Did you know that , in Chinese means various flavours? Marble House has always been known for their ayce hot pot, but did you know that they also have dim sum and various options such as bbq duck and congee? Recently I have been going to their dim sum for lunch with my friends. Every dim sum place I have been going to has been super expensive. But I have been going to Marble because you really get good Dim variety of dim sum, comfortable seating and for its bang for its buck. For $15.25, you can get their congee combo where it comes with a Chinese donut, congee and one premium dim sum dish. My must order is their durian mochi which is my current obsession. It s so airy and fresh and full of durian meat and the mochi texture is just right. Sometimes it s sold out but highly recommend!! Hot pot When you think of hot pot, you always think it s cheap hot pot with poor quality of food. But at Marble, I am always amazed on them being inventive and wanting to approve. For example, you can now order on iPad vs paper ( I miss the paper tbh) which is really great as most of their food items have a picture which I really appreciate. Note you have to order by the quantity when you input in. Also, they now have different soup and they all tastes great. The one I got was tomato and I really liked it The service is always exceptional and the staff there are always really friendly and I would recommend to those who love hot pot to get their fix here

Owner is always walking around being helpful, attentive and chatty with customers. Food is great, great prices, must go. Kid friendly which is nuts, wouldn t really say that for most hot pot places.

Absolutely the best hot pot restaurant. The meat is incredible and all ingredients are fresh. Theres also something different about the atmosphere - the staff are all genuinely helpful and happy. It feels like a family working together. The dish washer walked by my table and saw my wife taking selfies and offered to take a pic for us. The owner came and offered us 4 plates of their waygu beef for free, he said because our kids are so cute. This place is just the best.

Went as a group of 4. The quality of meat was better than any other place. The service was quick, and we all had a great time.

One of the few places out there that provides all you can eat hot pot at a fair price. The service is attentive and friendly and the food taste good.

The food here is awesome!! Using a tablet to order food is nice and latenight place is really affordable for ayce hotpot! Love the ice cream at the end, too. I would def come here more often.

My friends and I came here often for their hot pots and other dishes. Its time to update my review of the Marble House. We had selected 5 non-hot pot dishes to order & found out only hot pot was available. The server told us they didnt have a chef to prepare any menu items. If you want just average hot pot, this is the place. We ended up walking out. Unfortunately, the host didnt tell us right from the get-go. We wont be back. One of the worse hotpot places I ve been to in Vancouver/ Burnaby! Service was super slow and they said because they are busy! The restaurant wasn t half full! And there were 7 workers! Food came out extremely slow and order system is wack! Took us two hours to finish dinner! You order 10 fish balls they only give you one! I can t remember the times I had to ask the waiter where s my food or refill items! Overall bad experience

Update: the sliced short rib always the first thing to order. High quality of beef, couldn t have this in chocho for free. Like the new cotton machine, so fun to watch it. Always like to bring my kids to here

The duck thigh in the duck thigh rice is super oily and fragrant, and each rice costs 10.5 net. Unfortunately, I ate it twice and didn t remember to take a photo.

Came for the late night AYCE hot pot. The $5.99 sauce options was definitely worth it,although I wish they had more vegetable options for the late night menu. Will be back again

Lunch time dimsum, quality dimsum, menu is not as big as other places, but it is so delicious, as I forgot to take some of my order. recommended for truffles siumay and deep fried silver fish. Parking is very busy, free for 2 hrs. Restaurants wait is very long, but I do call couples hours before to make reservations. price is between $7-$9 for standard dimsum. Vegetarian options: some items are vegetarian

The good mood of the evening meal was ruined. The two waitresses talked to me in Mandarin. They told me that they did not understand Mandarin. They asked for the menu for a long time and couldnt hear me. They looked back two or three times and then turned their heads away. I don t know if it s because I can t understand people or something, but I waited for a long time to find out that the menu is on the pad. My attitude is not good at all. If you can t be a waiter, you better not do it. It affects other people s mood.

2024.08 It is cooked to order. Those who are afraid of being hungry can order the roasted meats first, as the food will be served faster. You have to wait longer for claypot rice. 2024.07 Qianwei Kitchen, the roast duck series is delicious, and the claypot rice is delicious.

The barbeque duck is complete with neck and head unique in Lower mainland. The skin is crispy and the meat is moist and juicy. The taste is full and right. We rate it the best in Vancouver that can match the ones in Hong Kong/Macau and China. We highly recommend it. Food

Love their item selections for AYCE hotpot. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Even the desserts were a hit! There are many options to choose. They even have a cotton candy machine, u just need to put their coin and select the style u want. Would definitely come back!

Today I ordered a Shaolang Rice Roll Rice Roll and Beef Fried Noodles. I think I like the sauce that goes with the rice roll rice rolls, but the portion itself is a bit small and I think it s a bit expensive. The fried noodles are a big portion and can be very filling, but the sauce The sauce is a little lighter, so you can ask the waiter for some sauce to go with it. The store itself is on the second floor, and the first floor is a hot pot restaurant, so don t make the mistake of thinking it s closed.

There are lots of hot pot selections here. There is a good variety of soup base you can choose from and the quality of the food is good for an all you can eat restaurant. And the price is very reasonable also so overall it is a great place to go for hot pot

CHECK YOUR UTENSILS. Things were unsanitary and unclean. When I poured water into my cup, grease pooled on top of it, probably due to being unclean. I asked for another cup and it was the same thing. The chopsticks were also dirty, like I saw sauce residue on it and had to ask for another. Plus when we were eating, halfway through a cockroach fell from the ceiling onto the table. It killed our appetite. Would not eat again. Also they dont take amex.

The menu is rich, and the self-service hot pot also includes claypot rice and braised food. This barbecue restaurant is also highly recommended.

I went to drink tea again at the end of March, and I was disgusted. I sat there for 35 minutes to catch up with customers in order to do more business. It was such a bad attitude to catch up with customers, so it was better to leave as soon as possible and close the shop. I went to Qianwei for tea this morning, and I was greatly disappointed. Except for the siomai, I was disappointed with everything. The only ingredients used in the fresh bamboo rolls were minced pork, and they had a strange smell (not fresh). The shrimp intestines and shrimps The tea is too fine and the powder is too thick, the tea leaves are too little and there is no tea flavor, but the worst thing is that it chases away customers. I have to chase customers away as soon as I finish eating. I will never patronize it again in my life, so I ll take it easy!

Our second time having hot pot this week and can t say enough good things about it. So so good!! The tom yum Thai soup base was delicious. It can be a *little* confusing on what to do to start but once you get the hang of it it s really easy. Submitting the order with the tablets was a nice touch!

Our first time here. The food was fresh and having ice to keep the food cold and not dry is a great idea. We also got their $5.99/table unlimited condiments option. Its totally worth it. We had our kids with us and they can share a soup with the adult to save some money. Cotton candy, ice cream and hot pot rice is definitely a nice touch. Kid-friendliness: Kids all you can eat is $19.99 and they can share a soup with the adult. Cotton candy and ice cream was a hit!

All the Marbles My friends and I used to frequent all the AYCE places by the Top Gun restaurant group, but they all seemed to be gone during the pandemic?!? Now this place replaced one of its AYCE spot. Anyways, passed by this place pretty often when mopping around Crystal Mall, but decided to come here for the first time. As far as I remember, there s only some minor changes done here since the previous restaurant. Anyways, here s what I ordered; 1. AYCE hot pot. $37.95/ person. I ordered each plate of the different beef slices but somehow they magically appeared even before I sent in my order and certain dishes randomly brought out without me ordering them. The meats were still pretty frozen up in rolls besides the first plate of beef. The veggies and other food were okay. The desserts such as the fresh tofu puddings and cotton candy were legit! 2. Double soup base (hot spicy & golden soup). The golden soup had a little fresh abalone in it lol. Overall pretty basic soup base and taste wise. 3. Pork tripe with white pepper soup base. Light peppery pork bone taste. 4. Deep fried salt and pepper tofu. Cubed it a bit too small. 5. All available sauce and condiments. $5.99/ table. 6. All you can drink pop/ lemon iced tea. $3 7. Side of condensed milk for deep fried buns. $0.75 This place was like your typical AYCE hot pot place like before the pandemic, a very casual atmosphere and vibe. The service was decently okay, all the staffs were always moving and attentive especially in clearing away the empty dishes and refilling the soup bases. As for the food, they were overall pretty basic and average. I would say it s about $67/ person with all the extras, tax and tips in. With this price tag, it might struggle a bit because across the street, Cho Cho hot pot by Dolar Shop, is more higher end AYCE hotpot with better options for about the same price . Nevertheless, I finally realized I am not 19 years old anymore and I have a hard time making the AYCE worthwhile, therefore, I wouldn t put my marbles into the AYCE.

If I could, I wouldnt give it a single star. The so-called all you can eat is $37.5/ppl. In fact, you have to pay extra for everything, otherwise you won t be full. Rip people off, dont specify the price. Not recommended, not recommended to go.

A fun all you can eat hot pot experience inside Crystal Mall. The premium beef that s included in the regular menu is definitely the highlight in terms of menu selection. Pricing is fairly decent and very much in line with most all you can eat places. The service is good as their food constantly comes out. Some things cost extra, like condensed milk, but yet they have things like cotton candy as a dessert option that s included. They have a lot of variety on the dessert side, including a bubble tea soup, and a jelly. They have plenty of seats so it s a fun spot to come with a big group.

Id have to say this is the best ayce hot pot restaurant in BC! Quality of every single dish is too notch and the service is exceptionally good. Every server was very pleasant and friendly. Price is very reasonable as well. Will be back again!

Came here for AYCE sushi for $38. Overall the toppings were high quality. Fish cake and shrimp was fresh, veggies were fresh, and the meats were good quality served on a plate of ice. Broth was a bit disappointing. Both the white pepper and the Szechuan broth had no flavour to soak the meat, could have used more salt or richness. Tom yum broth was great however. And there s also sauce provided to dip your meat. Service was decent, and you can get ice cream to end your meal on a sweet note.

Busy and for good reasons. Food is fresh and good quality. Since its all-you-can-eat, lets not worry about the quantity. Lot of selection and since its an individual hot pot, everyone will get what they want and be happy. Remember to reserve your table to avoid disappointment. Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice for vegetarians but one will eat a lot more to justify the cost. Parking: Plenty of parking especially after the mall is closed at night.

Bought half of a bbq duck last week and it was chopped to pack in the take out box. The meat was was dried and not tasty. The worst thing was that the thigh and most of the breat meat were not there. So disappointing and will never go back.

The morning tea I had last week was very reasonably priced and tasted great, especially the carrot cake, which was super delicious and a must-try. I tried the hot pot last night and the fat beef tasted great. The all-you-can-eat meal for 40 dollars was really a good deal, and it was also delicious. Claypot rice is also delicious

The AYCE hotpot at this restaurant is excellent. The ingredients are fresh, and the broth is flavorful. I ordered the tomato broth, and it tastes delicious. The server here are very friendly and the service is attentive. I m sure I will back and eat again.

Ayce hot pot is a good deal, if you can t finish that much you can also order set menu. Also the dim sum is pretty authentic ! I had a cold last time , ordered congee and had a good sleep, woke up second day and I m fully recovered! Food

The lunch combo is especially good value. Both the roast duck and barbecue pork taste great, and it comes with a drink at an affordable price. Ive also tried their dim sum for lunch, and the steam vermicelli rolls are delicious.

It is a great dim sum and hot pot place. I LOVE their food and services. Both dim sum and hot pot offer lots of variety. Food is delicious and fresh. Servers are all nice and helpful. They have a BBQ section with lots of great choices. Very tasty. Good for dine-in or take out. Also, I really like the atmosphere after their reno. Lighting, decor, table placement make the restaurant very stylish. They are located inside the Crystall Mall so parking is free. You can easily make a reservation by calling them. They have a few big tables, which are good for big parties or family gathering. My daughter enjoys the complementary desserts and she will miss the restaurant if we dont go in a few weeks. It is a very kid-friendly restaurant. Very good price for the amount and quality of foods. Great dinning experience!

It seems to be the best hot pot restaurant Ive ever been to. Each person has their own pot, which is very hygienic and doesnt mix flavors. The beef is very fresh, and sometimes they have special dishes. Highly recommend it.

Revisited this dimsum hotpot restaurant recently. I found it so much better than it opened a couple years ago. More selection and services are much better. Reasonable prices for dimsum. Love their congee and claypot rice station. You can see your meals being prepared.

This is an absolutely No. 1 restaurant. I had been there for hot pot before. And yesterday, we went there for lunch. ordered some dim sum, rice, conjee, noodles, BBQ food and desserts. Stunning food taste and texture, reasonable price, excellent service, high end restaurant design and utensils. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for hotpot and the all-you-can-eat menu is reasonably priced compared to other options locally. They do also have a dimsum menu during the day. Large tables and ample free parking in Crystal Mall make this a good choice for when you are craving hotpot. Will definitely be returning and this is added to my list of hotpot restaurants to go to.

Staff were courteous. Service was fast. Food options from the all you can eat order form is quite extensive. Lots to choose from! The price is quite reasonable for the amount of food choices and service, 35$ + 6-9$ for soup base. There is also an all you can drink menu for 3$. I recommend trying the plum juice! I also love the idea of having individual hotpots. Making it easier to cook and enjoy, also more sanitary :) I would highly recommend trying!! PS. Make sure to make reservations, as some evenings are quite busy. Parking: Free Underground parking available, but the parking lot is quite tight in space. Careful when making a corner! :)

Extremely accommodating servers, very rare in Chinese owned restaurants, plus food fresh and very, repeat very good value. No wonder a long line up to get a table. Tables are booth, so very comfortable.

Personally, this is one of the few AYCE places that is worth the price. Price point isnt too high. Their fatty beef is delicious. They also have good options for food (that you dont have to pay extra for). They should offer more free toppings for sauces though. They only provide soy sauce and satay sauce free. They provide free dessert at the end of the meal as well. I think they switch up their ice cream flavours because I used to get black sesame and vanilla and last time, they had vanilla and watermelon. Reservations recommended. Parking: Theres street parking and the underground parkade as this restaurant is in a mall. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs.

Comically bad service deserving of a list. 1.) 4/6 people did not get their soup after over half an hour after ordering. 2.) We inform them that our soup is taking a while and ask for them to check on it. 3.) They forget again and notice 4/6 of us blank staring at each other and re take our soup order another 30 minutes after previously being informed of the soups not coming out. -> for this the manager gave us a 10% discount and free pop 4.) Our order is only partially filled the first time around, no biggie we have a second round. 5.) Our second order was mostly a copy of the first order as we still had not received items from the first order and they managed to miss some of the same items we never got on the first order. 6.) When we asked for dessert and the bill, they forgot... again. 7.) When they asked if we wanted dessert and the bill after forgetting we had already asked for it, they gave us another tables receipt. 8.) We asked them to check the receipt and received another incorrect receipt. 9.) When we were told we didnt tip we stated the aforementioned grievances and the server complained back to us that we a free pop and %10 off. The lack of a tip was most definitely intentional. Shout out to cashier Lisa for shaming us for not tipping after providing trash service. Its Insane to me that after service as bad as that, we still get hounded for a tip. The lack of a tip was due to terrible service and mixing up the bill and overcharging us. I get it, mistakes happen, but when they happen a second time, a third time and so on its crazy to be calling us out for not tipping. The service here seems to be very hit or miss as in previous experiences it was the best service I had ever experienced. Its a shame to see how far theyve fallen in such a short period of time. Shout out to the manager today though, he made sure our table received our soups after it was brought to his attention that we had been waiting for an hour and credit where credit is due, he did try to make it right with us with the discount and free pop. However the a couple of the workers under him are definitely bringing this place down. It appears Im not the only one with this experience. Best of luck to them hopefully they use this review as a guide to improve their service and fix some of their more glaring shortcomings. At this location, I received the worst service I have received from any restaurant that I have been to, which extended for the duration of our entire stay. They were delayed in seating my table for about 20 minutes for our reservation, and we waited over an HOUR for our broth to arrive, even after reminding servers TWO separate times. Our table submitted 3 menus during our stay, and about 1/3 of the things we ordered each time simply never arrived, even after reminding staff and re-ordering the same items with each menu. When we received our bill, it was incorrect and had to be corrected two separate times. At one point, the server noticed that she had given another table a plate we ordered, and then took it from their tray and put it on ours - This is a health code violation that should be reported, but after writing this review I simply do not want to waste any more energy and time engaging with this location. I had seriously considered refusing to pay for the meal, but upon payment, we (rightfully) did not tip, and then the waitress had the audacity to angrily question us why did you not tip even after receiving a discount - her words. I cannot understate her undeserved annoyance and entitlement when she asked this to our table. The manager was apologetic when he noticed our situation, and offered us a miniscule 10% discount to our meal. Perhaps with the pitiful amount of money this saved us, we can go to a McDonalds for a much better dining experience.

Marble House Eatery is located on the 2nd floor of Crystal Mall and offers dim sum in the morning and ayce hot pot for dinner (not to mention a Chinese bbq option). Our first visit was for their dim sum service. If you order congee here, you actually get to heat it up tableside. The rest of the dishes we had (including salt and pepper squid, siu mai, beef rice rolls, tripe) were pretty good but dishes are prepared a bit differently. On our ayce hot pot visit, I found that theyre generous with their meat servings. Many times they brought more than what we ordered. The prime rib was good and I like the ayce option as you can try a bunch of different things. Did notice that many times we ordered things that never showed up though. And just because its ayce, its not necessary cheap as items add up. I think the price was about $35 per person plus cost for soup and add-ons like some dipping sauce ingredients... But overall, worth the visit (even with the horrendous parking lot in Crystal Mall) Update: revisit in December for dim sum. Its very loud during dim sum. They have a congee station where they cook up all the congee orders in the dining space now which probably contributes to the noise.

Marble is one that I always recommend to friends. Lots of options to choose from for their AYCE hotpot at a reasonable price. My favourite is the fish skin and cuttlefish balls. Will definitely be visiting again!

My pot is too oily. Meat are 90% frozen with a lot of fat. Extra credit for jello and ice cream. The jet in WC is too tiny. 50-50 for a come back.

Everyone there is super nice every time I go with my friends or family for ayce I always get great service. Amazing atmosphere and food it s my new favorite spot!

Services and food are inconsistent. Its a matter of hit and miss. The all you can eat hotpot is a good deal if you are a senior. Some items are extra charges. They have a very limited selection of sauces, two, unless youre willing to pay extra.

Great food, all you can eat hot pot. Not too pricey compared to some other AYCE hotpot places. The initial soup base wasnt very tasty, but waiter was kind enough to replace the regular broth with a tomato version, which was much better.

All you can eat AYCE high quality beef and lamb, 2 hour time limit, great food and sauce. Originally came here from hearing that is was an affordable place for all you can eat only $37, and it does not dissapoint. Think about it this way, normally a plate is 8 slices and $13. On average someone would eat 5 plates at least, adding in the sauce and everything else if your ordering at a non AYCE place thats $100. Even if you dont eat that much, your saving at least $60 coming here. The big bonus is that it has the best AYCE meat in vancouver that i know of, having compared it with reddit places online

Good choice, the food was fresh and the services were very nice! It is highly recommended to try and have authentic Cantonese hot pot. But if you like salty or spicy food, it may not be a good choice, but light food is good.

Advanced booking for a table is recommended. Dim sum choices are reasonable and delicious. Parking at Crystal Mall can be challenging as spaces are tight and its a busy place.

I ve always been a bit skeptical of eateries inside malls but I enjoyed my visit to Marble House! Prices were reasonable and the food was tasty. They have a lot of selection from dimsum, standard lunch/dinner dishes, and hotpot. We ordered a large noodle dish and 3 small plates (steamed rice noodles, deep fried meat dumplings, deep fried mochi) to share and I was stuffed. I have to say I ve had better deep fried meat dumplings at other places - the crust was slightly less crispy and I found this one a little more dense and almost bread-like but the inside was still chewy so I still enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the deep fried mochi though and would definitely go back for that!!

best restaurant in crystal mall very amazing food quality and service

Great food.... Pick your broth .. let the meats roll in. And fantastic services. Had a friends birthday here. Gotta love it. And they have baby Ice cream cones and cotton candy on the house !!

Food is not really fresh, a lot of their unpopular dishes are not fresh at all. The meat is not, servers are quite friendly. Would not recommend if you are looking for a wide range of choices. If you only want to try hotpot meats, it is not a bad option

Staff are super friendly and very professional. We came in for my birthday and it was a great time. We also came for my first Fathers Day and they were packed with no available seats. As we walked away Dickson upfront help us out with a walk in table and it made our night. We will definitely come back more often because of the service. Food is great too, quality is really good compared to many other HP places. This place can get super busy so be sure to call in for reservations.

This was definitely one of my favourite hotpot places- food was fresh, service was friendly and seating was comfortable. Tons of selections of food & loved the unique truffle chicken pot rice! Remember to save some room at the end, the ice cream was 11/10!

The ayce hotpot here is definitely above average than other ayce restaurants. I wouldn t say it s insanely good, however it is worth checking out. It s appropriately priced in my opinion. ~$65/person with tip. My favourite was probably the fish puffs and the array of beef selections. The satay broth was great. I m mainly writing this review to acknowledge the amazing service we had from who I believe was the owner (?) or maybe manager on duty? He wasn t our server yet was extremely accommodating and attentive. Would recommend and will return!

Advised to quit, urged to quit The service attitude is extremely poor The experience is extremely poor A boy ordering takeout in the store saw someone speaking Mandarin at the front desk, so he talked to the person speaking Mandarin and then walked away (I can understand Cantonese) and left Opened twice Two girls came to order in the middle of the meal Forget it When paying the bill, they didn t ask me if I wanted cutlery or bags (It s not like I ve never worked in a restaurant) When I picked up the meal, the bags and cutlery were the same. No Are you good at eating it Why not ask when you check out? Even if the money is OK The roasted duck sesame noodles I ordered, half of the sesame noodles are raw. With this service attitude and the fact that the noodles are all raw, I d better persuade them to leave No matter how delicious it is, it s useless

Marble House is the best all you can eat hot pot in Vancouver! Me and my boyfriend make it a weekly routine because of the excellent food and service. Furthermore, the owner Dickson always gives us a great welcoming and good attitude! Food quality here is amazing, there are variety choice of meet/seafood/veggies. Also come with free dessert at the end! I 100% recommend to bring your friends and family there if you are a big hot pot fan

Not many place do AYCE hot pot and bbq anymore around Vancouver.. Not to mention, they actually give GOOD quality meat. Def worth the price. Shout out to the manager Dickson that always greets us so warmly. I will be coming back soon!!

Great joint, came for breakfast. Located on the second floor, have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to their front entrance. For some reason I found the entrance very difficult to locate from the outside. Made a bunch of laps inside crystal mall and still couldnt find it. Check out their morning special combo. Got a decent spread of congee types and a side to go with it for $13.50. available daily until 2:45pm. Theyve got dim sum there too and dinner dishes. Their dim sum dish was $8 and $9 each. Had trouble finding parking outside. Had to park in sketchy and tight crystal mall parking lot. 4/5 for atmosphere cause I was seated right next to where they prepare the congee and it was already hot to begin with. Would have preferred a booth.

Nice hot pot place. Good all you can eat and with dim sum options. Staff is very friendly. Complimentary dessert was nice too. It was black sesame.

Service 6 points. The roast duck is particularly delicious, as is the black sesame ice cream. The store is very clean and tidy. Authentic red vinegar for Xiao Long Bao. The service is very good, especially the thin and handsome male clerk, knowing that it was our first time here, he gave the children ice cream and marshmallows. I will definitely come more often in the future. The boss is lucky to have such employees. This is the most comfortable morning tea I have ever had in Vancouver.

The BBQ Pork was really good. The chicken was so so. Unfortunately they didn t have roasted duck. I was surprised by the free mini ice cream for dessert since what I got was cheap price. It was perfect size after the meal Their service is nice.

Good place for dim sum lunch or hot pot dinner. Fast efficient service at very reasonable prices. Parking: Parking is tight for larger vehicles (large pickups, full size SUVs or minivans) going down to P2 and P3.

Marble House Eatery is an absolute must-visit! Theyve got a rad selection of food from piping hot pot to dim sum, but the real game-changer is their BBQ meats. Each bite will have you craving for more, theyre that good. The staff are all super cool and welcoming, making the vibe even better. The place is kept squeaky clean which is always a huge plus. Best of all, the prices arent going to empty your wallet. Its the perfect spot for a tasty meal without breaking the bank. Cant recommend it enough!

We were not served fairly; we waited very long till we found out our order wasnt punched in by the server who took our order. Staff not all very.pleasant.Never again!

Not so sure they deserve 4.5 stars so far... Went today for lunch. Ordered 2 orders of the $23.99 hot pot lunch special. Ordering was fine. You choose 1 soup base, 1 starch (unlimited), 1 meat, 4 other items (ie. corn, tofu, beef/pork balls etc.), 1 drink (pop or plum juice). Meal also comes with free soy sauce and satay sauce (other sauces are 25 cents each), and a free dessert (clear lychee or coconut milk jelly). I was hoping for ice cream (which they said they had, but then they came back and told me the ice cream machine wasnt ready yet). It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. I dont know what was happening as we went on a Tuesday at 1100. We ordered by 1110. There werent very many people there, and its literally raw food to come with 2 soups. The meat portion was not very big so just be prepared... Overall, based on all the above mentioned comments, I would not have given it any more than 3 stars. I may come back and try the AYCE, but it might be awhile.

I had a buffet hot pot here and the service was very good, especially the guy named Dickson who was always paying attention to the guests! The taste is not heavy, on the light side. The portion of meat is not much, but you can order it multiple times. The vegetables are very fresh. Highly recommend their beef offal, it s delicious! If you order multiple portions of the buffet snacks, they will be given together. Get free snacks when you spend over RMB 50!

The first time I tried it, the environment and seats were OK, the price was OK, not too expensive. I ordered a bowl of clay pot shrimp wonton noodles. There were six thin wontons, but there were no shrimps and only pork..$8.99. A bowl was average, but the taste was not that of authentic wonton soup base. The noodles The portion size is smaller than usual. One person will not be full enough if he eats. Fish fillet porridge with barbecued pork sausage is $13.5. The price is attractive and the taste is average.

If you speak Mandarin, prepare to be neglected and mistreated by the staff. They pretend to be polite only to Cantonese speaking people. BBQ is mediocre at best. Broken shop! Treat people who speak Cantonese well, but discriminate against people who speak Mandarin!

Not impressed by the quality of dim sum.

Beside trying new taste all the servers where friendly and did their best to helps. I loved the Salted egg yolk and pepper salted squid.

This restaurant has a small entrance on the second floor of Crystal Mall, so it s easy to miss! However, the dim sum is very very fresh!! I especially loved the rice rolls and the radish cakes (both the steamed and the fried).

Hot pot was ok, but the bbq pork on rice that I had might be the worst I had.

Goto place for cheap eats, busy most times but can always get a spot pretty quick. The staff are really good. Food is good for the price.

Not the best dim sum around but it wasnt too bad. Congee was the best dish we ordered and you can watch them make it as it is cooked in the middle of the restaurant. Prices of the dishes were also pretty good. Lower than most other dim sum restaurants around. Service was pretty poor though. Waited over 5 min to be seated and all the waitresses will look at you and just walk by. Finally the little old lady in front of us got tired of waiting and yelled at the waitress before they came by to seat everyone. If you want any service, whether ordering food or getting the bill, you will need to wave them down

Ive been here a few times and this will be the last time. Manager told me Wait time would be 30-40 minutes. Waited over an hour. I went back to check with the manager. He said the table will be ready in 5 - 10 mins. The wait turned into 25 mins. I walked back inside to check and manager just ingnored me. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Im not impressed and the time wasted.

I like the freshness and quality of the food here. Not the cheapest meal, but worth it. The little extras add up but they make all the difference.

Sunday, October 22 2023, I went there for din sum, but it was very disappointing. The Din Sum I ordered tested like leftover food. For examples the roasted duck has no taste at all, and it was not fresh too. the rice served with it was a bit rough and hard. Also, the din sum had so much MSG that I was very thirsty the rest of the day. When complaining the issues to. One of the servers, she sounded like a bit defensive and told me that the restaurant sold a lot of roasted ducks, but no one ever complained. She didnt apologized but even tried to continue arguing with me. I just stopped the conversation with her, paid the bill and left. The restaurant is not going to be successful in their business since it doesnt accept any suggestions or complaints from the customers.

Food was good, service spotty. Lost our order twice and were waiting 45 minutes. Had the service been better from the beginning and not until having to flag down people to get everything. It was practically empty when we first arrived. I have no idea how you just lost a tables order twice.

A wonderful experience for a Hot Pot. Food was great. Tuesdays are discount days.

As a self-service hot pot restaurant, there is no self-service small food station, only two small bowls of soy sauce and sand tea sauce. In addition, the price of the soup base is more than 40 dollars per person, and you have to pay extra for sesame sauce, chili, coriander, garlic and even green onions! ? After paying for it, a small spoonful of sesame paste and minced garlic were served. I have never seen such a ridiculous restaurant. Less than half of the menu is a la carte items that require an extra charge. Next door is the public market. As a result, most of the ingredients are frozen, even the radishes are frozen... The manager of this branch is too poor and the operation is terrible. I tried the Qianwei brand and was disappointed. The all you can eat food and service quality are too bad for the price. There are a lot extra charging items, you gonna eventually pay for approximately 50 dollar per person for all these frozen food.

Tasty dimsum place!

Highly recommend- If I could give this place 6 stars I would! It s located on the second floor of Crystal mall (if you hike up the stairs from Kingsway, there s an entrance door). Super cute aesthetic with marble walls and tables. We did the all you can eat and there s a large menu with lots of variety (meats, carbs, veg, etc). Good quality food. You get an individual pot to yourself where you can select your own soup base and then dessert (choice of ice cream, cotton candy or jello). The service is absolutely amazing- the serving staff and manager were very attentive, courteous and friendly.

2nd time coming here. enjoyed it the 1st time. this time 3 of the 4 individual pots took 25mins to come. 4th one took 30mins and after asking the server 3 different times. given 90mins is allowed, this service isnt very good. food is still decent. similarly the food dishes often took a while to come.

I usually come here for dim sum lunch. The dim sum are fresh and in good quality, they are also fairly priced with reasonable portions. Quite busy during Tuesday lunch due to the hot pot all-you-can-eat promotions for the seniors. Will come back for hot pot and dinner.

Hotpot meat was very fresh, good price and good service. Their dim sum are good and very reasonable price.
