Good food, Good service, Farooq served us well.

Had a company supper last night. I ordered the prime rib medium rare. None of the fat was rendered and could barely cut around and through the uncooked fat. We go to Vegas a lot and the $20 prime rib at the El Cortez at Siegels is way better quality all around. A couple of other dishes were not cooked to request either . I certainly had repercussions from the food for the next 12 to 18 hours.

Was a bit loud, with several large groups in the dining room. But the food was excellent and the service was top notch. We will be back for sure.

Went there as part of company (group of ~25 team members) Appreciation Lunch for Christmas. The servers worked their best under pressure for such a large order and cater to individuals food choices and preferences. More vegetarian options would be a help to make some choices. Vegetarian options: More options in future may help

Came for an anniversary dinner to enjoy the steak. Our server was nice initially. We ordered the calamari, beef stew soup, and two Ribeye steaks, both medium. I ordered first, specifically asking for the 10 oz Ribeye, my boyfriend ordered after me, he said:Could I please have the same thing as her.. I for sure ordered the Ribeye. The complimentary bread and soup were good. The calamari was overcooked and extremely rubbery. Our steaks came out my boyfriend got his Ribeye, but I was given a New York, which we promptly informed our server and she admitted that she entered it as a New York by mistake. She offered if Id like to have the New York instead, but I declined because that is not what I wanted, I said I was ok with waiting for the Ribeye. She took the plate back and informed the kitchen. They then gave me a ribeye that was not even rare, but at best blue rare. It was just seared outside. I ordered a medium Ribeye. I had to flag another server down to explain to them what I ordered. The entire time, the staff made me feel like the mistakes were my fault and that the problems were just because I didnt accept what they served me. I understand mistakes happens, but you cannot just serve someone a blue steak, and said things like Oh, is it not to your liking?, when I ordered a medium. I do not demand perfection but Id like to be able to get what I order, especially for a pricier place.

Prime rib meal was good, there was a little more gristle than expected, but it was tender and flavorful. I quite liked the horseradish, good and spicy.

My wife and I love this place,we have been going there for the last 9 years,few times a year and we have never been disappointed.everything is good there. My personal favorite is to start with the dry ribs appetizers and then the peppercorn steak with a twice baked potato Mmmmm. Stop thinking about it, just go.

I had an engagement party here for 16 people. This is exactly the kind of place you want to go in Calgary. Let me break this down for you. - No deposit was taken. - The service was excellent. - The food at this place is excellent. - Dedicated staff for our group. - No forced gratuity. - The wait staff are well groomed and kept and exactly what you would want in a classy place in Calgary. - The bill wasnt to bad considering the number of folks we brought with us! Just good food, no bs! Honestly! Entire town should be going here!

The service was impeccable! The hostess was so sweet and friendly, the server was warm and attentive & the rib eye was delicious, the vegetables cooked perfectly! If I lived closer, I would love to return to try the wedge salad, which also looked amazing!

Beef is nice. Environment is good. The only complain is service. We were there around two pm in weekday. The waitress was the only one in serving few tables. She was busy and anxious. When I requested to get the bills, she stood next to me and stare how much I paid for tips ! After I paid, she said should I give you change ? . So rude.

Great steakhouse, we went here on our last night after two weeks of Rockies and felt like queens. The food was fantastic, my steak was unfortunately a little too well done on the first try, a friendly approach to the waiter immediately gave me a new (flawless) steak including a new double baked potato and vegetables (I had already eaten half of both and really wasnt expecting it) resulted! Dessert, lime cheesecake, was also delicious! We sat outside in nice weather and watched the sunset, so nothing wrong with the ambience! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. All in all really recommended. I can say less about the price by Canadian standards, but I had more expensive and worse food in Germany.

Filet mignon was delicious. I wish restaurants could be a little more creative with the veg. Cold steamed broccoli and carrots...not a hint of seasoning or flavor.

What can I say...this place was terrible on just about every level. If you like food and dont want to waste money DONT COME HERE. So lets start. For whatever reason it seems like the staff are just so rude here...like why? Its suppose to be a nice steakhouse, why the rude staff? Like they act as if they are doing you a favor or are seem like they just dont want to be there. (Im not going to name our specific waitress but lets say she wanst great). Never been to a steakhouse where the staff act like that. Anyway, whatever, ill take some rude service if the food is good right? Well now the food, we ordered the Rib Eye Steaksandwhich and the Beef Dip. I am being honest when I say it was probably one the worst steaks I had in years... A bunch of it was just fat, and it had little to no flavour, which basically means it was just a bad cut of Ribeye (although it was cooked medium like I asked.) Im not even going to start on the disgusting monstrosity they called the beef dip. Just trust me when I say its gross, ive had better beef dips at dive bars (Im serious, sadly). We felt stupid for coming here and wasting our money. A week before we had gone to Ceasars downtown and also go steak sandwhiches, not only was the service at Ceasars impecable impecable, the Rib eye steak sandwhich was just PERFECT. And the kicker? It was even cheaper somehow cheaper! Just go there. Cattle Baron how are you not ashamed?

Our waiter must have been watching the Olympics out back. We arrived 15 minutes before our two friends and after they arrived it was at least 20 minutes until our waiter asked to take a drink order. The food prices seemed reasonable but after receiving our meal we were all disappointed with the portion size. The restaurant is getting tired and needs some work. This was probably my 20th visit and I won t be going back anytime soon. The Keg might be noisy but the food and service make up for that. We visited the NE location.

Wow, took some visitors from eastern Canada for an expectation of a good meal. It used to be a great steakhouse before Covid. Used to be good pre Covid. Not sure what happened. Won t go back. Yikes. Just embarrassing. Worst part was the waiter and service even after talking to the manager. The only thing good was the chef who must realize how to cook a steak. That s the only reason the place gets a 4 out of 10 on food. Too bad they have a poor restaurant overall.

Went here for lunch with coworkers and we thought the food was just decent. It wasnt bad but nothing spectacular. Maybe it was just the cut that day but my steak tasted a bit chewy and bland.

My husband our daughter and her fiance went for our 25th anniversary dinner last night. Food was as good as previous meals weve had there but the place was loud and tables were very close together. Making it hard to have conversations. We were close enough to be rubbing elbows with another table throughout the meal and I had people bumping into my chair constantly. Food came quick but drinks were slow. Spent over $250 and left satisfied about the food but not about our celebration. Feeling less positive about one of if go to restraunts for family dinners.

Awesome experience! We were super sad when the Royal Oak location closed but this one is just as good. 10/10. Will be back. Often.

It was our anniversary dinner and we had a lovely time. Got the last reservation for the night and got to chose if we were in the lounge or the patio since the dinning room was so full. Very grateful they didnt just stick us in a packed dinning room.

We were invited to a birthday party by our friends. Overall, food is pretty good but it can be better as we are expecting a little treat from restaurant for the birthday person like many other restaurants of this upscale.

First time here. You lost a star for the smallest baked potato served. Our waitress was very nice. We were seated on the bar side. The ribeye steak had a lot of gristle couldnt eat half of it. At that price point we were not impressed. The dry ribs... meh. We both said we would not go back.

Awesome place to eat n enjoy evening out.

Food was fairly on point. Service was wonderful. I want to say our server was Kristen or Kirsten? She was awesome. Atmosphere was fine. I find Cattle Barons are loud in general acoustically. Full throated speakerphone calls really resonate. Also, a lady patron was barefoot, thats just gross.

Went for a celebration dinner with my girlfriend, and we had an amazing time. Our waitress, Olivia, was on top of everything and made sure we had food and drinks exactly how we wanted. The ribeye and prime rib were cooked perfectly medium rare. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out Dietary restrictions: The waitress was incredibly good about making sure our allergy requirements were met down to not sharing gravy!

The worst steak I have ever had in my life it was in a pool of oil and tasted like water it was so nasty and the server didn t care she was to busy drinking behind the bar it was the worst experience I ve ever had here and so beyond disappointing

In my eyes the Cattle Baron is overrated. Service was very mediocre and side dishes were extremely bad, broccoli half raw and almost cold. The steak though was good, yet not overwhelming.

The ribs here lowkey gave me a mouthgasm. Seriously. I have not had better ribs in my life. The sauce is lit. The experience? Worth it. I recommend going here to get the whole wine and dine experience . Your girlfriend will thank you later for it.

If I could give more stars I would! The steak was perfectly cooked to order and was tender with excellent sides. The service was great and I said surprise me with a sweeter style drink and it was delicious . The seats were very comfortable. Next time Im in Calgary, Im coming here! Food

This was our first visit to this location. My wife, son, and I visited for a birthday lunch. There was ample parking for the day and time we went. We were greeted right away and seated quickly in a cozy booth. The decor is Western rustic but modern. The feeling is of an old-style saloon, but in a modern restaurant, would be the best way to describe it. Our server Olivia, distinguished herself with attentive service, recommending the days lunch special and accommodating our preferences. The lunch special was phenomenal. Hats off to the Chef for making a meal that was an explosion of various tastes. There was just the right amount of spicy heat and each bite was a mixture of amazing tastes. We unfortunately, forgot to take a picture of the meal and did not get the name of it. At the end of our meal we had a hic-up, that was in no way the fault of the restaurant. Olivia and Tina, her manager, did an outstanding job of rectifying the hic-up and did it with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Thank you both for the time you took to rectify the unique issue! The top-notch service and food at this location was outstanding and our hats off to both Olivia, Tina, and the Chef for an unforgettable lunch. Although, this location is 40 minutes out of our way, we will definitely return here in the future and will recommend that our friends and others find the time to visit and enjoy it as much as we did.

Medium rare was to rare great place

Meal went off without a hitch. Martini with stuffed olives was excellent, suggest asking for it dirty. Oysters were surprisingly good. Prime rib was as it should be, and the rack of lamb was very good (I was told) and a generous portion (full 8 ribs)

Fantastic food & service! My husband got the Seafood Linguine and it was all cooked to perfection. Thats saying something as we are from New Brunswuck and are particular about our seafood. I got the NY Strip Loin, medium rare with a twice baked potato. No complaints either. Thanks for a great meal and service!

Very Very Friendly Staff.. Amazing Food...

Our server was extremely friendly and accommodating. Came in for lunch and asked if larger portions were available. She promptly brought me the dinner menu and let me know we could order almost anything off of that except for a couple of items that would not be ready until dinner. Interior is definitely showing its age. The cuts of steak and their sides were decidedly average at best.

The waiter was quite rude. She kept shoving the menus into our shoulders and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an accident but at the same time she didn t even acknowledge or say sorry which I found to be rude, after I left the restaurant my girlfriend told me she did the same thing to her when giving us to go boxes so any benefit of the doubt just disappeared after being told of this. She clearly was being inconsiderate and rude and both times she chose to not acknowledge her wrong doing. As I was leaving I was just saying thank you and smiled and she had the blank stare at me with a rude look then a hesitated seemingly fake smile I just continued on my way and was genuinely trying to be nice but felt quite uncomfortable. Went on may 4th for dinner and was seated near the bar area. Due to this unfortunately I would not recommend until something is done to rectify as it was quite uncomfortable and unfortunate

First time eating here, i gave it 4 stars because the menu was pretty basic for a steak house. Steak was also cooked tough as nails. (Should have been medium). The rest of our meal was good. Parking: If you have a trailer it can be tight for parking for whats available

We came here visiting from Toronto for a special family dinner out. And what a wonderful experience. The steaks were so delicious, cooked perfectly, the sides, everything! We enjoyed our evening and server name TY, whom was very attentive and classy. Highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic steak dinner out.

I have been here twice. The service is great but food a little salty for my taste.

When we arrived they put us up in the corner beside a loud table. No one came for close to 15 mins. My wife went to tell someone about this and the manager was there. We asked to be moved to another table. After that they apologized and everything was good. The waiter was good. Food was good. We will be back.

Went to the cattle baron around 530 .The hostess was not friendly and took us to a table on the far end even tho we were the only ones there. We prefer a table in front of the bar . We waited a good 15 minutes before we got acknowledged by a server with dark hair who said hasn t she come yet? Our server then showed up we ordered a double vodka Diet Coke in a big glass even a beer mug would be fine. We specifically told her a big glass. She showed up with it in a small glass . We again reminded her we had asked for a big glass even my pop glass would have been fine . We ended up just saying ok forget it . The French onion soup was delicious and the calamari awesome. When our meals came we both thought something was wrong with our butter for the lobster it tasted like oil . We commented to her the butter was off she told us it was clarity butter. We didn t like it again it tasted like cooking oil .The waitress asked us if we wanted garlic butter instead .We agreed to try it. The butter turned a brown churning color and wrecked the taste completely of the lobster. My husband asked at this point his meal be packaged . What a disappointment this visit was

Was treated to dinner from my family. Food was incredible, service was fantastic in a beautiful establishment.

Not our first time. We are very impressed by the food, which is superlative. The service is excellent. My only complaint and it certainly a minor one, was the background music, which we found a bit loud. I had the prime rib and my husband had the peppercorn steak. Both were perfectly cooked. I was happy with my sides, especially the lovely mushrooms; my husband s mashed potatoes were outstanding. This dinner out was to celebrate a number of successes and it was absolutely wonderful and exactly what we wanted to have! Would recommend any time!

The most horrible food I have ever tried. I used to go to that restaurant time before but this time the food was pretty bad. The rise tasted like garbage and the salmon was not fresh at all.

I was looking forward to my dinner here but was very disappointed with the quality of food that was served. I feel that I didn t get the value expected for a steakhouse. The steak is as no better than a cheap pub minute steak and the fries were ok, more on par with A&W. The atmosphere is nice and our server was friendly and provided great service which raises my rating from a 1 star to a 2 star.

Every time I visit Calgary, I have to have a dinner at Cattle Baron! This time the food was great as usual. The service was good but looked like they were short servers and it took my server a long time to bring me the Intrac machine to pay my bill!

Unfortunately I m going to have to leave this location a 1 star. The complimentary bread they served had hair in it which I pulled out of my mouth and the waitress wasn t even phased by this when I told her. My entire table felt rushed by our waitress to order our mains after the appetizers barely arrived and we haven t tasted yet. I expressed our feedback to the waitress and the manager but they didn t seem to take it seriously and made us feel like we didn t know how dining works. Too bad they didn t show real concern with what I had to say. Never coming back here with my family.

Great restaurant and staff. These people care about top notch customer service and style! This is not your typical restaurant. If you want a real delicious steak and food, then Cattle Baron is your choice. I never had any complaints there and the manager is very humble and also on the floor with his staff making sure everyone is happy. By the way the chef him self brought me this amazing dish. Highly recommend them to everyone who wants to have a good time with style! Edit: unfortunately the service we had 4 years ago was no where close to what it was this evening. We dined as family. We were rushed with our mains, our first complimentary bread had hair in it, even after we told our waitress about it, she and management weren t phased or concerned by it but they did replace it with another. Long story short the manager did come by to speak with us, she also didn t express concern or apologise for the experience we had plus she wasn t very welcoming or cared if we would return or not. Basically we won t be coming back here again.

I came to Calgary for my daughter s birthday from Vancouver and we mad a reservation at Cattle Barn for a family dinner. It was so dark inside, the lighting is so bad there. The server came to our table few minutes after serving our water without introducing her self as to be our server. The baskets of bread that come to the table was bad and hair in it. As our appetizers arrival, the server asked us to order the main course, And we were all confused why !!!!!! what the idea of having an appetizers before the main course then!!!! she did not gave us time go to enjoy our appetizers. At end she brought our bill so fast . Never go back there again

Always a nice experience at Cattle Baron. Food is tasty and the price is reasonable. Ambience is always nice too. Servers are very attentive.

Rather than leaving a review I had emailed the establishment with no reply so feel it necessary to leave a review it very disappointed Our experience was very lovely to begin with as in drinks, appetisers. Server was on par. Most of the mains were very good however my ribs were nothing like they were described as in fall off the bone. They were extremely tough and even a knife struggled to rip through them. The server immediately offered to replace them. Within about 15 minutes I had recieved my second order, I had eaten the baked potatoe and the family had finished their meals. The assistant manager came over and diligently watched as I tried to cut through the ribs again. Again they were very tough. I was asked if I wanted anything else however at this stage we were about 40 mins in and I did not want to eat a meal on my own whilst the others had finished. This is all understandable and we are not great complainers however with the calibre of your establishment we were suprised to see that the ribs had not been removed from the bill. We thought it most unprofessional and strange that the server was peeling 30 dollars off his roll of cash in his pockets to give to my son in law who had paid for the meal. We asked the server if he was going to be reimbursed for the cash and asked for the manager to come and speak with us to ensure he was not going to lose the cash. My family operate remote mines in the hospitality field and they were shocked that we had not been approached by the manager to speak to us about the not once but twice returned ribs. Not once were we asked if there was anything they could do for us, at which we would have said no as we hate making a fuss. The ribs should have been removed from the bill immediately after the second return. The manager thought it was perfectly fine when we questioned her and she never once asked us how we enjoyed the other meals, did not find it tacky that the server was peeling us dollars from his pocket, not one apology and it was a 2 minute conversation and we left. In fact had the server not approached us my son in law would never have noticed, he paid the bill in good faith at the desk and came back to the table. We honestly felt like we were an after thought. Surely with an establishment to that calibre a better approach and care to your customers could be offered, especially by management.

I have been twice, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very polite, smiling hostess named Tora who seated me. Once seated, the first time, my waitress was Mikayla, very sweet, polite, and knowledgeable. she made my first experience worth coming back. On the second visit, we were greeted by Tora and her smile. she sat us down, and within a minute, Tayler was there to give great service. She was polite and funny. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. I will definitely return.

We had a company managers dinner.... staff was excellent, food was amazing and learned about an excellent new wine!

They play some sort of dinner soundtrack while you eat. Hard to describe, sort of like if Bon Jovi and Jann Arden made a song and then maybe Kd Lang sixtynined Bret Michaels

Food was cold when it was brought and it was nothing special for taste or presentation. There is so many other great places to pick from. Extremely busy and very noisy. Parking is also a bit of an issue. Wont go back.

My wife and I went for a a little dinner date night. Short version: I would go back. Food: Everything tasted really good. I had the Beef Carpaccio to start. Honestly, its a monster serving for a starter. I felt like there was too much greens (arugula, i think), not enough capers, but! The horseradish aioli was delicious, and everything combined with the crustini was really good. My wife had the escargot, and she offered two opinions, mmmmmmmmm and not mushroom capped. I asked her if that was an issue, and she said no. We shared 4 oysters as well, and they are quite good! Our mains consisted of the 8oz filet mignon with mashed potato for me and the prime rib with double baked potato. My steak was very tender and tasted really good, though it was just a little less the med rare and there was no nice crust/sear on the steak so the texture was a little off, but it didnt detract from the flavour. Mashed was mashed. Not bad, not amazing. The prime rib was excellent. The double baked tater was good. Veggies served with both were cooked yet had a nice crisp texture ... a dash of salt really made them sing... odd they werent seasoned in the kitchen but whatever. Dessert, we had the marshmallow brownie. Decadent, chocolatey, and heavy. Being diabetic I only had a few bites, and my wife had her share. We both enjoyed and took the rest of the brownie home. Service: we didnt get the servers name, but she was adequate. Not super personable and chatty, which I enjoy at the start and end of the meal with a server, but she was nice and professional. We didnt see her much, whether at our table or on the floor, and it was quite busy, but who knows what goes on behind the scenes. Maybe she was running food or something. She did check on us a few times and didnt linger, so, all in all, I was happy with the service. Side note: we got a table by the windows on raised chairs. It was not my first choice but surprisingly comfortable. Atmosphere: its not bad. Its a little dark. The lighting fixtures could use a modern update. The longhorn thing could be moved to an elevated shelf and some plants or something put where it currently sits. The dining room needs a splash of light/colour. Music was at a good volume that you could still talk but loud enough that you couldnt really hear other tables. Its cozy in a dated way. Price: it was very expensive, given our order. But everything is expensive in 2024, so it didnt feel like we were being gouged or paid too much for what we got, given the current prices of things in general. Pre-covid, before tip, Id imagine it would have been $50-$60 cheaper. Verdict: not a budget friendly restaurant, but for a good steak dinner, it did the job. I would recommend and would go again.

Service here is always friendly and helpful. We generally stick with the prime rib or the ribeye. The carpaccio never lets you down for a starter. A nice throw back are the escargot. Atmosphere is a typical steak house, too much lighting in my opinion but maybe were there too early. Definitely would recommend even just for drinks in the lounge. I would have given 5 stars for the food, except that we tried the asparagus with Hollandaise. The hollandaise was a disappointment as was the lobster Mac and cheese. The sauces are their weak point in my opinion. Overall well worth it

Overall very good experience. I cant recall our servers name but she had short blonde hair and was fairly young. She was friendly, checked up on us and was very personable. It really makes a big difference when you get great service. Food was good as usual and didnt disappoint.

Hostess name was Tora, found her to be unfriendly and she forgot us at the bar, we had to find her and ask for a table again, we finally got a table.. waited 15 minutes for a waitress. Ordered Prime Rib Baron (medium) it came very rare, supper was cold. And prime rib was 25% fat. Our waitress was Cass and she was a pleasant waitress, and the only reason I didn t vote 1 star. I won t go back. But if you like a bitter hostess, cold and undercooked and over expensive food, being ignored then this is your place to eat!

Cattle Baron NE is one of our go to s. Consistently good food. We did the plate sharing with prime Rib this visit and it was well worth the cost. It downsized the amount of meat on our plate but we got a ton each. I still could not finish my meal. The prime Rib was excellent. Our server girl was amazing as well.

Between my wife and myself we did older a 9 oz sirloin steak with baked potato and 4 hard carrots and 2 broccoli s and salmon fillet and the jumbo shrimp cocktail alone cost $20 which only had 4 regular shrimps and a lemon .. wow .. that was sad to see. Got skip to deliver for $110. Oh well expected a little different surprise than that. They should steam their vegetables that would sure be much tastier.

Had a lovely dinner tonight with my family to celebrate a birthday. Farooq was an absolute a gem with his excellent service. He was so kind and patient with my boisterous family. He cracked jokes and helped create a lovely experience for the whole family. The Cattlebaron is a great restaurant as is, but tonight was exceptionally special. Thank you.

Our waitress was great , the steak is very pricy , The steak was little cheaty ..wont go there again ..chewy steak ..dinner cist me over l hundred dollars , could have bought food at the Grociers would feed me for a week ..

We got NY steak and oysters along with calamari. Great food and some really great drinks too. Would definitely recommend.

The Cattle Baron is a well run establishment very rare these post pandemic days (nothing has changed at Cattle Barron post, pre or during and restaurants and bars have suffered and they have stayed the course). They have a staff of professional personal from the owners to the cleaners and treat them all as equals as it should be, and run a tight ship and treat their customers like gold and if you feel like you need a break from the hustle and bustle of travelling and staying in hotels or getting away from your house lol, take a break from it all and come to the lounge or restaurant side and have a drink and great food and meet one of the best bartenders in town Don or the other cool bartenders or wait staff in this city (say hello to Farooq the ace server) and enjoy a laugh and great food and a drink after all if you cant laugh at life you aint living at all. See you there, Cynthia Taylor the General Manager and the hostesses will lead you in the right direction and you cant go wrong. Enjoy !! Did l Forget to Mention the Food is very good and test the bartenders with long forgotten cocktails that they probably know .

We had a great time at the restaurant, thanks to Marie the Manager and Farooqs excellent service. Farooq was attentive to our needs and made sure our dishes were well-paced. The food was delicious, and we appreciated Farooqs recommendations. They even surprised us with a complimentary birthday dessert. Overall, it was a memorable evening, and we would highly recommend this restaurant.

Its a decent steakhouse and the prices arent too bad. I had the sirloin with blue cheese butter and was pretty happy with my choice. Just a few tough bites. The interior was very dated. Service staff were all nice and they made sure our table had what we needed. Checking in with us after food arrived and asking if we wanted the cheque was very slow.

Eleven of us for dinner, family in from Ontario. Shrimp cocktail, Cadillac margarita, 6oz Filet, 14oz Ribeye, fresh hot yummy bread among other items all only complaint was the mashed potatoes, lumpy texture and flavorless. Waiter, Farooq rocked! Figure out the mashed and Id give 5 stars now I know why he asked if I wanted gravy. Thanks for an awesome evening Much better than our dinner at Wellingtons in November.

We came here tonight to celebrate our 16th Wedding Anniversary and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back again!

Great Cowboy Steak, could cut with a butter knife. Steak and Praws were also tasty. Our Server, Constantine was a Dream. We will certainly return to celebrate at CB.

Ordered the prime rib medium rare, it was very rare and chewy and wasn t what I expected. For $50 I expected better tbh. First time going there and not sure I ll be going back.
