We just came home from this place. When we got there, there was hardly anybody seated, but unfortunately the server seated us next to a very noisy table of a couple of young men. She must have heard evidence prior to us arriving.. Her service was very good though overall. We ordered some sushi rolls and Gas, which we thought should ve included chopsticks but but we had to ask. Our drinks were very good, but I had to ask for some cherries to go with my old-fashioned. The food was excellent! The most annoying part of the whole experience, was when the manager held court for a team meeting just adjacent to us at a corner table. She was extremely loud, was basically conducting an employee review of what sounded like a new employee, along with having a cook at the table. I didn t spend over $175 to listen to the manager critiquing that employee, or listen to her .period. I m not there to listen about details of your operations. I felt very sorry for him. In my management past, discussions/meetings at that level would have been held in my office, and in private. Customer s should NEVER be exposed to that. Might come back again, but then might not. The senior Management of Browns, need to brush up on Professionalism among its employees.

We made a reservation and pre-ordered our lunch choices for our group of 24 seniors. We were greeted at the door and treated like kings & queens. They had even arranged for parking for our bus. We were seated in comfortable booths and our food arrived within half an hour. Everyone enjoyed their meal and appreciated the great service. GM Sarah and her team are amazing. We will definitely be back! (I would have chosen a rating of 10 stars if it had been an option)

Great location and service and pretty good atmosphere. We were there for the hockey game. The volume should have been louder. Unfortunately its the food that needs Improvement. Like when you came in the chicken wings were the smallest in the city. Also the meat portion in both the burger and the beef bowl for half that of other restaurants. Flavors were good but wheres the beef? Thanks again

I discovered the Fancy Tomato Sandwich here when I was going in for the Ramen Bowl. Disappointed that Ramen is off the menu as it argueably is the best Ive had even after going to countless specialty Ramen restaurants, but cant wait for when they bring it back in the fall. Family friendly as we dine with kids. Lots of flexible options for splitting meals for kids. Server was bubbly, personable and great attitude. I love that we dont have to wait too long to be seated with kids. Weve walked out of Cactus Clubs and have started eating in Browns before Cactus was ready to seat us. Efficient service here at browns. Vegetarian options: Their fancy tomato sandwich Is vegetarian but chicken can be added at an extra charge.

Food was good, but not amazing and the price is pretty high, that being said what isnt these day at a restaurant. Atmosphere is pretty good too, nice tables etc.

Talk about a change or a glow up! Whoever changed their menu, Brown s definitely needs to give them a raise. And the chefs as well for making it so consistently! I went to the Coquitlam one then made my other friends come to the Burnaby one, and they all loved it. I mean I have tried so many things here at this point, it s better than cactus and earls and it s cheaper. The quality and the workers and the management is all great too. Great job looking forward to come again 100%!

No volume for Stanley Cup final game. Unacceptable. Do not come here to watch any sort of important game. Service and food were good, as usual.

A bit perplexing they not only didnt have sound on for the Stanley Cup finals, they wouldnt, out of corporate policy, even though most of us in the place were cheering. Odd for a sports bar filled with TVs.

Im not a very social person. I would prefer to stay at home to watch a game. Browns is an amazing place with an amazing atmosphere. (Tj?)was our server and her service was impeccable and she was very punctual. The food was amazing, and the gyozas were so good!!! With all the screens to watch sports it sure made it easy to watch the game! The 2nd time we went to watch hockey,we had reserved a table with the most amazing view of their big screen. The food this te around was more scrumptious then the first time!!! We will definitely be coming back here.

Overpriced, low quality food..also I asked for extra corn as a substitution instead of feta cheese and got nothing extra, and the dates were missing .stupid me for leaving a tip.

I am new to Canada and have felt left down by the friendly Canadian service experience i had thought would be the standard. Luckily at my local Browns Socialhouse i have always left with a fantastic experience! Just had my 3rd visit in 2 months and everything from service, food quality, excellent drinks and great atmosphere has been topped every time! A special shoutout to host Sarah and bartender Sam who made me feel so welcome with warm smiles and great service. Keep up the amazing work team!

Double check your meat as they tend to do whatever they feel like on the term. Mine was well done where I asked for an entirely different term.

I ordered ramen through Skip the Dishes. Unfortunately my order was not correctly made and the noodles were missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to Caterina, who went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I just wanted to say how I appreciate your service attitude and your problem-solving skills, you showed you care and that is priceless.

Was in on Sat celebrating my friends birthday and had a great time. Not sure what the name of the server was but the Manager (Diego) took the time to make sure our experience was amazing! He looked after the burthday girl treated us to dessert. Will be back for sure!

Weve frequented various Browns locations in the past, but this was our first time at this one. We visited on a Friday night, and they promptly seated our group of six, which was nice since we didnt have a reservation. Unfortunately, the food quality didnt meet our expectations this time. It just didnt taste as good as usual. The service was also lacking. Our server didnt check on us during our meal, and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get boxes for our leftovers. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this location.

Atmosphere improved when high-volume football game was turned down about 1000 decibels on request (not mine so I know I wasnt the only one LOL) We had two burgers and they were very tasty - dont know what kind of wizardry was used on the fries...they were perfect and stayed hot till the very last. Our server TJ was great - knowledgeable, attentive, funny and got all our detailed orders exactly right. Well be back! Thanks, and hope the staff had a fun belated holiday party! Small issue and the GM Diego Ribeiro handled it asap

The food was terrible. It was so over-spiced we could hardly eat it. This was the cowboy salad which we have eaten many times at other Browns so we know what it should taste like. Also the sushi. The burger and fries were nothing much to speak of. Maybe the chef had a bad night!!! Also the noise was deafening. We came out of there hoarse voiced after trying to talk to our companions. The server came by and apologized because the music was so loud and they were trying to figure out how to fix it !!! We will avoid this location in the future.

Diego and his staff went above and beyond for the hockey team I manage. We booked the day prior for a group of 30, and they went above and beyond in so many ways. I had called 4 other restaurants prior to Browns and none were willing to accommodate us due to our number and it being a Friday night. So grateful for the service and delicious food! Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Always make a point of coming here whenever Im in the area. My favourite location by far.

Our waitress forgot about us (was not busy). We saw her chatting at the bar with other co workers and the kitchen staff regularly. When she realized she forgot about us she gave no apologies and had another staff member come to our table for the bill. No accountability. They need to hire better staff.

Unfortunatelly i (personally) didnt have a great experience at this location! They didnt have my preffered drink (which you will find in any other restaurant) and i wasnt offered/suggest any other good options. Service was poor! Since they were focusing in another table with 6-8 ppl apparently friends/co-workers So yeah unfortunatelly not a comeback for me!

Was pleasantly surprised by the appies we had but the service was almost nonexistent. I left without knowing who our server was because we would just flag down whomever we could catch the eye of. There were only 2 other tables besides the people at the bar meanwhile servers dancing and gossiping which is all good but not when customers are looking to spend money and would like to be asked if they need something rather than waving a random employee down

Definitely not the franchise restaurant and location i would choose. It was fairly appalling to see the amount of guac they put for the quacamole and chips. Food was below par. There are tons of other places around here that would be a better visit.

Good food and great atmosphere. Really need to advertise the secret kids menu more. Looks like the curry has been removed, at least it is no longer listed on the menu via the website, which if true is a huge disappointment and a mistake.

Service and food are both great at this location! Even with new patio dining only restrictions - due to covid restrictions, they have space heaters at most tables to ensure that customers are still comfortable. They also accept reservations, which is hard to find since the new restrictions. If youre looking for a nice meal out (and that also means outside), this is definitely the place to go!

Normally Browns hits it out of the park for its price point, but tonight we waited nearly 15 minutes before a server came to get us a drink order and only after my partner went to the bar to request a server to come to our table. Our food was delicious once it got to us, but our appy and our mains all came out at once despite my asking the appy come out first. Staff were friendly enough and apologetic for some things, but the thing is, it wasnt crazy busy in the lounge when we came in just before 5pm. Well give this location another shot but Im hoping they can show up a bit better next time.

I have become used to the lack of customer service places have these days, this place is different. I arrived 5 minutes early to pick up take out. In those 5 minutes, 3 people checked to make sure I had been helped. When my food was ready, another nice person brought me my food with a handwritten note on the bag thanking me for my business. I highly recommend them for their service alone. The food was really good too.

Brown social houses are all very similar however this one was quite nice inside. Very pleasant staff and what youd expect from Browns in regards to food and beverages. It was a good time.

Fantastic time, but was super disappointed to see the butter chicken off the menu, it was by far the best thing on the menu and the reason my grandma and i would come weekly! Hope to see it back!
