In person I have always had a good experience. It s usually been the same guy working there taking my orders for the past few years. Only ever had my order messed up once on delivery apps a couple years ago, and it was more likely the driver stole part of the order. My go to little caesars location

Had just went there Saturday morning to get the Slices-n-Stix with wings. The worker at the time was very kind as he always is whenever I go there to get something. He s the same way with any other customers that come in as well. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and was satisfied with everything as well as my sisters whom I shared it with. Overall, awesome customer service and pretty good food!

Dilrose is an amazing worker, he really helped me out with the pregnant wife and getting those extra brown point as she was craving some pizza and crazy bread. Dilrose accepted the last min order before close and was nothing but exceptional. He took care of all of my request and really made it feel like he wasnt rushing me out with the usual behaviour you might get from time to time if you are found in a store before close. He was patient and respectful, I hope to have more dealings with him.

My husband went to pick up yesterday pizza around 7pm and me and him ate some slices was everything okay until later during the night my husband start getting bad of his stomach he was having pain in the stomach, sweating a lot, he couldnt leave the washroom because it was really bad. After like 1h of him being this bad I started getting bad aswell! This was an awful night and morning and we still with nausea and going to the washroom all the time. That was the only food we had yesterday so yeah I could go to the doctor and check if we had food poisoning because we do have all the symptoms but because we cannot afford of losing days of work we are just here at work sick just because your place doesnt have food safety or hygienic! I wonder how do you guys do , do you wash your hands regularly, do change boards, knifes? Do you cut the meat with the veggie... I dont know honestly this is the first time something like this happen! I hope you guys get better or many other people could have this again and do much worse to you guys

This place is my go to place for when I ever get hungry or I got no food at home

This morning the girl who works there she ain t greet or nothing as entere she say your pizza is coming out I wait for ten mins she brings slides it on th counters and walks away wait what? Employees make a huge difference to our mood .. I understood so this is for the owner to to fix the environment

Food is what you d except from little Caesars but I was really impressed with the service here. I was serviced by prana( my apologies if misspelt). Dealt with people right at closing without any issues. Give him a raise !

Had an amazing experience at the Kennedy location. Salesperson Pranav was very professional, an excellent chef with great communication skills. Easily one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Would definitely recommend to all pizza enthusiasts!

For me, customer service personnel way of communication was rude and unprofessional. Asking to add dipping sauce with order without telling, it is paid. Over asking for two paper bags on side, he mentioned it s paid 25 cents each. Wonderful service. I am impressed. I will Never ever visit this place.

The girl working at the front during the Friday evening/night shift doesn t know how to talk and has really bad attitude. Pizza was good but customer service was zero.

Kudos to Raj for haldling customer and serving nice pizza. Crispy pizza with flavors. We will come back hungry.

One of the worst experience I had with this shop. They didnt pick up the phone,Went there,they had taken my order wrong, Charged too much. Waited 20 minutes for my wrong order. Never go there..

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Theyre rude on the phone, theyre rude in the store. I wont go there anymore. Theres a Dominos Pizza around the corner and another Little Caesars on Wanless. Customer service used to actually be a thing, but it seems to be completely lost on them, which is either because of poor managerial oversight, or they just dont give a s@!#. Please hold the places you shop at accountable for their service, if the service sucks, dont give them your money.

One staff taking orders on phone and making pizza on a Friday evening. If the owners can have more staff, itll be better service and better pizza. One staff, surprises me!!

Worst Little Caesars Ive ever been too. Had no pizzas ready, woman blamed covid. Isnt hot and ready the whole deal with this place? Woman was extremely rude and talking on her cell phone the entire time I was trying to order. Oh and also no garlic dips, also because of covid... lol what a joke

I visited this store at 7:31 on october/13/2021. When i entred the store no greetings at all. There was a girl with black and blonde hair and she is punjabi..she was sitting free and when She saw us she went inside thats fine and then we decided our order she came at front desk for our order i was just about to start giving my order but she said you can decide let me go back store and then i will return. i mean how did she know we are not ready. If she did even let me start!!! Then i started giving my order and between she entrupted me and she went inside the store again and didnot return for about 5 mints and then she came back with full of attitude (this is worst attitude i ever saw in someone) and she was on a call with someone then i asked her how many slices does large pizza comes with? She said 8 no 10 slices and the attitude she was using with the line i felt so insulted . We customers are paying for our food. Its not like she is giving me free food or she is paying for my food. I know people have bad days or busy days but that doesnot mean she will be going to put all the frustration on the customers. We as well do work all day and in the evening when we happily want to eat something good and this kind of attitude ruins all the happiness. And converts customers into worst kind of feeling. really you guys need to increase customer service and should hire properly trained employees.

Service is not the best. The girl working the counter forgot part of my order, then insisted that it was my fault for not mentioning it. I had mentioned the item twice during the phone order and again when I came to pick up the order :/

We always phone our order in and pick it up. Its always hot and ready on time! The staff isnt always right there waiting at the counter for us, but weve never had issue with them because they see us and quickly bring us our order. The store front is clean and modern too.

Some of the staff are very rude. I called to order something and I got there in 20 minutes and the lady started making it as soon as i came in

I had to wait an hour for a simple order. It was not the workers fault she had to handle a busy store by herself. It was Incredibly sad to see slave labour this day and age. The owners need to step up their game. Im not going to this location again. Everybody in the store felt the same way. We had plenty time to get to know each other.

Not the best pizza shop and its not open late. Management doesnt understand what Hot-N-Ready means. They never have any pizzas available if you just walk in. They make you pay and then they get it ready, which goes against their franchisee standards. Cant wait for something else to open up in the development.

Ordered deep dish cheese pizza... he walked to the back and took a prepared one out of the fridge... took the pepperonis out with his bair hands put the pepperoni back in the tey to re use.... used his bair hands put some cheese on the pizza and put in the oven for me

The whole idea behind Little Caesars is the hot and ready. They might have one pizza, one wings and a crazy bread ready. I want to pick one up of my choice on the way home, not wait 15 minutes.

He said 15 mins I wait an hour

They just have a single person everyday ,he always say 5-7 minutes but probably takes 20 minutes every time .I am not satisfied with the Italian chees bread he served, as it doesn t even had enough garlic on it. They just got 2 crazy breads ready and they never have more than that hot and ready. I suggest everyone not to waste time there rather eat something else.

Little Ceasers Pizza, is great the food taste great but there is a little bit of a wait time. No drive throughs, or places to sit but there is a Gyzabo close bye were you can sit and eat overall this little Ceasers is good.

As long as you call ahead this place is good. The one time I just walked in I did have to wait but any time I call ahead they have it ready in ten minutes from when I call. Not a sit down Resturant and there is no tables.

Very long wait for hot & ready. New location so Im guessing they are still learning. Best bet to call ahead. They look understaffed at this time. Location is on north-west corner of Kennedy & Douggal at West most building.
