The worst chana bhature ever

Went there with family for a dinner at around 7.30pm on Canada Day. Ended up going to another nearby Indian restaurant due to very rude and rowdy behaviour of the server. Very bad experience. This used to be a family friendly restaurant. Looks like not anymore.

Only visit this restaurant if uh are free for whole day bcz they take so long to make the orders plus nobody bother to ask when uh arrive at restaurant . I waited for 10 mins at the table and they had no clue that somebody was even in restaurant . Upon calling them on restaurant phone we told them that we are sitting outside its been 10 mins. Then one girl came outside and turned on tv first rather than apologizing. U professional staff and untrained staff . Plus no cleaning in the restaurant tables are dirty . Good luck guys!!

I just picked veg thali from them and the taste was too bad, even I ordered dal makhni they gave me Dal tadka, when I informed that they gave me wrong ordered, their employee replied, dal is dal there is no difference in dal makhni and dal tadka, I didn t expect this from them, even the taste of chana masala was like boiled gram(which we usually eat in breakfast) it was too bad experience with this restaurant in taste and service even it happened twice from this restaurant. It is advised to all please don t waste your time and money over at this location.

I ordered catering this weekend for family function and they cooked outside in Food Truck. Everything fresh and tasty. All the dishes were exceptionally great. Especially Chana Masala was to die for.. highly recommended if you are thinking of catering for an event.

Hidden Gem Mayfield and Airport location. Great tasting food, tried take out twice and both time food was fresh and reasonably priced. Butter chicken is one of the best I have tried. Service can be slow at times, even though restaurant itself was not busy, perhaps online orders? Not sure. Must try their butter chicken.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Me and my friends were fortunate to celebrate my birthday there and since then its our one and only stop for celebrations . It has pleasant ambience, wonderful services with the most attentive, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable staff . Everything is just so delicious there . I love trying their different cuisines , the food is always very delicious and finger licking. I love their butter chicken along with kadai paneer . This restaurant is really living upto it s expectation around the area . Worth every penny.

Very delicious food. We always hire them for catering at our functions. They never disappoint. Food is always fresh and very well balanced spicy. There dining area is also very clean and service is great. They also have a decent bar with lots of hard drink options. And prices are very reasonable and affordable.

This place is really worst to visit as i replaced my order on call and they confirmed it and i was on work.. waiting so long in there parking spot and after the given time went inside waited literally for 25 min but still the staff keep on saying they are preparing what about persons break time .. need staff to be trained and more professional. My apologies to anyone who read my previousreview because while it was excellent the last time this time totally the opposite I did get take out so the atmosphere isnt relevant service was different this time in fact the young lady couldnt get off her phone to help me one-on-one , maybe while shes at work she should get her priorities straight, and the worst part was I got a chicken biryani and thank goodness there was a little bit of chicken in it that tasted sort of Indian like because the rice had no smell or flavor it was brown ish but never had that unique Biryani smell. We all know what coffee smells like we all know what vanilla smells like and I eat enough Indian food that I know what Biryani smells like, maybe the cook was having a bad day but I dont want to pay for that. Eating anywhere nowadays is expensive or at least more so than it used to be so its not unreasonable to expect half decent food. I have never retracted a review but this time I have to.

I went after reading reviews, the food tastes so bad. I ordered multiple things but was disappointed by all the dishes. Had to throw everything. Naans too thick. I had tears in my eyes and sweat because of spice, when I ate biriyani with years old chicken in it which was stinking. I would rate food quality as negative 5

We went there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and they didn t have half of the items on the menu that we wanted to order. One of my friends ordered tea at the very beginning and she got it with our main course after reminding them 3 times. We ordered malai chicken and manchurian for appetizers and chicken curry, egg bhurji for main course and none of the items were tasty. Definitely not going back and especially not recommended for only female groups.

Worst customer service, lack of communication and false information given to customer. Despite ordering an hour early, they won t make your food until you arrive and will keep on saying just 2 minutes. This review is after 3rd time experience with the restaurant. They took 1.5 hours to make manchurian and upon taking order for chole bhature, they began making chole kulche without informing me and when i reached at restaurant, they said it was not available but will make it for you. Still after waiting another 30 minutes, they made so tiny bhature, that hardly 4 bites would come out of it. They do not know how to handle customer, worst customer dealing. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to change their management. Do not go at their restaurant, sheer waste of money.

Great food! And sweet customer service, they were just about to close when we arrived at 11:55 PM and they let us eat and provided expeditionary service especially guy on the front Vasu!!

They are super nice . Unforgettable experience. We came late they are almost closed but still served us . Food was super delicious. Must try fish pakora, chicken curry and dal tadka. Vasu made our night super nice guy.

Beware!!! A pack is known by its leader and the leader A.K.A the owner (claims to have more experience than my age), epitomises audacity. He thought I was making a Fuddu out of him, but he indeed ended him making one by calling this out. Google must introduce -ve stars and soon these so called arrogant business owners would be shown their real place. Not surprised, they dont even care reading or responding to these reviews, as their money making system keeps burning money out of its so-called patrons, just to be called Fuddus by the EOD. Wish some sensible and business-senstive person thought the uncle that it costs less to retain a customer than to make a new!!! Dietary restrictions: Restrict yourself from a diet here.

My comment here is negative stars for owner s behaviour. We ordered methi malai paneer from the restaurant for Diwali party for 15-20 people. Only 3 of our guests took and threw it away.. I noticed it that people didn t like the taste, as we started dinner late because we had enough snacks and celebrated Diwali I couldn t call the restaurant because they were closed at night . We literally have 2 main course dishes, all my guests preferred to have alu curry than having this tasteless paneer from restaurant. We gave our honest feedback to the restaurant owner. They told to bring it back. As I received the call from restaurant, the lady, don t remember her name, she mentioned owner asked to return the tray. I have attached picture for Proof that it was 70-80% left. Of course the guest who took 2-3 scoops threw it as it tasted horrible. We drove 45 mins to this place just to return as owner wanted us to bring it back. Mind it, they were following up with us to return and called again. Therefore we went. May be they would reuse this tray for other customers Worst part, the behaviour of the owner, he said Fuddu mat banao, He used such language thinking that we are some illiterate. We mentioned that we are because it was them who followed up. Owner said Jitni teri age hai utna mera experience hai and so on .He kept his hand on my husband s shoulder as if he was trying to scare him. As a customer we also know our rights! Well, my point here is not about just about food, it may not meet expectations sometimes. All what matters is service, which can make it or break it. Owner definitely needs to learn some management and etiquettes. What ever is your policy for return, you must clarify and Don t behave rudely with customers, accept the feedback instead of saying words like FUDDU. Then saying things like aane jaane ka paisa bhi lega Please mind $50-50 is nothing for us. It s your worst behaviour. We could have taken other steps but my baby was in the car, while owner was arguing (around 9:30pm) This picture is the proof as the owner replied to my husband that 70% was consumed. You all can see, out of 15-20 guests, how much consumed (I mean, they took n literally threw it away because of bad taste)

I ordered food several times from this location . I never got my food on time . Even i ordered half or an hour ago but i have to wait min 20 to 30 mins each time when ever arrived to pick. They always give the same excuse that they are busy even there wan not a single customer in a restaurant at that moment. Half food was prepared before i arrived, and half was prepared after my arrival. The food was not hot, and the taste was not good.

Very unprofessional. Opening timming on Google map incorrect. It shows it open at 11 but actually it open at 12. I reached at 11:05AM and door sign also says open. But when I get in they said sorry we open at 12 not 11. And our door sign is also fixed to open we dont flip it. So unprofessional. I understand that time on Google map can be wrong sometimes. But they are not even change door sign according to there timming is very unprofessional according to me.

I ordered the food as I stay in the same neighbourhood. It was ready on the time given . Whole family really enjoyed what we ordered . The staff and person taking the Order over the phone was very courteous !!! Five star !!

Wow, Some one invited me to this restaurant today for their parents anniversary at Rutherford location in Brampton. Finally I got my taste there after so long. Great family place where you can take your guest too. Best thing is taste, tried so many different items from starters, snakes and main dinner items. All of them were satisfactory. Request to owner keep maintaining the quality and taste.
