This used to be my favourite place near my house. It used to be amazing. But ever since the recent staff change it s been terrible. The chicken tastes old and today I found little hairs in my food. The owners of this place should really look into changing heir staff because the food is gross all of a sudden. Until that happens, I m not going to be coming back to this place.

I used to love this place and it was a special treat for me once a week. I don t know what happened, last 3 times I ve gotten the signature combo, the fries have been terrible. Not soft and chewy how they should be but rough and hard. Not crunchy but tough. Disappointed not sure what happened. Prob will stop eating here.

I was super excited to try this place. Sadly my expectations we not met. The washroom was tidy but not clean. The toilets had pee on them. Not wet pee either. The service was not great at the same time they only had 1 server and the place was packed. I had to park on the road. I got the combo with a drink loaded fries and Caribbean Jerk. Everything was cold. The fries were hard like they were there along time. The chicken was not warm at all. The taste was far from Caribbean Jerk. . . Further more my partner and I both have what I expect to be food poisoning. 10/10 do not recommend nor will I be going again.

Called over 50 times went straight to voicemail or didn t pick up, Went inside and saw them picking up the phone and sending every call to voicemail. Whole city of mosquitos in the store. Order took 1 hour for 2 combos. DO NOT ORDER ON WEEKENDS IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. They will either screw your order or take way too long

We were excited to try the loaded fries special at 6ixty Wings, but unfortunately, the experience didn t live up to the hype. Instead of the advertised loaded fries, we were given plain fries with a bit of sauce. When we approached the staff to discuss the issue, we were met with an argumentative response rather than a solution. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this visit left us quite disappointed. I hope they can improve this in the future.

If you are a REAL chicken wing eater and don t normally eat at chains and search tirelessly for really good wing spots these wings are not for you. Unless all three times I ve tried them I ve had bad batch s. Which I d say is unlikely. The sauces are really good but the chicken it self is dry and over cooked making it taste a little off. It s something I realized not everyone notices because my one friend likes the wings but he isn t a serious chicken wing eater at all and doesn t know better. Chicken wings should be sliding off the bone not hard to tear off. There s nothing worse than paying for relatively expensive food and being disappointed and I have been disappointed every time. They have lost my business.

Pretty clean and nice decor, music not too loud, small space, but enough for 5 groups and bar counter eating. Menu is nicely displayed and laid out simply. We were in between soccer games and only had 30 minutes. Ordered 70 wings, and got the food within 10 mins. Quick service. Server was helpful. Everything was good. There could be a slight improvement in customer service and atmosphere, just going above and beyond & friendly. No complaints, just a smile goes a long way.

When his place first opened, it was awesome! Service was great! However Now that it s gained some popularity and they are opening more stores. It is slowly slipping downhill. The app to order online is very incomplete. You can t choose to have the same flavour for 2 pounds you have to choose two different flavors, and same with the drinks. I tried calling to make sure the order was correct. I had to call At least six times in a row like a crazy ex-girlfriend in order to get anybody to pick up the phone. When I finally got through, they said it would be 25 minutes. I ended up waiting close to 40 to 45 minutes. The fries were less than tasty and quite hard like they had been sitting for a while. I m sorry to say we will probably not be returning, which is a huge disappointment. It is the closest restaurant to us .

Working in another restaurant as a server and getting this experience, i thought I should share my review. OMG what a service these people provide, name anything from the food, to the customer service especially Namita at the front, is something you will not get somewhere else. Even during the rush the way these people deal with customers is commendable. Do visit this branch and enjoy, this is good. My all-time go-to branch for sure

I always come to this place!!!! Food is amazing Although today I was very disappointed as I ordered at 6:35 and got my order at 7:10. Tooo long for a veggie lover!!! I would recommend people come however please improve the customer service. The representative should know taht in restaurants it s first come first serve however people who came late got their order in like 10 min and it took too much time and even for that I had to remind them by going to the front desk!! Place is good and convenient for the location as it is close by. They need to hire at least 1-2 more people as no one picks up the phone in the evening and very long wait times. Seems like the place is trying to cut costs and is losing its ability to service the customers properly.

Jashan at 6ixty wings Caledon gave the best customer service, very polite and pleasant. And the food specially the wings flavour he recommended to me was absolutely delicious. I would recommend everyone to come here and hanging out with them. The customer service was really good.

Food is good but worst service

The loaded fries and Indian style wings were tasty and spicy. The location is great, close to Cheltanham Badlands, which is a great perk. Will certainly be coming and trying more fries and more wings, they have a huge variety available for wings. The servers and staff are helpful and plenty of parking for the seating capacity they have (both indoors and patio).

Headed here after a hike. We had the cajun and lemon pepper wings and fries. All were seasoned excellently. There s limited space inside but they had outdoor seating as well.

Worst customer service ever wait it 40 minutes for food that we had to remind them of by giving them our receiptstill waited another 15 minutes.Food was okay.The service was as racist as it could get. They seem to put their own kind first, which was 95% of the restaurant ahead of us white Non white people. They treated us like we werent even there. Run by immigrunts for immigrunts. I thought we were going to a nice country restaurant, but it was as if we were inthe city. Never again.

Dont order the nachos there nasty as hell. All it had on it was some jalapenos, red onion and some funky sauce. Learnt my lesson will never order again. Service was nice and atmosphere was great but the nachos will never see the inside of my mouth again

Placed a take out order in store A group of 3 and then a group of 6 people came in about 15 minutes after I ordered and placed their ordes and within 20 mins they ALL received their orders before us. Finally after waiting for about 50 minutes staff noticed we were still sitting waiting for our order No apologies from anyone, they advised us they did not submit our order. (Combo for 2) Almost one hour wait and we asked for our money back and left hungry. Poor Customer Service! This was a treat as we dont live near any of the 6ixty wing. :(

I chose the FireUp wing special with their delicious, all dressed French fries. The wings taste was a culmination of spices and flavors with that 4 out of 5 rating heat factor. I enjoyed the fact that the spices didnt overwhelm the flavors. A hidden gem worth the look.

Ordered here about 3 times already. Their special with the wings, loaded fries, and can pop is my go to. The wings are cooked to perfection and comes with tons of sauce. Love the fries as well. For the price of the meal, this place is a go to whenever I m feeling like having wings.

After waiting what seemed to be a very long time, and finally asking the waitress if it was coming, She brought our food We each had a burger and an order of Mexican fries ( which had an up charge of $5.00) And Bacon-Cheese fries ( also a up charge of $5.00) Both froes were cold to the core. Not warm, COLD to the core. So again I had to call the waitress over to heat the fries. She explained that it is because they have to put cold cheese on them? WHAT? The fries are cold to the core?? Ok, so she took both fries and we proceeded to eat our hamburgers ( with no plate cause she took our fries on our plates) and the burgers were Luke warm at best. We ate them as we were hungry, but are now concerned as they were certainly not hot enough to kill bacteria?? Anyway, after we are done our burgers she brings back our fries and unbelievably they were as cold as before with more explanations that it s because of the cold cheese?? It wasn t a new order, same order?? HUh??? So I sent mine back and said I don t want any, my poor hungry Hubby being a nice guy, ate about half of the cold fries and just couldn t do anymore. At the end of it all she didn t charge the $5.00 up charge on one of the fries. So two beers and two questionable Burgers cost $64. Just the worst!! Highly Do NOT recommend! Complete disappointment.

The food here is good but service is VERY SLOW. We had ordered the supreme fries and got here 15 minutes later. We still had to wait another 25 minutes.

Yesterday we came here and we ordered the snacks, and one of them was loaded nachos I asked the worker two times, does that loaded with the cheese she said yes. But later when I got the nachos it was only ranch sauce on top and again I went to front desk for asking she said yes cheese was there but the other worker said it was ranch only. Atleast, they must know what they are adding, n reason I asked her that m allergic to ketchup and other sauces n thought it might be cream cheese and it wasn t even loaded. Only few chillies and hardly four to five chopped onions that s it. Now I ended up with the soar throat infection and cough since last night. Atleast tell the truth, we specially came here from Brampton.

Another location is way far better than this location, Signature bowl Indian style is too too salty and when I complain on call and the girl said that store manager is saying that it s in sauce and if it s in the sauce then why the taste is different on other location as well as before I tried from this location as well and at that time the taste was perfect but tonight these guys spoiled my and my daughters dinner. If there s a option of negative rating then for sure I would have chosen negative one. Never gonna spend my money on this location again.

Why doesn t anyone pick up the phone?

This was our second visit to 6ixty, and this time was even better, if youre on you way to/from orangeville, recommend popping in and trying. Wings are super on point. We went with Garlic Parmesan (Wet) Chipotle Mango (Dry) My personal favourite was the Chipotle Mango

The flavors we chose were so tasy! And we took home some more wings for later. Really recommend stopping here if you like a wide variety of choices

I will be truthfully honest here , I came to this place with high hope but was very underwhelmed with the wing flavors. Some of the positives of this places is that their wings are high quality , very big, and cooked to perfection. Their loaded fries were also good. Now when it comes to their flavors of wing this is where the downfall of this location happens. Their hot sauce was very sour and vinegary and not enjoyable at all. Most of their wing flavors have this hot base and all it tastes like is wings doused in franks red. I feel like the hot sauce is the one thing you have to get right and eating the spicy gar par and spicy island was a challenge with that sour taste.

I came to this location as I usually go to there Brampton location and ordered Indian style wings. I was expecting as tasty as brampton location guys make. But it here, it was totally opposite, wings were just dipped in red chilli sauce. Indian doesn t mean only spicy. There is particular taste which means Indian. I would suggest you guys should contact to other location in brampton and improve it.

A small place, but amazing selection of wings and flavours. My go to Wing place, I ve tried the other location in Brampton, but this location takes more pride in their food and presentation. So I highly recommend this location.

I tried 6ixty Wings last night, specifically looking for a wing spot that didn t also serve pizza. I must admit, I was genuinely impressed with the food quality. I opted for the basic combo: fries, wings, and soda. The fries were crispy and seasoned in a way that reminded me of Ringolos chips. As for the wings, they were exceptional large, generously portioned, and liberally coated with sauce. My wife chose a spicy sauce and, expecting it to be mild, ended up drinking plenty of water. If you re looking for heat, this place delivers.

Very small location and it s kinda in the middle of nowhere where, the food was good but it was kinda overpriced I would say but all wings are nowadays

3 of my coworkers went there for lunch the same week. Between the 3 of us we found wings with feathers and hairs on them less than a hour after for each of us we ended up in the can at work. Such a bad experience and will never go there again or recommend to anyone. Don t know how it has any good reviews. Probably paid for the 5 stars.

Honestly, was better than I was expecting. Finished golf down the road and we were driving by and it doesn t look like much from the outside but the food was actually pretty good. The wings are a good size and fairly priced. I wouldn t drive out of my way to come here but if you re in the area it s not a bad spot. I ll be back.

Hot food, good flavours, huge portions.

I was quite excited to experience their flavors. While their wide range of flavors did not disappoint, but the texture of the wings was disappointingly dry and lacking juiciness. This was a letdown. On the positive side, I must praise their poutine. The portion was very generous, and the taste was delightful. It was a standout item that I thoroughly enjoyed with onion rings.

Usually have a 10/10 experience here but last night was just awful I understand it was busy we got our entree 36 minutes in after the waitress came and asked up if we ordered then was asked 4x after that what we ordered our food finally came after a hour and 15 minutes of waiting and it was wrong we ordered boneless they came with the bone had to send back and wait another 10-15 minutes for it to come for us to already be full from our entree so had to take it to go

Only after i read comments i realized this is the same as Wow! Wings. Not sure if its rebranding or different ownership but the food is nowhere near as good as it was when i had it when it was Wow! Wings over on Avondale. Got the spicy gar par and hot honey wings non-breaded. Not only did they take forever to take our order, they also took forever to even bring the food and brought everyones food out one at a time with large time gaps in between. The food itself was not good at all, chicken was dry and chewy and all you could taste was the vinegar from the hot sauce in both flavours. Could barely taste the gar par and the honey garlic in them. The recipe is definitely different from when it was Wow! Wings. Would not reccomend, doesnt even compare to places like all stars or st. Louis. At best its comparable to wild wings

From classic Buffalo and my personal best Indian style - spicy but yummy, every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The wings were cooked to perfection crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff provided top-notch service. They have 60 flavours i mean like its just amazing, 6ixty Wings is a must-visit. I got there signature Combo, which is okay if you like ranch only. Loaded Fries is a no for me it s to much ranch. Don t get Indian style wings, its just dropped in Sriracha sauce .. it had no flavour IMO.

Heard these were amazing wings and well they re ok. They were a decent size but way over cooked. We had a spicy Cajun (minimal flavour and covered in powder) and the spicy garlic Parmesan (a gooey mess, with decent kick). Not bad really, but definitely not worth the hype. Inside dining is minimalistic and there were flies everywhere. Unlikely to return.

Parking: I visited here for the 4th time and I usually order their signature combo which has loaded fries that is too yumm and their staff was very friendly and always help me to try their new delicious flavors everytime. And I would like to go there again and again. Food

Felt like a burger and fries and decided to give 6ixty wings a chance as it s really close to home. Biggest mistake I ve made in awhile. Service was terribly slow, and when they did finally serve us we had difficulty understanding the server. Food took ages to arrive, and it was disgustingly greasy. The restaurant itself is dirty, the bathroom, STAY AWAY. It took the server about 20minutes to return with my change, she stated that they had no change and left me with a pile of coins. On a scale of 1-10 I ll rate this restaurant at a -3. This restaurant could really make a killing, since there s nothing in the area. Unfortunately they ve done nothing to keep the customer coming back.

It was a Thursday night but the music wasnt too loud, like some other review said. Decor has been redone recently, so it looks modern and clean. Loved the sweet potato fries.

Great wings

I waited for 20 minutes for the order and the wings were cold and so were the fries. Overall I was not happy with the food or the service garbage food I was upset that i had to go ask for my food which was probably sitting inside and hence it was cold. After that wait the taste was not good I wouldnt be visiting again!

Wings were decent, a good variety of flavors. Our server was attentive but 2 others stood around the counter the entire time we ate gossiping. I even think one may have been the owner/mgr based on their conversation. The place is tiny with maybe 4 tables. My biggest concern is with the cleanliness of the restaurant- or lack thereof. The FLIES all over our table & food is very telling! And were in October. Floors and chairs were dirty. I didn t dare use the bathroom. For this reason, not sure we ll be back.

Open late and conveniently located to the Caledon/Erin & surrounding areas. My pics are a bit messy, since I only got a chance to take it after someone dug in! Lol Lots of flavours to choose from with tons of menu choices. I personally liked the spicy garlic parm wings but everyone else favoured the honey dill. The loaded fries and onion rings- definitely a winner.

Best wings Ive ever had! Creamy cajun is a must try! Also best loaded fries.

Great place to eat, very little parking but why have a phone number if you cant call to make an order for pick-up........ And pay online only with a credit card, thats ridiculous.

Cauliflower bites were best I have had wings and coconut shrimp were all excellent the only thing I would recommend would be to use real potato s for fries they would make a major difference

I came here 15 minutes before to get food. The white lady at cashier was super rude . I don t recommend to come here .

Came here few days ago and the light skin gyal in the front was very rude an unprofessional when I approached hear saying I ve been waiting about 30 minutes for my food and her response was you definitely have not been waiting that long when clearly my recipe said different on top of that when she returned with my food from the back saying relax your food is ready very rude and unprofessional. Also she forgot to give me my three pop that was included in my order. Probably will not be returning she needs to fix up.

I don t even know where to start. The food was so incredibly good with great portions. The service was also great as everyone was nice and attended to your needs perfectly. Finally the atmosphere was great as the environment as a whole was low-key with Christmas carols in the background. 10/10 place for families, dinner with friends or anything else.

The food is so spicy and the there is too much sauce on the wings On the other hand i ordered chilli chicken fries which means to be mild spicy but that was sweet fries Totally zero for all the things Food : 1/5
