Caesar's Steak House & Lounge in Calgary

My first visit to Caesars for my birthday, and it was awesome. Our server, was so friendly and attentive. The food was Amazing. A classic steak house! We will be back. Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly and very aware.

Wait staff was superior. Upselling but not too pushy. My steak was not a good cut of meat...gristle and fatty for a top rated cut. Better options out there for the money. And the cheese bread was weak. Ceasars salad was outstanding!

Of course Xmas not the best time to go for lunch. Noisy, service a bit slow. Steak as ordered but I wished I had some salt

If you want a good steak with good service and a reasonable price, this is the place.

So mid. *fake fancy*. My steak was cooked to my satisfaction, however the seasoning was not consistent, i received the filet mignon bland while my partner had an overly salted filet mignon (where s the consistency?). Avoid the desert unless you like your cheesecake too sweet and mushy, or the tiramisu with just 1 layer of straight up mascarpone on the bottom and the top layer of just pure whipped cream, so sad to end the meal like this Vegetarian options: Salmon. Shrimp. Salad.

Amazing food and service. An institution of Calgary that everyone needs to visit at lease once a year. Great for business, birthdays and special events.

Great steaks and good service.

The steak was outstanding definitely a 10/10 but the rest of the experience was lacking. The restaurant felt dirty, with dust on the walls and pictures, finger prints in the glass on the sealing and my $20 salad came with hardly any dressing. I was seated in a cramped corner next to a computer, which ruined the atmosphere. Its really overrated, and there is a lack of modern drink options.

A pretty pricey dining experience, but so worth it. Most of life s milestones should be commemorated with a beautiful Caesars steak

Rib eye steak with double stuffed potato was soooo yummy!

Nostalgia so thick you can cut it with a (steak) knife.

600+20% tip for 3 people and kicked out after an hr and 40 for the next group. Not worth it. Drinks were watered down as well.

Everything was awesome. The steaks were slightly under cooked, but the cuts were amazingly tender and very flavourful. The server Anastasia was friendly and efficient without hovering. That Caesar Salad made at the table blew me away- very crisp and sharp flavours.

Had an incredible visit, the table side Caesar salad was amazing. A very memorable atmosphere and experience, can t recommend enough.

We chose Caesars because of the high recommendation and were impressed by the amazing service and quality of the meal. We will visit again when next we are in Calgary.

Only two of us for dinner and a few other tables in the lounge with lots of visible staff. However the overall service was mid range with the sides that were ordered coming late and mid way through the meal. My colleague waited about 10 minutes after being seated before his drink order was taken also. For the calibre of restaurant one would expect impeccable service.

This steakhouse is wonderful. It features upscale decor and offers classical, knowledgeable service. One unique experience is watching the Caesar dressing being prepared at the table before your eyes, and it turned out to be delicious. It s also worth trying their classic Caesar drink, which they claim to have invented in the 1970s. Its a cool place, and I would definitely recommend it and come back again.

Always amazing food and service!

Came for my birthday with my wife as we do every year and unfortunately both service and food quality has dipped a little. The service portion was the most disappointing, server dropped several balls. When the entree was served we didn t have cutlery, told someone would come prep the baked potatoes but no one did. I had to flag down another server. Asked for rare steak but the outside was charred too much and the vegetables were under cooked. Escargot was just bad. For $300+ dinner expectations are higher. Next year I won t be returning but will try one of the many other options like chairman s. The interior is still great but they got rid of the velvet chairs and replaced them with a leather. It was my birthday and they sent a free pavlova so they earned points there just not enough to have me return.

UNDERWHELMING. SORRY Went to eat here with my wife on Saturday Sept 21. The decor is still second to none . I love the look of this place, its absolutely fantastic as always. The service was fantastic. The disappointment was in the food. The scampi appetizer was probably the smallest scampi I have ever seen. The Caesar salad was good. Our entrée was a huge disappointment. We orderd the steak and lobster. The price of 105$ was not out of line but the size of the filet was a joke. Come on CAESARS, for 105 you can at least give a steak thicker than 1 inche. I ordered my steak medium rare and what I got was a rare steak. Use the bloody thermometer if you cant cook a steak to order. THIS IS A STEAK HOUSE. The lobster was plain and simply undercooked. For lobster, if anything, you should err on the side of overcooking NOT undercooked. The small size of the scampi and the small size of the steak was shameful. Chef should be embarrassed sending that out. Dropped almost 400$ tonight the two of us. Should have went elsewhere. P.s. you guys are allowing baseball caps in the dining room now ? Lol sad

This has to be the best restaurant in Calgary. A great martini to start, the best caesar salad that Ive had in years, and an absolutely wonderful chateaubriand, in a perfect romantic atmosphere with impecible service. It could not be better.

Service and atmosphere make it exceptional.

Our party of 10 dined at your Downtown location in Calgary at 730 on Sept 27. And here are my comments: All of us agree that the quality of the steak was good, and the doneness all as ordered. Kudos to the chef on such a busy night. While the main thing at a steakhouse is the quality of the steak, there are other things that also play a role in the quality of experience. The tables were placed WAY too close together. As a result, the noise level was totally unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself as fine dining. The cheese toast and garlic toast was underwhelming, cold and soggy. The onion soup was very salty and just a touch more than warm. My expectation of an onion soup is that it be topped with melted cheese, but the soup did not come with that. The whole table thought the food in general was not warm enough. I think the reason was because the plates that the steaks were served on were not pre-warmed, and the food got cold after a few bites. However, the big irony was that a cold tiramisu came out on a warm plate. It is attention to these small details that make a restaurant outstanding and worthy of customers wanting to return. The most disappointing was the baked potato. It was barely warm! This is not a sign of a fine dining establishment. However, the staff was prompt in dealing with the issue. The offending baked potato was deftly replaced by a twice baked one, which was nice and hot. Our restaurant of choice is Ruths Chris. We chose Caesars as we were told that only Alberta beef was served and we wanted our visitors from Australia to have a taste of Alberta beef. Sadly, the experience did not impress our guests nor us. We will not return.

Appearances are deceiving and this place is a prime example. Don t be deceived by the facade for the steaks inside are the best in Alberta. Come in expecting nothing and walk out having eaten some of the best steaks of your life.

Sat in the lounge, relaxing environment and the food and drinks were top tier.

I ordered a ribeye and they recommended a red wine to go with it, which was perfect.

First time at this classic Calgary restaurant, I enjoyed everything about it. The food was amazing, Not a cheap place to eat but was amazing thanks to J for taking me.

I had one of the best-tasting steaks in Calgary here! I loved the spices used and that the meat seemed well-marinated before grilling. I enjoyed every bite.

Just an amazing steak house. Great food and the atmosphere is legendary. The French Onion soup is a cut above the rest and will bring a tear to your eye. UPDATE: Google Reviews asked for an update to see if Caesars has changed. It hasnt changed, its still awesome.

My favorite steak in town!

I took multiple generations of my family here and everyone raved about it. We were a huge party and they handled the service with no issues at all. The food was amazing. Its likely the best steakhouse in Calgary.

This is my second visit from Denver, Colorado, USA and I brought my son who recently graduated from College. Tiago and George treated us like family. Tiago remembered me from last August and took special care of me and I wish that I could go higher than 5 on the reviews. My son got the Wagyu and now hes been spoiled by the best. We went to Fairmont Chauteau Banff Springs the next day and he had a Filet Mignon and it wasnt worthy. Next trip is to bring my wife to Caesars. Ill be back in 2 weeks with my oldest daughter. This was a little piece of Calgarys history walking distance from anything downtown. It has nostalgic decor -some super cool vintage style antiquities -sculptures etc. This home of the ceasar -made with fresh spices, calmato juice and vodka-they offer a variety but I had the traditional. Opened in April 1972, just celebrated 52 years in business. A FAN spot for the salesman lunch. Has beefeater red carpet-but nice, red leather backed chairs, and nostalgia plus throughout. The food was good. Steak was excellent. We will be giving this another try to experience Caesar s in its excellence . Worth a trip for a terrific buttery-cooked exceptionally well to order. Cherries jubilee was kinda over the top good with no to locally made ice cream. Service was friendly. Looked like Chateaubriand for two is the way to go-tons of fan veggies.

My colleague and I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Caesar salad prepared by Ruslan, who went above and beyond to make it perfect. We just had our anniversary and decided to go to Caesar s. Lahcen and Tiago gave us an exceptional customer service! Such wonderful people at Caesar s Downtown Calgary. Lauren was Very efficient, friendly and attentive. Caesar s definitely does not disappoint, always taking care of your clients. A nice touch was the blueberry cheesecake picked by Tiago for us after our Flambé Steak Diane and New York Strip. Thank you, Aaron B and Raquel B

I visited Calgary for the first time and had the pleasure of eating at Caesars Steak House! This was an amazing experience! First off, Tiago was so welcoming when my father and I entered the restaurant. Our server Lahcen was incredible. We ordered the Classic Caesar Salad and its going to be hard to top the fresh salad Lahcen made in front of us. It was an amazing atmosphere where we could see the chef cooking the steak in eye view. I ordered the Wagyu and it was amazing. Topped with their sides, it was as a dining experience to dine for. I dont know how but I finished it with dessert and it was great. Overall 10/10 experience. If I ever make it back up to Calgary soon, Caesars will be the first stop!

Had supper on July 23/24 and everything was above my expectations and the food was excellent and the presentation was excellent! I would recommend this place for a great steak dinner. The restaurant decor is warm and inviting had a Roman Empire theme to it and very clean venue. The only issue I had was parking as the parking lot next to the restaurant isn t public parking and I got a parking ticket out it. I will be back again for sure. I had the T-bone steak & potato and my wife had the Filet Mignon and Lobster meal - a bit expensive but definitely worth it. Sincerely Johnny

Never disappoints

I ve tried almost every steakhouse in town and Cesar s is by far the best. Ask for Andrew s section and his wonderful candour and depth of knowledge will make your experience amazing.

Amazing meal every time. The service is also exceptional. It is more expensive - but you pay for what you get! The cheese toast is a Calgary classic, as is the restaurant vibes (think mad men mixed with Roman vibes). Highly recommend!

Not inexpensive, but like a lot of things in life, you get what you pay for. Excellent food, excellent service. Ive now been to both Caesars locations in Calgary and have yet to be disappointed. Get the bone-in ribeye. Youll be glad you did.

How good is the rumor about this steakhouse? I went to eat, and the sirloin steak came out more like garbage than I expected. It was burnt to black and overcooked. A bottle of red wine for 6 people costs almost 900 Canadian dollars.

If you prefer excellent food & service its higher priced menu items are worth it.

A MUST DINE! The steaks are supremely excellent, as are the sides, the cocktail, and the wine list. The place has a gorgeous ambience and the service, especially from our server Antoine, is professionally, friendly, and informative, and exciting, especially the table side preparations of some dishes. Again, I must stress : MUST DINE!

The iconic ceasars in Calgary fell short, leaving me with a bad taste. The restaurant itself is absolutely incredible, however our waiter was pretentious and his words and demeanor had an air of judgment to them. I ordered a medium rare steak and recieved a rare steak. It took every ounce of my inner strength not to send it back for I believed more judgment would be the outcome, so i grinned and ate it. This was extremely disappointing. I am giving one extra star for the kindness and genuine help given by the wonderful girl at the front of house, she was truly helpful. Next time Im in Calgary I will entertain somewhere else. Me and my husband went there to celebrate my birthday, it s the first time we visit this restaurant. We ordered Rib eye steak with fries, and filet mignon with baked potato. For me the Rib eye was a lot juicer (for the greater amount of fat that it contains) but needed a bit more seasoning. The mignon was cooked to perfection and seasoning was great but a bit dry. (This is a personal choice). The potato was normal, nothing special, whether fried or baked. We also ordered Noto gelato and one chocolate Sundae both were delicious and so tasty. They served us a desert on the house for my birthday celebration, which I didn t like at all, however my husband loved it! (Again, it s a personal choice) As for the price, this cost us exactly $220. For this price, and the food served, as nothing special about the plates I found it to be overrated, maybe for the fancy atmosphere and the amazing service. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgable. Will I repeat this experience again? No. Many other places in Calgary serve a tastier steak and we can have much more food for the same price we paid. We enjoyed our time and the atmosphere was lovely, but it s once in a life time experience.

Place was nice, but does not accommodate for families. No high chairs or boosters available. Food was pretty good, albeit pricey. I think there are better steakhouses available in Calgary for value.

The experience was all over a 5*! We have a toddler and a child that shared a plate. No judgments, they even brought an extra plate. Extremely kind and courteous. We also had elders with us, and grandpa also have a toddler appetite lately due to his medication, once again no judgement at all. That s what I call family oriented. The level of respect and courtesy was phenomenal! I will recommend Cesars to anyone. Now the food is beyond a 10; it was delicious!! Thank you for this amazing experience, you guys made our night! Fantastic Filets on wedge and baby lobster scampi. Accommodate GF needs and felt great. is delicious. Server was incredible and super polite. Lounge has a unique atmosphere feel. Pricey but worth every savory bite. Dietary restrictions: Very careful with GF needs. No separate menu, but server knew which items and double checked with kitchen lots could be adjusted for GF.

We had a business dinner here at the end of June, and it was amazing. Initially, we reserved a semi-private room, but upon checking it out a day before the event, we realized it wasnt private enough for our needs. We contacted Jerry, who helped us book the reservation, and he went above and beyond by securing a fully private room for us. This gesture truly saved our business dinner as we needed a completely private space. We also had a few surprise guests, and the staff handled it exceptionally well. We had two servers, with Mischa being our main server. She was amazing extremely helpful, attentive, and positive. Her energy was fantastic and added to our overall experience. Our planned four-course meal was perfectly timed, and the restaurant even printed menus for the night with our logo on them. This small touch made us feel appreciated. The food was incredible, I had the steak for the main course and it was the best steak I had in a while. The restaurants atmosphere is very nice and high-end, especially when you first walk in. I know this is a long review, but we are truly thankful for the help from Jerry and the rest of the restaurant staff. The team is hardworking and made our night amazing. Thank you!

We had an incredible dining experience tonight here. The food was amazing but the service was absolutely outstanding. Peter was our server/ side table cook. Awesome spot for steak! I m visiting from out of town and was impressed by the service. Very nice establishment with good steak. I ordered the ribeye but I preferred my boyfriend s filet mignon. Baked potato was nice and I enjoyed the toppings of sour cream, green onion and bacon bits. The cheese bread was alright and the Caesar salad was good too. Broccolini was a miss for me - I enjoy mine with a bit of a char. Overall, enjoyed my meal with a nice bottle of red.

Sat at bar after long day of sightseeing. Excellent, professional bartenders, GREAT service, GREAT food! Had escargot, ribeye, twice baked potato, Caesar salad. Would like to return for a nice dinner out, appropriately dressed. It was Stampede week, & all were in western attire. Don t miss eating here!

We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. Peter our waiter gave us an excellent experience. We had delicious food and excellent service. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was absolutely incredible, service was perfect, atmosphere was a bit noisey but wasnt too terrible, everything was perfect! We booked quite a ways in advance to ensure we got a table, but will definetly be back. Has skyrocketed to our favourite restaurant for sure! Kid-friendliness: My son thouroughly enjoyed his dinner and was quite impressed by the tableside caesar!

Caesars is a very standard steak house. We had excellent service from our waiter who was friendly though out the night. The atmosphere was nice as this place has significance in Calgary. The food was very average. For 100$+ bill I expected a much better tasting dish. The food is bland and simple but if that is something that you enjoy and appreciate this place is for you.

I had a very expensive,soggy Caesar salad. It was ok, but nowhere near worth $50. The service was great.

We were greeted when we arrived. I did however find the hostess was busy with someone else and didn t even look at me directly. Then we were seat WAY in the back . Not too bad until we realized a table behind us was so loud we couldn t even talk to each other. The wait staff was nice. Clearly she had way too many tables as we hardly had much service. Water and drinks often empty. Waited a while for course changes as she was always elsewhere. Thank goodness for the other staff members who helped out. Food was good but for the price I expected a bit more.

I must be honest: the steak was delicious, but the attitude of the waiter and manager was extremely poor! We have reasonable suspicion that the manager harbors strong racial biases. I dont believe that if the customers were locals or any visible majority, they would have been treated the same way. We ordered five steaks, two appetizers, and a soup, totaling eight items. Four of them were wrong, including three steaks with incorrect sides and doneness. We were certain we ordered only one soup, but the waiter insisted we ordered two. When we asked for extra cheese bread, they took our plates away without giving us new ones, so by the time our main course arrived, the bread was cold. But!! We could overlook all the food issues. What truly matters is how we were treated with extreme disrespect and insult. We came to this restaurant to celebrate my friends birthday, but many items were incorrect, so we complained to our waiter. When we informed him about the mistakes, he was indifferent and unapologetic, simply saying they would remake the items. Firstly, we were not trying to get anything for free, nor did we want to waste food. Secondly, his attitude suggested that making mistakes was normal and acceptable. So we decided to speak directly with the manager. Our intention was to highlight the poor service and hope they would be more mindful in the future. We specifically chose this famous steakhouse for the birthday celebration. We initially brought a cake and were told no outside food was allowed, which we understood and respected. We asked if they could store the cake in the fridge, to which they agreed. When explaining to the manager that our birthday celebration was ruined due to all the issues, we mentioned the cake to prove it was indeed a birthday. The manager misunderstood, thinking we were complaining about not being allowed to bring the cake in??!! We were baffled by this misunderstanding, as we had already accepted the no-outside-food policy without issue and thanked them for storing the cake. When we tried to explain, he repeatedly interrupted us, saying, You stop! Dont speak, listen to me first!!?? This was outrageous!!?? As a restaurant owner myself, I have never seen such disrespect from a waiter or manager towards customers. We expressed our anger and felt disrespected due to his constant interruptions. However, the manager claimed he was insulted by us?? He believed he was handling the situation politely (when he was actually very rude and disrespectful), and couldnt understand why we were unhappy despite his (indifferent) apology. He was emotionally out of control, so we decided to pay the bill and leave. The bill included charges for the wrong steaks, extra soup, and cold bread. If the manager and waiter had addressed our concerns politely, we would have paid without issue. But we received incorrect food and were treated rudely and disrespectfully, so we refused to pay for items we didnt order. The manager threatened to call the police if we didnt pay and claimed our complaints and defense of our rights upset him??!! Excuse me??!! We wondered who the customers were. We came to your restaurant, paid for your food and service, not to serve and please you. Does your restaurants service philosophy imply that no matter how poor the service is, customers cannot be unhappy or complain? If they do, the manager and waiter will get upset and argue with the customers, claiming to be insulted? Everything we experienced today at this restaurant was disappointing, absurd, and infuriating. However, I have to say the steak was really good! But if you are a visible minority, be prepared for discriminatory treatment and the need to serve your waiter.

The waiter (handsome Greek whos been working there for over 22yrs.). He is the magic of your restaurant, what a pleasant and funny and kind waiter, totally in his element, customer service at its best!!! He was training a nice young Ukrainian, he will become very good as well because he is learning from the best. Thank you!

From Montreal I asked my AB friends for a real Calgary Steak. The steak did not disappoint and as others mentioned the table side preparation of certain dishes creates a fun and unique show. I would certainly say it is similar to Montreals Moishes and other old garde steak houses. Caesars is a must try if in Calgary and in the mood for a steak.

It had the same name as a hotel in Las Vegas, so I went in. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and has a nice view of the steak grilling area. The steaks are delicious and plentiful.

It was our anniversary, first time in this restaurant so Tiago Oliveira, Manager welcomed us and accommodate in the best table. Also recommended the best and kind server Mischa!! She recommended delicious plates and fantastic cocktails!! She was so nice during our dinner, remarkable moment that it will last forever. Visiting Calgary I strongly recommend this restaurant and Mischa!!

We arrived last night for a special occasion only to realize that I booked for October 30th and not September. Thankfully the manager reassured me not to worry and that he could get our party in. Our first impression was of awe as it was quite a beautiful and unique space. Not dusty and dingy as I imagined being a restaurant open for so long. We were lucky enough to get the best table in the house, right next to the BBQ. What a way to celebrate turning 18 than staring at all the delicious pieces of meat!! Our server was Louis and he was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly TBH but I appreciated that he didnt hesitate with any questions I asked. The wine was perfect, my steak was cooked perfectly which was impressive. I enjoy Med-rare Chicago style and it was perfect! We finished with a nice Port and a little birthday meringue. We then moved into the lounge to take some pics for my sisters IG, because its a special occasion and calls for special photos. They were kind enough to let us have a mini photo shoot upstairs. Thank you to the staff at Caesars for a wonderful evening, I am looking forward to coming back again for a date night with my husband

Yum steak

The location is super sketchy, I did not feel safe walking around this area, and they offer no valet service. The service was below average, and you can tell theyve been there years and no longer care about romancing dishes or providing basic information. The food was pretty decent, but nothing special. The vibe inside is 80s and looks like they could use a reno. Overall, it felt like we got catfished - this place is one step above a Nicks. Better off to stick with a proper upscale elevated experience down the street at The Keg.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday it was so good! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. I got the onion soup for starters and it was really good, it wasn t too salty and it was both creamy and savoury. My boyfriend loved the escargot, he got the steak and lobster for main and it was good. The lobster meat was so tender especially after dipping in the butter. Our server was so nice and welcoming, we ll definitely be back!!

Was at Cesars downtown location on April 18th, and we couldnt have been happier with our meal and service. Mischa our server was absolutely one of the best servers Ive ever had. Her attention to us, the table side dishes we ordered were incredible, and she was very personable. I would request her in our future visits. The bread bursts with oil when you bite into it, and the soup is extremely salty. Just steak and salad are okay.

Was disappointed that a nice steakhouse like this would not accommodate allergies for my toddler. Maybe it was just the server, but he made it seem like nothing could be accommodated for my child. He even gave us a steak and said it might still have butter on it even though we asked specifically for no dairy. Apparently the bread, fries and ribs might also have dairy.. basically it felt like they didn t want to accommodate for mg child s allergies. The steaks were only ok. The steak tartare was good. The bbq ribs were very dry and bland. We will be looking for a better steakhouse in Calgary. We will not be back.

Myself and our business partners came in for a late lunch. Due to the time, only the lounge was open and was quite loud. Our server, Alice, asked if we would like to go to the dining room as she knew we wanted a quiet area to discuss business. This was a very pleasant surprise and worked out fantastic for our meeting. Just wanting to let Caesars know how much the 4 of us (my brother, my nephew my brothers son in law and I)enjoyed our supper May 4. Kyle was our server and he was outstanding - especially the skill in making our steak tartare and cherries jubilee table side. As one of the staple steakhouses in Calgary it s a good place to experience their take on the 28 days aged steak. We ordered the ribeye and fillet mignon. The cuts were tender and excellent. However the issue I had was with ribeye - it was super salty. Like a lot salty. It was disappointing having masked all of that natural flavour with salt, especially given the cost of the steak. The double stuffed potato followed suit and was also quite salty. Honestly, the complementary garlic toast was the winner. Service was great.

Food was decent but I expected more from what I have heard from other people.

I have not been to Caesars for years for various reasons, and as a result, I have not had a steak that good for years. I had the 14.5 oz. ribeye, and it was just fabulous. I will be going again a lot sooner. Definitely a bit pricier than a lot of steak options out there - but worth every penny. The other 4 people I was with agree - their meals ranged from superb to excellent. Atmosphere was all Caesars - has not changed from the last time I went.

This restaurant is quite possibly the best steakhouse ever. We enjoyed the Caesar salad for two made at your table and the Fillet mignon simply melted in your mouth. We were extremely lucky to have on top of a great meal, wonderful service from. Mark and Anastasia. I want to thank them both for making my birthday an amazing night to remember.

Great steaks and the made at the table Caesar salad was a treat. The place feels like a speakeasy and while that has its charm, I think it may be tie for an update.

First off great service and atmosphere but that s expected. The steak was mediocre I ve had better cuts from butcher shops. The open grill is cool and so is the Caesar salad made in front of you. Go here for the jazz but don t expect the steak to be 10/10 because it s just not.

As a visitor from Vancouver, I was recommended from friends to try Caesars steaks. The renovation there is so classy, the steak I ordered was done exactly as I want . However, I was confused about two things below and hope the restaurant may clarify: 1) French onion soup I saw a lot of reviews saying, french onion soup is a must try, some even saying it was caramelized but when we ordering, the waiter emphasized that it is just cheese melted on crouton. In fact, it is not taste as good as described in the most of reviews. So caramelized or not which is your restaurant standard ? 2) Hot water charges Ive ordered hot water when I seated, and a moment later, the waiter come up and asked me whether I want lemon to add, and I said ok thanks, then he brought two lemon wedge put into our cup of water. To my surprise after meal is that I was charged for hot water. The most strange part is that they charged me two lemon honey water instead of hot water why ?? The waiter explained that they must key in something to the system so they can have water pull out from the bar, what ?? Honestly, I used to travel, and this is my first time to be charged for hot water, and never expected in a western cuisine restaurant. Please let us know, is this your restaurants usual practice ? If so, why not tell the customer when they order or write into the menu so customers can have choices.

WOW! Coming here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday was a top notch experience and it did not disappoint! From the area we were seated in to the free dessert that my boyfriend got for his birthday was a nice touch! The table caesar salad and the steaks were flavorful and was done right and this is us comparing it to other restaurants steaks so we are pretty picky! Our server, I think his name is John? (I apologize if thats not your name) was fantastic! We were treated with such respect and we cant wait to come back!

One of the best meals Ive ever had. Everything was mouth-watering good. The decor of the restaurant was fantastic, as was the customer service. I had no idea the Caesar was created here!

Back we went to Caesars for our Anniversary. Kyle our server was a highlight of our meal. The table side Caesar and Cherries Jubilee for desert were amazing. We have been going to Caesars downtown for 32 years and have never been let down. A 100% experience in the traditional of the old school steakhouse.

The ribeye steak sandwich was the best steak I have ever had but also, dont bring your kids. They do not have high chairs or a kid friendly menu.

I celebrated my birthday with my colleagues during dinner I ordered a ribeye steak which was done medium as I asked but although it tasted pretty good but it was a bit chewy! The service was very good and ambiance was great!

I use this location for most of my business meetings and corporate small group gatherings. Almost every experience with them is joyful with high standards.

Visiting family in YYC, been a long time since my last visit to Ceasars downtown. Busy Friday lunch crowd, dining room packed T Bone was great, medium rare, great service and the room itself is timeless, maybe the best in the city! Another hi lite was the fantastic Gimlet, both taste wise and presentation, a flashback to visits in the 80s and 90s. I had to have a second Gimlet. Tremendous lunch by myself, reminiscing about past visits to Ceasars, the ambience, service and delicious food and drink. Another fun fact was the ratio of men to women, I guess women just dont get what a cool place the Ceasars experience is? Or maybe us guys just have a little bit more Upstairs Ceasars... Keep on Keeping On

My husband and I enjoyed an incredible meal. Taso was a gracious, efficient and engaged server. We enjoyed watching Taso instruct and coach a teenage boy at the table next to us in preparing table side Caesar salad. My husbands Boulevardier cocktail was the best hes ever had and our filet mignon and ribeye were cooked to perfection and perfectly flavoured. And the cheese bread and double stuffed potato were beautifully rich and delicious.
