Asked for a well-done pizza It was rushed, and toppings and cheese were falling off. Got wings also, which we found out were halal wings. We called them, and they hung up on us. Also, please put up a halal sign if youre going to sell halal meat. Do not fool customers.

Before we love there pizza because of topping. They put lots. But today they made very bad .They decrease the quantity of topping and increase the price.

Ordered pizza for a kids bday party from here and they couldnt even get the pizzas right. Called back to complain to have a rude and disrespectful worker telling me I should have checked the pizza when I was picking it up beacuse they made it right. Honestly this is a common problem now, you have unprofessional people working at the front desk and they start arguing with customers and the store owners loose customers.

Called before 1am to place an order. They picked up my call and denied as they didn t have time to make it. I asked them that your closing time is 1am and I called 10 mins before but still the person on the phone argued and didn t take my order. This is pathetic and I would like the owner to look into it. The staff refused to take an order before 1am and gave silly excuses. I will never recommend anyone to this pizza store.

I get this pizza on the way home from work. Great location for people traveling/commuting as airport and Mayfield is a big commuting intersection. Pizza is always hot and fresh and delicious. Double pepperoni with extra sauce always done perfectly. Keep up the good work!

I ordered two large theee topping pizza on Sunday Nov 26, 2023 from grab a pizza Caledon location (Airport/Mayfield) the pizzas I received is not cooked properly and they were planning to charge me $2 dollar extra for few paper plates that I asked with pizza. The owner was very rude with me I used to get free paper plates but here the owner was charging without telling me. I refused and return the paper plates. When I took the pizza home it was uncooked and I have to put it in oven to cook again. The owner of the store changed recently and is very bad service. I had been ordering pizza for last 10 years because of such bad experience I decided not to order from here anymore. I would recommend to others not to get pizza from there when there are so many choices in other places very disappointed with the pizza and the service received from the new management.

The manager named Pavan worse manager ever, unprofessional and ill mannered (rude, abusive, unhygienic) person who doesnt know how to speak. They hired employees and gives unpaid training for 2 weeks after that they refuse to continue. Never recommend it all to anyone.

Used to like this place in past but I belive the new management is worst. Vesry poor management of order and worst custome service...Ordered pizza with only cheese and pineaple for kids. Instead they made tandori paneer and pineaple plus charged we extra then what they told me on phine .On pickup complained about wrong topping. They say its already made abd nothing can be done now..Instead of accepting the error the staff is like the paneer is not spicy, you can feed the kids...Really????you are going to tell me what my kids like and not....

Ordered 3 large pizzas. 2 veggie and 1 pepperoni. The veggie pizzas were great, they added tons of toppings. Asked for a well done pizza and they did a pretty decent job. However, they were pretty stingy with the pepperoni. Max 2-3 pieces per slice so definitely disappointed with that. Flavour was good and price was more than reasonable.

At first when they opened, they were hands down the best, now quality has suffered greatly. Pizza is overly thick, is never well done when requested. Toppings are thrown all over, scattered. Excessive cheese sometimes, other times not enough. Sad to write this, as they once had great pizza. Will definitely need to find another joint.

This is now my go to pizza place. There price is unbeatable and there pizza is to die for. They don t skimp on the toppings and cheese, plus the dough is the perfect amount of thickness and crispness!

Never heard of this location before, driving from North to South on Airport road, stopped for break and found a small store of Pizza, shocked to see a lot of workers working, speaking their own lanuage, wihtout any manners, customers entering no one seems to greet customers and pay attention. Order 2 pizzas and dipping sauces, after 26 minutes, order was ready and told them several time the name and phone# but they could not locate the order, after few minutes girls talking own languages found the order and handed over without apology. While dring in the car about 20 minutes realised they did not give dippign sauces, whereas they charged for it, what a rubbish place.. very disappointed, NOT recommended to any one.

Extremely horrible of a customer service. First when I called, they disconnected half way through and I had to call back to repeat the order! Now that pizzas were ready for pick up, as per the flyer it was supposed to be $20 and *No TAX* (doesnt mention cash or debit, so regardless it should be valid if on the flyer) but they started charging for tax and argued over it for 10 mins. If they cant stay on their words based on the flyer, whats the point of distributing them. Next time word it properly and if words are faulty, take responsibility for it and charge according to what is printed in big letters on the flyer! We left the pizza cuz it wasnt worth the headache!

could have given 0 star if i could. ordered a pizza when i had guests over. they told me pizza would be ready in 20 minutes took them over an hour. we ordered with a pizza with different topping and they messed it up. the toppings we paid for was extras. they charged us for that and we did not mind. those special toppings were nowhere to be found on pizza. and when we complained about it. the girl said, you can come to the store and even if you ate half a pizza we will pay you back the full amount. when we went there, she said you ate half a pizza. it is not about that i wanted the money back, i sincere apology would have been nice. which we did not get. never going back there and would never recommend. she said that they made it with those toppings and we literally had to show her a picture of how it came. disspointed.

Staff and manager need better customer service training if they make the wrong order. I was told to bring the pizza back and they will replace it with one dip or refunded for the $10. To any sane person its not worth driving twice to the same location for one dollar compensation or refund in same amount I paid. Some common sense should be applied; replacing the wrong order and adding extra pizza to pickup. Very disappointing experience but pizza is best in class.

The pizza was literal RUBBISH. The manager was awful, and I bet the workers/chefs don t even cook the pizzas properly. It gave one of my sons a serious bowel issue, and my other son got sick. We are never going to eat from this place ever again! And customers who read these reviews, please read this first before going.

The Order taker took the order and then gave the wrong pizza . When we called again , they said no problem they will compensate for their error and then refused to honor the deal .

Worst customer service. I live near by just 5 minutes away. It s our usual order for 3 large pizzas every month. Online menu shows Sunday pick up special, free dipping with large pizza, I order 2 large and one medium. Sent other family member to pickup but forgot to tell about free dipping sauce, store didn t give, when I called gave order #, girl on phone told me that there is no offer. I told to check their online flyer, told me that it s not theirs. I told her that they will loose customer and without any hesitation she told me ok. Not question of dipping of 75c. It s customer service. Probably my order will not affect them a bit but they lost my business.
