They did a great job!! my Pizza was fresh and hot!

Pizza is consistently excellent and on time for pickups. Boneless wings and sauce are good too

This place over charges for toppings (e.g. $4 per 1 topping for all toppings on the new New Yorker 16 inch pizza but Bolton charges $2.75 - $2.25 per topping on the exact same pizza) Also, I ordered boneless wings tossed in their BBQ sauce but all the wings were naked and there was a teaspoon of their sauce at the bottom of the container, which isnt even enough to coat 1 wing. I cant recommend buying pizza at this joint because of how overpriced their toppings are, unless you get no toppings. I do, however, recommend the Mix and Match deal and getting 10 boneless bites for 10 dollars. Just dont expect them to properly coat them in sauce. I myself toss them with my own BBQ sauce at home.

Just wow amazed service by the staff all crew members are really very respectful to everyone always provide tasty fresh food to customers i also want to add one more thing about how clean this place definately this location disrb more than 5 star just becoz of the managing staff Parking: alottt of space in parking lot worry free came with your familes also sitting arangements outside thanku

I ordered a my box with five honeygarlic bonus bites and I only got a teaspoon of sauce wouldnt recommend

I come here for dinner twice a month love the food but every time I come for lunch and Sam (I think is her name) is working I get amazing service she takes pride in making my food every time and always remembers me when I show up to pick up my food.

Got pizza the other day for lunch after my sons appointment, it was ready fast and tasted great as usual. The lady at the front was also super helpful and accommodating with all my requests for specializing my order.

Let me just say I dropped in to this pizza hut and asked the employee working, I think her name was Samantha, what the best bang for my buck was she directed me to the hand crafted pizza and let me tell you it was FANTASTIC amazing taste even better service will definitely be ordering often

This is a great takeout place and they are efficient and on time and have the full menu and it all tastes great....nice to have it in Caledon East! The takeout service was on time and with nice delivery personnel The menu has a go0od range of the products and also the deals that you can choose from. The new crust option of Handcrafted crust is the best one in my opinion and the chicken bites are better than chicken wings again in my opinion. I will keep ordering from this location

I first entered and said hello to one of the employees, he did not say hello back, completely ignored my greeting and made his way outside the door with a few pizza boxes. He looked like he did not want to be there at all either. Then, I was impressed to see how dirty the kitchen and the store were, and the dirtiness of the chair blocking the entrance of the out of service washroom. However, what I was most stunned about is seeing employees sleeping at the back in the dirty restaurant. All I did was give my name and receive my pizza, which was decent, but I had received it with no other interaction. Not even a greeting. Will come back for the pizza but if the pizza did not make up for it, I would have never come back to the restaurant. I would choose Pizza Express over this location any day of the week.

Im a fan of Pizza Hut, and this location makes a pizza as good as any. I always order through the app and never have an issue, pizza is always hot & fresh and ready on time. When they first opened there were some minor issues but lately it has been trouble free.

My pizza was horrible it was cold and not not good the driver was 20 minutes late and was not respectful the pizza tasted like it was made in a microwave

What amazing service. Will be coming here more often. Taste, as always, is great at Pizza Hut but bonus marks for service.

There wasn t a single dairy-free option on the pizza menu. Most pizza places offer dairy-free cheese, or at the very least offer a choice that consists of an array of vegetables to compensate for the lack of cheese. Many people these days are opting for a vegan diet or are limiting their dairy consumption due to allergies/intolerances etc.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and was sent pepperoni which wouldve been ok if when I called back, the lady on the phone wasnt so argumentative. She told me that I said pepperoni when I have my calls recorded. When I told her that, she said so so i When I asked her for her name, call was disconnected. If these calls are indeed recorded, the management needs to listen to this. I have ordered from since its opened and been a loyal customer. Get some customer service skills

Please if you have chance dont go into the Pizza Hut in Caledon-east. . The confusion which I experienced today was incredible . And the pizzas were really bad This location is embarrassment for Pizza Hut!

The pizza was made horrible. There was nothing put on it properly and it was rock hard. Would not recommend this place. Had to throw the pizza out, not edible.

They need a veggie Calzone or cater to vegetarian more pls.

I order pizza and garlic sticks weekly. Always great! Tonight we wanted wings with hot sauce. Wings were cooked perfectly but unfortunately turned into a soggy soupy mess with a FULL cup of sauce!!!! Wings should be lightly tossed NOT swimming. Will order again but definitely no sauce!

I placed my order online and it was ready in about 15 minutes! The staff were super friendly and my pizza was perfect and ready on time. Glad to have Pizza Hut in the neighbourhood.

Had a family member bring 2 pizzas home from them, they were the only ones open due to it being a holiday, we thought we would give it a try. No one in the family touched it. I wish I had taken a pic. We opened the carboard box, took a look and didnt even try it. It was a dried up mess of something that you would never consider was a pizza. Unfortunate for them.

Ordered two pizzas online. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Went and picked them up. It was that simple. Place looked very clean inside. Will order pizza again from here.

Pizza was sloppy. Pizza was not made to what I had ordered. I ordered pesto on half on my Pizza. The lady put pesto on all of the Pizza. My husband and I were in Caledon and very hungry. Waste of money. Did not trust her to remake the Pizza. Toppings and cheese fell apart when breaking off a slice. Management should reconsider their employees Pizza making abilities.

Too costly. Every toping costs $2.50. Will never recommend. Better to buy from some Indian pizza store
