We ordered some Dim Sum for four. The portions are good enough and yummy.

Every time I order takeout, its extremely slow. The dine-in customers come out all at once, and they dont take the takeout customers seriously at all.

I watched a table of customers from the time I sat down to the time they finished eating, but the takeout I ordered was still not ready. I can leave it alone after paying for the takeout. I have to give priority to the customers in the dine-in, right?

Always enjoyed coming here after school for a meal. I like the noodles. You get a big bowl of noodle and toppings you can choose.

The ordering staffs face smelled like shit. We are here to eat, not to eat shit! But the roast duck noodle soup we ordered really had a smell...

Terrible service

Had a friend visiting from afar and their family is in the meat business. So when he say the duck stinks here its really really bad. We didnt touch the whole plate. Wont be back EVER. The service is really horrible too. Waitress attitude feel like we owe her 1 million bucks. Just seeing all the other bad reviews shouldnt even come here in the first place.

Unfortunately, I didn t know that the lunch menu format was different. When I asked if there was a lunch menu, I was told I ll hear you later , which was very unlucky. I asked for another snack. I already said what I wanted, but my sister couldn t get it. I wrote it on the snack paper, and she said, Well, you can tell me what to write on the paper. I dont want to be angry and wont get angry again.

A wonderful, hidden gem! I can t wait to return. Service was friendly and food was delicious. I highly recommend the mushroom dumplings and egg tarts. Vegetarian options: Mushroom dumplings

I was shocked by their horrible service. I told them I wanted to order one of the BBQ sets, and before I could finish my sentence, the waitress blatantly cut me off and expressed her impatience and said which one, how about you tell me which meats you want to pick for the BBQ set! I felt like I was being treated as a child. I did not even finish what I was saying. My partner and I were shocked by her attitude. My partner and I are both Asian and visited many countries in Asia. We understand there is a difference in culture, and this was just an example of horrible service in general. I have been to the Neptune location downtown for many years and eat there once a week back then, so I know firsthand that this location is extremely bad. I advise you to go somewhere else. The food was too salty and slimey. Its not worth it.

Food is mediocre but priced way higher than average noodle shop. Cater to younger people who lack appreciation of good old taste of Chinese noodle shop. Service is lacking and rude workers demand more tips claiming the customers owed them.

As soon as the good boy went to celebrate, the lobster was delicious and fresh! The stuffed eggplant was done brilliantly. It is worthy of praise that all the staff are friendly and approachable. The birthday song specially presented is touching. I want to say thank you! !

As a frequent customer of their Richmond location, my family and I were very disappointed when we came to this location. We were seated after a 10 minute wait, and proceeded to order two dishes. The first dish came after 40 minutes of waiting. We were almost finished eating before calling on a waitress to check if the second dish was still coming. After 5 minutes, the dish still didn t come and we wanted to pay our bill and cancel the order. It finally came just as we were about to pay the bill, by then it had almost been about 50 minutes since we got seated. Now we couldn t cancel the second dish, so we got it to go. Maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen or something, but I wouldn t waste my time here again.

The food was really good but the service was okay because they don t check each customer if they needed anything, we came to eat on Sunday. What really upset me was when the woman brought out the bills, she was staring at the machine as if she wanted to see if we tipped or not, I tried to cover the machine of how much I wanted to tip, but I felt like she was staring at me like tipping is mandatory. Of course, tipping is optional and I always tip when eating in a restaurant. As a waitress or being a waiter, you should always give customers space when it comes to paying at the end.

Baked pork chop rice is really delicious! The pork chop is soft enough and the tomato sauce is flavorful! Plus cheese! Positive

Good service and overall good food. Beware that if you order ginger beef they use pickled sushi ginger, which, to put it gently, is a choice I would not have made. I have ordered a number of things here and other than the ginger beef, everything has been delicious. Another review said the food was bland. It s a little bit true, but it s still good food. This is a good place to take people who do not like spicy food.

There is really room for improvement in the toilets. The food is always delicious, including tea and dinner. However, it is best to check the bill. There have been several errors. Basically, we often make appointments here because the location is suitable for everyone. It is convenient and can be reached by MRT. You can also go shopping and buy groceries after meals. Wheelchair accessibility: Because the restaurant is on the second floor, although there are several disabled parking spaces in the underground parking lot and open-air parking lot, it is not very friendly to people with inconvenient feet because it is not flat after exiting the elevator, and there are several stairs to climb. .

Went to eat with a bunch of friends and got the fried rice which was alright Same with porridge. The service was really upsetting we were talked about behind our back in Cantonese. When we re were paying they not only judged us but they also asked us about tipping. (tipping should be something we should do willingly and as well as workers should not be looking at the device when we are paying) once we paid they completely forgot to include credit card tax and blamed us for having to many problems.

A small place but can order from next door neptune dim sum menu as well. Food only a few dishes r tasty always packed thanks to all the hi rises building up in the area.

Went here to get their deep fried shrimp wonton yesterday around 3pm. Shrimp was overcooked, hard, and had a weird taste. I got food poisoning not long after. Food : 1/5

Worst Tom yum and spicy soup I have eaten. The dumplings were alright. The service was pretty bad, when I asked for water didnt even bring it. Definitely not going again!!

I ordered rice with pickled cabbage soup. I can choose 2 ingredients (smooth beef and fish eggs). It tastes very good and slightly spicy. It is suitable for eating in cold weather. The portion is also very sufficient! However, there is a 2% handling fee for credit cards here, so it is recommended that you pay in cash.

The service is terrible, the waiters attitude is so bad even after half a year of ordering. Will never go there again!

Awful experience with this restaurant will never go back. We had lunch on NY day, portions of the food were small. At the end of the meal the girl handed us the machine to pay, we did the transaction and she wasn t too happy and said the tips should be at least 15%. Why? My husband said, it s not a law that you have to give 15% tips!!! Anyone any restaurants have no right to ask for how much tips should be paid. We are all going through a difficult time now with the cost of living I understand , but we are still supporting the food industry by going out to eat but you don t demand customers to pay for more tips unless you have an exceptional services and foods! I noticed someone else had also commented with the same experience about the tips with what I have had in this restaurant!

Terrible!! Waitress asked us to tip more than 10% when paying for the bill. Be grateful we even tipped at all. Next time itll be 0%. Will there even be a next time?? Probably not. Will never eat here again. Service was mediocre. Food portion was small.

Some menu items come with complimentary coffee but nope They charge $1 for the coffee. I ordered bad beef and broccoli rice, Gave me diarrhea. good way to do business and scam customers. I will not be returning to this place.

This place is conveniently located at Station Square near Metrotown, with lots of parking underground and easy to get to via public transit. We had a reservation for a large group for dinner and the table was ready for us when we arrived. I ordered the menu in advance and the food came quickly once we were all settled in. The dishes were very tasty and well prepared. The service was fast in bringing the food out. Our servers came back to check on us often to refresh our tea and water! The prices are excellent for the quality of the food they are serving. Overall, an excellent restaurant!

Ate on the seafood side of the restaurant. I had the same experience as other reviewers. Food and service was good so I tipped the full 15% but the management here is so dumb and not know that tips are optional and still chooses to nitpick with customers on tips wanting me to tip on the tax portion of the bill also. I should have just taken all my tips back from that part of the poor service alone that ruined the whole experience but I didn t want to punish their staff for these bad managers.

It was the worst experience. We went here a few weeks ago and were served pork in a vegetarian noodle dish, after categorically asking for no meat in the dish. To give them the benefit of the doubt we went again tonight. Big mistake!! There was hair in one of our noodle dishes and they charged us 28 dollars for a green beans dish, without confirming the actual price of the item as it was not a part of their menu. On asking the server regarding the exorbitant charge, she got very aggressive and defensive, basically shouting at us, as if it was our fault. It didn t end there. While paying, we obviously opted to not tip given the service we had received, to which she loudly proclaimed why no tip? This is the first time someone hasn t tipped. And as we were leaving she continued to bicker with us. Never going back again.

Terrible service and yet the server still DEMANDED a tip by continuously arguing with us. There was hair in the food and we were heavily overcharged for a certain item that was not even on their menu - we had requested beans and rather than explaining the price breakdown to us they charged us an exorbitant amount and blamed it on us. On top of that, 2 out of the 4 items we ordered were completely bland. The service really needs to change at this place and they need to learn how to season their food better, would not recommend

Ordered their 3 BBQ meats combo w/ salted egg over UberEats. They gave me 2 BBQ meats with no egg. Portion was very small. The Neptune Noodle Bar in downtown is way way way better. Never ordering from this location ever again!

Please avoid this restaurant as plague. The food is horrible and no respect to their clients at all. They are also anti racist to their own client who are especially Chinese speaker.

Last week we paid cash and rounded to the newest dollar ending in the 10s and overtipped but this time yesterday we paid cash to the nearest dollar ending in 10s slightly under tipped to compensate for overtipping the previous time. Warning: Ask for your change back, and decide how much you would like to tip. Now they charge 2.5% if you pay by credit card that is why we paid by cash.

Pretty decent spot for Chinese food inside Station Square. We got a spot right away and service was decent. We ordered a few dishes to share between 4 people: eggplant casserole, deep fried tofu, chicken curry and fried kidney and liver with onion. My favorite was the eggplant casserole. White rice was charged separately. Pretty pricey. They have a credit card surcharge so be sure to pay in cash or debit.

GOUGING DEFINITELY DO NOT EAT HERE. 1. They complained the tip was not enough and insisted they were entitled to more. 2. They charge 75 cents for a takeout cup for my drink that I could not finish. 3. 2.5% surcharge if you paid by credit card, so I decided to pay by cash & when they saw the total cash that I paid, the staff insisted on more money. GREEDY (So embarrassing to be outed in public as it was a fair amount that was tipped) 4. The food was overpriced, rude service, entitled attitude and overall a terrible experience.

Terrible rude service and staff had bad attitude. Charged 2% surcharge for paying by credit card. Food was more pricier than elsewhere. Hassled that the tip was not sufficient. I will eat elsewhere (Happy Valley Food City) where the food is better & cheaper, no surcharge on credit card and complaint about the tipping. Found a new go to place now.

Stressful from the beginning - people lined up outside (randomly standing around with no order), and no staff was coming out to let anyone know how long the wait, nor take down any names for an order of entry. Once we got in, they were still very unresponsive and were not much help with questions on ordering food. They also got the order wrong from what we marked on the sheet - the place would hugely benefit from a mobile ordering system. Food they have cute things which was nice, but the flavors and freshness were all just OK. Everything we ordered was not even warm.

Made reservations for early afternoon dimsum. The food was great as we know most neptune has good standards but the service was your typical dimsum standards, with having to make several attempts to wave down and get noticed to order water. We ordered some cutsey animal treats on the menu and they were all decent. The regulat dimsum was also good. Overall was a decent experience.

I was craving flavours from my childhood and this place hit the spot. Food was good, service was good in both English and Chinese, the place was clean, and they have the usual favourites for dim sum. Will come back again.

The Hygiene is TERRIFYING in this restaurant. After finishing the rice roll, I found boring and played with the sauce. I found a hair inside of the sauce. It s not hair hair, it s body hair like underarm hair or pubic hair! And the staff only returned the money for that rice roll. Also, the chefs were not wearing hair nets neither tied their hair.

have to agree. they cannot get the orders right. food was bland. laksa soup taste like tomyam. milk tea was terrible. wanted to walk out when they got 3 of our orders wrong.

I went to this place and order 3 dishes to go. Fried rices, fried vegetables, and half chicken. I waited 40 mins and later when I got home and I found they charged me the price for half chicken but only gave me 1/4. Not the first time.

Not recommended. The waitress send my dish to other customers table, and the other customers are keep chatting... Non stop chatting, about few minutes later said is a wrong dish. The waitress try to give it back to me. I reject it, than she went to kitchen to change just change the new plate and give it to me. Why I know? For those are deep fried items. When I taste again is cold and the topping was under the deep fried items. How it has very poor character education and bad company training. Well it is chinese company we understood. Very bad experience. Also msg msg msg too salty.

FOUR (4) reasons NOT TO EAT in this place: 1. Server lying to customer that there is no manager only to find out SHE was actually the manager 2. Refused to give the order slip where it indicates the time your order was called to the kitchen. 3. Worse Tom Yum Soup 4. Worse food presentation - looks like garbage Ordered at 12:08, 5 new customer came in and already got their orders by 12:30 and I was still there waiting for my soup. Served my order at 12:35 after 4 follow up only to be disappointed of the taste and presentation.

Neptune Noodle Bar was a total letdown. The food was bland and overpriced for its portions. The service was even worse, the waitress can t even speak to us in a welcoming tone, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers. When we kindly asked for some dipping sauce for our dim sum, the waitress acted as if she couldn t be bothered to assist us. It seemed like she was intentionally avoiding eye contact and interaction. Based on the terrible service, I chose not to leave a tip, which I thought was fair given the circumstances. Tipping by definition is voluntary at the discretion of the customer. But here s the frustrating part - the waitress stopped us on our way out and demanded a tip. She didn t seem to grasp that tipping is customary when a decent service is provided. I asked her how she would rate her service. The waitress ignored my question and kept asking for a tip. Unbelievable. If you want a tip provide a decent service with a polite manner. My dining experience at Neptune Noodle Bar was the worst. Especially the rude attitude, and a misunderstanding about tipping. I can t recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered scallop, when dished out gailan vegetables were visible than scallops !!!And so with the pork spareribs honey garlic, all you can taste is caramelized coated ribs, no meat at all.Too expensive for such a rubbish meal. I am just sorry for the person we treated out for dinner coming all the way from the Caribbean. Hope management will look into this kind of services

A little bit above average Hong Kong/Cantonese restaurant. I love their lunch set menu because the portions are huge and I could barely finish it by myself. The taste is also very authentic to Hong Kong Cha Chen Tang Style. If you are craving for Hong Kong style fast food but have no ideas, this place will be one of your choices. I didn t try their dim sum because it is a bit expensive compared to other dim sum places. The bad thing is that the customer service is just ok and the queue is chaotic, I don t know where I should wait and the owner doesn t seem to have a system or arrangement for customers waiting to be seated, the owner simply ask you to wait outside. Their to-go boxes are quite expensive ($1.50 each!!), which is another thing I don t really appreciate.

We were there for brunch, I don t know if this dim-sum was good. Just felt some of them were a little bit salty, otherwise were good for me.

Service was good. Food came in quick except for one food that took longer than I thought it would take. Bit pricey but the food was not disappointing. It was a bit hard to find as it was our first time finding it coming from the mall. Good hours too closes at 10pm.

Just went to this Restaurant. Have a good varieties of food to choose. Clean and service is good. They have Hong Kong style tea which I like. Definitely will go back again especially on rainy day. Lots of parking for three hours.

Food is decent, but taro dumplings are too mushy. Good service except YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR TEA whether you consume it or not. We only had water. You have no say in the matter. My advise is to not tip when you are charged for something you didnt consume. Its only fair - they dont tell you you will be charged for something you didnt purchase, hence you dont tip them. I didnt know until it was too late. Will not set foot in this restaurant again. Foul business practice, should be reported.

Baked Seafood Rice (gok hoy seen fan) at Neptune Noodle at Metrotown. $16.95 plus tax includes soup (corn chowder) and hot drink (cold is an additional $1.25). This has got to be the best baked seafood rice I have eaten. There is actual cheese pull (4 or so) which i have never experienced at any restaurant that serves this dish. The egg fried rice was cooked perfectly and the rice grains were separated. There is also significant amount of egg inside as you can see from the pic. Some places just use regular white rice which is poor. There were scallops, shrimp, squid and fish inside. The rice to sauce ratio was was on point. I just wish it was a bigger portion!! It blows everyone else out of the water including Mambo at Aberdeen, Grill King at Landsdowne, and Silvertower.

Been here couple of times. They really need to pay more attention on the food qualify. We ordred take away today. Guess what we find in the dishes? Stainless Steel Scrubber..

Haven t been to this place for couple years due to covid. Seems like this is now the bar side and the restaurant has become a seafood restaurant. It would be too generous to say that the food has deteriorated than what I previously experienced. The food (all four dishes) were absolutely terrible. My family stopped eating due to them being both completely tasteless and stale. The fried squid tasted like leftover that was reheated with microwave. The salad pork was leftover with some squirts of salad dressing, and the satay vermicelli had to be recooked ourselves with salt and random sauce in the fridge as there was no taste whatsoever. I don t understand why this place would choose to continue to operate this way? I recommend everyone to eat instant ramen than waste your money here.

Yummy Chinese food

This Fengming restaurant is really delicious! ! ! There was no service, and the bill from another table was calculated as ours. I was really speechless. I had the nerve to ask for a tip of at least 15%. This restaurant was immediately banned.

I come average twice a week. And the service I received today was unacceptable Would never come back again. The woman in black suit can t even remember order number after looking at my phone.

The place is convenient, but the food is on the high side. There are many choices, but not exquisite enough.

I been eating this restaurant since covid started, everythings is nice and good. Until these days their business getting busy than before. Their stuff and management team are start extremely rude to a royalty customer. I decided that I would never be back to this place. We ordered two custom soup noodles. The quantity was on the generous side of fair and was delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. We will return and see if all these negative reviews are a thing of the past. Our experience was so good that were willing to give it another go.

We went there with kids on Sunday night. It was my fault to choose this restaurant. While we were waiting our food, my kid (5 years old) started to cry as she was hungry so we gave her some bread. Unfortunately the staff stopped her to eat bread as foreign food is not allowed and my kid started to cry uncontrollably during the whole dining time without eating any other food. If you accompany with kids, please be aware of this kind of situation.

Great Food for a great price!! After living across Neptune noodle bar for almost two years, we only got here the day before we left Burnaby to have some Dim sum. Not only I was surprised by how great the quality of food, but the service was also top notch. Cindy made sure that our order arrived within 10 minutes. Their Laksa is out of this world and the dumplings are a must try! We will definitely return to Burnaby, just for Neptune Noodle Bar!

Haven t been to this place for couple years. Seems like this is now the bar side and the restaurant has become a seafood restaurant. Much smaller than touted on the website. The bar is poorly stocked (Heineken, Coors light, Molson). Very disappointing. Might go back for lunch to test the restaurant when I get in the neighborhood next.

Terrible restaurant. Food is bland. Wanton soup is pretty much wantons and tap water. Salt and pepper squid has almost no trace of salt nor pepper. No taste. Servers ignore you. Took 15 mins to finally get my bill. The foods are not cheap either. Avoid at all costs.

During our first try the service and food is good however our 2nd visit, we just started to eat our meal the server demand to pay our bill, so my husband pay the bill and gave some $5 tip. The lady complained that we should tip them for atleast 10%. I told her tip is optional but shes still insisting more and said our service is not good? so I gave her another $5 to avoid any arguments. We didnt even finished our meal due to we loss our appetite . I will never come back to this place again.

Dim Sum, Meal sets, Milk Tea, Mix and Match Noodle Bowl.. If you are undecided, their menu has lots of choices. They share the kitchen with the Dim Sum restaurant next door so they can serve you dim sum dishes here in a more relax setting. Some of the fried noodle dishes are quite heavy with oil.. and the cream sauce is super creamy and cheesy so it s quite heavy. Price is still reasonable for lunch for 2.

If you call it a bowl of porridge, it doesn t matter if you don t have enough food. You even save rice. Most of the bowl is filled with water. It s not good to call it a porridge and noodle shop. Forget it, call it a water surface shop.

Neptune Noodle House opens 9am-1am. Google indicates close at 9pm just like the restaurant. Google should make the correction. Service is good and the wonton soup noodles is good. The chow mein ( fried noodles) is bland and flat, no wok flavoured. I ll won t be returning.

Porridge, noodles, rice, snacks, and cheat sheets are all available. The price is fair. Generous portions and attentive service. Personally, I prefer snacks and snacks.

A good lunch 11 ppl $283 before tip. We went at 10:15 when theres less ppl in Saturday. Havent been for few years. The food improved, all in all a good place to eat. We ordered more than enough food. Attentive service.

The imperial concubine chicken I ordered had a yellow hair on the chicken leg. They took it away and made a new one. There were several black hairs on it. They said the chicken was not clean and they changed it to barbecue. They said I had no appetite to eat it and asked me to continue eating. The food didnt apologize the whole time. I tolerated it once and didnt say anything twice. It was a bit of a bully. I blocked her decisively.

Loved their fried rice and dim sum! Everything we order is delicious. Big portion.

Ordered variety of plates. Fairly well portioned dishes, covid appropriate. The place was not well heated so when they served other dishes the remaining got cold too fast. Server rushed us to pay before we even finished. When we wanted to pack the food up they told us we had to pay for the containers and couldn t do a debit charge as it was too cheap. Felt profiled And ripped off, service was subpar and food was just average. Pay the extra dollar or two for a better restaurant!

Does your store know how to prevent the epidemic? Not the customer There is food on the table and you don t need to wear a mask when talking. Good location off the skytrain station in Metrotown. It s open with proper seating distance until 11:00pm during covid. Food was delicious, good portions too; some beef noodles to pack for home. We even got nice complimentary dessert. The waiters were attentive. My friend was given an extra fork to handle the long Choy Sum :) The only thing that could be better is the heating. It s a bit chill so the food gets cold quick. Overall good experience and highly recommend to Cantonese food lovers in the area.

Worst customer service. Rude staff. We came here and clearly don t know the menu and How it works and they didn t care to explain or approach to us( we are not Chinese) . We ask some questions and the quickly grab the menu and just let us order appetizers ( I guess). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The food is good and a good service

The barbecue pork with rice is very nice. And I particularly enjoyed the shrimp spring rolls.

The taste of the takeaway I just ordered cannot be rated by Cantonese people. Why is it so different from Richmond? The only thing I was satisfied with was the portion size. Even four people couldnt finish it. Hope this will change in the future.

This evening decided to go out for a bowl of soup with a friend. Now I know times are tough on us all, but set aside I tip when I can afford to do so. As I was leaving the patrons stopped me and what essentially felt like demanding for a tip. I explained its optional and that I tip when I am able to! I was caught so off guard, but what stood out that they would even demand such from a customer who was first time visiting. After such an experience regardless of the food was good I will not be going to this restaurant again. First rule of customer service , dont demand tips from you customers !

Extremely bad experience, they dare to offer me spoiled food in the noodle soup, I highly suggest the guys who plan to visit, think twice before you go!

Ordered shrimp dumplings, BBQ chicken, pineapple chicken fried rice. It was quite pricey but it turned out they were quite feeling, I enjoyed them.

The location has newly opened Dragon King Restaurant. The food is very average. The restaurant is comfortable and elegant. The staff lacks training and attention.

Went during soft opening. Sub par food. Definitely does not meet the quality that you would expect from the Neptunes banner. Hopefully their kitchen team will improve with time. On a side note the front staff/service team was top notch. Super friendly, attentive and helpful.

Had UberEats delivery, brought the Seafood Fried Rice in HK Style ( ). It was extremely bitter and gummy on some parts, due to being burnt.

Cozy sitting, friendly staff. Found Neptune at Richmond get better wonton soup and as well as porridge. Up here everything seems not the same as before, quality drop. Hot Hong Kong style red tea was too cold, might ready for hours.

The venue has been changed to Neptune Seafood Restaurant since July 17. However, Neptune Noodle Bar, which is under the same group, is located next door. The products made by the newly renovated restaurant is superb and delicious !

Their waitresses were so awesome and friendly. Their Oreo chocolate mousse cake was so yummy , thank you for everything.

The worst restaurant in my list. I cant even find a word to describe the Service and food tasty. . You better go MacDonald or AW burger.

It used to be called Fengming Porridge and Noodles, but now it s called Longhuang Seafood! The quality of the food is very good The service would be perfect if it were better. Still recommend this one

The food was excellent; the service was really nice; the dining area was good!

Professional service, but they did accidentally leave out an order. The snacks (Chinese donut and fried fish skin) we were planning to originally eat with the congee were served first. They were cold after we notified the staff we had a missing congee. Overall fresh food and no sanitary of tasting complaints.

rude waiters and food was mediocre

Went to Neptune Seafood restaurant for dim sum, when the bill came my mom paid them cash and used the $10 discount coupon that was given to her previously when we had dinner at the restaurant. The waitress came back $5 short in change and claimed the coupon was only for $5. It was just like before when the noodle house opened, they automatically built in a 12% tips on the bill without telling the customer. Such a dishonest restaurant.

Worst cantonese food ever

The 80.00 worth of food we ordered was so awful and burnt we threw it out. I ordered the breaded lemon chicken and all was received was a container full of raw non seasoned cabbage with a small piece of chicken for one person... 16.95.... The brick of burnt hard noodles that were supposed to be chowmain was just so insulting to receive as a food item. The sweet and sour pork was pure fat chunks floating in sauce and the ginger chicken was just veggies (but was good as I do love veggies). This was only my experience, but try with caution. :)

I cannot believe it. While we were eating. In the restaurant, there were a lot of fruit flies flying around us. The waiters were talking to each other. I complained to them at the end. They told me they knew and could not do anything about it. This makes me think that if there are many fruit flies inside the dinning place, how about their kitchen?

Food is good but its a bit on the expensive side.

Ordered food via skip the dishes, received an order of lemon chicken in a very small portion, 7 slices of dry bite size chicken and topped with 3 slices of lemon. Lemon dip sauce is too sour. Sweet and sour pork is more onion and bell pepper than pork. So disappointing esp. when you are hungry and not satisfied with what you get. Too expensive..

Food was fine. Was with a large multicultural group at the time and the servers gave forks to every person that wasnt Asian. I was given a fork and I am half Asian I just look Caucasian.

Restaurant is very nice and clean, staff wore masks, and kept the tables a very safe distance apart. Excellent food, but I do wish they gave more items in their dishes though.

Have gotten takeout from here a number of times. Food is always tasty, decent portion size.
