Been to multiple Chipotle's across the lower mainland and this location takes the number one spot on being the most stingy. Went to this location 3 times. Once in person (got a burrito bowl that turns out to be a burrito cup) then tried ordering online with the extra option and again it's like a scoop or rice, a scoop of veggies, a pinky sprinkle of cheese. They definitely are consistent tho. Consistently stingy. Do yourself a favor if you want chipotle, go to another location
Consider re-evaluating the manager on duty/the person in charge. Rude customer service. Got 2 bowls, 1 veggie and 1 chicken and both had steak in it. Upon calling the restaurant they put me on hold and then hung up. When my friend went in person and got the manager to make the bowls again, my chicken bowl had no chicken. Wasted both our breaks at work and paid for food that wasn’t even correct twice. I understand it’s fast food, but I at least expect my order to be correct, especially after two attempts.
I asked for half and half protein, the lady decides to give me only half a scoop of protein each, to which i complained. I got charged double protein for a normal bowl. Never again. Worst service ever.
I give 2 stars only because the food was tasty. The service was zero. The server slaps the food into the bowl which makes the sauce splatter around the bowl. The steak dish was empty and they were scrambling to find some and spoke in their language. It was about 9.30pm and it looked like they were rushing customers. The food looked like remains that could not be refilled. Attitude of server was zero. I recommended the food and the persons came along with me to try it out and they too complained about the service. They felt rushed. You close at 11pm so there should be enough food for customers. We wanted to dine in but was annoyed at the service so we took our food and sat outside. Do better Chipotle!
I’ve been to this Chipotle several times, and it’s always the same disappointment. The portions are extremely small, with the containers almost half empty. Additionally, the staff working here show no enthusiasm for their job; they serve with bad attitudes and lack any effort. I expected better service and a reasonable amount of food for what I paid. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered from doordash and i know they don’t give a lot on online orders so i just ordered a kids choice tacos and got chicken, cheese, and white rice. THERE WAS NO CHICKEN. and I know it’s always busy and that’s fine as long as my food is right. It took them like 30 to “prepare” my order and they forgot the most important part of it.. and yes i still ate it cause i was starving edit: as u can see they replied to my review but i tried getting help already and only got a $2 credit on doordash..
I recently ordered online, (first time customer at this location) and due to time couldn’t find out where it was, (it’s just outside, next to the mall). I’m a student and had class that I had to be at, and so I drove back to my campus without my food. At this point, while driving, I called the location to let them know I couldn’t pick it up, and totally thought that was the end of it. But the lady on the phone had a great tone and was proactive about finding ways to solve my problem. Offering solutions and talking with her manager, and eventually we came to the conclusion that they could keep my order till after my class ends. Which is many hours later, and meant the world to me, since I love their food and would obviously be hungry after class. I have to say, I’ve had many interactions ordering food and calling restaurants, and this was definitely one of the best calls I’ve had. Quick, efficient, and effective! I did head over when my class finished, and they knew exactly what I had ordered! I mentioned mines probably the one that’s been sitting there for hours haha and I thought I’d be getting that, and honestly I would’ve been happy with that. But they knew my situation, and without a second thought they completely remade my order for me! (Fully filling my burrito bowl and not skimping out on any ingredients) During that time, they were also super busy, yet still had a great atmosphere and attitude towards all customers. Overall great service!! 10/10
Three hours until close and you ONLY HAVE tofu, a little beef, and soft shells left? Don t give me half as much beef as usual just so you can keep serving people and make money. The girl on till on December 18 at 8 had the SNOTTIEST attitude. First of all cash still exists in the world, so why you pissed off and roll your eyes? second of all WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED FOR SOUR CREAM?! no it wasn t a SIDE, it s just SOUR CREAM! almost 2 dollars for WHAT?! And when i ask why im being charged she s like it s a side do you want it or not sorry what? where on the board does it say sour cream is a side? Guacamole is extra!

On 29th November at around 8:30 PM I went to Chipotle and I was ordering my burrito bowl. While waiting in a line I saw one employee was eating protein (chicken) from a bowl which was going to serve to customer. This is not a hygiene for a customer. That employee was eating directly from it. I tried to read the name of that employee but there was no name batch so I couldnt get it. From next time I will not visit to this place. It is very unhygienic.
So , I visit this store multiple times a month and every time there is a long queue to get the order because one individual for front and one for kitchen is working and rest of employees are roaming around and chatting although the store is busy. Unprofessional employee behaviour towards their jobs.

This is my family s go to spot when we want chipotle, the food is good, but today my little sister brought a bowl and came home and was mid way eating it when she found a long piece of hair all stuck in the food she has short hair and this was the second time this has happened . I don t think I feel comfortable to go there anymore which is a shame cause we love chipotle. Also the employees, specially these two women, whenever they see me they start talking bad about me in Hindi, thinking I can t understand. At first I didn t think much of it, but I have seen it happen a lot of times now, I am not a Karen or delusion istg, I rlly didn t wanted to make a scene, (I am only 16, and they are like 23 atleast) but I have heard them say bad stuff about me as a costumer for no reason, and I don t understand, because I am very polite when asking for things, I add a thank you and please for every tiny thing, so I started ordering online to avoid this tbh but today I just went in person in the evening and the team was super sweet!

I was left waiting at the till for 5 minutes to be checked out while there was 3 employees in front of me chatting, the manager was changing the till money, but, didn t acknowledge me at all. I asked out loud if I could pay, and was ignored. Bad customer service. Also, had to ask for my burrito to be wrapped again because it was leaking and falling apart. No utensils in the area, food all over the floor, nowhere to sit. Just a big mess. Won t be coming back.

I recently had a very disappointing experience ordering from Chipotle through DoorDash. I ordered a vegetarian meal, clearly marked as such, but what I received was a non-vegetarian dish. This is not just a matter of preference; it is a violation of my dietary restrictions and religious beliefs. As a vegetarian, I rely on restaurants to respect my dietary choices. Receiving non-vegetarian food was not only upsetting but also disrespectful to my beliefs. I urge other vegetarians and those with strict dietary restrictions to be cautious when ordering from Chipotle through DoorDash. It is incredibly important for both the restaurant and the delivery service to ensure that orders are correct and that they respect customers dietary needs. Mistakes like this can have serious implications and should not be taken lightly. Until they improve their attention to dietary preferences, I can not recommend Chipotle or DoorDash for anyone who is vegetarian or has strict dietary requirements. I hope Chipotle and DoorDash take this feedback seriously and improve their service to prevent such issues in the future
I visited this location this evening and was disappointed to be denied a cup of water because I hadnt made a purchase. I was told Id need to pay for a drink to get water. This policy is off-putting and doesnt encourage customer loyalty. Never experienced such ridiculous behaviour. So poor on customer service.

I always go to chipotle for both personal and business lunches. Tj and his team are always so accommodating and always provide the best and freshest food. Would highly recommend a visit to Chipotle in Metrotown!!

Always line up to place orders and pick up foods. There are enough dine-in tables inside and outside tables. Washrooms need to get clean more often since many costomers keep using it on and on.
I recently went 2 times and was really bad. I enjoy go chipotle but this location is really bad. They put the new employees to make the meals and they put small portions. The burrito has a lot of tortilla to spare wrapped. I will stop to go there. Is a waste of money if you make small burritos and bowls.

Mediocre branch with terrible service the employees seem uninterested in working and are always somewhat rude. I feel discriminated against as other specific customers are receiving way bigger portions than what I am receiving which is totally unacceptable. The only reason why I m giving 2 stars is the convenience of the location.

Flavor always good, love Chipotle. But the service not so good, staff who served was careless and seemed rude, and it tends to be like that every time I visit. We arrived 20 minutes before it closed and he told us they were closing and we could not sit and they could not give us sauces. We sat anyways and they ended up giving us the sauce, left way before closing time.

Ordered a Quesadilla online with a couple of burritos for my friends. I went to go collect the food all is already packed and sealed in a bag. Get home unpack the burritos and chips, open the Quesadilla container at the bottom, just for it to have all the sauces, but no quesadillas . My friends enjoyed their food, but how does a box get closed without the main ingredient . First visit to this branch, and last.

It took around 30 minutes for line up to clear. A guy was trying his best to clear line up and other employees giggling in the back. When I tried to order online and the girl showed up attitude when I followed up with my order as it was showing completed on Uber but yet not completed physically.
Im loving this location now. I asked for extra rice - no problem; asked for extra vegetables - no problem; asked for extra sauce and lettuce - absolutely no problem. This person was trained for customer service. Thank you. You are one of very few people that listens to your customer.
This location serves much less quantity than other locations in Vancouver. And they just focussed on getting done. Don t even listen to what ingredients I want. NO EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A HAIR NET.

I ordered online and Pick-up. I went there on my exact pick-up time, i know my order was done but this one crew member didn t hand it to me as she keeps on talking and chitchatting with their I assume not on duty crew member. They also ask for my name but still didn t give my order, they didn t put it on the shelf they just put it beside the receipt printer. I don t want to be rude or disrespect if I will just grab it from there i know being the customer is not allowed to go near where they prepare the food. I hope you train this kind of employee when handling online order.

I am pure vegetarian and I ordered a vegetarian bowl through uber eats from chipotle mexican grill but I received a non-vegetarian bowl.
The cashier mistook my order with the guy behind me. The old man checked to make sure there was no mistake in my order, but without checking carefully, he said yes, and I took the item. I wanted to buy my boyfriend some delicious food that he likes, but I was very disappointed when he received something different, and I feel very sorry for him when he came home after working all day.

NOTE: I only post really good reviews or bad, no three star reviews. So here it is: service staff need more training on how to properly prepare meals, among other issues. Whenever I visit I notice that some patrons receive more food and others less. It seems that if the servers like you based on your appearance, attitude, or friendliness, they will give you more food from what I observed. Also, each time I tell the server what I want, they always ask redundant questions about the same information I told them. For example, Me: I want a steak bowl with white rice to go. Them: Do you want white rice or brown?, etc. The restaurant layout is also bad, having to line up in a close (too close for my preference) circle around tables full of patrons to order. Also, I dont know if its just me, but sometimes when I get to the order station after queuing up in a long, awkward, circular line, trying not to bump into other people, the server leaves without saying anything and starts to do other things. Then I wait 2-3 minutes until another server shows up to take my order. And, interestingly, anyone that has gone to Chipotle at least once knows that guacamole cost extra. Its even displayed on their menu, yet each time I get to the guacamole station they always tell me Guacamole is extra. Yes. It. Is. Extra. Please just give me the guac. Also, the quality of ingredients has gone down lately (2024) even though they have at least four employees in the kitchen constantly cooking. I had the steak today (May 08) and it was bland and dry. Unimpressed. Due to these inconsistencies, Ill take my business to Chronic Tacos located in the food court. At least there you get what you pay for. Adios!

My partner picked up 2 bowls and had to pay 3 times because the cashier said the payment didnt work. Twice on ApplePay, and once on credit card, now 3 payments are showing up in her bank account. Employees need more training.

The store is super dirty!!! There are lots of crew member who were busy talking chit chatting with each other than maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

It felt chaotic with everyone rushing around, resulting in orders being hurriedly prepared and instructions not properly followed. I would recommend that the staff slow down and take the time to politely inquire about each customers preferences. The rushed service led to mistakes in my meal, highlighting the need for improvement in their approach to customer service. Overall, it detracted from the enjoyment of the meal and left me feeling dissatisfied.
Tried the Softitas bowl for the first time. I think its a plant based protein / tofu and I liked it. I always get the veggie bowl otherwise. Really like the bowls here.

At this establishment, Ive noticed that portion sizes can be quite inconsistent, with some staff members offering noticeably smaller servings. I was particularly surprised to be charged extra for additions like corn and sour cream, which are typically complimentary. Given the minimal initial servings, its natural to request more, yet this seems to be met with unnecessary charges. Unfortunately, such practices can detract from the dining experience. In particular, interactions with an employee named Soniya have been less than satisfactory, further impacting my overall impression of the service here.
chipotle is always good when i go here. it was still good when i got my bowl, but it was barely anything. i could never finish my bowl whenever i purchase one but today, i did finish it.

The biggest change is the quantity of food you are given (about 30% less). It used to be that you have to tell them to stop, but now I found myself mumbleing, come on, come on, one more scoop. In the end, I am not full after practically licking the container! I cant frequence this place anymore as I dont get a full meal.
