Some of the people that work there should find a different job because they are no good. There is a worker in there that is always angry and frustrated and it bugs me how unprofessional they can be. I just want a tea and a sandwich, it s not the end of the world!

I m done with this place. Rude staff and every time I order food, it s like they go out or their way to make the portions as small as possible compared to all the other Tim Hortons. Congratulations, you saved a few pennies at the expense of losing long term frequent customers.

I went through the drive thru and I found them to be slow. And also I ordered 3 drinks and they asked me if I wanted a tray.

Nothing is worse than being on the road, stopping to get a coffee, taking that first sip and ugh! Sugar! I ordered coffee. Do I have to say no sugar ?? Poured it out when I got to my destination. Waste of time and waste of money.

They were out of every bagel except for Jalapeño Asiago Mozzarella and it was only just after noon however, the bagel was made just the way I wanted. I had my dog with me his 11 months and I asked for 3 plain Tim bits for him but only got 1 so after coming back to the window I asked for a couple more. She came back and gave him one Tim bit he was gentle which she noticed. Now she was happy and my dog was happy and made me proud because his a Pit Bull and you hear bad stories about dogs but if you raised them right they are loving, caring loyal dogs

I have gone to the surrounding areas for Tim Hortons and they cant compare to this one! I would like to especially say thank you to the day time staff, I appreciate your services!!

Would leave 0 star if I could have messed up my steep tea 3 times now this morning leaving me very late for work as i had to go to hwy 9 and 50 to exchange was late to work 25 mins beacuase of this mistake. Have been foneing here for years and the service has gone really down hill .

Whwn you Spend 17.00 dollars worth of beverages which were supposed to be made with double the amount of cream in them - they decide to make them with zero cream at all. Aswell as when you ask for some extra cream on the side because they screwed up all the drinks and they gave you 2. And thats it

Worst level of customer service out of any Tim Hortons in the area. What every happened to Good morning , may i take your order and thank you have a nice day. Its basically hello at the speaker and how are you paying at the window.

If you go inside they will ignore you for 20 minutes if you dont call out to them. And they see you, and theyre not busy, just rude and dont want to work I guess. Inside 2 Stars Drive Through 5 stars They just shouldnt have an inside counter and it would be a great place.

The steeped tea here is always very hot and fresh. The customer service is great and I usually dont have to wait for my order to be ready.

Dirtiest Tims ever, food on floor, dusty unclean counter! Then order wasn t even correct! Asked for two breakfast sandwiches on English muffins and got tea biscuits!!!

Worst customer service. Very rude people behind the counters those pakistan, indian workers talk to you so rude, when you ask them nicely and calm voice to repeat your order just to make sure they got it correctly and when you go to pick your order to the drive through window, they give you mean look and they talked in their own language. Very very rude customer service. Always feel like they dont wanna work there.

Bought a classic chicken wrap which was excellent however the iced tea was not to my liking.

This is now a recurring problem with many Tims including this one that they dont follow the order correctly. For example, we routinely order coffee as half French Vanilla and half Double Double, but they invariably mess it up by giving either FV or plain coffee! I think Tim needs to focus on training their new recruits more else this problem will aggravate.

This is a pretty sad location. The staff are rude and not friendly. They can keep you waiting for five minutes walking by and seeing you standing there. They will mix up the order every once in a while - but hey, its mostly a drive through, so who cares? The customer is not likely to come back and sort it out!. Overall, you dont really get good vibes there, but you will get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

I watched as they used hot water to water down my decaf coffee so they wouldn t have to make a new pot.

Gave me the wrong order wasnt busy either charged me for it and when I asked to get it corrected told me there was nothing they could do and what they gave me was the most cheapest wrap I have ever seen whit next to nothing in it never I repeat never go here or you will be just as disappointed as I am

This locations always clean fast at the drive-thru and they let you use the washroom Im always grateful because theyre nice people

Staff is always friendly. Food/Drinks standard Tim Hortons. The Soundsystem for ordering is very quiet and both sides have a hard time to understand eachother.

The week day crew in the mornings are just stunned I go out of my way now to not go to this tims my order has never once been right. I order the same thing every day and every day its somehow different. Weekend team is fine

Terrible service the last year. Just got a ham and cheese on a croissant. Person cut croissant so there was hardly any in one side. All the toppings are exposed and salad dressing oozing everywhere. Impossible to eat. People at window are great . It is the ones who make the food who do not seem to care.

Food was fresh. Thats enough for me though it took us little extra time to get the complete food.

Double check your orders before leaving the window here. Open everything up. This location consistently shorts your order but will charge you for everything. Been commuting and passing this location and have been shorted at least every other order.

Was there this morning. Ordered tea and coffee with 2 cheese tea biscuits at drive threw. The biscuits were very dry, not made this morning. They never say hi or have a great day. Just shut the window really quick. Not eating anything there if they serve you with old food. Coffee and tea were ok. Also, every other Tim Horton hands you your order in a tray. This one they dont. Makes you wonder if they dont follow covid rules, what rules do they follow???

The days of Tims are over now its long lineups and never getting an order right and never understanding at the window

I just found out this Tim hortons is NOT servicing truck drivers .. on hwy9 and airport rd....owner says no..trucks do not fit in drive through .. so when drivrr err s walk up.. they are told NO!!! I would volunteer to assist but timmys does want me there !! Because if you comment on this location Owners will have you banned.. Drivers stop at my house I ll make you a coffee better than Tim s and you can park in front of my house Ring the bell !!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting! Ordering from this place made me never want to come back again.They mess up your order 99% of the time, the potato wedges are never filled and I ve never heard of a Tim Horton s who s ice cap machine is broken! Is this McDonald s? No!

It was Tims. I got the iced coffee less sweet.... I literally threw out. It was so super sweet and nasty. The service was feiendly but very very slow. I would be slow too if my employer liked to make an extra buck by screwing me over.

These people dont know how to put chipotle sauce on my farmers wrap. They either put 100% of it all at the back of the wrap. Or totaly forget about it 5X in a row. Also they never have chocolate chunk cookies or glazed donuts. The ppl are nice. But man do u ever see why they work at tims.... Im literly there now and asked for a cookie. They dont have them....again...so make that 6 times in a row

This place really gets it business from the location. It is tired and not the cleanest looking. However, it is always packed busy, and it is a perfect location to get a coffee while on route to some where else.

This place is hit or miss, but mostly miss. Service here is very slow. It seems as if they are always training people.

They were out of pretty much everything non pastry, the guy at the counter was very slow, service overall was very slow. From what I could see of the people working at the back it was a shitshow.

Drive through staff this afternoon couldnt have been any less professional, I spent nearly 15 minutes waiting in the drive through, (which may be an exaggeration) for one lady, who decided it was more than okay to chat with 4-5 other employees as she made her way through the drivethrough. Normally this wouldnt have bothered me but she then decided to chat with another 3 employees at the payment window, even going as far as to have them lean out of the window to make their conversations a little easier. Terrible service for a terrible coffee.

I drove through and they only gave me half of my order, and when I realized I drove back to get the rest and they seemed like I was doing them a diservace by claiming the food I paid for and didnt even get any sort of an apology for butchering my order the first time, then when I got the other half it wasnt the right order.

Their steeped tea is consistently horrible.

I stopped at this location and used the drive thru. I ordered a steep tea and was told at the window after paying that they did not have enough tea to finish my tea and that it would take 4 mins to have enough to make another pot. This was SUNDAY MORNING at 9am...There was no remorse or sympathy from the woman wearing the blue shirt running the drive thru. I ended up ordering a coffee instead. Without fail, the coffee was burnt and not stirred. Needless to say I will not being going back. The lack of brand representation at this location is appalling. Especially since they are located on a highway and most likely serve a lot of people.
