How can anyone burn chicken wings?

We had breakfast here, the service is excellent (I must highlight Steve who served us at our breakfasts and was really very kind and friendly) and the food was exquisite and abundant.

Brought my family in and the hostess was rude and didnt even acknowledge us or walk us to the table. We then asked for menus as she brought one for the 6 of us. The menu she brought was filthy and when we mentioned it, she didnt care. We then decided to leave and she was okay. Second time there, first wasnt great but thought we try it again since we are staying at the hotel. Never again!!

After 40 min we literally dont get any of water. Very shady outside

The service is terrible. You wait 30 minutes to get a card and wait another 30 minutes for drinks. I cant recommend this store.

The server was fantastic and helpful with our child. They were ok with my child having their own food since they have some allergies where it s just easier for us to use our own food. However, I got food poisoning from the food here and had my vacation/birthday ruined. Kid-friendliness: High chair available.

Very good breakfast

I ordered room service and had what is perhaps the worst Cobb salad I have ever had. Clearly this is a pre-made salad that they pull out of the fridge for room service. Very little lettuce, ice cold grape tomatoes, cucumber(?!), chunks of chewy (not crispy) bacon, a nice piece of avocado (though it was cold, too), a ton of red onions, FETA cheese and, the worst sin of all, Italian dressing. I accept responsibility for not reading the menu carefully, it does say it has cucumber and Italian dressing. But a Cobb salad is an actual common salad, that doesn t have cucumbers or onions or feta. And it has blue cheese! This is like if I ordered a Caesar salad and it came with iceberg lettuce, French dressing and shredded cheddar cheese. Very, very disappointing. I wish I had ordered takeout from across the street.

Food was really not very good. Chicken fajitas : fatty pieces of chicken, came with a bunch of mushy beans and drowning in an oily sauce. I don t recommend.

Went For Mother s Day Brunch Top Notch Buffet AAA+++. Would Highly Recommend - Omelet Station, Prime Rib & Lamb Station, Breakfast Favourites, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, Waffles, Scrambled Eggs. Cheeses, Fresh Fruits, Breads, Salads, along with Shrimp, Salmon, Sushi, Chicken selections. Chocolate Fountain, Fresh Fruit, Cheesecakes. Had kids stations with pizza, chicken strips, fries, Mac and Cheese.

Food was good - service left something to be desired . Hotel restaurant for a lunch meeting so not much atmosphere. Would go back if in area but wouldnt seek it out.

Staff weren t friendly. Restaurant was not even busy but took way too long to be seated and get our meal. Food was average at best.

Had breakfast here - worst service ever ! Food was good but wait ridiculous- 15 min before the server even came over then another 15 mins for a coffee! They dropped something on floor and nobody even bothered to clean up the mess ! Stayed on floor the whole time. Avoid !

Four stars for fabulous service. But lost a star because the food at dinner time just isn t that great. Breakfast is a great spot, which all makes sense given its a hotel establishment. Steaks are a bit over cooked always, but salads are huge and desserts delish!

Restaurant was not busy at 630pm, our server had maybe 4 tables two of which were settled up when we sat down. We had to ask to get a drink, the crab cakes & tuna tar tar were sub par. How ever we ordered the fish and chips mushy throughout and we ordered the waygu hot dog pretty sure they just bought from Costco levelled with mustard, no sign of what they could possibly be in the hot dog for 25 bucks. Probably coulda got a better meal at the flames game.

Enjoyed their Christmas dinner with friends. Although the menu price sounded expensive, given the food selection, quality, and the number of courses it was well worth it. Would not hesitate to celebrate here again.

Food was good but they didn t allow left overs to be taken home because apparently its been sitting out for too long and the food is cold . What kind of reasoning is that. Its very wasteful.

Nice atmosphere but disappointing food. Had heard it was a nice place with a good menu but found the choices quite limited. Had the mussels and overall they were not very well cleaned or cooked. The frites served with them were swimming in the liquid. Will not be returning.

The menu is simple and the atmosphere was really nice. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our experience for brunch here. Although the food was simple, the ingredients and preparation was surprisingly good, we didn t expect too much out of it seeing as it was a hotel restaurant but it turned out better than we expected

Amazing cocktail menu, delicious appies. We had the Tuna Tartare and the shrimp. We both went for the Mizz Bradshaw, which were delicious and beautiful.

We ordered two burgers at 6:30, we got our food at 7:45, I m not sure why it would take over and hour to cook burgers.(there was only 6 tables including us) Slowest service I ve experienced by far. I m giving 1 star for the nice ambiance and one for the location.

This place is nice especially because its in a hotel hence the lovely atmosphere . We had brunch and it was very delicious . Has a great menu . Has adequate space and comfortable seating . There is parking across for a charge . However the service was not good . Mainly because they were under staffed i feel. I had to get thr salt n pepper my self as there was no server for a while. Saw some people just standing at the entrance and no one to asisst . Wheelchair accessibility: Inclusive place with very easy wheelchair accessibility . You can get down exactly at the entrance and go in. Automatic doors and restaurant is on the ground floor . Washrooms are on the same floor too.

Phenomenal service and food, would almost be looking for an excuse to return to the city just to be able to visit this restaurant again!

First of all I have to mention the staff. If I could 10 star review I would. We have never had service like this from the management to the kitchen to the waiters and waitresses. Fantastic. This restaurant not only redeemed itself but surpassed our expectations beyond. Truly everything was amazing and the staff not only made sure we were happy but ensured we were. The food was perfect our experience will be told to everyone we can share the experience with. Thank you all for everything this evening. We will be back not only for the great food, but for the simple fact that the staff truly cares about its customers.

It was not too busy which added the the calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were very polite and food came right on time. I had the fish and chips which was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food for affordable prices.

Went here while staying at the Sheraton for my nephews birthday. Food was amazing all around. High chair had no tray and was way shorter than the table so that made it difficult. Server seemed uninterested in her job.

Perfect lunch spot. Delicious food, great cocktails, nice atmosphere. The turkey burger is always spot on! Flat breads are a nice lighter choice and cooked to perfection. Very accommodating with food allergies and substations if needed.

Food was gross, service was absent, the group seated right beside us was obnoxiously loud, even though there were a ton of open tables throughout the rest of the restaurant. They were also complaining about the absent service. The waitress recommended the wagyu hotdog, which, $18 for a hotdog, I was curious enough to go with it. Silly me, its just a hotdog swimming in mayo when I asked to go easy on the mayo. I couldnt finish it, so I just left it on the corner of the table, the waitress asked if I wanted a box to take the rest home, I declined, mentioned it was gross, but my mistake for ordering a hotdog, so I was happy to pay for my mistake, but she comped it anyway. I took my girlfriend to Flower & Wolf for her 27th birthday this past Saturday. I was attracted to the restaurant originally because of its unique name and the location is amazing. The staff were incredible, Ashley & Ben made us feel like family and were very attentive. The food was top notch, especially for the price point. My girlfriend had the mussels and I had the Chicken sandwich. The atmosphere and decor was very inviting and we loved the touch of having lit candles on every table. We will definitely be back soon, and bring our friends with us next time! Thanks guys :)

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast sandwich tasted like @&$-_. I would suggest checking closely on what appeals to you from the menu.

Food leaves a lot to be desired.

The place is nice and the server is nice but thats about it. Food is mediocre. They screwed up our steak twice that we just gave up because we were hungry. The wine we had has a lot of sediments on it and their key lime pie was bad. It did not taste like key lime pie at all. Do not recommend coming to this place. I wasnt expecting them to compensate but yes I was surprise they did not even do anything.

Mothers day brunch, good service, good food, easy street parking. However, I am giving 4 stars not five because they charged 18% service (tip?). I was going to tip more than that because it was mothers day. I just dont understand why the restaurant decided how much. I think thats what customers decide depending on the quality of the service. I am not saying the service was bad. The service was great. In conclusion, that was the only thing that I didnt like.

The atmosphere of the bar was very cozy and relaxing. I could unwind easily. They had a great selection of craft beers, and I found a particularly delicious IPA. The taste of the beer was fantastic, with a variety of flavors to enjoy. The Fish and Chips were made with fresh fish and served with crispy batter. The juicy taste of the fish combined with the fluffy texture of the chips was exquisite, leaving me feeling satisfied. The staff provided excellent service, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious drinks and food. I would love to go there again.

This place was good. But not anything I would go back for.

Went to this restaurant with two other people, not a fan of the food at all. We ordered chicken penne pasta, it was severely undercooked, could not even finish it. we also got the falafel wrap and spaghetti pasta, and honestly we did not enjoy it at all. i would recommend a different place as the food here was stomach ache worthy. however, i did not try the other dishes so i m unsure if the other food was good or not. the server was very kind and polite, however the food was just bad!

I went there for lunch and the place is very cute it s inside of the Sheraton. It s a nice location in Eau Claire and has a small patio. I ordered the fish and chips and they were alright not amazing but not bad but didn t care for the coleslaw as it didn t have much taste. The fish was fresh and tender and cooked right. Home fries were ok but not wow. Parking: You have to pay either for street parking or paid parking lot across

5 star is for Arpit, the waiter working during breakfast on October 1! He went above and beyond and really helped me with finding a small meal for my hungry baby and provided me with a complimentary coffee! Super friendly and professional.

Love this restaurant! The greek salad is my go to, and the pizza is amazing as well! they make all of their dough in house it s delicious. My favourite place for lunch meetings as it s in the heart of Eua Claire!!! 10/10 would recommend you check it out.

Great cocktails, good food

I dont normally write negative reviews. My friends and I like to try new places for brunch as a touch base in our busy day to day lives. Although despite reading the wonderful reviews I was severely disappointed by their service. We we made reservations and were given a table for our first round of drinks, after which the waitress didn t come back for another 30mins to take our order or even to ask for refills for our drinks. Only to have to wait 40mins for our food to be delivered, which had been sitting on kitchen counter for at least 30mins, at which the waitress said that they were really busy but there was maybe 3 tables occupied around us. The only reason we didnt leave to go somewhere else was their OpenTable policy charging our MC reservation $35 per person that doesnt show up. If you want to charge or hold a MC for cancellations prior to 5days then uphold that service. Extremely disappointed in service and food.

The chicken pesto pasta had a rich flavor, and I particularly enjoyed the well-balanced pesto along with the tasty sun-dried tomatoes.

Came here for lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich with the pub fries. This was $23 and sadly not worth it. The patty was a couple chicken thighs and it was okay. The pub fries were alright. The server didnt ask me how my food was. I had identified that the chicken looked a bit undercooked. There were eight people at the table but I was not asked how my food was. Rating of 3 out of 5 for value for money. Perhaps if I tried a different dish ranking will increase.

Very disappointed in the fixed menu $80 per person offerings and accompanying service for Christmas dinner this evening. We arrived at 3 pm with one member of our party having committed to another event at 6 pm. He had to leave early because these folks seemed unable to get our party of 3 out in 2 3/4 hours. Service was glacial. Over 1/2 hour from when we finished our main entrees to delivery of desserts. No attempts made to keep diners distanced from one another in the middle of surging COVID numbers. The main entrees had clearly been under a heat lamp for far too long. Cod should not have the consistency of styrofoam. Turkey was dry and tasteless. The gravy on the turkey and mashed potatoes may have been sufficient when first plated but after sitting and being reduced to a gel like consistency, it looses a lot of its initial luster. And then to top it all off a mandatory 18% gratuity with absolutely no advance notice. Really? Not a good look. .

I went here for a corporate lunch and was pleasantly surprised, the food and service were both excellent. The restaurant is also a very nice place to sit and relax.

Had a breakfast here on Easter Sunday. My eggs were fresh and creamy, bacon crispy and bread tasted like home. But our waitress (lady with dark long hair) was very unhappy and angry...I understand its not fun to work during the long weekend but we didnt deserve it, its not our fault

For how stunning the theming was the experience was subpar at best. We ordered the roasted chicken pasta and beef brisket and they weren t great. To go with this our service was more or less none existent. We were super excited to go here because it looked like such a cool atmosphere but sadly that was the best part of it. Disappointed to say we won t be returning here or recommending it.

Bright open restaurant with plenty of space for small or larger groups. There is a lot of room in terms of accessibility - very stroller and wheelchair friendly. The food menu is varied and interesting with some all time classics on there as well. Plant-based options also available! The service is great, the restrooms are clean, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

Had Wedge salad with Tofu. I think the bacons are cooked with stararnis or some Chinese spices. They added such a unique taste to salad. The food was amazing. Also had cappuccino and tea. Service is exceptional. Will return!

Hosted an event for 25 or so lawyers here tonight and could not have asked for more from the Flower & Wolf team. We had fluctuating numbers throughout the week, and that was completely taken in stride. The assistance setting up the space to work for our event was so greatly appreciated. The food selection suggested worked perfectly and was delicious. With the gorgeous weather today, the Mohitos were definitely a favourite. Thank you for making the event a success and we will absolutley be hosting more with you in the coming year.

We had vouchers from Sheraton hotel for free breakfast. Had continental, pancakes and omelette. Everything was good and great service from Agness (our server)

After a good walk we had breakfast here. Super impressed with the food and service. We were even offered a to go coffee to continue our walk. The food was super. 100% going back.

Seriously one of the best restaurants in Calgary. My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for a weekend and ate at this restaurant every single time. My husband is from the UK and he said the fish and chips are better than some of the fish and chips he tasted in England. You won t be disappointed with this spot. It s worth every penny!

Came here for brunch twice. Delicious food, had some incredible eggs benedict, with amazing hollandaise, did not know potatoes could be enjoyed like this. Jared was an incredible server, welcoming and made my experience all the better. Will return when in the area.

Food is good, you get what is described very clearly on the menu and its well prepared. The 5 stars are for the staff, they accommodated all our ordering quirks and modifications flawlessly the 5 times we have gone. The food came quickly, Kerim (sorry if I botched the spelling bud) and Steve were both excellent servers!

Our wings were really good!! Service was great! 3 stars is for a few things the music was bad this place should just have chill vibe beats, not loud 80s pop. Also, this place has an identity crisis, forum mixed with trendy chill. The prices are too high!! $19 for 8 wings. $40 for 2 beer and wings, huh? Lower the prices, change the music, and this place would be good.

I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my friend had the burger. Both were excellent. Service was great. We went early so it wasnt busy at all, but not sure if there if there was any specials or happy hours (also didnt ask).

My partner and I have lived in Eau Claire for years and both of us are kicking ourselves for not eating here sooner! The service was amazing, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We cant wait to come back!

I cant say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is simple and sophisticated. Our server, Steve L, was excellent and so attentive. Best service we have had in a long time. The coffee was hot and refilled so often for us. Our excellent server brought us our favourite hot sauce and extra maple syrup without us even having to ask for it! He was a mind-reader! The food however, was out-of-this-world good. The buttermilk pancakes with the crème fraiche was like a dessert and were perfectly fluffy. The side of bacon was crispy and perfect. The brisket hash was so good that there was not one crumb left. Perfectly poached eggs, delicious hollandaise and brisket to die for! We will definitely be back to try brunch, lunch and dinner.

We had breakfast which was delicious. Fast service, clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Had a lunch meeting as it was close to my clients home. Ordered the mushroom flatbread and French onion soup. Flatbread was meh. Soup broth had absolutely zero flavour. Super disappointing. Save your $$ and Go to local instead.

We originally were at bridgette bar but after seeing escorts and loud abnoxious people, and not being able to hear myself nor my girlfriend, we opted to come here. They Accommodated us last min and the service was phenomenal. They didnt rush us out and treated us as family. Food was 10/10. Defs will be back as this is our 2nd time here!

Good food at reasonable price.

Great Calgary restaurant! Had the house salad, the salmon, and the banofee pie. All were excellent. The pie, in particular, was one of the best desserts I have ever had. Beyond food, the place was nice and spacious and the covid related protocols made me feel safe eating there. Highly recommend going here!

Ordered pizza, house green salad, eggplant Parmesan sandwich. Food was bland, lacked seasoning and overall flavour. Would be reluctant to order again. Service (delivery included) was fast though, so that was a plus.

Just came here for a takeout hot chocolate during the festival. It was a great drink and seems like a nice place.

Friendly staff offering a brunch with a nice variety of delicious items to satisfy family members big and small. That bacon and those breakfast potatoes, yum!

We were staying at the Sheraton Eau Claire, so this seemed the most convenient. The food itself was really tasty, and I felt the portions were of good value. Only downside was the female hostess that took our order over the phone. She seemed a little unfriendly, and made it quite obvious that she was bothered by our meal modifications. I felt she was quite short with me upon pickup also. I ve worked in the industry for over twenty five years now, and know what s considered acceptable and what isn t. When picking up the food, there were only two tables in the whole place. You d think during these trying times, they d go above and beyond to appease customers and build brand loyalty. Otherwise, the food was great, and the hotel stay was even better! We ll try elsewhere next time.

Food needs some work. Ordered on uber so I cant judge on service. I was very excited for how crispy the fries were but as I tasted them they were quite plain and flavorless. Some pieces straight bitter/sour somehow. The Croquettes were perfectly crisp on the outside but on the inside was unpleasantly wet and not good? I feel like there could have been a better sauce to pair with the croquettes. I didnt feel it was good for overall flavour boost. I ate 2 croquettes and a fry and moved on. Cool a footlong hot dog but missing adequate bun. Not worth having a footlong or having spent 19 bucks for it. Presentation was good. The toppings seemed fresh. But i think its better to have a regular sized hot dog and lower the price. Ive had other wagyu dogs and this didnt taste nearly as good as the others or special. At the very least not enough to want a footlong of it. Everything that had to be crisp was crisp i just wish it followed through.

Ive been here countless times for post work drinks but only recently dropped in for brunch, and it was excellent. No long lineups or crowds, but still super friendly staff in a quiet community. The pancakes were the star of the show, with delicious toppings and a liberal amount of fruit. That said, Id skip the bacon. Seemed like it was cooked in a microwave. Very unappetizing. Overall a great experience. One well most certainly look for again.

Came here for Sunday brunch and the service was terrible. We had to try and get someones attention everytime we wanted another drink. We ordered and waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Food was good but not worth the wait. The restuarant wasnt nearly busy enough for the service to be as poor as it was. Definitly wont be back.

I went for a specialty dinner and tasting. I was so impressed from start to finish. I was greeted on entrance by the chef! The serving staff were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was exquisite and the hosts of the dinner were wonderful. Cant wait to go back!

This hidden gem is truly amazing. Great decor and food, with a killer happy hour menu. Even live music some evenings!

Outstanding food. The cornbread is as good as it gets and the veal parmesan was enormous.

The food was very tasty and the decor in the restaurant looks great. I had the bison gnocchi and it was amazing. As its attached to the hotel there are alot of people not dressed to match the ambiance so it may help to select your table accordingly.

Great spot, the dry age burger and the brisket are incredible! Easy to get a lunch reso too which is rare in this area of downtown.

I love this place!! The service here is amazing and the food is amazing! I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese or the Cornbread for sides if you get the chance to go! Flower and Wolf has some pretty great food and they also have an amazing FOOTLONG Wagyu Hotdog! Everyone should come here and try the food out. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

We stayed at the Sheraton for our wedding a few weeks ago, and I was trying to find somewhere that could host our intimate wedding for a dinner reception. I inquired with the Sheratons Flower and Wolf (after hearing from our foodie friends how amazing the food was), and this was one of the best parts of our wedding. The coordinator, Paula, was amazing to work with, and we really felt like we got special treatment as a Bride and Groom, finally feeling that way, after such a struggle trying to make our dream wedding happen and so many other places not even getting back to us, or seeming bothered over the phone with inquiries. From the first e-mail, Paula was lovely to work with, all the staff at the Sheraton made our day perfect, the food was amazing, everyone commented on that, the service was first class... I cant say enough about this experience. We will be forever thankful having our wedding reception here, and cant wait to be back. Thank you SO much for all you did for us and for making our day so perfect.

My wife and I ordered the picnic for two and wow! Lots of yummy food and a great price! A wonderful assortment of meats, cheeses, crackers and olives made for a great appetizer, the croissant sandwiches were the perfect entrees and the lemon meringue made for a delicious dessert. They offer other choices which we will definitely be trying next time. Highly recommended!

I work in the area and Flower and Wolf is consistently the best lunch spot in Eau Claire. The ambiance is great and the patio is spacious. Even without a reservation we can always snag a table. The service is impeccable; friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also always save room for the fries- these steak house style fries are the best in town. Crispy outside with soft and pillowy inside, you know that the chef has put care and attention into their creation. I ve had their chicken sandwich, fish and chips, grilled chicken, pizzettas... they never disappoint. I am almost questioning why I am writing this review because I don t want this gem of a restaurant to be discovered by all... but it s too good not to share. And on a Covid related note- I always feel safe dining here. From precautions to enter the hotel, to proper serving protocols my guests and I feel safe. Also - patio is dog friendly. Good stuff here.

Noticed they had banoffee pie on the menu and this is my husband s favourite dessert from Scotland. We went for a piece and was BLOWN away, best we ve ever had! Every part of it was perfect. Service was great as well, he was very nice and attentive and remembered that I had called earlier about the pie. All and all, definitely a 5 star and can t wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Chef made us some off menu pasta to work with our vegan diets, and the staff were funny and attentive. Great location.

I have been to Flower & Wolf for two different brewmaster dinners and was blown away both times. The thought that went into the dishes to pair with the beer was very apparent...and extremely delicious. All eight dishes I got to try brought something exciting to the palate. Chef truly elevated the dining experience both nights. Service was absolutely on point and the setting just made each experience special.

I popped in today for breakfast. The coffee and cappuccinos were in huge soup mugs, breakfast was delicious with many GF and dairy alternatives, side fruit was fresh and assorted (even gooseberries!). Service was super friendly and awesome.

Pricey. Good food. They double charged us for an Americano and a tea though which is sleazy considering they are already expensive. $10 for 1 tea and $10 for 1 Americano. Because they charged us for 2 americanos and 2 teas when we only had 1 of each. Disappointed. Went Oct 23 8:20 pm. Server Ashley

good setup, nice atmosphere and excellent staff. The food was pretty average to good. Had the burger and wife had the salmon. Salmon was decent, burger was very salty. calamari was great as an appi and the beer was cold. Back the next morning for breakfast and that was pretty good, with the exception of the bacon, which was absolutely terrible. But, if you are staying at the Sheraton... it is a convenient stop.

This restaurant had a great setup. Very clean and great environment to eat in. I saw a lot of people in suits sitting there and I thought it would be a great place to have a business meeting or interview. BUT one thing that didnt give me a great impression was the service was slow. They claimed they were busy but its more likely that they seemed slow and lazy. Regardless, the staff there were nice and well-trained in knowing the client needs. The food was nice but I wouldnt recommend any of the fry foods. The fries tasted stale and some of them were hard. They didnt seem fresh and heated in the microwave after taking them out of the freezer. Overall it was a great place to have lunch but wouldnt be a place I would continue to go.

The calamari and chicken wings were delicious. The wine and beer great. However, the highlight was our server, Doug. He was helpful, polite and one of the best servers weve had.

Stayed at the downtown Sheraton Hotel for an overnight staycation, had reservations at the Flower and Wolf. The food was great, the service was wonderful had a great night out.

Pretty good food. The Waygu hotdog is worth it.

Atmosphere and food were great, food took a bit long to come out. Definitely worth trying!
