Order the mac and cheese and it was orange water with noodles its like they ran out of mac and cheese and then just added water and served it as quality food and this was to a 5 year old child who only loves mac and cheese disgraceful

Worst experience in costumer service. The Manager there is so rude. At first I see how rude the cashier ( the woman with a pretty face) was to the people who takes order, but after served by there Manager, now I know why she have the gut to be like that. Because their Manager have the worst manners there.. he should quit his job if he dont know what costumer service is..

I tried Churchs, KFC and Chick-fil-A; Popeyes was by far the best tasting with big portions and very consistent quality. The others have a lot of catching up to do

Worst experience, the manager has the worst manners. He is shouting at his employees at the back and when calling customers order. He is bossy to his customers specially to his employers who is dropping the order at the back. He is just ordering around, punch some orders, and thats it. No manners at all.

I d give zero stars if I could. I ve showed up here multiple nights at around 10:20, forty minutes before they re supposed to close, and I m always told they have no more food. They simply refuse to cook more. This was my last straw. If you re going to close at 10:20, change your hours online AND on the door.

Perfect fast-food place. Their meat and other products are always fresh. They don t cook food in the same oil 10 times. I m really happy with this Popeyes and would recommend it to everyone!

Popeyes is one of my favourite eats but this location just ruined it. Was standing in front of the counter while being ignored by the staff without placing the order was just the start. I ordered a combo platter and it was dishearteningly stale. The biscuit had the worst smell, and the chicken didn t have the usual taste to it. Even the fries had a weird taste, I don t know if it s the oil they use. Looking at other reviews stale food is definitely an ongoing issue here. I ve experienced nice consistency in other locations, so hope this location gets an inspection soon.

The women s washroom the toilet almost fell off. The seat is all over the place. The toilet paper dispenser is broken. The toilet paper fell out. Also, the hand dryer does not work. needs help.

Wonderful service by Pink, I had to change my side order and she helped with so much patience and kindness.

Please avoid this location. Food is always served cold or refried when you complain its cold. They close at 10 and dont allow dine in even when you get there at 9:30. The other day at 9:45, I was eating and they had the nerve to say we are closing. These guys then led me to find Kajun chicken on Bathrust, next to Petro-Canada. Been there few times now and they serve fresh and hot meal. Kajun do not over prepare and keep chickens on the tray to sell. They make smaller batches so you get fresh one all the time. Customer experience is not the best at this location. When you work and dont really care about the brand you cast, then eventually you will bury it.

Went here the other day made sure my order was correct took them 15mins when I got home I noticed they forgot my drink.

The chicken at this store is absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The flavor is superb and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and the store was neat and tidy. A must-try for all chicken lovers!

Horrible service by stuff . Especially the lady named payal, had horrible attitude , took 40 minutes to prepare the order and had it to me just for 2 sandwiches and a fry while the employees were just chilling around . I had to go and ask how lon it ll take kept saying 8 minutes . It was not even a busy hour . There was barely 4 customers

Bad service and rude staff her name was (Sneha) I ordered combo chicken and fries with one drink and i ordered one medium fries and drink separately again but when i took the order and drove out on some distance i noticed they gave me only one fries and when i called them too ask where is it they said give us 10 minutes but when i called back again they said your order was combined

This place blows! There was hair in the coleslaw, the drinks were more syrup than actual liquid, the chicken is more batter than it is meat, cutlery was not included and we had to repeat ourselves like 8 times when ordering the food.

Understaffed, overworked and quality can fluctuate massively depending on whos working. Mgr clearly dislikes their job and avoids customers like the plague. Typical popeyes fare, however the biscuits are dry and dont have the signature butteriness that makes them so popular. Fried Chicken is hit/miss, occasionally overcooked but generally decent.

I have got average and worst food from this location. Mostly the chicken is average. But I am disappointed that they gave undercooked food the very last time I ordered something from here. I don t have a comment on customer service coz it s the usual story for a busy fast food restaurant.

If your special is a leg and a thigh, either provide a leg and a thigh or ask your customer if its okay to substitute a wing! Not only are the pieces of chicken 1/3 of the size that they used to be but, by providing a wing that nobody wants, your higher prices for less food just got more expensive.

Recently bought my first pre-workout at this location. Had the pleasant experience of being helped by Thomas. He guided me to trough the process with his knowledgeable insight (He also made some great flavour recommendations).

I had the new fish sandwich with my friend. As I expected they were dropping a fresh fish since not many people order it. I also ordered the Sunday special with fries and mac and cheese. My friend did not finish his sandwich since it was over cooked. I also went to get my drink field again but they were understaffed so I left with out getting my second drink . The manager was handling food while he accepted cash from someone and he did not wash his hand since he was the only person on the line. I worked at a Wendys and I know the struggle with bossy managers . The staff were very kind and helpful. It is not the staff fault as they only follow what the manager tells them to do . Just wanted to say please hire more people so the food quality stays up.

Somehow this branch of Popeyes is better than all the others. Also they have great daily specials, worth it.

Really slow location, be prepared to wait... Even when their is no line at all

My English is not good but it wasnt the first time that I wanted to order something. The cashier (he seems to be also the manager) behaved badly; for example, although he found out my English is not, he became angry about my two misunderstandings.

The breading was too thick, and the chicken was not juicy and tender, not sure if it was only that day or its usual operation, one of the worst Popeyes that I have ever tried.

This is the worst Popeyes I ve been It s not busy at all but the tables are not cleaned. There are still grease and crumbs on the table. Plus the chicken is very dry, and they say there s only one spice level which isn t spicy at all I scroll through the review section and apparently there are a lot of customers have the SAME EXPERIENCE with me. Popeyes PLEASE EVALUATE YOUR STAFF AND STANDARDS.

This location is horrible. They forget items, give horrible portions, etc... How is it possible to forget items when they are listed on a receipt? That goes to show the employees just dont care and I dont blame them.

Manager during the week at night took great care of me, making sure my food was fresh.

Make a normal menu. Every time there are a million questions. I want to come and buy food, and not take an English exam.

I ordered tenders and it was very salt, i am not sure if they add extra salt in their product. I never experienced this in other stores. Very very salty

Very poor service!, and last Wednesday the topper they had no mild chicken for 40 minutes. This was around 2:25pm. I think it will be a while before I cast a shadow at their door.

Fastest Popeyes Ive been to. Service is friendly and food is fresher than other branches in this area.

Chicken is crispy and color is great but theres a fish smell and after taste as if its been fried in used oil that fried fish. This is the second time I am experiencing this.

They seemed to be on a rush rush rush, staff looks stressed out.. not a smile

The Steeles and Bathurst outlet is the worst Popeyes branch. The staffs there are so rude and complaint about customers in their regional language. The customers are not getting the food out of charity, we are paying for it, so at least have the courtesy to be kind to them. I had noticed in my visits there they give more than the order to their friends and acquaintances because they speak in their language. The female staff there is really rude and arrogant. Popeyes should teach your staffs how to deal with customers and not to show attitude.

Popeyes is the best fried chicken chain I know of. This is typical of any Popeyes. Great chicken, and great value.

Poor customer service and rude staffs. They gave me the whole wrong order, after I told them that they gave me the wrong order they told me that I m lying and they kept pushing that they put the right foods on my bag which they didn t. They don t listen to me. The manager in that store is rude and I don t think he s the right manager to work there. Listen to your customer complaints. If you put the wrong food on somebody s bag and what if they re allergic to that food, you and your crew might kill somebody. They give me a fish burger which I didn t order at all and I m missing a chicken nuggets on my order bag. I m allergic to shellfish and this is a health problem for me. I would give them 0 star but I can t.

Liked my chicken

Chicken was okay my biggest problem was she asked me do I want spicy I asked her how spicy is it she says its not that spicy well she was wrong. I got sick all night because of the spicy chicken I threw most of it away I spend the money for no reason if you dont like spice dont buy it its more spicy than you think

I chose to have Popeyes for dinner and was served by a very friendly cashier. What caught my attention was the sign on the floor on entry. It said a max of 6 people, yet they was 9 at one time, everyone was socially distanced though. I came home to enjoy my meal and the chicken I anticipated enjoying was rather dry. It looked and tasted very crisp as if it was overcooked. But I love Popeyes and I know when the food is freshly prepped. Not sure what happened here but it wont discourage me from going back to this store.

Waited 15 minutes in line only to be told it will be another 15 minutes for a 2-pc chicken...

Chicken was RAW!! Sister took a bite and isn t feeling good today at all, chicken is not something you should take lightly in the restaurant business!! Not only that but was missing 2 pieces of chicken! AND they wouldn t answer the phone I called 13 times!!

Amazing service and great taste

I bought three pieces chicken bonafide, one of the pieces had a rotten smell. I called the store to let them know to avoid more complains, but the guys never answered (tried 5 times). I cannot post the smell, just a picture of the rotten piece.

The space was just a little on the not too clean side if that makes sense, service was a tad bit slow but over all good.

Best option if you get tired of the McDonalds across the street

The wait times here are not the best. There was one occasion when I visited this store and the employees did not even acknowledge me and continued talking and not working.. there is room for improvement

It is more crunchy and tasty than fried chicken and french fries better than any other chicken specialty store in Canada. There are various types of sauces for dipping chicken, and I also like to eat lunch or dinner with chicken sandwiches and fries here.

This location has issues, tried the new chicken sandwich and brought 3 combos home for the family. All 3 sandwiches ended up in the garbage bin, no joke. All 3 sandwiches seemed under cooked or something? they were very difficult to bite and chew, kind of like chewing tough rubber..... Find another franchise to spend your money, this place is terrible! Truly needs a Ministry inspection!

they do their chicken sandwich better than the other locations (tried a couple of times) but their chicken is a bit overcooked for my taste and the coleslaw is not always the freshest.

Very crisp and crunch outside the fried chicken with all the batter and coating and yet very tender and warm inside, and the chicken sandwich is really good.
