The first time I visited Fionas Cuisine, it reminded me of a Jamaican restaurant, in Jamaica. Driving through one of the parishes, and you stop to eat a food. I mean the rustic surroundings, with the hospitable atmosphere and excellent customer service, is appreciated. I enjoy the authentic Jamaican cuisine, like brown stew fish, with veggies and rice and peas, and the curry goat. They serve up a wicked jerk pork with festival. Try the fry chicken, (moist) and spicy shrimp. Like the generous portions too! The vegetable soup though - nice. Big it up, big it up! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soup, plantain, festival, steam vegetable.

One of the only places where all combos are great.

Came with my family after a hike. Weve passed by before when we have been in the area and always wanted to stop in. This time we did and are so glad we did so! We had both the jerk chicken and oxtail and both were delicious. The staff were also very lovely. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area again!

First timer. It was one of the best jerk chicken and rice/coleslaw I have had. The lady was nice enough to give an extra coleslaw and gravy even tho we had already paid at no additional cost. very nice people and great food. Recently dined at Fionas a Jamaican cuisine gem, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the aroma of authentic spices and flavors that transported me straight to the Caribbean. The ambiance was vibrant, reflecting the rich culture of Jamaica. The menu offered a tantalizing array of dishes, from jerk chicken to curry goat, each bursting with bold and exotic flavors. I opted for the jerk chicken, and it was cooked to perfection juicy and tender with just the right amount of heat. The sides of rice and peas and fried plantains complemented the dish perfectly. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Overall, Flonase exceeded my expectations, and I cant wait to return to explore more of their mouthwatering offerings

Very kind as soon as you walk in, food was great and tender although I would have loved a bit more spice on the jerk chicken but thats just me as it seemed lacking a little flavor, gravy helped with that extra flavor. We got jerk chicken, chicken fingers, festival. Excellent spot out in the country for good Jamaican food. Keep up the great work Fiona! Ill be back to hopefully get that curry goat, and maybe the Ackee and Salt fish.

Our family and friends dined at Fionas Cuisine over the course of this weekend for birthday celebrations for two persons and to sum it all up...Fiona and Jr. We will definitely be back....The food was past excellent. The jerk pork and spring rolls to start us off only left our palettes watering in anticipation for what was to come next and we were not disappointed when the main course arrived. The brown stew King Fish was finger licking good, the Stew Oxtail was falling off the bone good, the Spicy Sauteed Shrimp fantastic, the brown stew Salmon amazing. Fiona your culinary skills has surpassed many and Jrs attentiveness to alll of us was highly commendable. Keep cooking with love...My family thanks you and Jr. immesely and we look forward to doing it again soon.

I had Thanksgiving dinner at Fionas this past October 2022. I ordered steamed fish and although it takes long to prepare, Fiona decided to indulge me. My goodness!!!! It was one of the most delicious meals Ive ever had. Not to mention the size of fish. Huge! I highly recommend this place to share a meal with friends and family.

Wow! Just had lunch with 8 friends at Fiona s and it was fantastic! The jerk chicken was the best I ve had outside of Montego Bay and the Festivals(sweet bread) was so,so good. And the coleslaw! Amazing. Fiona came to see us at the table and was just lovely. The service, the food, the prices, everything was excellent and far beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Fiona s, it s a true gem of a restaurant.

Great food, lots of parking, good portions and friendly family run business. Fiona was very friendly and welcoming to our family even with our five young children. They also loved the food. Saw a customer have a seafood platter that we will definitely be back for. Its not on the menu and you need to order a day in advance but looked really good.

Fiona s had great food. We enjoyed the curry goat and jerk chicken. Portions were generous and plated beautifully. What impressed us most was Fiona. She introduced herself, learned all our names, and asked for suggestions to add to the menu. She was very sweet and a great chef. We ll be back for sure.

This was my second experience with Fionas Cuisine - the first time being through a company catering event - and I was once again blown away by the incredible food they have! We ordered the jerk chicken and jerk pork, with a side of fried chicken, and they did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and very tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The pork was also cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. The sides were also amazing, with the rice and peas and the amazing coleslaw - hands down the best coleslaw I have ever had - It was creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The quality of the food is only matched by the quality of service at Fionas Cuisine. The owner Fiona is very friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure that the guests are well taken care of. The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality make for a truly memorable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Fionas Cuisine to anyone looking for amazing Jamaican food in the area. Whether youre visiting for the first time or returning for another incredible meal, you wont be disappointed!

Had dinner with friends there last night. The food was delicious. We all had the same thing which was Jerk chicken. The flavours are so authentic. Very pleasant atmosphere. So happy to see this place is here. An absolute must!!

Lovely little spot thats hidden away and easy to miss. But the food was fantastic. I took my wife out to dinner here and we both devoured our meals. I had the fried snapper and it was delicious. Definitely coming back again.

My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fiona the owner. This was our first time at the restaurant and as we entered we knew we were going to love it. The food is really good. Was on my way home to Toronto when the Jamaican flag caught my eye. My wife is Jamaican and really picky lol. We checked it out. No regrets. Big up yourself Fiona!

Excellent Jerk Bbq chicken and also Jerk Pork! Even the coleslaw was fantastic! My husband and I highly recommend Fiona s! Love the atmosphere here it really reminds me of back home in Jamaica! The restaurant is clean and well kept love the vibe. Keep up the fantastic work!

I m having a hard time expressing just how much my partner and I enjoyed dining here. I think she described it best when she said it s the home cooked meal I have been missing. Raymond waited on us with care and kindness, all while maintaining such a pleasant atmosphere with the perfect old soul music. The food honestly was so good that we were shocked by how affordable everything was! With such great portions and perfectly seasoned food that you could recommend to anyone - this lovely family owned and operated restaurant deserves all the love and I WILL be returning for lunch soon. When you live in a multicultural city, have an adventurous spirit & a bucket list to experience different cuisines, Fionas is a great place to start. This is not a cookie cutterrestaurant like those franchises all over the city. This is a one-of-a-kind, cook to your order place! This was my first experience with Jamaican food & I was not disappointed. I chose the spicy shrimp meal with rice & veggies. I love spice, the heat was perfect. & the veggies were crunchy & well-seasoned. The ambiance was very homey & Fiona & her son were very welcoming. Thank you, FiFi.

The food here is so fresh some of the best I ve had and worth the drive out. You can tell it s not premade sitting under lamps and it makes a huge difference. Worth every penny and the time it takes to make it.

This tucked in restaurant really surprised us in the best way! First of all I was impressed with the amount of varieties of pasta they have. Second of all, the flavors are amazing.

So happy that I found this gem while visiting Caledon today. Out of all the Jamaican restaurants that Ive been to, Fiona is one of my favorites in Canada. Loved the hospitality during my short visit. A warm greeting from the friendly staff, and Raymond was kind to offer green tea while I waited for my meal. A generous portion of savory food, with only 3/4 displayed in my picture. Im hoping to visit again for their Mothers Day promotion next month. Definitely support this restaurant!

Food is Good Price is Good Staff Friendly

My freind and I we are happy to have stumbled upon this place. The staff were very nice to their customers and the interior was very beautiful. The food was superb, we ordered the fried chicken, salmon meal and 10 pieces of chicken wings. And although it took some time for the food to arrive, I am happy to say that the wait was worth it and that you will keep coming back for more.

We went to Fionas after our hike to the fork of credit. We loved how this unassuming place made us comfortable the moment we stepped in. We had delicious snapper fish and Jerk chicken meals, it was made fresh and we enjoyed their fresh juices while waiting for our food ( also great portions and price). Chef fiona and her son made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and visit again when we are the area.

This is a hidden gem we found on our way to a hiking trail up north. They have the best jerk chicken, coleslaw and house made hotsauce. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable. Definitely will be coming back here again soon.

Wow, finally a Jamaican cuisine I can recommend! This family-run restaurant is a hidden gem. From the food to the service, there is not a mark that they didnt hit. Freshly pressed natural juices, perfectly executed dishes, and a hint of yaad all in one place. Fionas is the place to be.

Some of the best jerk pork Ive had, very flavorful and balanced! Has a real smoke flavour which you dont get very often from Jerk joints in the GTA. Amazing food and even better service

Very poor customer service. Ordered food at 4:35pm to try and beat the dinner rush. My girlfriend and I were hoping to buy my parents a Saturday night dinner. We were told to pick up at 5:10pm. When we got there at 5:10pm we were told only a couple more minutes. At 5:30pm we were told everything was ready and just waiting on the pasta. At 5:55pm we asked how much longer. 10 minutes later we were asked if we could wait another 15 minutes. During this time other customers ordered and left with their food. Long story short we ordered at 4:30pm and at 6:30pm we were looking for a new restaurant. Reviews say that the food is good but this is no way to treat a customer. And if what they were saying was true than why would we want the order if most of the food had been sitting for 40 minutes?

We set out to find just a small little diner to have lunch but found this gem. Food was delicious and service was amazing!! Definitely will be coming back

Lunch at Fionas transported me back to the Island, everything was so amazingly flavorful!! MUST HAVE- The Jerk Chicken Pasta, prepared with Fionas exquisite passion for cooking, it is delicious!! I had the pleasure of eating here a couple times now. I have tried the wings, sweet potato fries, salmon, rice, pasta, and specialty juices to name a few. All delicious and wonderful flavors. Met the owner Fiona as well and you can tell she is passionate about the success of her business and also about the quality of food that gets served. Very highly recommended.

Outstandingly amazing food, when I say value for your money. The entire team was extremely friendly, the atmosphere is very nice and chill. I ordered a lobster and crab platter and everyone ate from my plate and I took the rest home and ate from it twice. When I want to have Caribbean food I always test it by having their jerk chicken dinner. Chicken, rice and peas and coleslaw. All 3 items have to be perfect to nail this dish. This dish nailed it, taste, presentation and quality. I have tried many others with disappointing results. There is passion in the quality of food that is brought to your table. I cannot wait to return, well done!!!

Great Jamaican restaurant. We had the Jerk Chicken and Curry Goat. Both were delicious. Jerk Chicken was very flavourable and just the right amount of seasoning. If you have had Jerk Chicken before and was too spicy, then this is the one for you. Still has the bite of Jerk seasoning but a pleasure to eat. Raymond, our host / server was very kind and personable. Had a lovely chat. Smiles had by everyone including the kitchen. A must destination for Jamaican food. We have been meaning to try Fionas for some time now. Drove up to enjoy the beautiful weather and have lunch. The restaurant is lovely inside and we had a nice chat with Fiona and her family. The menu has a great variety and it was difficult to choose what to try! Theres an extensive collection of tea available and we tried two which were excellent. We were served amazing home made rolls and then the entrees arrived. Both the jerk and barbeque chicken were delicious as were the side dishes of rice and peas and coleslaw. Make sure you go hungry as the portions are generous. Well definitely be back to try some different dishes! Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessible parking spot near the door and getting into the restaurant isnt difficult.
