My favourite subway! So friendly, very clean. Food is always amazing.

Better than downtown subways, perfect service and food hygiene.

Great service by kinjal and staff. Would like to visit again.

Not fresh! Brown lettuce, wilted tomato and not all toppings are included! Extra charge? Gloves on but using hand for everything! Register fridge then back to the food!!! Lady not to friendly with students either. Cheap cheap cheap on everything, extra charges ??????

One girl working here her customer service is so bad will never go back.

Guy who works at night is so stingy literally put 3 small pieces of tomatoes and puts about 2 small pinches of lettuces covering less than half of the sub and about 5 onion strands and thats a footlong sandwich I had to ask for more of everything. and this location is missing a few toppings that other locations always have like green olives and onion straws Im giving 2 stars because he put a normal amount of sauces without asking twice

Skimpy on toppings, and not willing to let customers use the bathroom. Claimed with a straight face that both bathrooms are plugged. Seriously.

This place should be closed. Stay away from this place if you don t want to get sick. Don t know how to serve and prepare the food.

Hair found in sandwich. I showed attendent, very roude. This place has no care for food /meat contamination, the veggies look like theyve been out for days and just keep getting put back in the drive at the end of the night, they dont wash there hands , its very unclean there. Please hire some responsible people.

This is a good Subway location and convenient being in the middle of Caledon for Caledon residents. The food is as good as any location by Subway as is the cost. You can order on the locations website and it counts down to when it is ready. There is convenient parking to pickup since it is not really an eat in location. The only issue is that the management does no always staff this place with enough resources and so the food count down may be off. If it is the staff immediately works on the order and gets it ready as fast as they can/ I continue to go back!

The thing with this Subway is it lacks consistency. The food is either incredible or rushed, its always depending on the employee working there. They seemed hesitant to accept my gift card at times and employees are decently nice. Could be better. Nevertheless, quick service and good food most of the time.

Worst experience ever . I have been to this subway on 28th April at 2:00 PM. The girl who is serving has no manners how to attend customer. She is too rude when I asked for extra Tissues. I think she take those Tissues to her home. And also the food was very bad it was stinking. So my advice will be never go there . .

I don t want to give even one star but I have to for review. KENAL who was serving us was so rude, did not say Hi or hello, kept using her phone, eventually we had to call her for order, she just came and said yes, we told her about our sandwiches, she just put in oven and went directly to till, did not ask us if we need anything else. After paying, when we asked for something else to add on, she started arguing like you have to pay extra and all that. She was the one who did not ask us, then whose fault is this. If a customer has to say everything like hey I also need it, then it should be self service, do not need to hire people, right??she just spoiled our day. I must say to the owner of this subway, just hire those people who want to work. If she does not want to work properly, she should stay at home, thats more easy, worse service I have ever received. You (owner) should spend some time with her to teach her customer service.

Will never go here again! Unprofessional and poorly trained. Ordered through the subway app for pickup (never had any issues before). Arrived 10 minutes after the promised pick up time only to find out there is no order under my name. I showed the employees my receipt with proof of payment and was told there was nothing they could do for me because it wasnt in their system. They were very rude and unwilling to help, did not initially want to give the managers number. Eventually I got the managers number and explained the situation and they said they will call the store to make the order. They ignored the phone multiple times while I waited. Long story short I did not get my order until 1 hour after the promised time, I waited in the restaurant for 50 minutes for them to figure this out. I was told the order would be free by the cashier but I never received a refund or any follow up. I have since tried to reach the manager multiple times with no reply and have tried to contact customer service many times without a reply. Totally unprofessional, staff was rude, and not trained properly. Will never go to this location again. I recommend to avoid this location.

the server there lakshita was not even well trained to prepare the sandwich and my question is to the owner why does he hire people who doesnt know how to speak with the customers. I asked her to add some onions in my sandwich but she denied . Idk for what reason she denied even i offered her to pay double amount which normal subways out there charge she denied on my face with a smile and said m not allowed to do so i was like shuttered for moment then my friends said her to do panini press which she messed up all .. I know things can get messed up but a polite gesture from her could make things easier .. m not complaining that why my fillings was all out from the bun but a nice gesture is expected by every customer from the sandwich artist . She was just the sandwich not the artist . Lol

I ordered a veggie sub, the vegetables were very fresh and fine. The employees were very polite and friendly. The good thing about this store is the fresh bread aroma that hits you unlike other stores wherein there is a weird stale smell.

Ordered a veggie sub and it s basically flat because of the lack of toppings put on. It feels like I m eating bread. I ve never had this issue here before so it s sad that I paid for bread.

This business should be closed. Please stay away from them if you do not want to get sick from bad food. They are also not clean and their kitchen is very dirty. Food was great. The employees are always great here. It is a small shop with 1 4-seat table and 2 2-seat tables. The owner sat by himself at the large table, while my children sat at a smaller table forcing me to stand and attempt to eat with no table. I told the owner, I felt it was brutal that he made a customer NOT eat, while he sat at the large table. He shrugged his shoulders. I informed him that our family eats there every Tuesday and we will not be coming back to this restaurant, his reply was who cares. Definitely not an owner who appreciates his customers.

They tried to charge me 105 for an order that is normally 68 . When I tried to talk to the girl who I never saw there before to figure out what was wrong she was insistent on the proce being right and that one sub was $8 and then becouse I got extra cheese that was another $ 12 just for the cheese on top of the base $8. Thats incorrect but ahw wouldnt listen and eventually I left without my food

I like the renovation they did but i only have one issue they dont have enough staff. We always have to wait so long.

I have been coming here since this place opened , the way I was treated today by I assume the owners wife or daughter gave me major attitude after I asked for my bacon to be done in the microwave first so it s cooked more don t like half cooked bacon , , well the attitude started gave her a coupon had to buy a drink so asked for a fountain drink , paid went to get my Diet Pepsi from the brand new machine no Diet Pepsi surprise, surprise, ,I mentioned there was no Diet Pepsi we don t have it she says , so I asked for my money back for the drink well she proceeded to look after another customer like I wasn t there . I waited as my sub was getting cold for a response she pretty much ignored me Any other subway I have ever gone to would have offered me a bottle which she had and I go to a lot of them since I m on the road often but starting to think subway will be my last and only choice from now on so I took a bottle and left also the last time I came here it closed 1/2 hr before it stated on the door it s sad that the fast food world has changed so much , customers don t seem to get respect and good professional service anymore such a shame ! I even defended this store owner a few years ago that had a teenager breaking things in the store a d I removed him for the owner hummm easily forgotten apparently ! Never again will I go to this location! Disgusting behaviour word gets around a small town quickly!

A store with absolutely no customers, refused to make an assorted platter of sandwiches, because apparently I have to preorder, but they still offered to make me 5 sandwiches! I asked whats the difference and the answer was that they have a limited number of bread! What? I asked for store number and a managers name and they refused to give it and told me to Google it! Rude and Ignorant No wonder they have no customers, its not the store brand or the quality of the food, its the staff that run it. Rude worker. Choose to make bread vs prepare order while I stood waiting. Tried to cancel my mobile order and she refused to then took her time wiping the counter off as I was a couple minutes early for my pick up time.

The worker name satinder is very rude. Zero knowledge of customer service. She behaves like she doing some free favor for customers. Come on girl, wake up. We pay money for sandwiches which indirectly is part of your income too. Grow up. If subway cant trained you for customer service atleast be human.

Asked for some water and they simply refused to give some. They said that I needed to pay for some tap water. Won t be coming back to this location.

Decided to give the wrap a try today and I was slightly disappointed. Not very filling and probably would need two to give a good meal. The flavour was great and veggies are fresh, as always. I d probably have it again as a snack only though.

Whoever the girl is who works here on Friday evenings...someone should train her properly on preparing a sub. Shes always in a rush even when theres no one else waiting to be served. The end result? A sloppy sub that any 5 yr old could have made.

Stopped here on Feb 19th 2019 on my way from the Airport to my home in Wasaga Beach. Got there right at 10pm closing. The old Indian guy made me pay for my sub before he would make it. Ive paid for gas before pumping, but paying for a sub before it was made was a first for me. Like WTF was that all about ???

All this time my favourite sandwiches were the chicken sandwiches until I found out I was eating chicken that wasnt 100% chicken. More like close to 50% chicken. Totally misleading and disgusting.

Stopped by this subway on the way home for wasaga beach and will never return. I ordered two very plain subs, one which was a chicken onion teriyaki with only lettuce and the second a turkey sub adding only lettuce and ranch sauce. The second sub they put a tiny bit of ranch (which wouldve been fine but only on half) so I asked it they could spread it out thinking they would add one more streak of ranch. Instead the man picks up a slice of cucumber and spreads the tiny bit across the other half of the sub... I dont like cucumber and I promptly said so but his response was its only to spread it ... Thank goodness Im not allegric to cucumbers... Not impressed. Not impressed with this mans service especially since he seemed to be training another girl, as well as the lack of consideration to food. I might have understood if there was a rush but I was the only one in the store and hadnt even asked for much in the way of sides even (only lettuce and ranch)...
