Very expensive but a really nice place to watch the games.

Tried to make resos for a work holiday lunch via the email linked on their website. No response. Emailed again. Nothing. Also could not get through the phone lines. Guess they dont want business for a group of 12 people.

At the busy Football day I win the free lunch with regulations of limited time and date. Even though the time was passed the required time but staff were respectfully welcomed every one. Michele s hospitality was great and food was also nice.

Menu is dated, food and drinks are quite subpar. Ordered steak, and it was tiny!

I really enjoy my lunch here especially due to the attentive and kind service from Sarah. She is very efficient and even recalls your orders from previous visits. Worst meal Ive had in a long time- felt like the server forgot about us and forgot about our food under the heat lamp as well. Steak was over-done, ceasar salad was wilty and warm, funny enough the only thing that was supposed to be warm (the fries) was cold! Also, garlic fries would be better suited to be named salt and pepper fries.

They advertise they close at 10pm. My wife and i went there 2 night in a row and they close at 9pm.

Servers were rude and inattentive . Food was horrible returned the calamari and got wings that I didn t even eat . Food was undercooked . I asked for help and a male waitress because I couldn t get my waitresses attention . He just looked at me and walked away like I was invisible . Drinks were good had. A Cesar . The food is dried up, reheated and low quality

Made a reservation in advance for Mothers Day lunch. When we arrived and seated, we were informed their regular menu was no available, except a special mothers day brunch menu. Our server didnt even notice our table did not have menus and took a very long time to bring us menus. We asked for a booster seat or high chair, and waited almost 10 minutes to be told that they didnt have any. We ordered Mimosas, and some other drinks, for the table. Server returns and is unable to open the bottle. She leaves and asked the bartender to open the bottle, and does not return for almost 10 minutes. Server said they had to go downstairs to bring a new bottle, as the bartender was unable to open the first bottle. This time, they brought us a more expensive bottle that they did not charge us for. Our brunch items came out, nothing special that you couldnt find from a pub. Steak and eggs, eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, all over priced because it was their special mothers day brunch menu. The other drinks that we had ordered earlier were forgotten and arrived mid meal. Overall, food and service was mediocre. They did bring over a better bottle for the same price as the one we had ordered. Really wished they had informed me at the time of booking that they were not offering their regular lunch menu. Servers are very nice, food/portions are no longer worth the price. Paid $5 for this portion of fries, just a few months ago it would have been almost double this portion of fries.

Food and drinks were ok but pricey. We had a great service. They accommodated our group very well specially its our friends birthday. The only MAJOR complain we have is the DJ. He played music that were old and not really something that you would enjoy dancing. The DJ doesnt even consider that there were also younger group there who wants to enjoy dancing with the new dance songs.

This is a nice place to watch sports at lunch or after work. Happy Hour then trivia was a cool option. The Pub Food is elevated here. Then the Happy Hour was cut from 3-5 p.m. which makes no sense. How many people get off work before 5:00? Its a bit disappointing. Personas has the best bar patio in Burnaby. This is attractive to the after work crowd in the area when the weather is warmer. Now the good times at Personas will become distant memories at Happy Hour as many people will now go to other options in the area. The Happy Hour Food Prices went up. No more Trivia is what I was told. The recent fight video is not helping either.

Service is slow. Almost never anyone at the entrance to seat you. Food is passable.

Dj is amazing here. However it is a very crowded bar. Otherwise great place and atmosphere. Awesome music.

The food and drinks are good. I like the vibe because the crowd is in my age group. If you go clubbing downtown its a bunch of 20 year Olds. I also like that on Fridays you can eat and start dancing right after at 9pm.

My husband took me here for my birthday. Initially I didnt expect much by looking at the menu. At the end, we decided to try out the steak and prawn, dynamite roll on lettuce and a Caesar salad on the side. The food quality and presentation is better than I expected. Our server Michelle is super helpful and friendly. I even got a complimentary dessert for my birthday! Parking: Lots of parking across the street

Friday Jan 13 very disappointing. Heard this place played great music and they did but no afrobeqts before 1pm which was disappointing. Dj was rude wouldnt even hear my request. No explanation. Talked to the acting manager of the night and he didnt make any sense said no one was allowed to request songs. Weird. Been coming here for years and thos night was not very memorable. I expected more. Previous management t was amazing. Miss them. Do better peeps. Listen to your guests feedback.

Had the Hawaiian Chicken Pizza and it was delicious. Our young server was certainly very busy but made sure we were having a good lunch. Will go back again when our Seniors group have another bus trip to the Grand Villa Casino.

Had a going away event hosted here, you need two pieces of id to get in as its located in a casino. Pasta was my favourite. Cheesecake is better than tiramisu

Ordered the combination dinner which included the Poke Beach Bowl. I highly recommend it. They didn t skimp out on the tuna and my mouth experienced a pleasing explosion of flavours. One of the best poke bowls I ve had. I would have ordered a 2nd one to take home if I lived nearby. Try it, you won t be disappointed!!

We had a group of 16 for a Birthday gathering yesterday, the Saturday of the Easter Weekend. It is hard to find a place for a group like that. Personas was PERFECT! We went early for dinner and everything was first class! Thanks Kaitlyn (spelling) who was outstanding! Food was great! And then wandering the casino was a perfect follow up!

We arrived at 4 pm on Monday afternoon. There was a sign at the front about a delay and apologized for the inconvenience. We werent in a rush so didnt mind. The host sat us down. While we were seated and looking through the menu, the waiter stopped by and asked if he can bring us a beverage. I asked for water while we looked through the menu. He came back with waters then said that there is an issue with the computer and that all food and beverage is regular price, no promos, no happy hour, and no specials. Some training would have been nice for the host to advise guests of the issue. Or better yet, manually calculate the discounted items and take the discount off the total bill. We use to frequent Personas because of the service and food. Both seem to have gone downhill in the past couple years. Management should have found a better way to handle this issue - instead of an oh well, we dont care approach. And the last time I checked, this issue definitely is not a delay.

Worst service I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Drinks came after an hour & appies were still in the making after 1 & half hour of waiting which we ended up canceling. Never going there again. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Drinks and bartender Ian are amazing. I ve had cotton candy cosmo, caesar (soooo good) and gin iceberg. Food is MEH. I ve had Korean fried chicken, sticky ribs, cauliflower, chicken wings, lettuce wraps, tofu bowl (very small portion), tuna poke bowl, and steak (medium rare but steak was chewy).

Stopped in for a beer after my meetings for a drink before dinner and waited 10 or a bit longer wasnt even acknowledged that I was there then served someone else ahead of me. I have had nothing but shabby service from the time I walked in the door, from the time I checked in until I checked out.

If they are not going to offer the special of the day (Tuesday) they should remove it from the menu. A casino that makes millions from addicts you think they could afford these altercations or a proper sign / menu so people don t find out at last minute.

The lady waitress seems in a hurry. I said give me a min to decide, she came back within 1 min. After I just finished my lunch, then I checked my bill if that was correct. She brought the machine to ask me to pay. She did not ask me if the food was ok or if I wanted coffee or something else.

We have been coming to SmartyPints trivia for quite a while. I made a reservation and indicated we would be there for trivia. The hostess said she didnt see my reservation so I showed her my email confirmation. She just shrugged it off and said whatever, youve got a table. She gave us a tiny table far away from the game. One of us didnt even have a view of the screens and the table was so tiny that drinks, appy and 2 mains, along with the trivia game card couldnt even fit on the table. We requested twice to be moved to a table where we could participate and were told that ALL of the empty tables were for bigger parties, even though there were 3 smaller tables there too. During our time at the restaurant (nearly 2 hours) not a single person was sat at the empty tables they were saving. The food was just ok. The prosciutto pizza was cooked on the bottom but the top wasnt even slightly browned. The ranch dip with the wings was as thin as milk and tasted about the same. I had a gift card, but they we not able to use it. All in all a very disappointing visit. We have always felt welcome here, but not this time. Im not sure I want to return, Id rather give my business to someone who appreciates it.

Very nice looking place inside the casino. Even when crowds picked up our service was impeccable. We had a few drinks and cauliflower fritters. They had live singing when we were there. The appetizers tasted good and presentation good. I would definitely come back.

We had a group (corporate) lunch. I ordered Huli Huli chicken bowl. There is really not much I can say about the food. It was mediocre. The atmosphere was also nothing special. Mix of corporate lunch and sport event feeling. I guess its OK for a no feelings attached corporate event, but if one wants something more with a personal touch one would be better off somewhere else.

Drinks and music band were great. Portion of food was small, but the quality was good and ingredients were fresh. Servers and staff are so friendly.

Terrible service. Waited 10 min to be told only place to sit was the bar. Another 30 min to take my order. Another 30 to get food Wings were terrible. Brought wrong sauce. Took an hour to get me my burger. Had to beg for a refill on my drink. They were more interested in running the foot ball prize contest then running a pub. Nice enough folks terrible service

The restaurant is located inside the casino. Minors (<19) can only enter and exit via the back door, which isnt open every day. It would be best to call before going with minors to see if the back door is open. There isnt a large variety of food options offered and the quality is often consistent. Upon trying the surf and turf steak a few times, the steak is never cooked properly (I ordered medium). Sometimes, the steak is overcooked and stiff, while other times, the steak is too rare and still dripping bloody water. The servers are slow and arrogant, often times they ignore customers and forget what they have to do. Not the best attitude in a restaurant like this. Overall, Ill say the restaurant isnt even worth trying unless you have free coupons given by the casino. Not worth the time and money. Kid-friendliness: Minors can only enter through the back door. The back door is not open every day, so make sure to check beforehand. The restaurant makes the decision whether to open the back doors based on the weather and supply of security staff.

Just had lunch there and ordered the not so wicked tuna club sandwich. It was bland and I just realized why. The sandwich was missing the bacon and the red pepper jam was marinara sauce. The garlic parmesan fries were also missing the garlic, but I found a big lump of it at the bottom when I was almost finished. Service was slow but our server was otherwise good.

The staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. We waited for almost an hour for our meals to get to the table. After the meals arrived, we had to ask for cutlery and we never got them so our meals got cold and we ended up just having to leave. The waitress with long brunette hair was very condescending and dismissive. We would never go back to that place.

Terrible service I have ever had, staff was so rude , they gave attitude anytime while we ordered food ,try to correct the pronunciation and pretend they don t understand ,however it is super obvious to understand chicken wrap or steak fries in any kind of accent.they didn t even listen to our order . We asked for water with no ice however it should bring to the customer right after having table and she brought with ice without any attention.We didn t have any cutleries or napkin . They delivered food not at the same time ,also it was in bad shape and all dressing was spread everywhere on the plate, when we asked for cutleries no one brought it for us . The food got cold and after an hour and a half we got so angry and left without eating our food .when we asked for manager the waitress didn t even bother stop typing and look at us , just point him and the manager eho already knew we asked for cutleries was confused and didn t take care of our request at all.It was terrible experience on my birthday. The manager and staff didn t bother to say a word to us . They ruined my birthday and I felt so sad as I invited my family and that was my worst experience, Really shameful.never go there and never recommend to anyone .

Had a company dinner here and I ordered Handsome Burger, the taste was okay, the patty is a bit on dry side (overcooked), however the eclair bomb was so good, with the combination of matcha ice cream and nuts, it created a perfect taste. I would recommend to take the poke bowl for the main instead of the burger.

The food was good but when you order salmon and prawn pasta it would be nice to have more than four small pieces of pasta. The dessert poutine in the picture was fun and tasty, a real original item. Also service was extremely slow and to pay our bill we had to go over to the bar and find our server. Paying the bill was the only time she was friendly and it felt very phoney. The rest of the time I felt completely ignored.

Burgers here are good, you get to choose different sides with no extra charge. I like onion rings the most among the sides. Poke bowl is okay, good amount of fish. Their pasta is quite bland. The service was normally okay but wasn t good when I visited the last time. I got some coupons from the casino left on the table, in front of me, I didn t intend to use them. The waitress came and just took them, and scan through them all without asking. I found this to be rude. She brought some water at the beginning and never refill, even though all the glasses on my table were all empty.

After we checked in on Saturday, we headed down to Personas Patio Restaurant Lounge located inside the Grand Villa Casino Hotel. Waitress was great very overworked! She had every table in the restaurant to look after. The food was terrible no flavour on anything. All 4 meals had no flavour no sauce. Very disappointed! Maybe if you were drunk you would enjoy. But never again will I come here. Definitely won t gamble after that meal.

Great place for dinner and dancing.

We went there this weekend and our server Kevin was amazing! We were there for a dance competition and came with a table full of children. He not only provided excellent service but also did an amazing job entertaining our children and even agreed to take a photo with them after. He made their day! Food was also excellent and fairly priced. Thanks!!

Recently visited for lunch with coworkers and I ordered the Wild Salmon & Prawn Pappardelle. Taste of the rosé sauce and texture of the pasta was good but I was expecting a bit more seafood in it. I think there were 3 prawns and a small amount of crumbled salmon. I wouldnt order this dish again based on the portion and price. Wasnt too busy so we enjoyed our lunch without a lot of noise. Dont remember our servers name but she was friendly and quick to take our order.

One of the chefs here really had the audacity to be petty with me. My friend and I redeemed a 2 for 1 entree voucher from the casino and we both ordered the steak & frites, cooked medium rare. My friend received his steak medium rare, while mine arrived medium well. I let my server know and the next thing that happened was unbelievable. The server came back with a steak cooking guide chart, my medium well steak and then proceeded to tell me that this is what I ordered and thats what I got: medium rare. It was cooked medium well and the server agreed as well. With this being the result, I then told her to have the next steak cooked rare. The steak then took twice as long to come out (although being cooked shorter), and by the time my steak came out it came back the same as the first steak did: medium well. This brand new steak was supposed to be cooked rare came back medium well... again. My friend even saved a slice of his steak to show for comparison, both steaks were completely different. I then wanted to clarify with the server whos idea it was to show me a steak cooking guide picture, and she let me know that it was not her, but the chef, who wanted to show me what cooked steaks are supposed to look like. And that what I had ordered was medium rare. Very confused and frustrated I decided that I no longer wanted to eat the steak and decided to speak to management. The resolution was that our whole bill was compd and that she will talk to the chef who handled my steak. Pictured: My friends steak (left piece, cooked medium rare) My 2nd steak (right piece, cooked medium well) Ive never had a chef tell me that I dont know what medium rare steak looks like, considering that he cooked 2 of 3 steaks incorrectly. Great spot to get a quick bite to eat while enjoying the slots inside the Grand Villa casino. My daughter and I shared coconut prawns and lettuce wraps. The prawn dish was quite tasty, (dug in so fast, almost forgot my pic ) where you wanted to savor every bite. I quite often order lettuce wraps and can honestly say, these were one of the best I have had. The two sauces were definitely a nice compliment to this dish. Service was great, we didnt wait long for our food, so this place is definitely deserving of the 5 stars.

Um. Rewiring again. Several months later.The menu since in Meh!!! What restaurant doest server some kind of salad. This one doesnt. Unless maybe you try something boring on their menu which may get you some little bowl of greens If you want to have appetizers (or diffent takes of pub food), this is your place. For anything like a dinner? Go some place else. Was going to say Match. But, that also is a Gateway casino offering. But not here. Perhaps Gateway, should forget about a different restaurant here than this one? Perhaps it could be your signature restaurant Match? Anything would be better than. Personas menu as it has degenerated t o now. Get with it Gateway!! Rewiring, couple years later now. The new three or so weeks ago menu, really sucks. What did you do? Not one pasta dish. No absolutely Flat breads. No short Rib dinner. What you have replaced menu with now, will be a failure. Try to remember all cultures when you change your menu. Not all likes rice for a dinner. Have it a four star below years ago. But changing to a two Star now Sport, but true Had excellent lunch Beef Short Rib and paperadelli pasta. Very flavorful. Wine was 20 percent off. And got 15 percent off food for our Encore card. Will definitely do lunch here again. And Bonus won big in the casino after lunch. So a happy camper!!!!

quite possibly the worst service i have ever experienced. i had made a resorvation, then was seated at the bar? our sever took our order then when we had asked if our food was arriving after an hour, was told he had to take the order again, the serve was never seen again.my food was later by 30 min after everyone else at the table had been served. im very sad as my last experience here was great and it was my birthday so this ruined my time w my friends which was supposed to be a celebration): all of the staff i spoke to last night were extremely rude and i wont be returning. trivia was great but sadly the service was horendous. the manager tried to fix the mistakes of his staff by offering a coupon for free appetizer but at the end of the night my dinner was ruined/:

Visited during lunch hour. Server was friendly but after confirming we did not want an item he still served us the item because he probably misheard. Food was okay. Reasonably proced since its within a casino hotel. Don t think i d eat in here again though.

My friends & I were here night & for the life of us we couldn t understand why there was a table ( a medium size for 3) sitting on the dance floor when there isn t much room already to dance. These men ordered food & drinks and this is at 9:30pm. Sometimes I wonder who runs this show. Note: TAKE THE TABLES OFF OF THE DANCE FLOOR AT 9pm for the respect of your quests who like to dance

Smartypints on Wednesdays is a blast! Jeremy and Justin are great hosts and the food is good. Parking: A covered parking structure is located south of the casino connected by skywalk on the 3rd level. Kid-friendliness: Its a casino, so not kid friendly.

Worst experience with a manager ever! Very unprofessional, rude, and condescending to his staff and us as customers. A friend had booked a reservation of 20. A group of us arrived early and explained to the manager that we had more people then expected so our group (who was there) was going to opt to sit out on the patio that is open to public. He told us we weren t allowed, that if we did then we would lose our reservation of 20 inside and that our whole party had to arrive. This made no sense as we arrived 45 mins prior to our reservation time. We were early and being proactive wanted to go sit out on the patio since we had 20+ more people coming. We talked to the front attendee and he said it was fine for us to move to the patio and keep the reservation for the other group. The waitress outside also received confirmation from another in mgmt that we could sit outside. This angered the original manager and he rudely came up to us and told us we could not sit where we were. We again explained that we had too many people for the reservation so we were early and were going to just sit outside in the public seating. When we told him the waitress told us we could sit out there. He replied, that s not true. We again explained yes it was. He then called out to the waitress to come over, interrupting her while she was serving a different table. He then proceeded to have her stand in front of us and asked her why she told us we could sit outside. She uncomfortably explained she had received confirmation it was okay as we were part of the large group booking inside. He then told her that was wrong and told us we couldn t sit there. We asked if the patio was public he said yes, but the area we were in was saved for larger parties if they needed more room (which would have meant us, but okay ). We asked if we could then move to another patio section, he said ok. We moved. After sitting there for about 10 mins he came again to say that we had to chose on behalf of the group booking where we wanted to sit. Inside or outside. We again explained we wanted our reservation for 20 inside but because we had more people then expected a group of us were opting to sit outside as we wouldn t have enough space. The outside area would not have fit our group of 30+ and we were happy to keep a group inside and outside. We explained this was the worse customer service we had ever experienced. He continued to say you need to make a choice. I told him I did not feel comfortable to make that decision on behalf of the person who booked the event. We were public sitting outside and the reservation time was 20 mins away and they were still coming. He ended up moving us again, back to our first spot on the patio that he told us we couldn t sit at. We asked him to hold the tables inside till the reservation time. He agreed. He threatened a couple more times that he was going to give away the inside tables as they were a few minutes late to their reservation. In the end, 30+ people showed up. So indeed the outside area was needed. Never saw manager again throughout the night. Our group had a fun night! Unfortunate customer service is not this managers forte. Perhaps it s time for some retraining of management. Would be embarrassed to have this manager representing my business.

We didn t eat at Persona s we ate at Atlas and it was sensational. Carried on after dinner to Persona s for drinks and some dancing, we had a reservation on the wrong day. We showed up for the 50th birthday celebration 20 people and the manager was incredibly accommodating found a great spot for us on the patio. Very grateful for how accommodating they were. Thank you!

Celebrated my friends birthday on Sept. 24th at the Personal Grand villa. Food and service was amazing. Loved the band and their music. Would like to thank Jobin who was very accommodating... He personally brought us our New York Cheesecake, and helped with 3 more of my reservations. Highly recommend this venue to others.

I had a reservation for a large group and the management was very helpful with finding us a great table. We had a ton of fun and spent the night dancing. Afterwards, we hit the tables at Grand Villa, it was my first time playing blackjack and I won $200! Great place for a night out. Highly recommend. I d also like to thank the staff at Personas for the best hospitality and memorable time.

Went there October 1st and the band was amazing, the male singer belted a Bon Jovi song with ease. One of the best live music venues in town.

Electric Ballroom was off the charts, the singers literally blew us off with their great selection of songs. The bar is packed and we waited 30 minutes to get seated but it is worth it! The only thing was they do not serve Bellini Bombs after 9pm as the server said theres too much alcohol which is a first. Overall, a great place to hang out with friends on the weekends.

$32 pulled pork Nachos were ridiculously small. But everything else was pretty good. Went on a football day and they had prizes going on.

While tasty, the portion size of the lettuce wraps are ridiculously small. They ought to be listed under the Snack menu. Its very misleading.

On two separate occasions we saw mice running around in the restaurant and we are just not impressed.

We had a birthday dinner here for my father and it was AMAZING. the food was fantastic and the service even better. Marissa was fantastic and made our night with her great service and fabulous personality. Will be back for sure for any future celebrations and date nights.

Stayed at the Grandview for a work trip, Monday night ended up at Personas, and it was so good we ate there the rest of the week ! HUGE shout out to Sean and his staff for their amazing food, customer service and atmosphere. Very easy to make a reservation. I had lunch here - it was a little empty. Better signage would be good as we all had a hard time finding the restaurant. Service was good and the food presentation. I had the chicken bowl and I found it a bit dry. Chicken was tasty but there was not enough sauce in the rice. Prices are decent.

I came in a couple days ago and had a great experience! Was looking for things to do in the area, as I was staying at the hotel, and my server Tracey was amazing at pointing me in the right direction. The food was good, Tracey s service was notable, and loved not needing to leave the casino for a great experience.

Good place to Dine in. Connected to the Casino and have a good vibe overall. Try the Grilled Cheese with Tomatoe Soup. Must Order Delicious! Parking: Park at the casino parking lot top level there is Overpass connecting on 3rd floor!

I got the restaurant coupon from the game. I came to redeem the coupon and told its not accepted. If the restaurant does not accept any coupons, they shouldnt have it available to purchase. Wasted our time coming here.

Only gave 2 stars because we were seated quickly. However service & food was terrible. Took awhile to get us just water, after we ordered, only 1 of 2 of our appetizers were brought. We finished it in less than 10min & no one checked up on us for almost more than 20min. No cutlery or napkins were brought out yet either. Then rest of our food came out after about 30min & it was all bland, under + overcooked & average. I believe all the food there is frozen, store bought or pre made. Our server barely checked up on us that we forgot which one of them was ours. I regret eating here & definitely will not come back. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, I wish I could give this restaurant less than 1 star. We visited for a late lunch/happy hour but felt a need to leave before ordering food. Even though restrictions have been lifted we have appreciated that many venues are still following safety precautions for their staff and patrons. This restaurant however seems to have dismissed this way of thought. All the staff was maskless snd sanitation did not seem to be a concern. Our server kept leaning in to talk in our personal space, ran her hands through her hair, & after ringing in orders on the touch screen continued to make drinks & touch straws without cleaning her hands. The cook, again maskless, in the open kitchen wiped his face with his bare hands and seemed all ready to cook the next order. That being said, would not be ours today or in the near future unless this restaurant starts to value the safety of their customers.

This and the casino was a great place before covid. As a born and raised resident of Burnaby, after covid, new management/staff have shown blatant disrespect and racism. Even after talking to management From pre-covid, they made false promises. Even pre-existing staff members agree some of the new staff are arrogant and highly disrespectful. But the point being is, now they immediately judge you based of your ethnicity and treat you like garbage if you don t look/fit the ideal profile, because nobody cares anymore. As a frequent visitor to casino/personas for 10+ years with zero issues before, its blatantly obvious, they severely lack respect and professionalism now. I had my last visit with them, 3 rude and racist incidents in a row. Not going back. You might be lucky one day, not so lucky with rude staff the next time. Their foul play is very surprising but it is who they are now.

Food is good but the service was subpar. We waited 20 mins for a server to even come talk to us at our table. She was leaning against the bar the whole time. 4 servers with a total of 5 tables to serve and they clearly didnt want to work or be there.

They have wide variety and the food is affordable! The quality of the food was excellent and the service is fast!

They have a great Happy Hour Menu. 4$ slushy Lime Margaritas !! You can actually taste the Tequlia! Our server was awesome. She was attentive, and service was super fast. (I wish I could remember her name) She had long dark blonde /light brown hair and glasses. They had 1/2 size flat bread on the HH menu - The pesto prawn one looked so good -and she was able to get them made according to my allergy restrictions (no onions !) A very special thanks to the Chef who made it happen and who personally brought it out to me ! It was so delicious we ordered more of the same. It was perfection ! You can also take your drinks with you on to the casino game floor. Excellent friendly service with awesome food & drinks - totally 5 stars ! So if you are at GV I would highly recommend this place !!

Made reservations at personas a week prior to my event on open table. Was contacted 2 days before by someone saying theyre fully booked and cant accommodate my group of 6. When I asked about the options of tables left open for walk ins.. I was told they dont do that. I then said so people cant just walk into personas without a reservation? And I was told no lol what a complete joke. The individual that called me also had little to no customer service skills. Please take your hard earned money and business elsewhere.

Good food in a casino, friendly service

Went for a business function. I found that some of the staff was a bit short.

Super fun, to meet people, go dancing and have a drink on the weekends. They have very good music! I recommend it.

Beyond being a little loud, amazing service and friendly staff. Great viewing screens for the event of the evening (Hockey, and UFC in my case)

Good atmosphere , clean and helpful staff

Here for a conference and on a time limit for lunch. It took over 20 minutes for our food (2 salads) to arrive, then mine came with tomatoes which were requested and confirmed not to be on it. Didnt have another 20 minutes to wait for a new salad. Slow service that cant get an order right. Not happy, but at least management attempted to fix and solve the issue and my happiness.
