Pizza was soggy and did not seemed cooked enough. I could ve been asked how I d prefer my pizza cooked as I would ve preferred it toasty and crispy. Did not seem worth what I paid.

Sometimes its hard to find warm slices ready to go in small towns, much less good quality pizza. But pizza express has both. Does not have customer washrooms from what I could tell. There is a dedicated parking area in behind off of the side street. But most people just pull off on the side street and pop in from what I can tell. Worth the stop.

Expensive! I paid $55 for a large pizza and 2 lbs of chicken wings. I know costs are up for food but this seems excessive. Great wings and average pizza... I just cant afford the prices here.

This place is awesome, great service my buddies and I came here and they gave us free drinks and upgraded our pizza to a large, great friendly service 100% would recommend.

Walked in and waited mins and nobody came to the front. Had to call out for service. Ordered pepperoni slice of pizza, it was not the best at all. Had a few bites and had to throw the rest out. Pizza was not fresh at all and tasted like it was from day before and reheated.

It may be called Pizza Express & Wings, but my favourite part of a now-regular dinner take-out experience from this resto has revealed an extraordinary love of their exquisite potato wedges that appears to be a gloriously unique recipe not found with other typical western pizza houses. And if you dont believe me, I suggest you take a break from the synthetic nonsense of the big franchises (i.e. Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza) with their chemically-engineered slop and put your time and money towards something youll actually enjoy and remember. Simply put, theres no better comfort food in the world when indulging in the range of culinary delights of this restaurant. Everything is good, seriously. Their pie features tasty dough and flavorful toppings, the wings are cooked nicely and glazed with ample amounts of sauce, and the potatoes let me see through time and fill me with nostalgia. Having discovered them over a year ago, I can honestly say that between their competitive prices, quality homemade ingredients and mouth-watering presentation - youre in for something delightful and truly memorable. Oh, and dont forget the old-school Kawarthas ice cream bar and how youll likely discover a new flavour that will have you running to the grocery store for more. This family business is run in a way thatll make you forget this pandemic entirely...even if for just a sweet and short space of time. Highly recommended and worth the drive from anywhere in Ontario.

The pizza was exactly the type of pizza you need, for watching the leafs game. As you pull the slice, there is no tug, simply a rhythmic flowing motion, with beautiful strands of cheese stringing along. A quiet and peaceful little joint, to be enjoyed by locals, with warm ambiance inside. Customer service is also very good, as there is a kindness that can be felt through the voice of the server. They also changed the tv channel for us to enjoy the game. Overall, 5/5.

Well wasn t my unexpected stop here a nice little surprise! After having cycled all day on the rail trail that goes through this village, we decided to pop in here for a quick snack before driving back to the city with our bikes. We just wanted some wings to take the edge off! Ha ha ha! My friend and I Tracy walked into this place like a couple of hungry lunatics! I don t know about you guys but when I m hungry I definitely have a hard time focussing on a menu! We knew we wanted wings but we really couldn t focus. Luckily Pam was working and she was as kind as can be and made great suggestions for us. The wings were delicious but she was definitely the highlight of our visit! Thanks again Pam! It was great meeting you! See you next time!

Love their pizza, wings, samosas, chicken, fries its all great! The family that runs this shop is amazing as well super sweet and remembers how I like my pizza. Caledon east is lucky to have them. Would Love to see a few more options on the menu because they are the only take out that will deliver to us in C.E. but not necessary they have never let us down. Highly recommend!!!! Update: we now have 4 pizza places in town, lots of competition. The last few times we have ordered everything was burnt. Havent ordered in months. Tried to give it another go tonight, wanted the house special with chicken, roasted r. Peppers and mushrooms. Apparently chicken counts as 2 toppings. Instead of just charging me for an extra topping, I cannot get the special so its $39 for 1 pizza no wings!!! He insisted I can only have 3 toppings. Ill just order elsewhere. Im not fighting to give you my money there is 3 options within 4 minutes of eachother. Not impressed.

Weve been buying from here for the last 3 years and the quality is steadily decreasing. Weve had an issue every time weve ordered in the last year. Not only is the order wrong but their customer service is so terrible. They have no idea how to behave with their customers or respect their business. Every time we call, we get some attitude. Yesterday we ordered a pizza with three toppings and only got 1 topping on it and a pound of hot wings - one of which was burnt and none of them had any sauce. When we called to tell him that there is an issue, he wouldnt believe that we had the wrong pizza and he wanted us to go back in the storm to drop it off so that he could see for himself. First he said he couldnt do anything about it and then after we insisted he told us he could give us 5 dollars off the next order. You better believe were not going back there...might as well spend the extra 5 bucks and get your right order and a smile when we go to Airport pizza.

Based on the quality of the product and service being provided, it appears that Pizza Express has no desire to keep their customers satisfied. The product and poor service being provided, does not justify the overpriced products being offered here. Pizza Express, consider the demographic you are catering to and learn the basics of customer service and product quality if you have any desire of being successful. I would not recommend this Pizza store as the customer experience and product quality has become unacceptable. Dont pay for disappointment, be a smart consumer!

Best poutine in Caledon. And that comes from someone who gets poutines from everywhere. And you know the pizza is awesome when my dad demolishes it every time. Over all I give the poutine 11 stars and the pizza 9 stars. Very good place to go get stuffed with great tasting food.

Told 25 minutes for a pick up order, waited at home, then waited another 20 minutes in store. Either forgot order or just didnt make it because they couldnt locate my order. Pizza was over done. Going to Orangeville or Bolton next time

I asked them if they could deliver they said yes as soon as I am ready to place my order they made excuses on not to come. Mind you I live 3 minutes away the only reason why I couldnt get the pizza is because there is no vehicle at my house and the lady there is rude

This place has the most delicious pizza in all of the GTA. I have been to some of the best pizza places in NEW YORK CITY, and they don t compare to this place. Mouth watering stretchy cheese with fresh pepperoni and juicy veggies. This guy that works there Gill is cool as hell and serves the pizza ASAP. Best pizza portion i ve seen in a long time! Ordered a slice and it was double the size of pizza pizza. The pizza here is always perfectly crispy. Most importantly to me its cheaper than every other pizza joint in my area! When im sastisfied with my slices I can sit back and lick a cone of kawartha ice cream, one of my favourites, love that combo!

Best pizza place in ontario, seriously. They have excellent walk in specials and the right pizza for people from all walks of life. The sauce reminds me of my grandmother s homemade sauce when she lived in the foothills of Italy, the fresh, plump tomatoes creating the perfect harmonious base for the eloquent blend of cheeses that brings me to my knees. All the meat is locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Eat here. Now.

Has one of the best pizzas that i have had. Way better then any pizza pizza or pizza nova, which was my previous favourite pizza place. This place also has very good proportions and for a very good price. Strongly can recommend this place to any pizza lovers in the caledon area!

This is a gem, a white whale. Pizza dough is made on site every single morning, sauce is home made and the cheese is the best money can by. Its made by the same people day in a day out. If your looking for on of the best pizzas Canada can offer, this is the place. Its cheep and tasty!

We just moved to Caledon a year ago and it took us a while to find this place. Best pizza around. Their house special is amazing! Great wings, friendly service, fair prices. The delivery girl made an error on our bill one night but the manager /owner made it up to us ten times over. You could tell she honestly felt bad about the mistake. That sealed it for us. We are super fans now.

The wings are a hit. The pizza, not very good. Wings are huge, juicy, cooked perfectly. The pizza is clearly from frozen pre-made crusts. Have ordered 4 pizzas at a time and they were all virtually identical size, shape and markings on edge = pre-made !! They taste like frozen grocery store pizza. Bland sauce. Stick with the wings !!! Hint- get extra wing sauce on the side.

I cant find worse service, i would rather drive to brampton and get food then to be treated with complete disrespect from pizza express(caledon east), im from caledon east n i can proudly suggest going to gabes, four corners, foodland or even subway, because atleast they will sell you Actual WellCooked food with good service. -There prices keep going up for food with no quality or nutrition. -they like to pretend that there better then you. -i used to go there everyday with my friends, for them to turn around n treat us like dirt, like ive never been there to buy pizza before, or all of a suddan we need v.i.p passes to buy pizza. Unbelievable... -over all terribal service to the max degree, if i would make a suggestion to the town of caledon, shut these people down n open up the fish n chips agian. AGIAN-please shut these people down n open the original fish n chips with real food n great service..
