Probably my favourite place to go to in the food court. Never disappoints.

My experience at the Brentwood branch of Kazba restaurant was outstanding. Their Soltani Kebab was truly delicious; the kebabs were tender, juicy, and had a pleasant texture. Alongside the meal, they served grilled tomato and pickled pepper, which complemented the flavors perfectly. The Mast Musir at Kazba had a unique and delightful taste that s definitely worth trying; this fresh, delicious addition completes the experience, and I highly recommend it. The service from Ayub was excellent; he was truly professional, friendly, and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

It was dryyyyy. I love the fact they cook it after I paid but it was dry, no dipping provided. I had this in Richmond from a good restaurant and they served it juicy and I dont need dipping but this.. it was really bad and I threw away most of it. The rice was old and had the hard bottom of the rice cooker pieces. Sigh...

hello everyone please i am warring everyone when you order take out or delivery must be careful your items ? i open half products and itmes was delivery but half they have so many hairs everywhere they are not handles care their food and safety and i ate was so many hairs half no hairs and half they have lots hairs . i want to give them 100 starts but i cant but food was good and i am complaint issue this staff not good training safety and they need to take care products make sure no hairs in food thank you

Food is really bad. Kebabs are not as they are supposed to be. I don t get the good reviews! I don t think they know what a real kebab should taste like.

Located in the food court, Cazba is a great choice if you are craving meats freshly cooked on the grill for you. The best choice for me is their Chicken and Steak dish. They spice and marinate meats well. Their customer service is friendly and prompt. I have taken their dishes to go for a picnic.

Its amazing here at Gazba. Doesnt matter how long the line ups are, Abe and his staffs are friendly, fantastic service and the atmosphere here makes me comebback for more. Hands down an amazing kabab experience! Got the chicken/lamb combo and got fresh and juicy kababs. The rice and grilled tomato are done perfectly, too! The staff is courteous and kind. I dropped my can of coke at the counter and they replaced it without asking. Do not miss if you re in Brentwood. Highly recommended!

First time here and ordered the beef plate. It included two fresh ground beef skewers, white rice and saffron rice, grilled tomato, pickled jalapenos and spice packets. It was a good amount of food for one person and very delicious! Served with a smile

Had lunch with a girlfriend here. First time trying out Persian Grill for me but my girlfriend had Persian food before so I decided to give it a try. Wow!! Food was delicious. The meat was tender and flavourful and the rice was so yummy!! The server was wonderful and very friendly. It took a while for the food to be ready but I can see why since they grilled them as you ordered. Well worth the wait. We will definitely come back here again!!

Gazba is normally our favorite restaurant in Brentwood foodcourt. However, today is totally different. They ran out of rice but they did not come up to any substitution like bread to their usual meal. Sadly, they still charge same amount-no adjustment at all. So disappointed!

Got there near closing and was immediately refused service by the girl at the till. But since their grill was still on and their till was still open, the young guy with the ponytail let me order. Stark contrast between someone who treats a business like their own vs just as a job. We got to eat and the business made a sale. Almost as if that might be the point of paying those fees to run a restaurant at the mall. The chicken was tender and the koobideh wasn t over-seasoned. Rice was fresh, even though it was the end of the day. Thanks again to the guy who made it work.

In Brentwood mall we ate the loghmeh dish, it is not real meat!! It seems like microwave food. We didnt notice the difference between beef and lamb.The rice doesnt have flavour. Very dissapointing dish.

Love the food, but service could be better. During busy hours time between ordering and getting your food is easily 20+ minutes. Staff also forgot my order on more than one occasion. Despite this I still come back... Ill just recommend ordering takeout 30 minutes in advance instead of in person.

We ordered two portions, Soltani and beef Loghmeh number 3 and 7. The taste of the meat resembled old meat that had been in the freezer for a while. They used oil on the rice, but the oil had a really bad taste, as if they had used fried old oil. The Loghmeh was too salty. IT IS NOT REAL PEARSIAN KEBAB. And tomatoes were big and pink which is not good for persian kebab and it was raw.

We usually get lunch from this branch when we are not cooking at home. Most of the staff are very polite and cortious and willing to help. The food is realy good and I can score them as following. Barg: 17/20, Kobideh 18/20, Mahicheh 19/20 and Gheimeh 20/20. The prices are not the best in the market but are ok compared to the other restaurants prices located in that food court. Overall I recommend it to people who like persian foods

After having eaten their food, it has become abundantly clear why the Persian Empire fell. The food smelt of sweat, which was ironic given the lack of effort made in its preparation. Additionally, the prices were excessive compared to the quality, making it feel more like a plunder than a purchase. Sadly, the only authentic Persian experience on offer here was the realization of this places inevitable decline.

Their food is delicious! Good amount of meat, which is the reason I go there. The wait is a little longer (around 10 minutes) it s worth it! I just wish they added more veggies :) but I love this place and I m a happy, returning customer Food

The beef kebab was excellent, I enjoyed there sides of salad and hummus to compliment the meal. Above all, the service was exceptional. The friendly staff is the reason why I would return to this place along with the great food. If you are in the area, it is a great recommendation for a meal.

The Koobide was awful. I threw them all in the trash. That was the worst kebab Ive ever eaten in my life. I never try kazba again.

Not sure how this place makes any money. It would be faster to go to a sit down restaurant. Extremely slow. 30 minutes to get takeaway seems too long.

Ordered delivery today and was surprised at how much the portions have shrunk compared to other locations. I am used to the bigger black containers with more room, but what I got was a small white container with the food kinda squished in there. Also, the grilled tomatoes were half of a tomato. I know sounds little, but the little things matter. If this is a cost saving measure I rather see a higher price than to be disappointed in the portion. Otherwise, the food was perfect, and the chicken/tomatoes were grilled very well.

The food is great when you (eventually get it) but when you are waiting 35 minutes (when your lunch hour is 1 hour) then yeah, they are definitely not Express, in fact extremely slow, one person who seems to take forever to serve. So after waiting for 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and will not be coming back. Sorry guys. You need to hire more people and do things faster, people can t wait 25+ minutes to get their lunch in a food court!

Simply and taste food, great staff and huge portion. It s a good choice at the food court. Worth the shot! Parking: There is a paid parking lot from indigo but you can get the initial 3 hours for free. You gonna find some QR codes around the parking lot. Just scan it, put your license plate and you re all set.

I waited over 30 minutes for my salmon, watching them serve beef and chicken to several people who ordered after me. I don t know what kind of recipe or cooking method they have, but they should disclose on the menu that people are going to waste 30 minutes of their lives and leave frustrated.

Ordered 3 meals to go and got charged 4. Upon checking receipt, informed the cashier and she gave a refund for the mistake. Went home and realized they got 2/3 orders wrong. Dont get it.

I eat at Cazba monthly and at different locations ( in North Van and David Street), and I have never had any problems with its food. Last Friday I ordered barley soup from Cazba at Lougheed mall through Uber Eats and the soup was stale and had a terrible smell (I had already eaten this soup several times). I spent half hour trying to resolve this issue. Later someone called me from that location and said that Uber Eats would refund me but I never received the money back. I will definitely never order food from this location again. Totally disappointment Cazba!

It says they close at 830pm however at 645 pm they said we are close. Good food and value but I dont understand why they dont make more food...

Food tastes great, BUT the consistency is spotty. I had 2 tomatoes last time, and I got 1 tomato this time, as you can see in the pic. Also, I got a puny amount of yellow rice as well. I hope they can work on consistency since their food is amazing

Used to have a normal size of lamb shank, but the size in the very last order was pretty small with the same price, though! You usually get a much bigger one when you pay this much for a lamb shank.
