The best part of eating at Red Lobster is their cheddar bay biscuits, served warm and fluffy in a basket. They have a vast menu of fish and seafood dish options, almost overwhelming to choose from. Many specials and deals to consider. Food was served fairly quickly. The atmosphere is family friendly. Service was excellent. The manager even came by and he was also friendly. There is a tank of live lobsters at the entrance.
We went for Father’s Day. Samantha served us with a smile. She was attentive even though they were very busy. She excelled at her job. The atmosphere was great, not overwhelming din of busy. The food was the best I have had at any Red Lobster perfectly seasoned.. We even got the special with a meal to go..The Margarita slider was so good three differing flavours with a unique combination. Even the manager came by. We will be back.
Amanda was the best server ever and she cracked the best jokes, my whole family wholeheartedly wish her well. Now let’s get to the food, amazing!!! Everything was so good and fresh, we enjoyed it so much and the drinks are the perfect amount of strong. I love it here
Firstime experience. The Good: Service is super good,food is okay, Lobster tails were salty & bit rubbery. Shrimps 🍤 were dynamite. Loved it. Atmosphere feels like 90’s No problem there. The Bad: Butter for Lobster🦞tastes old purified butter. The Ugly: The drinks were so strong like syrup concentrate. Really really sweet. Will go again for special occasions.
We were pleasantly surprised with our recent visit to this location. We had not been for over a year. The food was hot and delicious and served quickly. We enjoyed various appetizers and endless shrimp. Our server checked in regularly and provided prompt courteous service. The bacon wrapped scallops were amazing! Special Occasion lunch. My child’s 30th birthday. At the end of our meal our hostess brought out this amazing ice cream dessert! A cherry on top! Great place to dine. I wish they had more restaurants close to where we live.

The service was absolutely outstanding. Our server was Indika. He was so friendly, warm and so patient. My grandfather is hard of hearing and he was so patient and got down to his ear level and read off the whole menu and specials for us. Indika was so nice and enthusiastic about serving us with a smile. The food and drinks were excellent, I recommend the three flight Margarita and Atlantic Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp dish. If you go to this location ask for Indika you will have the best service and great conversation. Memories to last a lifetime.

I placed a fairly large order for pickup, but a few items were missing. The manager, Stacey, was absolutely wonderful in resolving the issue, and my daughter was thrilled with the outcome.

The music is not loud so if you actually like to have a conversation with your friends or family, like a lot of sea food and like lower prices this is the place to go. Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly, they gave them cute little menus with activities to do well there waiting.
I love everything about this place. My fiance and I came for dinner this evening around 5 and we had a great experience. The women at the door were extremely friendly and accommodating and our waitress Amanda was BEYOND amazing. We will be coming back and asking for her. We have had a wonderful experience last night visiting this Red Lobster location. Red Lobster is always our one of the first choices for seafood dishes. We enjoyed their Basil Mahi fish dish along with ceaser salad, fried asparagus, and beverages. It was all good. We loved their hospitality and ambience. Our server was an awesome lady, very friendly, and caring. She made our night lovely and special. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster location for your next dinner. Parking: They have a free parking lot around the property with plenty of spots. Are at the Burlington location on Saturday. We always go off-peak hours. The host was friendly and happy to seat us quickly. Restaurant is clean and quiet. The menu is terrific. Amanda helped us with our order. She was friendly and helpful, answering questions about the food prep. We eat here a few times a year and have never had a menu item that we didn t love! But we just go for the Admirals Feast now many great dishes and no salad ;P It s pricy, but worth it.
Red L is one of our fave places..we were delighted to read in the paper recently that they would continue to do business in Canada. With that, we headed off for our special meal. Extremely disappointed ..very poor quality salmon mushy and wet, reordered and still poor salmon. Husband s meal was tepid returned back hot and it was good. Manager gave us 20% off our server was brilliant at the end of the day, we still spent $76 I am truly so disappointed and rather sad as it was particularly a fave of mine. My husband does not like seafood. Well, I m really sorry to make this review public but necessary.

Great service. Prices are kinda high but food is delicious. Definitely a go to spot for anniversaries. Tip culture is atrocious aswell... no 15% option to tip, only 18, 20 and 22%.. outrageous considering the average dinner for 2 will be over 100$, so youre going to tip over 18$ for maybe a 30 minute stay and see your server 2 times... no wonder dine ins are failing... tipping culture is a joke.

My partner and I go out to the Burlington Ontario location at least once a year for the past sixteen years (usually around her birthday). Weve only ever been treated wonderfully and the food has always been fantastic. Recently, there was an unexpected medical episode that happened in our recent outing. The staff were very accommodating and compassionate to the issue. They welcomed us back once things were clear and gave us an amazing dinner. Thank you so much to the staff of the Burlington location for everything youve done for us. You can be certain we will be back again. Dietary restrictions: I am a celiac. Though there are limited gluten-free options available, they were careful in confirming certain selections for me.

Although the server atmosphere were good, I have to say my experience has left a bad taste... First of all it was my daughters 20th birthday! Our total for a family of 5 was $230+ We got food we didnt order, a side dish, although we didnt pay for it, after I mentioned it, it still sat on our table as if we were going to eat it, like they were doing us a favor .. (dont tell the manager we screwed up) Then the mussels, there was about 1/3 that were not cooked or open which could not be eaten and the ones that were tasted awful and had a lot of grissle. Not the way mussels should be. I found the rest of the food including the crablegsto be mediocre, the minced garlic was heaped on top of the legs in the shell and not in a bowl or on the side for dipping which would have made more sense... This made them very messy to eat. I think my daughter even cut the palm of her hand on one because they were so slippery. At the end my daughter did get a couple scoops of ice cream for her birthday that was on the house. I mean I suppose they couldnt mess that up. But then through the night we had one person up with stomach upset and vomiting and another person with it coming out the other end. So $250 worth of vomit and diarrhea... Sound like a good time?

Went to red lobster for my first time on August 3rd. Ordered the surf and turf shrimp, came home that night with food poisoning. I suspect from the shrimp cause the people I went with didnt order shrimp and they were fine. Rather disappointed for the price that the food costs.
Great staff. Good food. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the popcorn shrimp for $15. Biscuits were endless and yummy!

It was our first time dining at any red lobster a family of 4. The food was amazing. It was so delicious. The clam chowder wasnt what I expected its my least favorite. We didnt enjoy it. The shrimp and lobster linguine amazing, the freshly baked biscuits amazing. The Bairdin crab legs amazing. The seafood stuff Mushroom amazing. The only thing that wasnt amazing was our server at the end. She was bubbly, polite and engaging. When we Tip her $10 her features and attitude changed. She didnt even say thank you for coming and hope you come again. Hence reason for 4 stars the amazing food kept you at 4 stars. Your server prevents you from getting 5 stars. Have conversations with your servers thats it not mandatory for customers to tip if gratuity is not included in the our bill. It was so disappointing that she was upset about our $10 tip.
Theyve delicious seafood and Theyve a very smooth taste cocktail
Everything was excellent. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other restaurants that serve seafood, considering how much the prices of seafood have increased over the last few years. My only complaint is that the photo of the lobster tail that is on their online menu (I dont remember if it was also on the menu in the restaurant) is very deceiving. It looks as if they have split the lobster tail shell in half (vertically) opened it a bit, and made it so that a portion of the lobster tail sticks out. That bit of lobster that you see on top of the shell is what you get. That is the whole lobster tail. They have taken the entire tail (quite small) out of the shell and turned the shell upside-down, and placed the lobster tail on top of the shell. Other than that, all the food tasted excellent. Their seafood-stuffed mushrooms are excellent. We couldnt have asked for a better/friendlier waitress. We would definitely go there again. Parking: It had a good-sized free parking lot behind the restaurant.

Normally I love it, but on a gift card take out, one item not put in, and main entree burned (grilled ) so much it was awful and had to be thrown out. What a waste! If I didnt live out of town I would have returned it all. What a disappointment, as staff recommended it. Also salad greens so soggy and bitter, my own at home tasted better! Wish Id ordered something else.

Lobster Restaurant Burlington location require an urgent renovations, Im wondering about sanitary issues having a old carpet in the entire dining area, probably management keeps this place almost in dark for clients dont notice that. I had dinner in there, food is over salty, lack of fresh seafood flavour. Not mention about dishes price, wow overpriced for the food is serviced at Lobster. why give 4 or 5 stars when it is not deserved it. Over salty food, really? and oily food, and overpriced, unacceptable.

Completely unacceptable service. We reserved 2 weeks in advance for mothers day in anticipation of the busy day. We showed up on time for our reservation and did not get seated until an hour and a half later. We had a very young newborn in our group which made for a very time sensitive schedule. If you cant respect reservations then dont allow people to make them. We were not compensated for losing an hour and a half of our time. Completely ridiculous and we wont be back.

Wish I remembered our servers name but he was an older gentleman who honestly should be in car sales or something because he KNOWS the menu so well and is very very helpful and friendly. Very ok experience. Took almost an hour to get our food although the restaurant was empty. I was given the wrong thing as well. After receiving our food and eating for 10 minutes, we realized the restaurant was closing and we didn t have time to eat. Which is ridiculous considering we got in about 1.5h before close. Quickly after receiving the replacement, our server asked if we wanted to go boxes. Why would we come to be seated if our food was essentially just take out? Our alfredos were also extremely watery. Nothing was plated well either :( I m a little disappointed as we were really looking forward to this
Wanted to treat mom to a delayed Mother s Day dinner, made a reservation online for 5 people. We get to the restaurant and they are scrambling trying to find a table for us. They then tell us a table is in fact ready and clean, they also tell us that it s shocking that the table is actually clean (I thought this was a strange thing to share with a guest but, ok) we were then seated at a booth for 4 and a chair at the end of the table. After sitting for 2 minutes we realized that this was going to be quite tight and uncomfortable to enjoy our meal. We asked to be moved and they told us they didn t have a table to fit us because they had other reservations. I reminded them that I also had a reservation and that, that isn t acceptable. The manager then asks if we booked a reservation online, yes I did, which shouldn t matter if it s available to use she then said the online reservation doesn t know how many tables they have so doesn t this completely contradict what the website is supposed to be doing? fine. Uncomfortably, we order our dinner, my mom ordered lobster and shrimp linguini and I ordered surf and turf. My moms dinner came without lobster and my steak smelled like poison (gas of some sort) I took 1 bite of the steak and after chewing for what felt like a lifetime, I spit it out and put the steak on a side plate. We called the server over to tell her they were missing my moms lobster and that my steak tasted like poison she was happy to take it back and get me something else but at this point I was so disappointed with the entire evening that I just wanted to go home. I asked for my meal to be removed from the bill and that wasn t a problem, they also did bring my mom lobster to add to her pasta. Our server was quite apologetic but these were all issues out of her hands, and because of her, I gave a generous review. Save your money and your time. If you want lobster, you re better off at the keg.
We have been to this location several times and the food is the top notch. The best thing about going to this restaurant is Karl. This amazing server is the reason we keep returning. Karl is very friendly, funny and treats you like a close friend. So impressed with not only the food but the amazing atmosphere and welcoming feeling.
My fiancé and I love the food and the dine in experience at Red Lobster. Its ALWAYS a date night treat... One thing that puts this over the top is Karl! He is hands down the best server I have ever had. He is funny, friendly, respectful and accommodating. I cant wait to go back! Thank you so much!

I visit there on special occasions with the family, great spot. Relaxing, great atmosphere, amazing staff, great food. It can get filled up on busy nights so would suggest calling and reserving ahead of time if you don t want to have to wait in the event it s a busy night. Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids, my kids love it there.
Poor service, will not be visiting again. Our server, an older fellow was extremely hastily. Would not give us sufficient time to order our food. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated it would have been nice to at least be given 20 seconds to solidify our decision before being continuously rushed. Concluding our very quick service, under an hour, he wouldn t even accept our tip. We tried telling him to keep the change and didn t even want to take it. I guess he didn t think it was sufficient enough. For such a rushed and disappointing service, he was lucky we even tipped at all. Absolutely will not be visiting the location near Burlington Mall again.

I visited the Red Lobster in Burlington with my family recently, hoping to recreate the amazing experience we had back in December 2023. Unfortunately, this time around, our visit was marred by disappointing service. Upon arrival, we were directed to a table that was messy and not properly cleaned, with noticeable crumbs scattered around. When we attempted to inform the waitress about the issue, she was nowhere to be found. Despite moving to a different table and waiting to address the matter, she never came by. Later, when I returned from the restroom, I was met with rudeness from the waitress, due to the fact that my family relocated without informing her. Having a terrible start to our experience, we thought we would have an improved service from our server, however he turned out to be excessively talkative, and hastily, which became overwhelming, particularly during the payment process. Despite tipping in cash, he openly criticized the amount, displaying a lack of appreciation for our gesture. Overall, while the food was satisfactory albeit a bit pricey, the poor service overshadowed any positives. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

The maritime Lobster was pretty good the Caribbean Rock Lobster was very good. The steak was cooked properly but the meat was just okay. The shrimp linguine was very good. We had great wait staff who made recommendations, was attentive and prompt. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

This was my first ever experience with Red Lobster and while the food was good, I won t be returning due to the service and the state of the place. My friend and I went for dinner and the moment we walked in, we were seated in the place the employees take their breaks. This meant that we were privy to cussing and complaining teenagers/people in their 20 s who clearly didn t want to be there. Our server, Indika, was nice enough, but he was rather pushy when he came over. The guy says there s lots of pictures right? Let me make it easier for you, and proceeds to close my friend s menu and pull out the specials. He then reaches across my friend to grab her menu again to point something else out, all while telling us that what he s saying is the best option for our dinner. We ordered our starters and he swiftly ran away to put in the order before coming back 3 minutes later and asking what we wanted to order for our mains. My friend politely said we would like to have our starters first, and then we will decide from there. He brings us our food and we start enjoying our food. Again, it was good. We decided that we would just order two additional starters to split because the portions were quite large. When Indika came back and we relayed this information, he visually became more sullen and his tonality went from enthusiastic to discouraged. That remained through the remainder of the meal. When we were leaving, Indika would not step away and allow us to pay without being observed. He even went as far as to touch the receipt on the table while my friend was paying with her card. It was all just really pushy and invasive. The place itself was kind of dirty and not well maintained - at least near the bar where we were. It was just an overall unpleasant experience.
Red lobster was as expected. Loads of fish to choose from. I wouldnt order the crab dinner again. It was meh. My dinner mates had the lobster classic which they enjoyed. The restaurant itself is quite dated and could use a refresh...although it seems alot of the customer were/are happy with it.

I ordered steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was so small for $32.00. I asked for it to be cooked to medium. Instead, it was cooked to medium well, which was very dry. The mashed potatoes were also sent in a small portion. The plating of the steak and mashed potatoes was a mess! I ordered an appetizer, which was the sweet and sour shrimp for $16.99. I counted the shrimp, I was only given 6 pieces. The shrimp werent even fully coated with the sauce. Its definitely not worth the price. I also ordered a dozen biscuits, they were old tasting, no salt and cold. The only dish that came with a good portion was the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. The plating was good as well.
Horrendous service! Server was blatantly rude. Forgot to serve our side, and blamed it on us saying, you shouldve told me earlier. This was just one of many examples. Manager gave us a discount, but I dont know how that helps.
Food tasted great as always. However, the reason for my review is because of our server Nuwan. The experience is always better when you get great service. Good job Nuwan & thank you.

Passive aggressive waitresses
We usually go for the ultimate feast which usually costs $34 for the plate. I was shocked to see that the plate is now $54. Not only that, when the plate came, the food was cold and you can directly know that the crab legs were precooked and heated again. I food tasted horrible. I don t recommend at all!
Went there are few years. Always great food. Endless shrimps deal is best for seafood lovers.

Restaurants I rate a bit more harsh as there is always more room for improvement. Food was awesome, service was great, atmosphere was good. Was not 100 % into the music playing but wasnt unbearable. Was fifty -something dollars a platter and about ten dollars a beer (only one each). By the time taxes and tip enter the equation you are looking at close to $180-$200. It was a nice evening out, but not doing that for a while. Not everyone can afford to do this often.

I hadnt been to Red Lobster in over a decade, so when out of town family suggested it, I was skeptical. We were a party of 10 and were seated in a private area which was such a blessing for our 90yr old matriarch. The drinks were massive, the food good and plentiful and the service fabulous. I wont wait another 10yrs to go back!
Red Lobster revised down sized menu is very disappointing. Tilapia no longer available as a standalone item on weekends. If you are non-alcohol good luck virtually everything has alcohol in it. Biskets seem to be in short supply as they dont ask if you want too up. Im not sure if this applies to all but this very true of Burlington. Will be a long time before we go back unfortunately. They need to reconsider their menu, alot.

Good food waiter disapeared for long time and had to wait an extended time to order appetizers that caused the main dish to come while not finished apps. Watch your receit ordered the lobster fest with maritime and rock lobster tail and they charged us an extra $5 each plate with no add on so they took it off plus Ordered a lobster Ceasur and tried to charge an extra 3.20 for the alcohol that was already included. So check your receit other than that a fantastic time
I have been to lots of Red lobsters many times but last night I was at Red lobster with my boyfriend and our server Amanda was absolutely amazing! Im sure she was just being herself but she had made my experience at Red lobster. The best experience Ive had, she was so much fun to have as a server and it was an absolute pleasure talking with her. Not only was her personality. Absolutely lovely but she was also quick and on top of her game and because of Amanda, I am really looking forward to my next visit to Red lobster The atmosphere is a little bit dated and the restaurant can use a refresher, I get it. Its got this old classic look to it. But I mean were in 2024 now and the seafood places dont look like that anymore, not such a big deal, especially when you have people like Amanda working in a place like this to make every moment enjoyable. She was so pleasant to have their I even forgot about my birthday but she remembered when I mentioned it before, we started our meal. You can tell she really enjoys doing what she does and thats a rare thing to find nowadays. 100%, I will return to Red lobster, especially if Amanda is our server again, I cant wait

Food was good. Service not so good. Pay my bill with the device on the table. While paying there was a communication error. Brought me back to the payment screen again showing it wasn t paid. We paid our bill and left. When we got home we realized we had paid twice. Called the restaurant and was told by the manager that he does see the double payment. It has been 2 weeks and we still haven t received our money, every time I call we get told it will be just a little bit longer. You have lost a customer. There are lots of places to eat where if a mistake happens it gets rectified right away. Very disappointed
- our waitress was amazing but the food took over an hour to come - the hostesses were very friendly and a lady who I believe was the manager went out of her way to show my kids the lobsters and was very friendly and nice - put our food orders in and then 20 minutes later found out that there was no popcorn shrimp available and a couple of people at the table had to change their orders - after the food took an hour to come, somebodys Burger was extremely undercooked and it was very red inside and the bun was rock hard - prices were good - complained about the burger and it was taken off the bill, but it was completely inedible so one persons dinner was ruined and left hungry
Lunch for 4 was tasty, hot and average priced. Server was friendly, accurate but location needed another server. 1 server for lunch crowd on a saturday at noon created lengthy wait time . Otherwise , still a favorite place to dine

Service was slow even though the server looked rushed, possibly short staffed with the servers also bussing their tables. This is the first Red lobster weve been to that had a shortage of biscuits. We had to ask for them after our food came out... The steak on the steak and shrimp dinner definitely had some shrinkflation... Overall not a pleasant experience
