order can see what the order says but she sends me some fake screen shot of the order she claimed we order . Sweetheart I aint no dummie next time try again .

Ordered the Little Italy and Stampede Brisket. I had a mix up with the app and called the store. They were super nice and helpful. The food was really delicious and we will definitely come back to this store. Thanks so much!

With 4 different orders for pickup, labelling 2 orders doesnt seem that efficient. Perhaps just label the orders with receipt, 1-4, so the patrons can figure out who is getting what. Only gripe.

Tonight when I went in there was a new employee who was training. I assume the manager seemed extremely irritated. When the employee was putting cheese on the sandwiches the manger grabbed it from her hands and threw it back in the bin then put it in the toaster. As the employee was putting the toppings on the manger was leaning against the wall and by the look on her face she was not happy. Then the employee got to the sauces and she was only confirming what I had asked (repeated the sauce I wanted to make sure) I then heard the manger say she did say house sandwich sauce As I was walking out I could hear the manger yelling at her. If I were her I would of left on the spot. It was the absolute Most disrespectful thing I ve witnessed.
this is a regular subway I go to as it s right on my way home from work, I went in tonight and was greeted by a lovely woman I later found out was one of the new owners! She said today was their first day in ownership and she chatted with me about my day and about my Christmas plans. It was refreshing to walk into a regular place I visit and be greeted like that as it used to be just the regular just here for the cheque attitude from previous employees (to clarify: never bad service, but no where close to above and beyond). Oh, and did I mention they were offering free cookies to customers for their first day in ownership? I only bought one sub combo and she even gave me an extra cookie for my boyfriend at home. I used to stop at this Subway out of convenience, but now I ll make sure it s the subway I prefer. I wish the new owners good luck, and I can t wait to visit again!!
Fabulous Service. Employees are very helpful. Girl naming Preet was very good in customer service. Helped us a lot. Service is incredible so I ll suggest to everyone to visit this subway.

Terrible RUDE STAFF!!!! No social distancing protocol here!! Huge line up shoulder to shoulder waiting to get subs! 2 Female workers let the customers keep coming in instead of asking them to wait outside as it was over crowded!! Staff were coughing too! They are so cheap with their toppings here!! Im paying almost $13 with tax for a dam sub so at least be generous with toppings cheapskates!! Will not return to this location! ! Gross

Great sandwich! Inconvenient Iocation. Easily seen as you drive by ...but a bit of a quest to find an actual entry point once on the parking lot. Only two customers allowed inside at a time, so the lineup moved slowly. The sandwich was extraordinary.

The people who work here arent very smart. The guy ahead of me didnt get the right change and the employees were so distraught over how the heck do we deal with this situation that the guy wound up saying whatever its fine Im outta here. Weird. Then my friend ordered a sub, and I knew she ordered the wrong one so I pointed it out to her. oh yeah she says and corrects here order and he was SO confused about it. And the rest of the line after us they went through very slowly while we ate our subs The food was good the place was clean but why are the employee so confused???????
Food is always top notch. The staff is always friendly too. I guess because of their quality of food and service, it can be a busy place sometimes.

Was ok.....this location is cheap on toppings. I go their less these days as they always are giving you as little toppings as possible. Not asking to load my sub up...but when their is more bread then toppings its not the best experience. We pay good money for a sub at Subway.... At least gives our moneys worth!!
Large Steak and Cheese sub, Sunday approx 8pm. I rarely go to this location because of my past experiences; but, it is the closest to my house. For the third time in a row, the customer service has been seriously lacking (staff made eye contact when I entered, didn t say anything and turned and went to the back of the store), the quantity of each product was minimal (meat, toppings, sauce), and the staff was unable to deal with basic problems (I said I don t want the sub toasted and she put the steak on the bread, then I repeated I didn t want it toasted, and she told me that now she ll have to take the meat off the sub to fix it. She was visibly frustrated that I expected her to do so).
Ive never seen a place care less about serving someone. The sub wasnt even folded over before they wrapped it up. Appears they are on a very low budget.

I went to this Subway a few years ago and ordered a 12 veggie. I was young and about 40 cents short, this middle aged white lady took some change out of the tip jar, I was going to say Ill make sure i tip next time when I left but I got my receipt and I saw you could get a free cookie if you do the survey so I did it and was going to give it to my mom as a gift. I showed her the receipt and she freaked out saying I took money out of my tip and now you expect me to give you a free cookie, excuse me? I didnt believe what I was hearing, Im usually very calm and formal when I respond but you do not say that to any customer, I mean the cookie isnt even being paid for by her, shes not the owner. I still go there the same time that it happened for lunch because I am forgiving but I dont see her anymore so she most likely is not working there.
Friendly staff, top quality sandwich artists. Generous portions of toppings, really clean and well-kept restaurant. Best one in Burlington!
