I have been going to Tims for over 20 years, this particular location consistently has issues with taking orders, receiving orders and quality of the food. Missing hash browns, half sandwiches and very poor communication at the order window.

If there were a no star rating I would give it to this location. I am absolutely disgusted at the way the staff have handle me as customer. Firstly, there is no customer service at any of theses establishments anymore. I walked into this location, waited to be served by someone as the tills were empty. A party of 3 people walked in and immediately were served by their fellow countryman. The female staff member gave me no attention as I take it, I am not from her country. To make things worse, the other till became available and the exact same thing happened with another party of 3 individuals from the same country. When I intervened and said I had been here before both of these parties, they made no effort to rectify. So I said, they should continue to serve their people and Ill wait. After waiting, I finally was served and expressed by distaste to their behavior. It is full on RACISM, thats exactly what was. It is sickening as I know nothing will be done as there is ZERO customer service at these places. Horrible experience and I will tell everyone of my experience.

Went there buy ice coffees worst service ever and when i told them the ice coffee is not as i told them. Terrible service, drive thru staff does not know how to speak basic English or offer customer service. Can t believe this is Tim Hortons Canada. They don t know about basic policies that they learn in their onboard training stating that if a customer is not satisfied with their order, they can receive a new one at no charge at the same or any location. Staff does now know about this policy and was argumentative. It is courtesy and it doesn t come out of their own pockets. Coffee order never tastes the same. So disappointing that this location is the closest to me. This is a high profile area and they make the customer feel so cheap for asking to make a new order. No multiculturalism in the staff that is hired, everybody speaks their own language in front of the customer, funny that they think you don t understand when you are from the same ethnic background as them. Tim Hortons staff is clearly instructed to speak English in front of guests. Extremely ill-spoken and rude to paying customers. Customer service skills and hospitality is a job requirement!! Canada has a standard, please follow that standard.

I was there today around 11:55am. The lady was at drive thru she was very rude and bad customer service. She didn t say hy or thanku nothing and i listened wrong price when i ask her about the price she behave like she gonna kill me. Disappointed to see only one donut on sunday evening. Not sure why you need 10 staff to just serve coffee. Hardly any choice. Looks like baking manager was on leave so ppl wont hv their favorite items and just buy wats in stock. Thats the way this place rolls. Bolo. Your response means nothing to me.

If i could give this place zero stars, I would give. The experience was an absolute disaster, the staff was rude and inattentive. When requested my sandwich to be made again, the cook got pissed and was throwing food. Didn t feel like eating the sandwich after that. The staff at this location doesn t know the meaning of customer service. The worst location , even for a coffee. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all cost unless one wants to experience bad customer service.

This was my parents coming in here and i wanted to give them good experience. I asked them specially to make fresh wedges but she still gave me old ones. They could not even chew it.

Asked for a simply sausage on a toasted and buttered bagel and got a simply egg. No sausage. Not toasted. Not buttered.

Went through drive through to order some breakfast. Employee was extremely rude and rushed our order, of course the order was all messed up. The food was discussing. Highly recommend driving 10 minutes to the next location.

Yesterday, Around 8pm I was trying to give my order and i was in so much hurry and at drive thru they were saying wait a moment wait a moment however there was no other customer but they were not paying attention towards my order instead they were just talking and i ordered 3 med steep tea triple triple and there was no sugar at all in those and i was in hurry. I feel this is a completely terrible customer service, and we aren t paying for this type of attitude. They should learn some etiquettes to be actually at a work place.

This location is constantly out of product, regardless of the time of day. It is incredibly unorganized inside which leads to long wait times both inside and in the drive-thru. Somehow the donuts are always stale, if they even have any.

If I could give negative reviews, I would! The worst service in town. Don t bother, food is not hygienic, staff is super rude. They don t understand the instructions, just frustrating! How hard is it to take an order and process it. Staff needs to change!

They usually get your orders wrong (difficulty with English comprehension or just not paying attention no matter how slow and clear customer speaks at order windrow) and except for morning rush hour, drive-thru staff are extremely slow.

This place forgot my chicken in my buffalo chicken bowl and that is just outrageous, so now I only have rice and salad. The worker scanned the gift card the wrong way as well.

One of the worst tim location in GTA, I would like to give them zero in service food and other things,, morning supervisor and manager both are very rude and arrogant, even don t know how to talk with customer and employees, whenever I ordered food there it always seems like expired. This location use to be great but lately they re always messing up my order even when they re not busy. Staff members are always laughing and talking in the back. They don t care or double check what goes out. All they care about is moving up the line.

They messed up my order and would not change it because they thought I was lying. Plus, they think they are in India, thus treating people with the same mindset. They put my coffee in a broken tray then handed it to me. They then rudely started yelling to get moving so I couldnt look much at it. As soon as I turned the corner out the drive through the coffees broke through the sides of the tray and filled my floor with coffee. I ended up going to country style in bolton and let me tell you. They have Tims beat on service, taste and friendly service. Why cant you keep up with a almost non existing company? I booked my truck in for detail so I guess todays round from Tims costs me 230 bucks, thats too expensive so Ill be going elsewhere.

live right beside this location, every time the coffee is old and burnt. asked for a oatmeal cookie and they said no they dont make it anymore because they dont have space. what kind of garbage is this you are not a independent coffee shop you are a franchise follow guidelines. im not a racist i am also indian but the staff is terrible dont do the job properly and are in a rush to get people out. take a few minutes extra and make the daym order correctly and please carry the products that tim hortons across the board sells.
