Baci Ristorante in Burnaby

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and added meatballs on Uber eats. The pasta was meh. It tasted like jar sauce Alfredo. And unfortunately I have to say, the meatballs were the worst Ive ever had in my life (Im italian btw). They had a strange taste, almost rancid like. Maybe it was a bad night for food, but I dont think Id recommend this resto.

Baci seems to be having a bit of an identity crisis. Sporting an Italian sign, the decor and cuisine are reminiscent of Whitespot with a dancefloor, it is a confusing mishmash that will have your head reeling and your palate saying meh. On the plus side, the live music and ballroom style dancing was an interesting bonus. The staff are very kind and the service was prompt, the extra star is for them. UPDATE: To the owners: thank you for editing your response and removing the comments saying amongst other things... we think you are having an identity crisis...you are in a multicultural country.... sorry if our decor is not up to your high standards. Comments are meant to guide future clients in their choices and nothing more than a recap of a personal experience. As mentioned, the staff were kind and attentive and received full marks. The issue is twofold: 1. The food was bland and presentation was severely lacking (veal was dry, sauce tasted like it was made from a package, spaghetti was overcooked, antipasto was slices of mortedalla, stringy, dry prosciutto, olives that came from a can and smelled of metal, tasteless mozzarella cut in triangles, gnocchi was mushy, prawns rubbery, no garlic or fresh herbs to be found in anything). 2. You advertise as Italian but the whole experience, from the food to the decor, music and atmosphere, while not without appeal, in my opinion, is unfocused and so broadly aimed that it fails to capture any essence of Italy.

Had a large group dinner for my 50th Birthday, service was fantastic, attentive at all times, food was delicious and Marino and staff are always easy to deal with. We have had a number of large special occasions here and its always a great experience. Keep up the great work and customer service!

I rarely give 5 stars to restaurants but this place absolutely deserve it. They had 2 big parties already there but we were seated 1 min later. Let s start with service. A+ right when we got in there we were greeted. Food was more than a A+. It hits all the taste buds. They made changes for our kids, who are picky eaters. The owners are right there helping out. Oh and they have live music, which is a plus. I m glad antones was busy because we found this gem.

Service was very prompt, kind, and friendly. The pastas we had (carbonara and lasagna) were delicious - noodles cooked to perfection. We were excited for the tiramisu but sadly left feeling underwhelmed. Overall good experience.

It is really hard to mess up pasta, but this ristorante managed it. The two pastas we ordered were incredibly bland, and totally not worth the calories (let alone the money). I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews... Vancouver must really be starving for Italian food.

Authentic Italian food plus incredible live dance music. Large portions and not overly pricey. Great for a date or a big party. We celebrated my husband s 65th Birthday and his retirement at Baci. We were a group of 19 and everyone raved about what a fantastic experience it was. From the beginning plans of making and planning a group party, to the food, service, and dancing up a storm it was a memorable evening. Thank you to Danny, our server Oz, all the staff and Federico for making his night so special and memorable.

Never been there before, but will definitely be back. I had Pollo Alla Baci (Chicken breast in a Brandy Mushroom sauce) OMG - It was to die for!!!! The sauce was unbelievable. The staff was fantastic. The do allow children there, but I didnt see much on the menu for the kids. I got the feeling it was a higher class place - for a great bottle of wine, and delicious meal with out the kids. But my 1 year old grand daughter was with us, and they treated her amazing, and did their best to accommodate her for drinks and food.

This is a long overdue review here so let me start by apologizing for not posting this sooner. However until recently I had only ever ordered Take-Out from Baci so I wanted to make sure I had the chance to check it out in person before I posted my review, especially with that great looking exterior to the restaurant. Well let me tell you I am glad I waited because it allowed me to have a wonderfully pleasant experience, one that I now have the joy of sharing with whoever happens to be reading this review during their search for a fantastic Italian restaurant. First, the food here is fantastic. I am partial to Pizza myself and the Pizza they do here is nothing short of sublime. The crust has this unique taste to it that I would honestly describe as almost addicting, you just want to keep eating it no matter how full you are. I used to order it all the time when I previously lived in this area and once I found them I wouldnt order from anywhere else. Their selection of toppings/ingredients are always very fresh and of extremely high quality which is reflected in how delicious their Pizza tastes. If you are in the mood for a great Pizza then look no further because youve found the next place you should try. Secondly, the atmosphere on the outside is reflective of the inside in the best way. Rustic Italian vibes with those light touches that only something truly authentic can recreate in a relaxing environment that is both spacious and welcoming. I happened to go in very close to opening and was one of the only people that came in I believe and it was very pleasant to sit and enjoy my meal by a window seat on a sunny day. Thirdly, the service here was truly exceptional. My waiter was a lovely gentleman who greeted me with a warm smile and was very attentive throughout the whole experience without overdoing it. When I informed him that my food was excellent you could see the 100% genuine enjoyment in his face knowing that I was enjoying the meal. We had a small friendly exchange at the end(which was not forced on his part at all) which further cemented my gladness that I chose to come here in person. Overall just a wonderful experience. I am leaving Canada soon to head back to my home country of Australia but before I am leaving I have been visiting various different restaurants and locations as a final To-Do list and this was one I had on there. Honestly it was such a good experience I think Ill be back at least one more time before I head back home to Aus! Thank you Baci for the lovely time! Time is precious and you made sure mine was well spent. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza as well as other options that can be veggie friendly. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options here for Celiac and Gluten intolerant folks.

Really good food with authentic menu. Fresh ingredients. Daily special soup is very tasty. Environment is a bit old but has its own unique characteristics. Washroom is clean.

One of the best view of Vancouver East from this restaurant! I love the seating, ambience and the view was the highlight. The pasta was amazing, and done perfectly. Food is alright but the owner s service as well as the atmosphere are very great!

This is a tough one to start. We went there for a large party dinner, the menu was preset and we had a choice from Veg or Chicken option. My wife has the Veg option and I had the Chicken option. It came with a small appetizer, entree. Lets start with the food, it was extremely bland, no flavor at all. Everyone at the table felt the same, we all added as much salt and pepper to it to have some remnants of flavor in the dish. The drinks look amazing but did not live up to the flavor of it at all. It is listed on the menu that all drinks are 2oz, but you can not taste the alcohol at all. One person in our group sent back the margarita because it was all juice and no liquor. The server took it back to the bar and a few min later came back with the same drink, and all they did was add an oz of liquor to. Normally, you would think they would make a new drink, or even take the old drink and remix it into a new glass with new garnish but NO -- that did not happen. I was amazed that they just added an oz to the same drinks and sent it back out. That drink did not taste good at all. The only saving grass the reason they have 2 stars is because of our server, she was doing the best she can and was on top of everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our bill was $280+ for the 2 of with 2 drinks each. For that price you can get a much better experience and food. My wife also asked for a kids menu and they did not have one. Response to Restaurant: Its your opinion that most restaurants dont offer kids menu. Not actual fact! - Yes we arrived there and my wife asked for a kids menu or dish. She asked for a small portion of any past you have with chicken. We were given a full adult dinner plate charging us full adult dinner cost. My toddler just had a few bites and the rest was wasted. Common rule -- anything that is returned to the kitchen or bar should be replated and represented to the customer not bring the same used glass back to the table. Any bartender knows that adding a shot on top of a already papered drink will not mix property and will not tase good, that is why no one does that. We did not have the calamari it was never served to us. I did not mention the penne because it was not a worth mentioning as it was not good at all no one at our table was able to finish the penne without adding flavour to it (salt/pepper/hot sauce). I could have had a better penne with rose sauce out of a can then what you served. My review was modest and giving a general over all expression of our food. Non the less i wish you the best in your food service business, but we will not be returning to your restaurant again. - updated the stars to reflect the new experience. Kid-friendliness: I dont feel this restaurant is kid friendly as they dont have a kids menu. But they do have high chairs.

Reservation was for 7:15 and we got there at 7:11. They told us you re early and have to wait! They sat us on a table at 7:20. We ordered the drinks and someone came to us and said our reservation wasn t for the area that we re sitting in and either we finish eating before 8:30 or they have to move us to a different table! This is unacceptable since at the first place they showed us where to sit and it was their mistake for not checking! We decided to leave and not stay for the food. A man came to us, telling us again we were early for the reservation (we were early for 4 minutes) and without apologizing told us we can leave if we don t want to move to the other table!! Very very rude staff!!

We moved to the Burnaby area a few months ago, it is the second time I have visited Baci restaurant and I can say that it is the best Italian food restaurant in Burnaby, my husband and I asked the waiter for some recommendations and she recommended Ossobuco and Pollo baci. As well as some suggestions for some cocktails that were many options, I tried some of them and they were all great. After enjoying the food we danced non-stop, as they offer live music with a variation of Latin music as well. IT WAS GREAT.

This is an Italian gem in Vancouver (on Burnaby side of Boundary). Their food is nothing short of glorious for your guts. Their atmosphere (music and interior design) is full of authentic life. Their service is phenomenal because they have people that genuinely seem to care. I would recommend this place to everyone. This is where I go when I miss that pasta experience iN southern Europe.

Waited 1 hour for our food. Pasta was mediocre. Nothing special. Tons of seniors. Dont bother.

We were greeted on our arrival, servers attended to all our requests quickly and professionally. Drinks and food was served within minutes and was excellent.

Came here with a large group of 14 and the reservation process was easy and theyre very accommodating. Ended up all getting the dine out menu and it was a good value. Started with the Caprese salad, linguine pescatore and had tiramisu for dessert. Linguine pescatore was filled with seafood and was very nice. The dirty martini was made perfectly with the right balance and temperature. The service was friendly and quick, even though the place was packed. Very good experience here!

very old traditional Italian restaurant

Ive only done pickup or uber eats but the Garlic lovers pizza is one of the best pizzas Ive had and I know good pizza. Restaurant looks beautiful and service is with a smile and fast every time.

Honestly some really good classic Italian food. We had the dine-out menu and it was really good to see so many options on the menu.

Been a long time since our last visit so we decided to celebrate my birthday here..and was not disappointed. Service was spot on, not overly intrusive and very courteous and polite. My wifes entre was a tad too spicy and the matre de replaced her pasta dish with the same but less spicy without any fuss. We had their tiramisu which was really very good. One ofthe best weve had. It was a delightful meal and evening and plan on returning in the near future. Recommend them highly.

This is a very average restaurant. Nothing wows me here unfortunately. I ve tried it a few times now and can say that Anton s has more authentic food than these guys and that s saying something because everyone knows Anton s is for quantity not quality (though some of their stuff is actually decent). One thing I really want to point out is the pastas. The tomato sauces are VERY tomato paste heavy. So much so, that the sauces are too thick, pasty, and very dark red. May be over-cooked as well. The kicker is their gnocchi. Such a simple dish, hard to mess up. If you are going to label an item on your menu as gnocchi in pomodoro sauce that s exactly what it should be. This dish was so overwhelmingly spicy I could hardly take it. My stomach turned all night, as I do not to well with spicy food. Why would you not put that in your menu? What if a kid ordered that? Really amateur move to not have menus describing items accurately. I will probably not eat here again ever. Kind of just a waste of money and calories at this point.

Was there for lunch, theres 3 of us in the group, our first time there and the experience was lovely. All recommendations by the host/ server, from the Antipasto, Veal, Grilled Salmon and the Seafood Pasta were superb. And the finale was the Tiramisu, delicious! Service was great, too! Have been here many times with friends and family and the food & service is always very nice.

We dined at Baci last night, after a very small family wedding. I had the Halibut with risotto and vegetables, and it was fabulous. What made the whole experience great was a combo of the amazing food, the very attentive and fun waiter, and the atmosphere. I loved that it was not an overly loud restaurant, so we could all carry on in conversation. Will absolutely be back! Dietary restrictions: One of our party has a garlic intolerance, and not only was his meal accommodated for this, but alternatives were brought out for dipping bread. To ask for no garlic at an Italian restaurant and actually be able to have it happen, is amazing. Parking: A small free lot in the back of the restarting, and limited street parking spots.

Ordered the Halibut fish of the day, cheese pizza, and Quattro staggioni pizza. The halibut was over cooked, flesh was solid white, tough, and dry. It was also slathered in an extremely salty garlic sauce. The side vegetables and rice were well seasoned and cook well though. The pizzas were forgettable. The service was pretty good though. Everyone was friendly and we were seated promptly. We would ve appreciated a heads up that the establishment wasn t exactly child friendly; there were no high chair or booster seats available, even though the staff were very welcoming to our toddler. It looked like there were several parties booked to start later and a lot of regulars who were friendly with the host.

There is a very unpleasant smell, as soon as you walk in. Service was very poor. No bread was offered. I had to flag down the owner for a drink & my bill. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I can see why they dont have alot of clients. Too bad, because is good.

My friends and I came to this place for the first time and I m so happy to report that they did not disappoint! The service was phenomenal. The restaurant had live music the night we were in and it was so good. I nearly cried when they did songs dedicated to a couple celebrating their 62nd wedding anniversary! We had to leave as soon as we were done. But this won t be the last time. I m definitely coming back!

The stars say it all. Great atmosphere on a Saturday, music, dancing. Fantastic! Service is amazing and very attentive. All very good reasons to go there. The food? Not so much. After we ordered, during a very busy evening, our food came within five minutes. Thats never a good sign. My advice is to order some appies and a bottle of wine, enjoy the music, and dance the night away. Cheers!

Our first visit was about 20 years ago for our engagement party. Todays outing was lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed their meals and loved the music by Federico and friends.

Ordered from here yesterday. Absolutely the worst Italian food ever. There is nothing remotely authentic or appetizing about any of the dishes. I had the lasagna and my boyfriend had the spaghetti bolognese. Sauce was greasy, extremely bland. Pasta was low-quality, overcooked, and bland (tastes like cheap tomate sauces from low-end grocery stores). They certainly did not add salt to their water when cooking their pasta. We also had the tiramisu, the bread at the bottom was soggy, not softly spongey at all. They put too much alcohol in it as well, can barely taste any of the sweetness which a tiramisu should have. Seemed like it had been made for days and was put into a huge plastic container. Absolutely NOT the best tiramisu voted in town. Whoever owns this restaurant is an adult and knows very well their food is subpar. Probably have to cut costs quality ingredients and quality chefs in order to make a somewhat of a profit. Whoever answers, dont attempt to gaslight me or any other customers into thinking its somewhat good and you made a mistake once. From what I can see, there are many other negative reviews in which the owner says sorry, it must be you, because were human and make mistakes, but dont be fooled. This is owned by a grown adult who cannot make the effort to make their restaurant somewhat enjoyable. I certainly dont recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates the gourmand and decadent world of food.

Had a lovely experience last night at Baci s restaurant. I ordered the lasagna and it was some of the best lasagna i ve ever had! It had the perfect combination of crisp and the gooeyness from the cheese. YUM! The atmosphere within the restaurant was very warm and welcoming, and had a nice italian flare to it. The service was also great, no complaints, overall a night to remember.

What an amazing treat we had here. The service was solid, the food was great, and the ambiance was amazing. Coming on a Friday night with live music and singing is top notch. We ordered the Veal Parmigiana and the Carbonara and both were very tasty. 5/5 definitely come visit when you have the chance.

Great food! Our family had a good experience dining at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We had to wait to order dinner after finishing our appetizers as our server got busy with a very large table. We will go there again for sure and hopefully I can change my review to 5 stars.

Still having diarrhea after eating there on Friday. Food poisoning from the very questionable risotto del mare. Response to owner: I did not eat any other food other than from this restaurant that evening. Severe and acute food poisoning will occur within a few hours. The attitude of this owner really shows. Such big portion for delivery!

we wanted to find an authentic italian restaurant and this location did not disappoint. I ordered the fungi pizza and it was amazing. They used different kinds of mushrooms and the cheese wasnt too heavy. They used fresh ingredients and you can just tell the recipe was home made. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and our server was very accommodating. My mom requested a sort of customized pasta where she just wanted white sauce with all seafood included. The server had no problem making that happen and my mom enjoyed her meal alot. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

The service was very good, food was brought out promptly, the menu was full of classic italian dishes and the veal prepared well. the atmosphere was nice with just enough light to feel cozy.

This place has certainly not aged well. The decor is old ( unchanged in over 20 years), food is average. My lasagna was just pasta and tomato suce. Barely any meat. The entertainment was not very good. It is an older crowd, and I am 56. We were told that Federico would be the singer when we booked, but we were surprised that he was replaced by a lady that could barely sing. I was also turned off by a waiter that pushed alcohol sale. Not a good overall experience, especially considering that it is not cheap.

Baci is always my safe spot. Great food, great service, and a nice environment. Whether dining in or taking out, it s always a safe choice for comforting Italian food. I ve been a client for years and have never tried anything I didn t like. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: They offer many vegetarian options and you can still ask them to remove anything from the dish if necessary.

Excellent food. Our server shared with us that while she had been a server in other restaurants, she had just started working here. We expected better from someone who was experienced. The Friday night live music was great, I love the Italian oldies, but there was a bit of a mix to please everyone. I would recommend this restaurant.

I would NEVER go back to this restaurant again. If I could give zero star, I would. The food was so mediocre. My friends garlic creamy pasta was tasteless. Even more upsetting is that the customer service was horrible! When we needed the waiter, he was nowhere to be found. He was impatient and seemed quite frankly, arrogant. We were not satisfied with the experience at all, so we didnt want to tip too much. I think the waiter didnt understand the concept of tipping. Customers would tip more if they had a good experience. Its one thing to hope but another to expect big tips. We had a horrible experience. He had the audacity to say out loud to my guest about her not tipping enough. The nerve! I called the restaurant to complain and the owner was, as expected, equally arrogant and defensive. The staff and even the owner need to be retrained on what good customer service means. Every good restaurant I went to, they always asked if I wanted the food to be served individually or wait for everyone to be served together. Whereas this restaurant, every time customer complains, they do not sympathize and just talk back and argue. Very unprofessional....What a low class restaurant.

Came here for the dineout. Firstly, we got the most wonderful foccacia with some garlic oil and it was damnn good. The caesar salad is okay but the caprese salad was much better. The pasta just looked super basic but they tasted very well. The veal and basa are very well seasoned although they look super basic. The side dishes of the entree are so much super good. The tiramisu has good interesting taste but the texture is too firm if its less firmer it would have been better. And i personally love the taste of the creme brulee and not usually a fan of this. The sugar coating is too thick try to use less then it would be perfect. This is not bad. Cheers!

We came here on a Friday night with my husband because we both love Italian food. The place has been renovated and it s beautiful. There is also a great dance floor and singer. The menu looked great with lots of options. Our waiter Bela was very professional especially with my long list of allergies. He suggested a great bottle of wine that paired very well with our meal. Food was delicious. We had a great experience and very much looking forward to go back.

I have been a bit hesitant to go out and eat after covid, but the staff at Baci made me feel comfortable and they were exceptionally professional. They made me feel like part of their family! The place was nice and clean. The Tortellini fungi was amazing and our waiter Bella was just amazing and he knows his wine :) I will recommend Baci to all my friends and family.

I had an awesome night dining at Baci . Our waiter ,Bela , made us feel comfortable the instant we sat down. Polite , good sense of humor and knowledgable choosing our wine and food selection. Was a wonderful evening.will return and request Bela as our waiter . .

Ordered: Margherita Pizza, Spaghetti Pomodoro and Fettuccine Prosciutto e Pisselli with chicken. The pastas and pizza were delicious, flavorful, fresh, hot and not to mention the portions were large. Delivery was shorter than the estimated time (approximately 30 minutes/6 km distance). P.S. The Spaghetti Pomodoro (picture) doesnt come with cheese on top. I added my own Parmesan cheese to it.

Authentic and rich taste of seafood!! I went at 6pm before the rush. Atmosphere is super romantic in a traditional sense. Service is excellent.. kinda felt like I was in Italy! Hope to go back when they bring live music with lift in covid restrictions. Overall a fantastic exp and will be back.

Celebrated a cousins 65th at Baci. Had a wonderful evening! Amazing food and great service. Nice to have music and dancing back! Great place for any celebration.

Great quality food and excellent service

Had dinner for the first time at Baci with a friend and my daughter. I have drove past the restaurant several times on my way home from Port Moody and have never given it a second thought. I wanted to find something half way for us to meet, so I made reservations and am so glad I did. We will definitely return. The ambience was very nice, our Servers were so welcoming and friendly, and the food outstanding. We started with the Barbabietole e Rucola e Spinacio Salad, which was quite good. Made with beets, arugula, spinach, goat cheese, honey pecan nuts, balsamic honey dressing. We would definitely recommend. We also had the Scaloppine Marsala e Funghi and it was amazing. We highly recommend Baci Ristorante. Will return on the weekend when they have a live band and dancing. Bravo Baci Ristorante. Reservations a must though.

Went on Mother s Day and honestly I was very disappointed. The food is really bad quality and extremely expensive for what it is. Got a Caesar salad and the portion was extremely small for 13 dollars??? Then I got the pasta with lots of seafood and marinara sauce, it was alright but small portions for seafood and no crab meat at all ( salmon instead) when they say it has crab. Got a pizza with salmon and it was disgusting! The pizza was $30 dollars for a store bought dough and had SMALL thin slices for salmon and was on 3 pieces of the whole pizza! The pizza was awful and not worth it at all! The service was pretty good and the restaurant is nice inside and out! Clean and nice presentation, but I m so sad to say the food was awful! I wish to say it was good but just not worth the money at all

Beautiful place . Every item on the menu was very Tasty . Portions were good to for one person. Staff was super nice . They catered to your needs. Sangria was so good that I had 2 . Lots of choices for non-vegetarian but 1 or 2 choices for vegetarians. Table set u was great but the place itself was little Dark for my liking. Outside of the building wasn t very fancy either . 3kids 3 adult was $250+

Unfortunately got food poisoning here. I think bad sausage in a pasta dish. My partners prawns were stale. The following two days of not being able to eat made up for the food bill. Great service however

I am always ordering the same mushrooms pasta, always been happy. Except today when I received a ridiculous small amount of pasta, with 5 mushrooms. When you pay 21$, you except quantity or quality, I had none of that.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is terrific. Staff are super friendly. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you come during happy hour, which is from 3-6pm (a decent end time). We will be back.

Been there too many times, hard to suggest specific thing to eat because whatever we have had so far been delicious. Try mussels, salmon, pasta, veal, chicken, shrimp and.... just to think about their food makes me hungry. Should I mention their Gelato? Aside from food, place always looks like a big family gathering, warm and friendly with live entertainment. Go once and youll be going there blind folded.

My wife had the halibut which was cooked perfectly. The gnocchi were fantastic. The veal marsala was delicious as was their lasagne. We finished with their tiramisu which was light and very flavourful. We cant wait to go again.

Ordered pizza delivery today and it arrived hot and crispy. Perfect amount of char. Fungi pizza was AMAZING! kids ordered a plain cheese and it was delicious too.

Staff are friendly and restaurant is clean. Food was tasty but WAY overpriced. No where on earth should a chicken parm cost $30 especially when it comes with 1 small potato and 1 piece of brocolini. I understand prices for groceries are high but goodness me a small piece of chicken 1 potato and 1 brocolini cant be that much. Kind of embarrassing to serve such a small portion for a ridiculous price . Wont be coming back cause the prices for what you get is absurd.

Atmosphere was romantically dim lit, fantastic vibe. Great music and energy, enough room to dance to work off the food if you want. Live music was not uncomfortably loud. Vibrant oldies for live music, which perfectly fit the mood. Salads were exquisite. Pizza was ok. Pasta could be better. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend going for couples and friends.

Music is worth it, that s all, restaurants food is below average, also when I finish my salads they expecting I keep the fork and knife for my main course! Hell with that! I let her know it s not the way should be! And she should bring new set instead! You can t pretend you high class Resturant and play dirty dish! My four star is for music only, I also think the owner is an Gentleman but he should look after the servers more closely!

How fun was this place!! Not only was the food and service really great but we had such a good time experiencing the singers/entertainment for the evening which got us all out on the dance floor (unexpected). Everyone was genuinely so kind and wonderful...so much like a family atmosphere!

My boyfriend and I went on a date last night to Baci and were very happy with the service and the food! We ve ordered it a couple times on Uber Eats, however this was our first dine-in experience. I wish I thought to ask the servers name, but he was very personable, friendly, efficient and gave us a memorable dining experience - one we won t soon forget. I can tell he is passionate about his job, he loves what he does and enjoys working with people. Will definitely be back!

Excellent meal, great atmosphere, wonderful service. I was honestly worried walking in, since it was a ghost town (covid times), but was very pleasantly surprised. We took the waiters recommendations for everything on the dine out Vancouver menu, and loved it all - great wine too!

We love Bacci. They always have great Italian music and the atmosphere is magical. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The owners Marino and Mitra are wonderful and keep everything running like clockwork. There is no other place like Bacci!

First time visiting and wish I d found this place years ago. Absolutely amazing service, literally haven t had service this good in as far as I can remember. They were busy and we still felt extremely well taken care off. Had a salad and pasta, great portions, delicious food,vegetarian options nice romantic vibe, well lit. Great ambiance and menu. Wait staff was busy but managed to keep up. Pleasant dining experience and for a bonus there was a musician that provided soft guitar background. The actual food did not disappoint.

Loved our very first dinner with MAD Jazz live musical night at the restaurant. Lovely ambiance and delicious food. Courteous service with servers frequently visiting table n making sure of any thing needs attention. A bit too much of an eye though but it was understandable for how they make sure all stays neat and taken care of right away. We enjoyed the evening with MAD Jazz live performance. Definitely a place to revisit n bring family n friends. Parking easily available right on the street. It was the weekend n after hours were free.

Today is my first experience with this restruant through Uber Eat , the Risotto very poor and the taste not Italian at all , also the Tiramisu very very very bad unfortunately I don t recommend this restruant if you know what s the Italian style look like .

Been here a few times for lunch and I always leave so satisfied. Shared a pizza and spaghettini with mussels in a white sauce. So so good. Love the complimentary bread too. The ambiance is perfect.
