Catered my son’s first birthday party and I think every single person complimented the food and asked where it was from! The veals were huge, fresh buns, and pasta was delicious. I’ve eaten in their restaurant before but will definitely be ordering from here for any future catering needs.
Excellent service and brilliant food. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.
I have eaten here twice. Both times the staff was extremely polite and service oriented. Even though I am from California, I was made to feel accepted and welcomed like a local. Both the meals and deserts for everyone in our party were delicious. We could definitely taste the ‘home cooking’. Pride and passion were put into preparing the food and it was evident to our taste buds. When I visit Ontario, I will always try to get at least one dining session here as this is so much more than just a bakery. 👍🏼👍🏼
It's a little pricey, but the hot table has a lovely variety of authentic Italian dishes. The lasagna was very tasty. My espresso was a little too long for my liking. It's an easy fix.
The hidden gem in Caledon East. I have tried their cannoli’s, tiramisu cake and they are delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The tiramisu is not too sweet but soft and a treat to your taste buds. The eggplant parmigiana was very good as well, great balance of eggplant, tomato sauce and cheese, add some of their chilli oil on top and voila! Thank you Raman for your service, I will be back for more!
Stopped by this little cute bakery. Delicious and fresh food, good portion for an individual. Prices slightly on the higher end and could do with more pocket friendly costs hence one star less. We got Eggplant Parmigiana, sandwich, Biscotti and a mini Strawberry Cheesecake. The cheesecake could be better but it was not too bad. The staff is super friendly and the place is neat and tidy. Costs between $30-$40 for two people.
It was tasty! Started to get a bit pricey once you added sides and a drink to the main meal. Latte was very good. Eggplant parmagiana was tasty and the portion was good. No complaints! Staff was friendly as well. Probably one of the better places to eat in the area.
Very friendly wait staff. The food is fresh and everything looks great. I had the chicken sandwich with mushrooms, onions and peppers and I would recommend that to anyone. The place feels very cozy and warm. There’s plenty of parking available and the bathrooms are on the first floor and very clean. I would recommend this bakery to anyone.
Nice spot in Caledon. Penne pasta and croissant were delicious, and the staff was friendly. Food
Food is always fresh I have lunch there all all the time highly recommended
A perfect cozy place!
Amazing veal sandwich right of the Caledon Trail. We did a long walk that day staff was great food was great. Outdoor tables need some attention. Would highly recommend.
Good food, not much waiting
The desserts were very tasty, the service was good and the inside of the bakery was clean. The dessert counter was quite empty and the garbage outside was overflowing onto the ground. But the food itself was great. Food
Went in for a coffee, waited 5 minutes before the server asked me what I wanted. I referred her to a man who had been waiting longer than me and then she walked away. I guess I wasn t able to communicate my order to her fast enough for her liking. This young lady was an absolute fail in customer service and if you are okay to treat your customers like that, this is an establishment that I would never give hard earned money to. Zero respect for customers, just outright appalling.
Subpar quality and experience for the price. $6+tax for a small latte! At that price, I wont like to see my barista struggling to put milk foam using a spoon in the cup :). Save your money for a Tim Horton nearby.
This place is a complete rip off. $11.48 for a lukewarm cup of drip coffee and a very stale piece of biscotti!
Sausage on a bun with onions and peppers was $15 with tax sausage was probably form the day before, never again
Delicious food.. friendly staff
Nice stop on a bike ride. The ice cream selection is very good. However, there were more tables outside previously and I miss that.
Nice Bakery with many options from baked goods and pizza to ice cream. Would definitely visit again when in town.
The food is good and so is the coffee but be careful if paying with cash. I paid $100 and the person gave me change(which I am at fault too for not counting) but when I called them first thing in the morning as they had closed by the time I realized. The manager said she remember me giving the $100 to tell but she cant help me as I should have come in right away. But how am I suppose to do that when the cafe had closed. So, pay by debit or please count your cash when you get back.
You must stop here if you are in town, if you get fuel at the Esso, dont go to Gabes, walk over to Four Corners. Parking: Never that busy, they have a great selection of everything. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely bring your kids here, their excitement will be worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: Of course, because this place cares about everyone.
Love love it. Family owned and operated! The meals and dessert are excellent.. The owners are so friendly and loving.. You wont be dissatisfied...
A quick stop for a coffee break, sweets were good, well, a bit pricey, staff are nice.
Good breakfast, fresh organic eggs.
quite Happy with the freshness of the food here, would choose this stop for lunch over more commercial or corporate lunch stops any day of the week. Good spot for real food.
Lasagna with a mixed seafood side: shrimp & calamari. Great tasting juice brand called Santal and from Italy. With flavors like peach and or lemon. Yummy food and great service!
Local cafe with delicious Italian deserts, deli sandwiches, and homemade pastas
Very good meatballs, amazing cannoli. Worth a stop or small detour for sure
Running out of decent bakery options, never had an issue with this place but i am not sure what happens on sundays here, been here 3 sundays in a row and each time it gets worse and worse, ordering a simple espresso here seems like im speaking a different language, the staff does not pay any attention and had to make it twice as they just let the machine run. Saying you want to have it here yet still getting it in a paper cup and once it s done just watered down. Ordering pasta, right into a to go box without asking and then some pieces are luke warm.and the others are room temp. The staff seems pre occupied to speak amongst themselves rather that having any awareness about whats happening in front of them . Just a shame really maybe next sunday will be different but im not holding my breath
Easily the best bakery and hot plate place around Toronto area. Must visit!
Croissants are amazing
Parking: Everything looks and taste good, highly recommend. Food
Best Lasagna in Caledon
The hours of operation are inaccurate. Perhaps worth giving them a call and confirming if you are making a special trip here.
Very good food! Visited for the first time and I was impressed.
Good atmosphere and service. Hot deli has delicious home-style food but Ive found to often be cold when eaten in-house. Id still go back Food
Legit bakery
2 Michelin stars
First time here this past weekend. The staff were lovely and the desserts were delicious. My son loved all of them. Cant wait to return to try the fresh pizza.
Meals and desserts all delicious Food
Excellent food, generous portions. Great family-owned spot.
For years, this used to be our favorite stop on the way to North. I dont know what happened with this place, but this isnt the bakary that used to be...
There s no doubt about it - the food is fantastic! The service is fantastic too. The thing is, the parking lot and area around this establishment is a mess. There is always garbage blowing around. The garbage bins are full to the point of overflowing. The outside of this establishment is not inviting at all.
Freshest bread and pastries, nice addition to the neighborhood
The food and desserts are really nice. You have to get there early if you want one of their calzones because they go quick! Vegetarian options: Had the veggies lasagne and veggie pizza once and they were both good. Parking: Every time I have been there there were spots available park.
It was a good place to eat till i found out that the owners are trying to kick out a kind lady from her business also the food is overpriced and you barely get anything its better to just go to gabes for pastries as they taste better
I was a routine customer of four corners until today. When I saw one staff member touch the debit card terminal and then use her hands to grab a chicken cutlet and put it back in the display. She was very nonchalant about it there was no indication that she realized she made a mistake. I have never seen anyone handle food in this way especially post COVID 19
Years later and this place still has ridiculous prices. Today I ordered a meatball sandwich for takeout ($8.99) which is expensive enough for a regular sized sandwich but when I was asked if I wanted toppings and asked for Mushrooms and Grated Parmesan, I was charged $0.99 each for the toppings .. 99 cents for a teaspoon of grated cheese on a $9 sandwich? Ridiculous. People, we need to push back on these places that are screwing us or it will just continue and get worse. -------------- Great food but ridiculous prices Charged $6 for a single piece of veal! Dont mind paying for convenience but this is excessive
I decided to finally try the two bakeries along the street, and got a few things at both. The three items I got came to just over $10. I had gone with the hopes of getting a slice of cake but unfortunately, they did not have any (realized later that the pictures were 3 years old so my bad. The Portuguese tart was kinda disappointing. I m not convinced it was made fresh, as the outer shell was not flaky at all, and the filling had a grainy texture. The cannoli was decent, nothing spectacular. The filling was a bit sweet, but overall acceptable. The pecan butter tart was okay. Overall, not my favourite place considering the price and general quality. Will likely not revisit. Unfortunately, I ll need to start looking for a better bakery close to home as the two on this street just wasn t for me.
Buyer beware, posted prices are not what you end up paying, and they give no warning! When we got our total, we were confused as it was higher than expected based on some quick mental math... Well, it turns out that the prices on the menu are not what you pay and their explanation is that prices went up.... Im not sure if this is illegal or not, but it definitely should be. Where in the world do you see a menu with a price and then end up having to pay something else after ordering your food??? I give 2 stars because the food was decent, but even without the magical surcharge that shows up after you order, the prices are exuberant, for instance $3 for a small cannoli.
Vegetarian options: Fresh and good.
The best! The best! This needs to be your stop to Collingwood, or on the bike trail! We had to stop off on the way home, too! Eggplant lasagna, meatball sub, veal, bread best cannoli, ohhh..strawberry tart. Coffee bar, like in Italy! We tried it all! I will be craving for sure. And the most kind, helpful and friendly staff. Total gem!
Great place to stop by especially if youre looking for a quick meal and dont feel like cooking anything yourself. Can get alittle pricey especially for the portion size. The pastries are amazing you cant just buy 1.
Yummy
Amazing service from the owner. He was extremely friendly! The Gelato was very fresh and refreshing
Huge selection and great service
We try to stop at Four Corners Bakery during our bike ride on Caledon Trail, for an espresso and a bakery item, too many to mention. Sometimes we get a nice sandwich or a plate. Everything is delicious
Have been coming here for a while now and I love it every time. Such sweet and friendly staff, and the food is always fresh !!
The lasagna I had was amazing. The service was awesome and the people were very nice.
I bike almost 40KM too get to this place as the pastries are great tasting!!
Purchased pastries today and they are the worst pastries I ve ever had. The sfoglia and cannoli pastries were missing cream (half empty). They were also stale.
Had the worst chicken cutlet with tortellini and vegetables. $18 for a single serving. Friendly people dont make up for the poor food and high prices.
Overall good food. Chicken sandwich is a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes it s perfect and sometimes it s a bit dry and chewy. Also they charge a lot of toppings. Coffee is really good.
The staff are very friendly, food is fresh and located in Caledon, we always stop there when we go for our bike ride
Good coffee and cannolis. Very clean place.
Had a butter pecan tart here, it was amazing.
We are regulars here! Pasta is made in-house. Everything is delicious. Desserts are spectacular, especially the cannoli and tiramisu. Their Gelato in the summer is a real treat :) Definitely recommend
Came across this place as I work nearby, tried it for the first time and loved it! The people working there were also very nice, and had a great list of recommendations to try from! I recommend the strawberry strudel! Will definitely be going there again.
Great food except the veal...not saying its bad but If you like paying 10 bucks for 1 TINY piece of veal and a MASSIVE bun then this is the place
Amazing food catered , polite staff.
Amazing place with such an amazing countryside vibe. Cannoli and Muffins are a must try. Love Local, Support local. 10/10
amazing
Simply one of the best places to visit if youre in caledon east. Ive tried their Veal sandwich and also their apple strudel. Writing about them makes my mouth water.
First time in. Great experience and tasty food.
The hot table looks amazing.
Great local caledon Italian eatery
Horrible customer service. Old lady who owns the place told us off because the food was dry and not enough sauce on the pasta. Screamed at my husband and banned us for life. We have been going there for years as have all my relatives. Well they won t be going there anymore. Either will our friends. Incredibly disappointed. Disgusting.
Drop by for some great food. Loved their fresh baked pizzas.
Love this place. My mum and me go every Mothers Day.
Nice assortment of food (esp. chocolate croissants, and pizza). Picnic tables outside were welcome. Nice washroom.
Cozy rest stop that is highly recommend for cyclists and others. Good coffee and wide selection of pastries that will please any cyclist.
Wonderful pizza melted in our mouths with an amazing taste. Gelato is good very local and convenient for bikers. Food energized us for the 40 kilometers back. My kids loved it there favorite was the lemon sorbet would comeback any hour! These are my feelings after eating here
Love the location, right next to the trail. Good variety of food, gelato, and pizza. It gets pretty busy but it s a nice place overall.
Cute, cozy little Italian-style bakery. The selection is fairly small but the food is good. Ideal for hikers and bikers in the Caledon East area as there are trails nearby. There is a nice patio outside to eat on in warmer weather as well.
Staff was very helpful guiding me towards treats for my team. Their Custard Tarts are some of the best Ive ever had. Great selection and delicious baked goods!! Ill be back every time Im in the area.
Must to make a stop while cycling the Caledon trail. Great service, food and desserts. Highly recommended
Great position along the trail and great food, drinks and staff
Amazing staff and delicious food....cant make up our minds every time we go so we get a little of everything!
Large selection of food options with room to eat!
Good food and staff. I think their things are over priced though.
Best bread in town. But the pastries are worth every bite !!!
Rude owner and small portions for the price.
I cant say I had the best customer service experience. My first time there too. I might return to give it another try...not going to make the effort to do so though.
I was there at 6 and they closed down. Please update your hours.
Vegetarian options: They have different types of food for this purpose Parking: There is enough parking Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is ground floor
Store suppose to be close at 7pm, we walked in at 6:32 the doors were locked saw lady ran inside after saw us, knock the door twice no body response. If you guys closing early you shud have update it in the google.
Really nice cafe with plenty of options from ice cream to pasta dishes. Just a shame they don t have more outdoor seating.
Normally we love this place! We came there recently to find they closed @ 6 when their online hours were 7pm. We planned our entire evening around coming to have dinner before our son had soccer in Caledon East. Hoping for an update on hours so we can make sure we get there on time!
No paper reciepts. Inconvenient. Should still have the option of a reciept.
Truly a gem for our lovely community in Caledon East! Delicious food, their eggplant lasagna is to die for. Super delicious desserts and in house made ice cream. Always welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Perfect place for a pit stop if you are biking on Caledon Trailway path or just in a need of warm cup of coffee or latte in my case.
Great spot for a trail side snack!
The best fresh pizza
Fabulous assortment of fresh and ready to eat food. Fresh made coffee or cappuccino. Friendly and helpful service.
I came on a recommendation that the veal sandwiches are good and they are. However, the large menu board says Veal Sandwich costs 8.99. I bought 2 sandwiches. The checkout screen clearly said 9.99 for each sandwich, plus .99 for each topping. When I asked why I was charged 9.99 I was told the price went up. Are you kidding me? Two staff members didn t see a problem with charging more than the posted price. One said they couldn t change the sign themselves. (I didn t ask when the price went up.)That s just poor business practice. Yes, I m a careful shopper, I notice these things. I couldn t NOT bring this to your attention.
Nice Italian fresh food. Just like home made.
This place is the best for pastry. Every time we walk on Caledon trail we stop here and not once we have been disappointed. This is the place we take a break from long hiking and enjoy the coffee and sweets. Costumer service is perfect. Last time here we entered after working hours and we got served. They have sitting area inside/outside. Parking might be tricky when they are busy. We recommend this place and we will always stop here.
Joe and staff great and friendly
Pathetic!! Had to wait for someone to come and cook breakfast. Got the order wrong. Had to ask for butter and jam for toast. Bacon was previously cooked ...warmed up in deep fryer. Fries were good.
GOAT bakery. Makes the best za. 5 trillion stars outta 10.
Little sad I got diarrhea here from the seafood used to be a hidden place for lunch
Good food but they never follow their opening/closing times as google says. It s very frustrating driving so far to go and eat and find out they re closed. I won t be coming back here again.
Cool place. Decent coffee.
Very nice people excellent food
Delicious baked goods. A little pricey, but great as a treat.
Great coffee and Gelato.
Always stellar service and wonderful homemade Italian food. Their pizza and pasta is authentic and their pastries are incredible. For breakfast their chocolate croissants are as close as you will get to Italian cornetti. Highly recommended!
Real good
Awesome place and amazing hospitality. Amazing lasagna and veal sandwich.
Fresh food and lattes with friendly service. Delicious! The perfect bike stop along the trail.
Good service, the food and pastries are great.
Really good!
Very fresh and tasty
Great pastries and coffee
Nice staff and good food selection. Ice cream was pretty good. Some cakes/pastries are quite good. Might not not hurt to ask how fresh some of them are before purchasing.
Trinity is really nice and you can tell that shes working hard. Great customer service!
Coffee was horrible, and the scone looked good but I couldnt swallow a single bite. The scone tasted like eating flour.
Greasy disgusting bakery. None of the cooks wearing a mask. Never coming back.
Best veal sandwich my wife and sister inlaw love it
I drove past this place and I decided to make a U-turn to try their food. Boy am I glad I did! I ordered pasta with sausage and veggies and it was really good. My wife had a salmon, rice and potatoes and she said she liked it. The only reason that made me gave this 4 stars, was because the price and portion of the food dont match. The combo was a little expensive, i think I paid $50 for 2 combos and 2 cokes. Overall, we were satisfied. Im hoping they give more food on their combos.
Best spot in town by far
A great place for hungry cyclists.
Terrific food.
I always enjoy my visits here, you can tell it has a hands on owner, the coffee is always delicious, and the treats are delicious !
Always excellent
Nice italian food....
Great espresso and pastries!
A very nice bakery. Best place for bikers as well. So many varieties of breads and drinks
Awesome Pastries and good coffee
This 5 star review is for the veal sandwich and the almond cookie. WOW. They re now both my staple meal I ll go everyday if my waistline could handle it!!
Great place to stop by
Friendly staff serving hot selections, prepared and custom sandwiches plus sweets and ice cream.
We had sandwiches on Kaiser rolls and some baked goods. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Really friendly staff, and some of the best custard tarts Ive had. Right off the Caledon Trailway and a must stop if youre touring the area.
Great food and service.
I was around this place for some errands and stumbled upon this place while googling for work snacks. Google was not wrong and definitely it was a great place. Its Alaina great place to take a break if you are on a bike ride or running on the Caledon trail path just beside this place.
Nice place
Food was delicious, I had a turkey sandwich with grilled veggies(fresh and tasty). My only problem is the food was pre made and service was too quick. I dont mind a bit of a wait for a freshly made infront of you sandwich with a bit more care and effort put into it. But to each their own.
Went for a pleasure drive with my wife today, July 24th 2021, and passed by this bakery and decided to check it out. Very nice place, bright and clean and the food was most enjoyable. I did however find the price of our lunch meal and the baked goods, 4 butter tarts, we purchased to be high. Later at home when I added up the items we bought, noticed we were over charged $10 dollars. Not the end of the world. I usually ask for a bill print out, unfortunately, they were unable to provide this. Overall very good food, but be carefully and check your billing for it to be correct.
There desserts are not baked fresh everyday, DO NOT waste your money here.
This bakery is conveniently located at the middle of Caledon Trailway. They have bike racks to park your bikes. Not only They have bakery products, they also serve breakfast, lunches, ice cream and coffee. It is a very popular place for cyclists.
Great bike ride stop for coffee croissants and/or fantastic lunch! Friendly service!!!
Great place and friendly service.
Nice bike friendly snack stop. Great food.
Not just a bakery! Great and popular stop for cyclists to refuel and take a washroom break along the Caledon Trailway. Not just coffee and muffins. Some really nice hot food sandwiches too. Shaded tables to eat and rest outside, nothing inside. Busy limited parking out front.
Only purchased some icecream and some small pastries but was very good. By the looks of all the people going in and out for food it looks like somewhere I will need to stop on the next time I am on the trail. The caledon trail runs right beside this business and they have locations to lock up your bikes while you stop in for a break.
Pretty cool Italian bakery spot! Stopped by for a quick meeting and the place was buzzing with guests. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Variety of snacks, beverages and ready-to-eat meals to choose from!
Delicious
Lovely place, great pizza! It would have been perfect of trash bins were not always overflowing and outside tables not clean, but still - great place for a short stop for lunch or coffee
Great filling food. Italian pastas, sandwiches, pizzas. Calzones are huge and generous with fillings. Baked goods. Take out specialty foods. Prices are fair. Right on the bike rail trail.
Usually amazing. Depends on what day and time you make a purchase.
Excellent soup and sandwich
Best Croissants and Espresso... Perfect Ride Pit Stop! GO COURAGE!!
Thank best Plum cake.I love it.
Nice bakery right in Caledon downtown. Best place to stop if you re riding your bike on the Caledon Trailway Path. It offers nice cold and hot drinks with a large accessible patio to enjoy dining outdoors.
Four Corners Bakery is one of my favorite go to places, for veal sandwiches and Italian pastries. Ive been going there for years, at their previous location in Bolton, Ontario. Since they opened a new location on Airport Road, in Caledon East, I drop by when Im in the neighborhood, seeing clients. Good place to pick up some delicious Italian food, when Im not in the mood for cooking and Im on my way home.
Great coffee, friendly fast service, & fresh homemade sandwiches as well as baked goods & hot buffet selection!
Nice cycling rest stop
Great food, that should be hot but never is. Seems like food sits for too along period of time.
Thank you for the amazing meal for our 50 guests. We had nothing but compliments from everyone. You are always considered our 1st choice!!!
Really good food but steam table could be hotter.. You have to ask to get most stuff warmed.
Stopped in for a quick bite to discover one of the best Italian food in the city. The sandwich which was packed with meat and cheese is the closest to what I get in Italy. Will definitely be returning for more. Great find.
