I ordered online and requested to panini press my sub but it was not been press. Only one sauce was there in my Sandwich and I added 3 Sauce. It was the worst sandwich in my life with no flavour only veggies. I ask for dining at 9pm and employee said that dining is close because we need to take customers and don t get time to clean the tables.

Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian options Food

Although very close to where I live, I often avoid visiting this location, especially at night. They never let you use the bathroom up to 2+ hours before closing, and as someone with bowel issues this often poses a problem. I haven t had a problem with order accuracy from this subway yet when ordering delivery, unlike some others have noted. In general, subway has become very expensive over the years. I wish there was a Quiznos nearby instead, much cheaper and their vegetables are actually cut fresh every morning, not sprayed with chemicals, pre cut and put into large plastic bags like subway does.

Simran and Neha at Subway are amazing! Even when its super busy, they stay cool and friendly, making sure everyone gets served well. Theyre awesome at their job.

These workers dont change their gloves at all. I wont be coming back here. Hygiene should be the number one priority!

I always get the same thing, but I think that more communication is required. Some workers will ask if you want cheese and if you want it grilled, while others dont ask, and I have to tell them no cheese and not grilled while they are taking the sandwich over already. Also, it would go a Ling way to tell your customers to have a nice day after they pay rather than saying nothing. Also, the photo attached is to show that some of the cheese has been sitting out to ong or reused too much and has turned darker.

I like that they are open late, the food is pretty good too but on my last visit, the washrooms were extremely dirty. I felt disgusted. I will delete this review once I get a response but I just wanted you guys to know that you should definitely be checking up on the washrooms more often. The management isn t the one to blame, as I understand there s some careless people when it comes to using the washrooms.

The cold cut meat looked ROTTEN. The topping area was messy. Sever only did 1 sub at a time. Ordering took longer then other Subways. The subs didnt taste right.

I ordered for pickup and went there about half an hour after the pickup time. They hadn t even started to make the food yet. I said i ll wait as I had already paid online, they didn t apologize whatsoever. It wasn t a good experience, i would say.

Can t go below 1 Star , refused to use washroom at 10:10 pm on Feb 24, Even after make purchase of my 6 sandwich. She told me that washroom is closed at this location Good job subway & staff what else to expect

18$ for a skimpy sub and drink. Didnt listen when I asked for some extra veggies to you know. Give a bit more volume. Everything else is golden.

They are very skimpy with toppings. Asking for lots of a topping they give less than other locations for regular amount. If you ask for some more, they give a look of disgust and put one or two more pieces on which is unfortunate when it s $10-15 for a sub. Last time the lettuce was all rusty and toppings looked old. Bathroom was also out of service. Overall a regretful experience. Better off driving the 10 mins to Hurontario location where they give better service and subs

Went in there around lunch time on a Tuesday because I was having an issue with the online ordering. Proceeded to order 21 footlong combos of all different types. The two workers did an amazing job getting everything done and still assisted other customers. We were in and out within 30 minutes with all our food in hand. Fantastic job.

Stopped in to Subway and right away was greeted with a Hi, how are you? I ordered a Great Canadian Club. Bread and toppings were fresh. One of the best subs I ve had in a while. Thank you guys.

Subway should monitor their stores more often. Local owners think they can do whatever they want with the restaurant. NO customer service at all. No wonder why the franchise is sinking.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are always smiling. Oh and the subs are not bad either. But I go because the staff is nice.

Always great, though one time I did see some other customers making racist remarks, calling both me and my friend Colonizers for standing there. Other then that the Subway itself is great. I do although wish staff would actually do something regarding said customers.

I believe theyve newly opened and I went there a few days ago. The service was really nice and the restaurant was very clean and nice. The food looked fresh and the employees were very nice and caring! Will definitely go back because of the good experience I had!!

Excellent experience! One of the delicious and healthy food items. most of chicken items like chicken tarriaki, tuna etc. Mrs Harpreet is very good person and very polite.

I want to start off by saying subway is subway. Its a fast food restaurant you cant expect too much. However the service I experienced here was awesome. One day when the Rogers internet was down my debit card could not reach the server and I could not pay for my sub. Luckily due to the kindness of the employees. I was allowed to keep the sub and pay in cash later which I did. I also noticed the people here work very hard as it can get busy sometimes. One employee is always smiling and happy which is great in the commercial space. Great service and restaurant altogether.

Hella cheap with the toppings. Staff is friendly but Ive gone here three times and Ive had the most disappointing subs and 1 sad salad. They barely put any toppings in the sub in order to save their cost. Even if I ask for extra, they sprinkle on the toppings. Clearly the staff is given a directive from the management/owners. Other Subways dont do this. This subway is a 1 minute walk from me but theyve been cheap 3 times and I have been driving 10 minutes to the Hurontario subway because those guys actually make me a proper sub without me asking for extra veggies. Not asking for a packed sub but just a sub that is at least filling and not flat & disappointing.

A little chaotic when I got there as I had ordered via the app. Well built subs though and friendly employees.

Not much to say here. Its what you expect from a good subway restaurant.
