Such a bad service. The takeout order was totally wrong. I ordered a stir fried Teriyaki veg with seared chicken. They give me veg without Teriyaki sauce and a sour fried chicken. I need a refund, and its been a week. They are still postponing.

Only location that you need to be 19+ to visit, it doesnt state this anywhere. 1 pm on a Saturday doesnt make sense for a restaurant that serves food to be 19+ only. I am not driving towards surrey just to eat at your location. Kid-friendliness: Terrible

I m deeply disappointed with the experience we have had from this place. The food arrived soggy and with no sauce, making it a total letdown. I called the restaurant to address the issue, hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with a dismissive manager who blamed Uber Eats and offered no real help. What s frustrating is that we ve ordered before and never had this problem, so it s clearly not just about delivery. The complete lack of effort to ensure customer satisfaction and the unwillingness to address the poor quality of food are unacceptable. This level of customer service reflects poorly on the establishment and its management.

I went to Wings this afternoon for drinks with a friend. Cindy was our server, and she was outstanding...quick, happy, polite and easygoing....had a great time. Plus they have more tvs there than most places and have different sporting events on....no matter where you sit, you can watch the game you want. I will go back there again. Cindy was excellent Try it out the rest of the staff is also good...happy and friendly....service always great

Went for all day happy hour on Thursday. The taste and service was great however the happy hour part doesn t make sense because the quantity of food served is less which you are informed only after going in. So don t call it happy hour, it s just lesser portion of food for lesser money. The banner outside read happy hour food starting at $4 which is why I went and ended up paying $38 for a burger and a plate of wings.

The food and service is okay but its not the cleanest restaurant... The paper coasters are clearly reused and the bone buckets are not washed. Theyre basically just rinsed out based on the sauce and water in the bottom of my bucket. Both things dont seem like a big deal but Im more worried about what else they cut corners on...

Service was bad, we had to ask all the essential things. After paying, we realized that our bill had auto gratuity even though there were two of us. The server did not even bother to tell us so we ended up paying more than 30% on tip despite the poor service. Would not recommend this place or if you decide to go for it check your bill before you get scammed.

If you re looking for a good wings spot. This is not the place flavours were bunk. And honestly I can t say anything more they came out on time and were hot But quality was so bad, Chucky cheese was better quality.

Overall, it was alright/kind of mid. Had a few different kinds of wings. The dry ones were overly seasoned especially with salt. The chicken wings and drumsticks were kind of small in size, length is comparable to my thumb or pinky, and quality is not the best. Honey garlic is always a safe choice. There was only one server when we went at noon. She did a great job serving all the tables and refilled our drinks without us asking which was appreciated. Other than service being what it should be, nothing stands out during our time here. Again, it was rather mid. Parking is available on site and on the street. Wouldn t really recommend going as I personally wouldn t go again.

The only reason Ive dropped the overall rating to 2/5 is due to their crazy nickle and diming. I had ordered salt and pepper wings and when I asked for an extra sprinkle of salt and pepper I was told it would be an extra dollar. A buck for less than a teaspoon of salt and pepper??? Thats beyond ludicrous. I should have ordered salt and pepper shakers for the table and seen if there was a price for that too. The food was okay and service normal so no issues there. However, its unlikely my family and I will be back any time soon. Too bad.

Read the new reviews not the old ones, this place gets very busy at the pick times, the girls are pretty quick and you don t wait long once you ordered. Wings are fantastic well done, we ordered 5 different ones and no complaints. The atmosphere is pretty noisy being a sports bar. Hard with the parking but you can park on the street and walk. I definitely go back just for the wings, we did not try other things

Called prior to coming to the restaurant and talked to the owner I asked if we are allowed to bring a minor and they said as long as a guardian or parent comes and so we thought it would be fine but once we get there they didn t allow us in. The manager was not nice about it whatsoever and said we were not allowed to come in even though the guardian was present. They did not specify any of the rules over the phone even though I asked and she was staring down the one that wasn t allowed in. Horrible experience with this place and if the management is going to be that rude about it I m not coming back. Manager has a horrible demeanour

For a place called wings you would expect the quality of the wings to be better. The sauce was ok but the actual chicken tasted gross, you can t rely on the sauce to cover up the flavour of your awful chicken. The Costco wings taste much better, which is ridiculous . for a place called WINGS

This place has really improved compared to a few years ago, especially the quality of the food and service! The food is done right! I m surprised by the lower star reviews. We are picky and we ve been to this location 3 times recently and the quality of the food has been CONSISTENTLY GOOD! Wings were done to perfection! (Zesty Siracha Lime is our fave, highly recommend)! My mom said her burger was the best she s had lately, compared to other places, good flavour. We also like the nachos and the Big Texas fries with the smoky bbq sauce! The Bang Bang Street tacos are also very good and worth it especially during Happy Hour! Overall really good. Our food came fast all 3 times despite the larger order, and our servers were super friendly (plus no attitude) and were good and quick on drink refills (I think Ellie and Alissa if I remember correctly), which I think adds to the overall wonderful experience! The food was also piping hot, which is a must! I ve been to other Wings locations and our wings were at best warm. So this Wings location has become our favourite, it s quite far from my place but it s worth the drive. We never have enough room to try the cast iron cookie dessert, but saw someone having it last time and it looked good too!

Just had well tried to have wings here. And have to say they were by far some of the worst wings I have ever eaten. They were suppose to be buffalo and tasted like they half coated them with tobasco. I understand when places are busy but this place was really slow and seems like it s just how the operate on all levels really half A**. They got two stars because the bartender was nice and the floor manager engaged by helping clean pates and checking on customers.

Stopped in for some wings with some buddies after our basketball game. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with the great tasting and meaty wings. The service was friendly and very good. Everything we needed was taken care without waiting. I wouldnt hesitate to make this a regular spot to go to for a social bite with friends.

My first experience at Wings was phenomenal thanks to our server Micah! From the get-go she set such a positive, energetic, and welcoming energy. Micah went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best night by constantly checking up on our table and providing tasty recommendations alongside great conversations that did not go unappreciated. She enhanced our experience! I visited a second time not long after and was delighted to see Micah and she again made our night. Her natural charming and bubbly personality is infectious and I can always rely on her for a good time!

For a place with the name Wings, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with what they offered here. I came as part of a group of four and service was very slow for both food and drinks. Despite the bar being 5 feet away, drinks came about 15 minutes after we ordered, and food after 30 minutes. Wing portions were small. Everything cost extra... Boneless? Extra charge. Dipping sauce? Extra charge. Celery and carrots? Extra charge. Despite that, I saw a portion of veggies delivered to another table and decided to order some for our table... Two small slices of carrot and 3 slices of celery for $2.50?? Common. I know there are wing places that offer bigger portions for free with each plate of wings. Worse was that it was less than half the size of the portion delivered to the other table which, to be honest, made me feel like the restaurant valued other customers more than us. I will never visit another Wings restaurant again and I strongly discourage anyone else from making our mistake.

In the middle of giving you guys 3 or 4, yet then I decide 4 because quality of food and service outweigh your accessibility. There is only one way to get in the parking lot from the side of the street. Kingsway parking is not good because of the intersection. But overall I like eating here since 2014

It was my girlfriend and I first time at wings , and the food was amazing. I can see why its busy all the time. Its a good place for date night , watch sports or a place to have good food.

The food was delicious! Came quickly. We tried two different kinds of wings. (Salt n pepper, and BC honey Q) we also tried their spinach + artichoke dip. For desert, we had the warmed up cookie with ice cream & and caramel! Was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend an would definitely go again!!

Decent place to eat. A lot of selections for wings and two days where they have wing specials which is nice. It does get busy on their wing special nights so I recommend getting here early to get a seat. Theres so many flavors to choose from so its not an easy decision. Delicious flavours though Bring back buffalo blue!!

Great selection of flavours. Maple bourbon is my personal favourite. Wing prices are on the expensive side even with their specials. Comes to $12 per 10 wings on Wednesdays and Sundays. Regular prices are $18.50 and I would never visit at those prices.

This used to be our favorite place to go to. We are regulars and like to go there at least once or every few weeks. After yesterday food experience I dont think we will be going anytime soon. Our nachos had hardly any cheese, where as when we used to order it all the time, it was very cheesy. It wasnt that busy yesterday and server was not very attentive. When we tried to complain about the nachos, nothing was taken care of. Usually something would have been taken care, our pop order or something but nope. I didnt care for the shrimp tacos, way too saucy. I didnt bother to complain. We wont be going there. The food seems to be not consistent anymore. I work in a restaurant so I know what to deliver to customers.

I have been coming here every now and then for almost 14 years since back way in 2009. Always a great spot for gathering with friends. Wing wednesday is still a thing although over the years the price of menu items has gone up, although still affordable. Wings are always freshly cooked, and the variety of flavours make it enjoyable. Servers were very attentive. Service was great. The ambiance havent changed at all since the beginning, great place for sports night, casual date night or just a hang out. Make sure to have reservations as there will be times this place gets packed especially on Wednesdays and on the Weekend!

Taking a family of 7 or 8 they give such little portions of appetizers (yam fries and calamari) $9-$19 for half a plate filled. For real? Definitely cannot spend $300+ on family nights for such little food. Order regular fries youll get a bigger portion...

Server sat us down at a corner of the patio and forgot that we were there. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order or acknowledge us. ended up just walking out. Edit: Rashida, Ray, and Selena were amazing and reached out to me to resolve this experience. Would definitely continuing coming back as the service was night and day

I get wings on Wednesday because of the special and they skimp on the sauce. 40% of my wings on 2 orders had barely any sauce and 30% had none. The idea is the cheap wings get me to come out and buy beer on a day I normally wouldnt, but instead the lack of sauce makes me not want to come back at all on any day. I go to other places on wings Wednesday and they have 300% as much sauce. You would need at least 200% more to cover all the wings. I have celiac friend so I drive out to Golden Parrot sometimes and they seem to be able to provide me with enough sauce on my discount wings, but that is just me, I encourage you to leave a comment on what restaurants treat you right on wing Wednesday? It is sad that the people at the top are so greedy about cents worth of sauce, it means the staff gets less business and lower tips. I was on the fence about tipping less. I dont remember if I did. I am sure the staff would love to put the correct amount of sauce on the wings. The staff is pretty young though so when management says rip customers off there probably isnt much push back. Based on the average age i would guess they probably dont treat the staff that well or under pay them. I dunno if this is normal in the restaurant industry but I have seem my waitress busing tables there and I always thought that was a separate job, or at least done only when the waiters arent busy.

I stopped in for a tequila shot after a lovely evening of drinking elsewhere. Josh asked me how I was getting home out of genuine concern and that was a first for me as a woman in Vancouver. I have always been through bars but never had genuine human concern for my safety. Josh is a exmaory bartender and I am so glad I received his service for the night!

The food was good and I really enjoyed the beer that was on special. Our waitress was also super friendly and recommended an awesome wing flavor. There are not a lot of places where you can find VEGAN wings, and this place had great cauliflower ones! The Korean sesame cauliflower wings were our favourite. Special shoutout to friendly Michael, who made us creative cocktails (with flair)!

Weve come here several times, but just wanted to make a shout out to Michael and our server (didnt catch her name) who made our happy hour evening really enjoyable for us and our 1 yr old! Food is always good here (can always rely on chicken wings & beer, and of course happy hour treats) but the service was really exceptional this time. Michael and our server made our little one smile so much! We even got very tasty complimentary digestive shots and a demonstration show to go with after our meal! Btw, we had the dill pickle wings (yum), Jakarta heat wings (level 3 spicy? Haha its actually not that spicy to us, also yum), happy hour peri-peri fries, fish tacos and $5 beers. Our lil one especially liked the chicken, fries, tomatoes and fish from the tacos, and the ranch dipping sauce, and water But yeah, in short, good casual place for reliable tasty bites and drinks, and really good service. Had to write a review because the service was really awesome - you know its good if the owner and servers can put a big smile on your lil one

We come to this Wings occasionally for beers and wings, it feels more clean than some if the other locations Ive been to, but I severely miss the downtown Vancouver location that closed down a couple years back. Sahonna made sure my beer glass was never empty and was very friendly. The food is exactly what you expect youre going to get, but you can always expect great service at this location.

I had a great time here! Food was great, I ordered honey garlic wings a classic! Sahana was our server and she was the sweetest person ever. She was very patient and efficient and her customer service skills were excellent. She kept checking in on our table to make sure we were satisfied with everything, and she always had the nicest smile on her face. I d be more than happy to come back just to see Sahana again! I wanted to start off saying that this is the first time, me and my wife dropped by here, out of all the eateries on the kingsway strip, we decided to give this a try. By our surprise we enjoyed the service from our waitress, and we end up getting a bottle of wine she recommended, and we were satisfied. Then we were greeted by a gentleman by the name.of Micheal, he was very professional and attentive to us and our services, he recommended some dishes, so we tried. The peri peri chicken wings were delicious, and the ceasar salad was a great way to start off our dinner.We enjoyed his company and our waitress too. We highly recommend to swing by here and try the Peri Peri wings and say hi to Michel, becasue honestly he provided great service, and great service is hard to come by nowadays but he did such a excellent job, that this one is a golden establishment So professional, thanks again We will definitely come back CHALRES AND JOAN

The server did not know what teas had no caffeine so ended up ordering juice. The cook did not know what gluten free meant so did not eat the potato skins that the server indicated would be Gluten free.

Went with my friends on Friday night. We ordered chicken wings and nachos, the nachos were not the same than used to be but that wasnt the big issue. Our server was very bad, for some reason she was in a bad mood and giving us attitud since the begining, she wasnt interested at all to take care of us. After we ordered she just went there a few times and I think she got more upset because we disnt drink much. When we asked for the bill she didnt even split properly and me and my friends were very upset and they didnt tip her. After getting the payments she left with a horrible attitud. Not sure if she was upset because we stayed longer, the restaurant wasnt to busy othetwise we could have understand that was time to go. I always protect and support servers when service is not ok because I was a server but this girl was extremely bad giving us a ver bad experience. That was on Nov 10th and the server 728 Princess. Wow still in shock with her service.

Ive gone to wings for 10+ years not always this specific location but it really doesnt matter each and everyone of their locations never disappoints including this one. Atmosphere is always a fun enjoyable one, service is top notch most will be checking your table regularly and the food will leave leave you wanting more!

To no fault of the servers, there were several large parties. Staff was extremely nice, when we saw them. We were please/thank you to them. Arrived early for the PAINTING CLASS for my BIRTHDAY celebration gift given from my boyfriend. Pros: Where praise is given: We shared the clubhouse sandwich for dinner, and drinks were cold-red wine sangria and a beer. Ordered another round for painting class, After 2hrs of painting, our waitress was very considerate and asked when I would like to have a birthday dessert on them. I highly recommend the warmed cookie on a cast iron pan with vanilla ice cream. Delicious dessert! Cons-Improvments needed: Two stars were removed because the speakers (muisic) were set too loud. I had a hard time hearing our conversation with the server. Whoever sets the volume here TURN DOWN THE VOLUME. AS A CUSTOMER, THE VOLUME WAS PAINFUL. Employee hearing is permanently damaged at this decibel. My service was so good that I would call authorities just to protect the workers.
