Went here for an Xmas group dinner. Was really good. Service was great also the cheesecake tho, not soo much. Had paper still attached to it (actually pulled out a large piece from my mouth) overall tho, great place for a group dinner in the private room.

We came in tonight as a spur of the moment decision and were so incredibly impressed! Cody greeted us at the door and was absolutely exceptional through the entire experience! Will definitely be coming back!

Wow - what not to order - today tried the spicy ramen soup with short ribs - it looked amazing - however the noodles were a ball of glue- all stuck together, and had to use a knife and fork to try and separate, while trying to not splash the broth out of the bowel, the short ribs were so tough I couldn t cut through them with a knife, and all gristle and fat, with no meat, couldn t eat them - it was really bad, definitely never ordering that again, shocking dish from a restaurant I have eaten at countless times being downtown. Service was fantastic as usual but the food way missed the mark.

Just had my second wonderful dinning experience prior to a Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra performance. If you want to work for a place that is both committed to and exceptional at providing superior customer service, this Milestone location is the place! And the food is top shelf! Thanks folks!

I recently dined at Milestone Restaurant in Calgary Stephen ave, and ordered the roasted beet and goat cheese salad along with sweet chili chicken bites, which I shared with my husband. Unfortunately, after our meal, I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea starting at 1:30 AM, lasting throughout the night and well into the next day. I felt unwell for three days following that. I reached out to the restaurant to share my experience, hoping for some acknowledgment or an apology. Instead, I was told someone would call me back, but I never heard from them. It was disheartening to feel ignored after such a distressing experience. I hope others can take this into consideration when choosing where to dine

Very tasty food! Pleasant and attentive staff! The atmosphere is wonderful! The roasted beet&goad cheese salad is just great.

We sat on the patio and the server was very kind and patient! The food came rather quickly and tasted delicious! Overall, the service was the highlight of our evening!!

Jah provided the best service, he asked if we wanted our kids food out first and told our daughter if she didnt like the juice he can bring another but she enjoyed the pineapple apple juice would come again in the future, thank you! We had a great dinner at Milestones. Service was slow to start after we were seated, but they were gracious in trying to make it up with a free dessert. We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Burger and the Butternut squash ravioli. Would order again

Milestones offers a great variety of dishes, and I really like it. There s something for everyone on the menu, making it a perfect choice for different tastes. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is usually friendly and attentive.

A great option for a place to enjoy your time and meal! The service is always amazing but tonight our server, Raniel, went above and beyond to make our experience exceed expectations. The food was mixed - the waygu beef gyoza was amazing, but the mushroom soup was disappointing. Service was ok but not prompt, especially since the place wasnt that busy.

I had full lunch there and when I was going to pay I found out I lost my bag , Amazing staff helped me ,talked to me ,told me same thing happened to them ,guid me what to do and I would never forget the lady and the boy who I unfortunately can not recall their name . As an american, having happy hours available every day of the week is awesome. Food is delicious, drinks are great. Staff is very friendly, recommend the patio for a happy hour. Recommend the bruschetta and wagyu gyoza as well.

Stopped in on Friday of August Long and got a table right away. I had the portobello mushroom chicken and a week later, I m still thinking about it! It was so flavourful and delicious. The pasta it came with was great too! The kids loved their burgers. Hubby enjoyed his steak as well. But seriously, that chicken!! If you like mushrooms and chicken, this is your meal!!Drinks were great. Our waitress was attentive. Food came decently fast. Can t wait to go back to Calgary just to eat that chicken!!

Had a great dinner on the patio and really enjoyed it. The Roasted Mushroom soup was a great starter. I was looking for plant-based meals and their selection was wonderful. The Teryaki Spice bowl (or something like that) with tofu was really good, flavorful and very filling. My smoking hot date had the Mediterranean Chicken and also found it good. Service was excellent and the patio was perfect for the evening. Dietary restrictions: Really good options of both vegetarian and plant-based meals.

Atmosphere was so good!! Unfortunately we got a super new waitress. She did not give us the time of day in the slightest . She wasnt interested in chatting with us, communicating about the menu, or even properly listening to our order as she completely forgot our starter so we were gifted with free dessert, which did make up for it a little bit. The steak was ordered as rare and came out closer to medium well. I would not recommend this location.

If you need to get somewhere quick do not go here! We ordered food and drinks pretty quickly and we were there for two hours. They didnt honour happy hour. Our server was so bad that we had to flag someone else to tell them that my steak wasnt cooked right. From there, they asked if they had to remake it twice. They even asked if i could try it so that they didnt have to remake it. They didnt even take anything off the bill. Never again. Kid-friendliness: not kid friendly on the patio due to lots of drunk people and a guy was smoking crack 5 feet from our table as it was outside. didnt even offer to move us inside (it was empty in there)

Great food and fantastic service from Bella, which was above and beyond. It did take about 20 minutes to be served, as there may have been a mix up with server tables, but Bella was checking in, and when she realized there was a mix up, stepped in to take our table and was so sweet and helpful. The manager also checked in and they were so kind to us and our children. Highly recommend, thank you for the wonderful service! We will be back! Thank you Bella!

Every time nice to be here

Unfortunately we felt we were treated like something that had been trodden in when we arrived without a reservation. We were made to wait while a similar couple (but much younger) with no reservation were ushered straight in. The food and table service was great but then the automated tip in the machine was a minimum of 18%! I fixed that but the front of house made it very disappointing.

Our server was excellent and super attentive, particularly in relation to passing on the food allergies of one of our party. Seems I mistakenly only gave 2 stars when this should have been 4 stars. Would return here.

We received a recommendation to dine at Milestones and it was spot on! A great variety on the menu and friendly service. Everyone from the hostess, the person seating us, our main server (Leah), the course servers, to the manager were welcoming and cheerful. If your near downtown Calgary you must go to Milestones

Excellent service. The place is beautiful and relaxed, clean bathrooms. And most importantly, the food is delicious. I ordered a hamburger with potatoes and asked for the onions to be removed, the order arrived exactly. My wife ordered a flambé sandwich. The waitress sets it on fire right away, and it gives it a very special flavor. Fair price for the meal. When I return to Calgary, I will definitely have lunch at Milestones again.

We had a a large party of 14 visit. The staff were exceptional. From welcome, to dealing with issues with our meals (3 of us found that the filet mignon steaks were chewy cuts). They fixed the issue and we all left with glowing smiles and a desire to return again. We left a big tip too! Well done staff. Hopefully your meat supplier is as gracious. Thanks for turning our experience into an excellent one.

Visited this location on Friday night,and the food was amazing, and so was our server. Something that did turn me off of this location was when I was seated on the patio The server with a slicked back ponytail was very rude and yelled at the host in front of our table. Overall good food and nice atmosphere

Can t really expect a stellar place for food and drinks but it s acceptable. The location really can t be beat. They ve got the best view of Stephen Ave and Telus Sky. Drinks and cocktails are mediocre. Food is definitely mediocre. Can t really say much more than that. Parking: You re better off parking far and walking, or taking an Uber. It s Stephen Ave. There s realistically zero parking nearby.

I just finished eating here at this location, not only was the restaurant completely dead but it also took over 45 minutes for myself and my fiancé to get two burgers. Also, who decided that trying to flambe a burger was a good idea? A shot of alcohol DOESNT completely burn off in the 7 seconds its on fire for, just resulting in a soggy alcohol soaked beef patty. Not worth the $100 dollars - so save yourself and anyone else youre looking to eat with, the time and money by going almost anywhere else.

I read so many good comments, so I guess its just bad luck. I ate there today, I ordered a Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Cap and something to drink. When I finished to eat I had a weird bitter taste in my mouth, and now I have a very bad stomache.

My recent visit to Milestone Grill and Bar left much to be desired, primarily due to the lackluster service overshadowing the otherwise promising dining experience. Despite the establishments inviting ambiance and commendable menu offerings, the poor reception from our bartender set a disappointing tone from the start.Upon sitting on a table, my party and I were greeted by a bartender whose demeanor lacked warmth and hospitality. Her lack of greeting and absence of a smile created an immediate disconnect, detracting from the anticipated enjoyment of our meal. Throughout the evening, her indifferent attitude persisted, evident even as she served our food with an unsettling apathy.While the cuisine itself showed promise, with flavors that were commendable albeit not exceptional, the overall dining experience was marred by the subpar service. Despite the menus diverse selection and the evident effort put into the preparation of our dishes, it was challenging to fully appreciate the culinary offerings in light of the disheartening service experience.In summary, Milestone Grill and Bar has the potential to be a noteworthy dining destination, with a menu that hints at culinary excellence. However, until improvements are made to the service quality and staff demeanor, it is difficult to wholeheartedly recommend the establishment to discerning diners seeking not only good food but also a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.

Probably the best pasta dish Ive ever eaten

Love the food and the ambience here! First of all the ambience is super chill, they have tons of greenery all over the restaurant. Bathrooms are neat and tidy which is always nice to see. The service was wonderful, I forget my servers name but everybody was super helpful. I got myself the Pesto Chicken Penne Penne Asiago and they were super accomodating for my Gluten Allergy! Dietary restrictions: They have tons of Gluten Free Options, and if a dish isnt already Gluten free, then theres tons of ways they can still make it work.

Theyve got a great selection of cold beers and wines for every taste. With tasty eats, drinks, and a cool vibe, its perfect for casual meet-ups or special nights out. Previous: I enjoy Milestones more for its breakfast menu. The eggs benedict classic is among the best Ive had. The grilled andoulie sausage is spicy and delicious alongside the flavourful potatoes. The servers are always attentive and kind. We typically attend every weekend for brunch, and the pricing is spot on for what you get.

Came here for late night drinks and a snack so decided to sit in the lounge. The one and only time our server was at our table was when she took our order. Other staff served our drinks and food, and when we wanted to get the bill we had to flag down another staff member as she was nowhere to be seen. Food

We always have a great time here. Its my favourite place to pop into when we go to the theatre. The food is always tasty and timely, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. Wed particularly like to thank our server Brad today, he really made our visit. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, we felt well taken care of during our visit

Food was fantastic, dessert was excellent and drinks were very good and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will come again when back in Calgary.

Our server Leah was great and attentive. We made it before 6 so could order off of the Happy hour menu. We got a free dessert (1 every 2 tickets) as we had tickets to the show at Jack Singer. The pricing on the menu takes some getting used to. It can be laid out in a simpler manner. Food was great and arrived in a timely manner. They also have brunch deals and a Wednesday date night deal.

I didnt really care for the steak sandwich but the service was good.

Wow . Great experience all around !! Can t say enough good about this place . It was packed ! The servers and especially the bartender were in great spirits in spite of how busy it was and made us feel so welcomed !! We had to sit up at the bar as seats were taken in the restaurant, but we got incredible service. One of us had the Beet Salad with Salmon and the other had the Waygu Beef Meatloaf with carmelized onions. Both were great choices. We really enjoyed our dinners Shout out to the bartender, Taryn who was just great and very helpful with our decisions .

We came last night and had Rishawna as our server. She recommended the Thai green curry bowl and a strawberry haze when I was having a hard time deciding what to order. It was AMAZING! She was super helpful and fun to talk to. We will definitely be coming back for the food and to see Rishawna!

Great service! The food was delicious and Raniel was excellent he was awesome.

Excellent food and great atmosphere, but we had a horrible server. Our main course was delayed by 45 minutes. The server totally forgot about it and asked us if we want coffee or dessert, after we waited for 30 minutes. The worst part was that she didnt even apologize and ignored us the whole night after that. We told what happened to another server who said she will inform the manager. Not sure if she did, because we never received a follow up. We received our courses and bill from other servers and the one who made the mistake totally ignored us the whole evening.

Food is really Good but little expensive.

For those who dont see bougie as a pejorative. Milestones has great food and atmosphere. I love being a bougie patron of their chicken parm. Hint: try the chicken parm.

I had the chicken penne and it was good, just a little too much Parmesan. My wife enjoyed her fish tacos and the kids liked their 1989 burger and kids chicken fingers. The waitresses were very attentive and were very good about our kids peanut allergies. They double checked for us to make sure everything was nut free. It was a very nice dinner.

I was a little disappointed in the hostess when she told us that the window seats were all reserved while nobody came to any of those seats throughout the time we were there and we were there for a good 90 mins. Our server was quite nice hence the three stars . The food was average.

The staff were so so kind and respectful of all dietary restrictions. They handled unforeseen circumstances very professionally and kept a respectful attitude. The atmosphere and food was amazing. The shrimp appetizers are absolutely amazing and worth a try.

Went for their Wednesday date night was truly a great experience. A bit of an inconvenience occurred with a rowdy patron but the staff were super accommodating of our discomforts and the service was more than could be asked for. The wam bam shrimp might be one of the best experiences I ve had regarding shrimp and the rest of the menu was equally as good.

A Night to Remember at Milestone! Visited Milestone for a memorable New Years dinner and it exceeded all expectations! The Filet Mignon and Portobello Mushroom Chicken were absolute perfection. Despite the bustling crowd, the service was impeccable. A must-visit for outstanding food and exceptional service!

Typical cookie-cutter Milestones and nothing really to complain about or worth mentioning. It did the trick to feed my employee on a business trip. We sat at the bar so he could watch the game. The food was really good and the service was fine. Average 4-star.

One of my favorite restaurants in Calgary, this time I decided to try the houses spicy dish (its delicious, but anyone who isnt very used to pepper wont be able to eat it) I couldnt finish it. My mouth went numb. But its very tasty. I wish there was an option (adding less sauce) it would be perfect for my taste. For those who are resistant to pepper, I highly recommend it.

Ive ate at this place before years ago, but I dined here again with a group of 5, including me. It was such a pleasant time and such a nice atmosphere for a casual dining night. Everyone loved the food. We picked every meals from burgers, seafood and pasta and it was great! The drinks tasted amazing too. The Bellini I really do recommend. Its also friendly to kids too. The service was also really friendly, kind and catering. Food came out at a good time. This place is amazing.

My best place in Calgary so far.

The Salmon, shrimp salad and Kalmari were all very flavorful and arrived quickly and were piping hot! The staff were very nice, but infrequent on their check-ins, from the time our food arrived until we were done and waiting on our bill and nobody checked in to see if we needed anything or if the food was good.

$38 for Maine lobster ravioli that was luke warm and clearly not made in-house. Wow. It s experiences like this that remind me to stay home and cook

Lobster ravioli were kinda dry, but the steak and drinks were good. I really liked fries with cheese and chocolate cookie for dessert. Vanilla ice cream seemed to not be melting and tasted kinda artificial though. Atmosphere in general was really nice and pleasant.
