I had great experience and got fresh coffee and food.

The staff working in the morning does not care about quality. I ordered Iced coffee with extra sugar but the one I got did not had any sugar, I went again to them so they gave me the same one the next time too.

I am regular customer at night for last 3 yrs. I visit every night between 1-2 am. Unfortunately from last 3-4 months, I am getting very poor tea and coffee. Bagels are burnt. Regardless of asking them to change the tea, they forcefully gave me the same old tea. Two girls works night shift, apart from disrespect anyone, they didn t really want to serve anyone tea during late night. I resisted alot to not to review, but decided today to post it. Hope owner take it seriously. Also, I will raise a formal complaint to Tim hortons. I wish, I could rate less than 1 star

Just another Tim Hortons, whatever you can expect from a Tim Hortons. Decent coffee and not too crowded. Washrooms were super clean. Vegetarian options: Bagels, Doughnuts, Hasborwns are some of the veg options. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessibility ramp and automatically opening doors.

Lately my order is always wrong just last week I ordered an oreo dream cookie when I got it it had no frosting the next day I went back and asked for it again and was told they dont use the frosting at this location. Coffee has recently tasted old at times or Im not getting any sugar in my reg coffee.Mcdonalds is across the road and with better prices I think its time to switch.

Women s Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Garbage was broken and full. Garbage all over the floor, women s sanitary products beside toilet. Girl was polite and only person working store and drive thru. Not sure if someone else was on break. Food

Came here in the morning around 7 am today from drive thru. I asked for herb and garlic pastry. The girl at the drive thru gave pastry without heated and when i said it s not heated she said you should tell this at speaker although it comes heated without saying. She was yelling me to move the car without heating my pastry. Will never come back here and never recommend anyone to go there because they care about their window time not about the customer service.

There s a constant overhead drumming sound from the ac that gives off a sound similar to a crop duster propeller starting. The donuts aren t fresh and there s a constant mess of spilt liquids behind the counter. I d understand a few water marks but the counters practically flooded with milk and coffee. Despite it not being that busy nobody cared enough to take 15 seconds to wipe the are down. I ll advised when it s in plain view of all the customers. If you get a cup that s wet at the bottom, now you know why.

Slowest service ever and sooooo many flies

Why is it that now when we get French Vanilla TIM HORTON ONLY FILLS 3/4 and when we say something to the employees they tell me it is the way it is now Tim Hortons is make cuts in everything. Also I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and the croissant was smaller then an English muffin COME ON TIM HORTONS I WANT WHAT I PAY GOR NOT LESS THEN WHAT I AM PAYING GOR SINCE YOU ARE PUTTING UP YOUR PRICES GIVE ME WHAT WE ASK GOR FULL CUPS AND DECENT SIZE FOOD

Very slow service , six people working but no one cares about customer. Line up like crazy it takes 30 minutes to get coffee.

This use to be one of the good locations left. I lived in Oville for years and use to stop by here. However, now its the worst. Ive heard workers talking about customers in their language as I understand it. Trust me, it aint nice. Also, service is at an all time low because customers dont seem to matter much to this business especially this location. Its sad but reality. I dont recommend but still if you want to experience turning your day into a bad one, feel free to go. I STILL DONT RECOMMEND.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a disappointing experience. I received the wrong order and, when I approached the staff to rectify the mistake, the service was unhelpful and dismissive. The employee showed little concern for the mix-up and was uncooperative in addressing the issue. This lack of professionalism and customer care left a negative impression. I hope Tim Hortons takes steps to ensure that both orders and customer service meet higher standards in the future. And for all this I would like to rate -10.

Welcoming staff and fresh staff as always

Asked for a cream cheese bagel. They gave me a bagel with butter. I told them my order was incorrect, they took the bagle back, put cream cheese on top of the butter, and gave it back to me. I called them out for slapping cream cheese on top of the butter, they got mad and said well we didnt charge you for the cream cheese, but pull up and wait for us to bring you a new one, which eventually came still incorrect. Bunch of brain dead, rude people working there.

ZERO STARS! I moved away from Canada for some years and coming back could not believe how disgusting and chaotic the service at Tim s has become. These people don t give a crap about what people actually pay to order. They do what s quickest for them to beat the timer they have for drive thru. If you want a bagel double toasted? Forget it. You want a bagel cut in half? YOU HAVE TO ASK??!! I asked for it cut because now they never do (literally never, she even typed in a special request for it to be cut) and I asked So since when do you not cut food in half? Her response was oh no sorry the standards at Tim Hortons has changed. You have to ask for it cut . I replied really? Cause we just drove from two hours north and I asked that Timmies for a bagel cut in half because you guys never do it and she told me everyone should be doing it her response was well sorry this location we don t . Tim Hortons himself would be rolling in his grave if he knew what Tim Hortons has become. It s an absolute joke and this location is THE WORST. Liars, rude. Please Timmie s, save your company. These people are single-handedly destroying Tim Hortons. This location and also the Tim s in Erin, Ontario is by far the worst I ve ever seen. Please educate or re-train. It s unfair to the people spending money at these establishments. Do better. And save the generic response

Worst experience ever had the workers were so rude

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Everytime I place a mobile order at this location with 10 minutes lead time, it is never ready. Even when there is only a handful of people in the store and drive thru with more than 8 staff in store who always seem to be standing around talking. What is the point in making a mobile order for pick up when it is never ready and l have to wait longer than anyone ordering in store. Today my order was ready 20 minutes after it was ordered. Do better.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. We went around 8:20am on September 17, 2024 (like early in the morning) we only sat for 5 mins there and there were so many flies all over our food and face. I havent even seen stores like this during the end of the day. We ordered, and while we were waiting they just kept the food without even letting us know on the other counter, barely any communication to the customer and just kept talking among themselves??! We thought atleast the food would be okay literally, waste of our $14 !! I m not sure if this Tim s passed the food inspection and if it has, how? really? Customer service: 0 Food and coffee: 1/5 Ambience and cleaniness: -2

The girl who took my order asked if I wanted whip cream on my pumpkin spice ice cap today around 11:30. They dont normally ask and I suspect she did because it was spoiled.

This morning when I went to go and get a bagel like I do every morning I noticed today that it was not cut like usual I get the whole time effect thing but you are already cutting it in half you can t cut in down the middle for us due to this it began to make it hard to make it a quick and easy breakfast

This Tims is out of convince over anything, its dirty, slow, the staff give you dirty looks.. I hate this Tims and I always regret coming in. Honestly everyone, just go to McDonalds across the street. Its busier but at least you know your food and drink will not taste like ass.

We ordered two iced lattes from here and tried to get the order exchanged as well however the people prepping the coffee were so rude. Neither did they acknowledge our concern even when it was smelling so badly, we asked twice but the second time she brushed us off rudely saying its just the smell of espresso and my nose smells it just fine! Not a way for customer service guys!

Just came here today. I never knew what most people say of Tims is true until I got here. Restaurant full of flies and got cold, smelly bread. note that I even came from a poor country but this food I cant take the smell and quality have to spit it out. My order got messed up. Too much chit chat behind the counter.

Look like in the Prep area the girls are new employees with minimum training. They were distracted, insecure, slow and as a result the food was awful. I asked for Bacon Everything flatbread and for $8 I got Bread with Nothing. Where is the cheese? Not tomate paste ? Only 6 small pieces of bacon on it? The Chili was almost a soup, definitely, it was water down and the bun was hard as a rock. Sorry, we will stay away from this place. My family got very disappointed with their order too but I will let them to write another fair review based on their experience.

This used to be the good Tim hortons. Today, august 2024, staff was rude as hell, and now they re making us wait like McDonalds does for two wraps and 10 Tim bits, come on guys, get it together.

I would highly urge to this store management please train your employees how to provide customer service. First of all they gave us chicken wrap to the vegetarian person and labelled as Veg on the wrap but it was non veg wrap and after that when we raised this issue then instead of giving us solution the girl showed us attitude and asked what do you want to repeat the order. The time is between 7:30 to 7:40 pm evening (sunday @30 June). Management Please train the employees.

Extremely poor service. Gave 30 Cents for extra sauce and there was next to 0 sauces in the sandwich. She forgot my other order and had to remind twice Poor hygiene while handling the food. Ordered colorful donut and received chocolate flavor. Not sure if the girl taking the order did it intentionally or something is going inside her mind that she is lacking to focus. Totally disappointed!

We have been here about 3 times now and dont have any complaints. It gets quite busy so your order might take a bit longer than usual. We couldnt tell the difference between the habanero chicken wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap so thats that. Otherwise their summer drinks are good.

I think this is the first bad review I have written. I worked in food service for 13 years. I know the trials these workers are going through. This location is so busy and for that they have my sympathies. Regardless, waiting almost 40 minutes for a coffee and sandwich to find out they lost the order and don t have what you did order is just too much. Additionally, I stood at the mobile pickup spot the whole time clearing trying to signal someone and wasn t seen to. Again, I understand that it is very busy, but customers should at least be acknowledged when they ve been standing there for over a half hour.

Washroom were filthy with no toilet paper. Young gentleman didn t speak english well. Tables were covered with garbage and staff were slow!

I always do the drive through. And even when its a long weekend, they are extremely efficient end pleasant

A few days ago, I visited the place and had a highly disappointing experience. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted stale, far from the quality I expected. The place was noticeably dirty, with unclean tables and litter on the floor, which made the environment quite unpleasant. Additionally, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This visit was a stark contrast to the typically reliable service I associate with Tim Hortons, leaving me very dissatisfied.

Worst tim Hortons ever, wasted 15 minutes for the wrap only and again they were saying we are going to start making it. Had to ask for the refund. They can t even say sorry and they need to change their attitude. If you working in a customer service industry first learn about it then work.

Location was Caledon. Would not stop there again. Service not great. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff visited with a friendand I did not know my tea was on the counter between them. Had to ask again for milk for my tea. I think they can do better.

Worst service. We waited almost 30 mins in Drive thru. When we asked employees there..they said they have got $50 from the first car in drive thru and will give importance to them. Almost 10 cars blocked in drive thru. Never recommend. I prefer mcD close by.

Extremely worst drive through service at night The night staff was so judgemental when we entered drive through , there was one car and it took more than 15 minutes to ordered and then took another 20 minutes to completed when I entered inside and requested for use curb-side or in store pickup options for long wait time orders, she said, we can t do anything just wait the one who ordered not at all giving option to exit others and no one behind his car while receiving our order , we asked why taking this much time at drive through??? she mentioned couple of times , it s a $50 value order of course it s very important for us and laughed at me then why you taking my orders just reject first place because you valued only high paying customers I just wondering if someone order $200, the remaining customers just halt the car for half day in drive through..If @TimHortons don t care about small customers then why are you taking our orders ? she supposed to let us know about the wait time so we can choose better options instead of stuck there

Tim s in Caledon stopped in for a coffee after a day in the saddle of the ninja close to the epic Forks of the Credit road. Coffee was standard Tims. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Weekends / morning this place is busy - so be prepared for a wait. Parking: Parking is in the back - normally spots available but on busy times it fills up quick.

THE WORST TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.. I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER 5 TIMES.. AND IT WAS STILL WRONG.. THEY OVER CHARGED ME.. THE PLACE WAS A COMPLETE MESS .. DISGUSTING PLACE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

My name is Catherine and I want tell more details about my experience at your Tim Hortons. I went to Orangeville with my husband amd we passed by TH. Coming back to Toronto we stopped just to have some lunch and relax. My husband is an extremely coffee lover so we had to stop there. I think the most important is that you are close to the main road. But theres one thing I needed to get as a customer. Just you to show up more. Maybe if its possible some huge sing on the roof? I need you to be more visible, because its the nice place to get coffee. Some customers just stop & grab a cup, some want to have relax with a cup. I know I want to get back to grab and have sit for a while. So, see you there.

Do not go here. Employees cant tell the difference between the hot chocolate you ordered and a coffee. Go to the McDonalds over the road they will get your order correct.

Nice clean location, drive-thru focused. I went into order and about half the time all of the staff was focused on the drive-thru window, I had to remind them of my drink order as they cleared the order from the menu before confirming I had everything. All good unless youre in a rush in which case I would say just stick to the drive-thru.

No good customer service. They never greet you with smile, even you greet them and they don t get bother to reply you back. Seems like they are so done with their job . Need to learn basic ethics of customer service.

Extremely rude staff at drive-through, worse than typical: Is that all? Interuptions. Partner had tried to order and stuttered, and staff on speaker laughed at him. When we got to the window, they literally threw the food at him. Im not sure what it is with Caledon locations for restaurants, but it seems most are staffed with ignorant twits.

Finally get to the window and the employee says the drink I ordered can t be served because the machine is being cleaned. Early morning, drive thru : the lady in the window screaming next order and next older, in the back no car or anyone , she gave out drinks without getting it , she is making voice like that . so weird . i understand yhey maintain timing but need to have some common sense to do this .

Ive received a burnt bagel, something not heated when I asked it to be, and an overly buttered croissant dripping, with no napkins, but! I love the staff, they are quick, and I am often more happy than not going here.

The person gave me hot brown water when I ordered a hot chocolate. I was in drive through and did not want to spend my new year standing in the drive through queue again, so just left only to throw the hot brown water away but it was extremely upsetting.

Timmies stop enroute/back from Orangeville - super fast drive through, always reliable.

The scanner didnt work!! Very busy and not clean!

Came to this location after visiting a nearby park. Service is extremely slow for walk-in customers, it appears that they are focusing on serving drive thru customers only. My French vanilla took 10 minutes to be ready we needed to remind them what we were waiting for. The French vanilla also came with bits of brown specks as pictured. My dad s coffee order came with coffee grinds. Overall not a good experience.

5am been stuck in drive thru for 15 mins now. These guys are a total disaster, always, I give up on them, will just wait till I hit the GTA. Be warned folks! They WILL make you run late.

If I could give zero stars or negative I would. The workers do not say hi how are you just hand the machine to your face while still talking to their coworkers. I order one thing and they go is that everything constantly instead of saying what else can I get for you , which is clearly way Nicer. Also they never are near the till to type in my order, so they always mess it up, i will ask for a chai tea and ice cap, they read it back when Im not even done ordering and somehow got an ice cap and coffee from chai tea? This has happened countless times at this time Hortons. They also never read the orders properly, when i would get pumpkin spice ice cap with no whip topping they always put it on even tho i ordered no whip:))))) its so annoying and frustrating because i shouldnt have to go back in every-time i come here .

The service is very slow compared to other tim Hortons, they will have constant service to drive though with no line but a line of 10+ inside with noone helping on counter... The Bagels are never cut and when driving with a 7 year old its difficult. You ask if they can take someone off drive through to help store front and the manager looks at you like you asked to steal her lunch. It seems if your not the same ethnicity your service is not worth it to them.

I was the only one in line and waited....waited....waited....finally put in my order. The bacon BELT was missing lettuce, tomato, it looked like it had literally been thrown together. 2 Washrooms, one closed for cleaning even though no one was cleaning it. Other one was locked and no one ever came out...had to go across the Street to mcdonalds. Wont be stopping here when Im going up north. There are a million other Tims around.

It was pretty okayish.. not the best though. I find the drinks to be a bit watery and they didnt have much options for decaffeinated drinks.

The fastest drive thru I have ever experienced ever. I go to Tim Hortons fairly frequently. I use drive thrus pretty often. I have NEVER had an experience this fast. I ordered a full breakfast: wrap, coffee and doughnut. I get to the window, pay, and have my full order handed to me immediately. I have never reviewed a Tim Hortons before but I needed to review this one. I was so impressed and dumbfounded. I don t know how it was so fast. The wrap was grilled too! It had to be less than a minute to prep everything. It seemed to be all freshly made as well. How?!?!

Ive visited this location three times this week. Each time, despite requesting a well-stirred tea, it consistently arrives unstirred, with the tea bag added afterward. Whats more disappointing is that the tea bag is just thrown on top afterwards. Im quite disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, especially after making this request.
