Came here for our anniversary and as always the food, and service were absolutely amazing. Would love to thank Dave for the great conversation and Daniel our amazing and attentive server.

Its good , wouldnt say great. If you are a meat lover, a place like this if up your alley... prices are.set so you better bring an appetite or youll pay $60+ for salad and whatever meat you eat... little or a lot.

Great place to get your fix of meat. Also do not skip the pineapple with brown sugar and cinnamon. It is spendy for sure but if you buy the gift certificates at cost you can save some cash.

It started out good but towards the end the service completely dropped. Drinks were forgotten, glasses were empty and not being asked if they want more. They stopped bringing the meat around when a few were full but not everyone was done. We had to ask for the pineapple and we never got the bacon wrapped beef tenderloin at all. Most of the cuts were super salty as well. Seems like it was unorganized to what was brought to the table as some things were brought multiple times and others barely once. We had a large party of 10 and I guess they have a one bill policy which is apparently on the disclaimer which I looked at my booking with open table after this was said and nothing is stated. So that was a little frustrating because now we when to split our own bill and drinks instead of a the server doing their job. I feel that is just laziness it s not that hard to keep track of peoples drinks at an all you can eat venue. The spacing was also super small so we were very crowded which was the first noticeable thing when we were sat down. It was also my birthday and the free chocolates you get are 2 tiny little balls. Amazing experience during a Christmas dinner for our office! Great food and service and they accommodated a few peoples food restrictions with no issues! On top of it one of our team members left his Christmas card and gift card in the bathroom and they called me to let me know they found it! Wow! Amazing! Thank you Marcello and the rest of the team for taking such good care of everything! We will be back again for sure.

Our server Salvo was phenomenal, especially with our Licor 43 pour! Grilled pineapple was definitely worth the wait also.

Came with my family for lunch for the first time. The restaurant operates on a buffet system, salads are free to choose from and they serve different types of meat, you can eat as much as you want. Large list of drinks and cocktails. There is free underground parking for 2 hours. Very friendly service.

I ve only been to Pampa once for the lunch Rodizio, and the food was very good, but the price at $42.95 was a bit high for the amount of Rodizio options (7 items) It s a downtown location, so I understand the price being higher, and aside from the price, the service, the food and the atmosphere were very good. Great place to take somebody for a business lunch.

Are server was super friendly but it took a while for the food to start coming around and even longer to get some of the foods to our table. I was not impressed with the food I ve been to Brazilian BBq s before and so was expecting better. Much of it was under cooked( I got quite a few pieces of meet that where rare) or under seasoned the salad bar was just sad there were few things I found palatable. The saddest was the pineapple which was still ver hard and they even fed us the core which was crazy to me. Overall I had been so looking forward to Brazilian BBQ and was really disappointed in the qualité

Excellent dining experience. Came in for my birthday dinner and felt well taken care of. Fantastic service! The meats were very flavourful, one of our favorites being the parmesan pork.

Great and fast service. I loved that this restaurant carries local craft beers. Most of the meats were amazing, but the pork selections seemed a bit dry. The roasted cinnamon pineapple was amazing. The salad bar had a really good selection. The coffee was also really good. The orange crème brûlée dessert was fantastic. The prices here are very fair for limitless food. I will definitely be back here again with more people.

Consistently exceeds expectations, very allergy sensitive and good value for money. We recently went for lunch and particularly enjoyed the service and selection, you will not be disappointed! This could be a great way to enjoy celebrating a special occasion at a more budget friendly line item. We have never left here feeling like we did not receive great value for the top quality food offered. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great Brazilian experience or someone looking for a great steak experience in Calgary as you can have so many different items with endless possibilities of side dishes included. There is a solid selection of beverages sure to please wine lovers, cocktail connoisseurs and those looking for different non-alcoholic choices. All around a great choice for eating out!

We seem to go here for a particular birthday every year and we all have our favourites. This year it was top sirloin, pineapple, mashed potatoes and garlic rice. I was very happy with the minty broccoli salad. Servers we especially happy last night, thank you all. Dietary restrictions: All salad bar items well labelled so diners can make informed decisions. Parking: Free parking under the building-not an Indigo lot as may be indicated on open table-centre 10 lot.

Advertised Vegetarian options on their website, however no vegetarian hot meal options, just salad and bread lmao. Great BBQ options tho

We had an excellent bday celebration here. The meats were fantastic - have the maple ham. The salad and side bar is just as tasty. Could have used more pinapple - it was delicious.

Dinner was amazing, the salad buffet had great options. Such fresh Brazilian style flavors. And the meats selection was super juicy and fresh off the grill. Our server Salvo was a delight!

For a first-time experiencing Brazilian barbecue I thought this was an excellent place to go. The chef Nadejda even came out and talk to us. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. This help me have a great experience.

Service was excellent, salad bar was good, but some of the meat was overcooked. Some of it also had a rancid taste. Not impressed, for how much it cost.

A spectacular restaurant to celebrate a special occasion (in our case we went for our anniversary) the service was excellent, the food was very delicious, you have the opportunity to try a wide variety of meats, our waiter was Daniel and his service was spectacular, pleasant and even better that he was latin! Speaking Spanish gave him a 20/10 hehehe..... Parking: As it is on the entire avenue, if you go early you may get a good spot on the street, but otherwise since it is Downtown there are many paid parking options but you must walk after about 5-10 minutes. So keep that in mind when you make your reservation.

I am staying close by in the area, and was looking for a nice place to eat for the evening. This seemed like a nice place to eat so I did my research online, and booked a table. To be honest with you I am a solo traveler, and I considered cancelling my reservation, because the thought of being seen dinning for one, and what people would think of me alone started to become a little too much for me BUT I am glad I didnt. The staff made me feel very very accommodated, and at home. The local beer went down well, and the food was simply amazing. The maple ham was absolutely delicious. Everything went down a treat. I may have entered the restaurant with my head to the floor, but I left the with my head to the sky. I had a lovely time, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Awful business and horrible tasting food. We were there for 5 minutes and they still charged us full price $180 for two people for the buffet even though we BARELY touched the food like literally a sliver because it was so nasty. Every single item on the buffet is so bad and tasted like trash and all the meats they served was also disgusting. I do not recommend this place one bit save your money go anywhere else. This place is like going to a cheap resort in Mexico where the food is so so bad. It s literally like horrible resort style food. It s like having a turkey sandwich served because everything was cold the meat the hot dishes and literally everything tasted so so so bad you can probably get food at 711 no joke it was that bad

Good Churrasco Brazilian churrasco in downtown Calgary. Modern restaurant. Meat, salad bar and hot sides. We had their Brazilian Lime Cacharita. And then the Rodizio, their limitless servings of 13 cuts of meat. Salad bar included. Good meat, good taste. But please note that they tend to serve the really good beef like fillet a bit later so make sure that you dont eat too much salad or simpler meat before the very good things arrive. What is not so good is the sauces on offer. Here they can improve. The Rodizio comes for CAD 76.95. All in all we paid CAD 210 for a party of two. They also have Pampa Daily Features where you can get 50% off regular prices for some drinks.

Came for an anniversary celebration and had the most amazing time. The staff was so welcoming. We talked to one particular staff member Daniel who was very kind and accommodating :)

Our waiter, Daniel, took every opportunity to ensure we always got what we needed from drinks to sides. We got the Pampa s experience and it was such great value. The food was absolutely fantastic, very flavourful and tender. The gauchos were super friendly and accommodating and even the sides and the salad bar were absolutely delicious, they alone would be worth returning for. The whole experience was excellent. Had a great dinner with friends and the food, as usual, was very good. The beef was exactly how I like it, rare to medium rare. The salad bar is good and I love, LOVE the roasted garlic!!! No one serves roasted garlic like Pampa does. The service was superb! My partner spilled a glass of water on me and the waiter (Daniel) rushed over, removed my plate, and brought me a new one with extra napkins. Daniel was pleasant, attentive, professional, and very friendly.

This was my very first time here and I absolutely enjoyed the food from this place, especially the chicken. It was the most juiciest food I ve ever had. The steak pieces were amazingly cooked and the fat was perfectly rendered and I loved how it also melts in your mouth. Our server ,who I had permission to mention his name ,which was Daniel, is an amazing and kind and friendly server. Not just Daniel being the nicest and friendly server but to all staff members who give such big warm welcome to this establishment. I definitely will be eating here again!

Food was good, but service was severely lacking. They took long between rounds and stopped serving us after an hour and a half. Wish I knew there was a time limit (was there a time limit????), instead they let me and my guests sit there for another 30 minutes, passing by us and making eye contact, completely ignoring us.

I recently dined at Pampa Brazilian Barbecue, and while the service from the staff was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. The food quality and taste didn t justify the high prices definitely overrated for what we received. What really soured the experience were the unexpected extra charges. Despite informing them that our child is 2 years old, we were charged as if she was 3. On top of that, they added a large party fee for no apparent reason, which we were not informed about. These extra charges totaled almost $80 more than what our receipt should have been! The unnecessary and excessive charges made an already overpriced meal feel even worse, and unfortunately, I wouldn t recommend this place due to these hidden costs.

For a place that specializes in meat it is unacceptable that some of the cuts are served dry and even charred on two occasions. However we were up to a unpleasant surprise when our bill was upgraded with 18% mandatory gratuity and 18% large group charge for our party of two parents, two school-aged children and two toddlers. We paid almost $500 that day and felt exploited.

In my opinion, this is one of the top two brazilian rodizio restaurants in Calgary. We have been here several times, and the quality is consistent. You can buy gift cards at Costo (good deal). Try the caramelized pineapple, cheese bread, picanha, and the beans. My only suggestion would be to add dessert options, casava, and fried pork belly.

I ve been living in Calgary for just over a month, and my brother came to visit from Brazil. We decided to check out Pampa, and it was fantastic! The place is wonderful, offering a great variety of salads, an amazing Feijoada, and cuts of meat that made me feel like I was back in Brazil. A big thank you to the entire team for providing us with excellent service!

Went for my wifes birthday dinner, and overall though there was plenty to eat, we simply found all the meat overdone and in fact, tough. Even the bacon wrapped tenderloin, which we requested multiple times but were only offered once, was tough. Almost funny, as the gauchos sometimes described the meat as medium or medium rare...but clearly well done and no pink. The salad bar was ok but a bit lacking in creativity, mostly rice for hot dishes and pickled veggies or green salad. Servers were very friendly, but for the relatively high price point and a place that specializes in meat, we expected more attention to quality of preparation.

My wife and I have been going to Pampa Calgary since they opened in 2015. We have always enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We went for dinner on Saturday June 22 with our daughter (who also loves it here) for our anniversary and we have never had a worse experience. First off, every skewer of meat was overcooked and burnt. I am not talking about skewers that had been shaved off, put back in the bbq to sear the outside again, but fresh full skewers that were black. The seasonings weren t able to withstand the high heat, so the meat tasted under seasoned. Secondly, the salad bar favourites were also over baked and/or seemed lacking ingredients. The cheese buns were dry and over baked, the quinoa salad was lacking most ingredients, and the meat sauces were very thick and bland. Service was excellent, but sad to hear that the manager had left and all of the servers, who we ve grown close to over the years, have left and perhaps took quality control with them.

2 adults and a child $230... unfortunately the food wasnt great, salad bar was completely empty. Ive been here many times before and it used to be much better. Server was great. Just didnt feel like we got the value.

First and last visit. We arrived 1.5 hours before closing, which might have been a factor. The meat skewers had barely any meat, and they didnt come by our table frequently. Its not recomended.

We had the most fantastic time at Pampas this week. I was celebrating my birthday and all the staff made me feel so special and pampered. I highly recommend Pampas for any special celebration. The staff are welcoming, friendly, attentive, and supportive. I really appreciate that they ask about dietary restrictions and have everything labelled extremely well at the salad bar. The servers are all aware of your restrictions and let you know as they come by with different cuts of meat whether you can have that option or not. And of course, the meats are all amazing!!! Thank you chefs!! The Pampa Flight was on special and I highly recommend it. It was delicious and tonnes of fun. You start with a caipirinha of your choice, move on to a glass of wine or beer with dinner, and end with licor for dessert. That was a most delicious and fun surprise - the licor is frozen in a block of ice to provide a refreshing end-of-dinner digestivo. So tasty! Great food, great service. Can get a bit pricey but over all, worth it. If you go early enough with a larger group you can take turns taking naps out in the front lobby, big comfy chairs and a circle bench. Then go back for round 2 lol jk... I mean I would.... But I havent....

Went for lunch and opted for the endless meat & salad bar option. Everything was delicious and the staff very friendly. Im not a big meat eater but I will certainly be back!

Awsome food. A bit on pricy side but so worth it if you can eat! Most of the selections of meat were very juicy with the exception of one or two. Atmosphere was lively and fun. Service for drinks and things was slower tho. But lal around great date spot or dinner spot to impress.

Holy cow this place is great! Me and my husband came here after friends of ours recommended it, and it did not disappoint. Both me and my husband were full and satisfied! What really put our experience over the edge was our server, Brielle! She was the warmest, most welcoming, and knowledgeable server we ve ever had. She is the perfect representation of hospitality!

This place provides a great dinner rodizio, serving 13 different meats with unlimited access to the salad bar as well. The meats that come out are juicy, tender and flavorful, and come around frequently so prepare to eat a lot! We really enjoyed the grilled pineapple that came out with the rodizio as well. The staff that come around are friendly and polite, which makes the experience more pleasant as well. The salad bar and hot sides had a wide variety of options available, including rice, bread, and soups. It even had beef carpaccio and beef stroganoff, which was a nice surprise. The dinner rodizio provides a great value for what you get for it. I highly recommend coming here if youre looking to celebrate a special occasion, or even looking for a steak night.

Ive never been to this kind of resturant (where they bring skewers of meat and cut it in front of you) and it was fantastic!! The food was delicious, the staff was great. It was an amazing experience. I hope to return!

First time. Excellent all the way around. Salad bar had unique tastes. The 13 types of meat were done perfectly as was the cinnamon pineapple. We will be back. Parking: Lots of availability but a little difficult to determine where to park. Turned out to not be an issue once we were in the restaurant, but concerning until then.

The food was delicious, the service was good, the only problem is that when you book a table for 8+, they require a $25 deposit per person, they took it right away from my account, but it takes up to 10 days to show up the refund in my account.

Always a great experience and a great menu. A table beside us kept taking all the pineapple, but they brought me some special when I asked and had good drink recommendations too. Meat was excellent as always both on selection and quality.

I went with a group from Brazil, 22 people. The local is bigger than I thought, atmosphere and food were excellent, customer service as well! I find a bit expensive $67 per person and drinks and desserts have to pay apart.

Was excited to try this place , but it was bad. The Parmesan pork was flavourless and watery , the potatoes was some sort of instant pudding. Will never order from here again based off this unfortunately.

1st time to dine here. Staff are awesome. Went here on our anniversary, and they had a thank you card for us. Meat selection was good for lunch. Salad options were good. We loved the ceviche The servers were very pleasant. Washrooms were very clean. Parking available and free for 2 hours. The location is good, though theres construction around the street. Well recommend this place and be back for dinner!

Took our family here for mothers Day. Food, service and atmosphere all excellent. Best Brazilian BBQ Ive been to. Try the pickled watermelon rind salad. But dont fill up on salad bar... Save room for meat and all the grilled pineapple.

Funny, I had to get a law run down lesson from the manager asking me what my service dog is for and what my issue is. This is against canadian laws to even ask these questions, after i already provided documentation. The only reason i didn t get up and leave was because my friends already started eating. This kind of behaviour and attitude could cause this resturant law suits and issues in the future by treating other customers this way. The meat was great, and the beef stroganoff was to die for but the other sides were stale.

i m writing this not as a karen, but as a social justice activist LMAOO the food is a whole hate crime while being super expensive do NOT go here. my wallet is crying and my stomach is crying. food started off just OK, but then the meats became drier and drier. waaaaaay too overcooked. also very salty. it is truly sosososo expensive and nothing was good. the only good thing was pineapple they also don t even offer dessert options included in the $68 you pay. the staff also stand in front of your table and watch you eat. extremely uncomfortable experience but most of them were nice. on my mommas this is the worst food i ve ever had for this high of a price i m writing this cuz i feel like this restaurant is harming society as we speak i d rather eat at an AYCE sushi restaurant and that speaks VOLUMES cuz those places are nasty don t get the employees in trouble tho, its not their fault the food is like that

Rating: My experience at Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse was nothing short of amazing. The food was fantastic, especially the meat dishes which were stupendous in taste and quality. The salad bar could use a bit of improvement, but it didnt detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The atmosphere at Pampa is genuine and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a delightful dining experience. The ambiance adds to the overall charm of the restaurant. The service, however, was the highlight of my visit. Our server, Brooklyn, was out of this world. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but her friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions truly made the evening memorable. I must say, I think I fell in love with her exceptional service! Shes definitely a dime of a server and made my experience at Pampa so worth it. My only regret is not tipping Brooklyn more generously and leaving her my number!. moreover I highly recommend Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse for anyone looking for great food, a genuine atmosphere, and outstanding service.

Last time I went to Pampas was in 2018. We had never gone back because we didnt like the food. The buffet didnt taste like Brazilian food at all. However, we got Pampas gift card and decided to try it again with my in-laws. Im glad we did! The buffet and meat was so good! The drinks were good too! The food in the buffet was well seasoned and there were a lot of Brazilian gauchos who understood about meat. Brooklyn was our service and she was amazing! But that girl worked! She had lots of tables assigned to her, so the service was slow because this girl was running around the restaurant, which was not her fault. Unfortunately, it seemed that no one was helping her. One server was just chilling against the wall and the manager would just walk and look around, but would not ask us if we needed anything or look at us. Brooklyn worked hard! Thanks Brooklyn! My in-laws loved the experience and I did too! I was happy to see more Brazilians working there and the food was pretty good! The Gauchos spoke a bit of Portuguese when my husband practiced his Portuguese. He felt very welcome! Wed definitely go back! Thanks to Brooklyn, Iago and the team for making our experience so pleasant!

Lovely experience

The food and atmosphere was impressive. What stood out the most was the staff. They were extraordinary, especially Nish P. Nish was our server for the night and I haven t experienced service like that in a long time. Nish was attentive, polite, dressed well, and was knowledgeable in the menu. The service made it a fine dining experience. I highly recommend Pampa for anyone considering a Brazilian Steakhouse. I can t state enough how wonderful the service was. Also their drinks were phenomenal. Parking: Parking in the underground parkade which is free for two hours if you are dining in. You register your plate when you enter the restaurant.

Experience was unfortunately lacklustre. Came here last month, and while I was happy me and my family were seated right away, it took 10-15 mins before a waitress came to greet us. While the manager did come personally to apologize (which is why service isn t a 1 star), our waitress took our drinks and it took them another 10-15 mins before serving our drinks. I would of hoped they came sooner to make up for the previous wait and mistake already, or at least offer water in the mean time. We had to personally ask for water while we watched a newly seated table next to us get helped right away and offered water right away. The saving grace of the night was that the meat was delicious, and the people serving and cutting the meat were very nice and caring. When we asked for a specific meat that we had wanted they made sure to come to us right away after a new batch had been cooked. Another problem we encountered was we watched other tables get their dirty plates removed without the customers even asking, while me and my family felt like we were just ignored and eating on the same dirty plates. Overall mixed feelings for this steakhouse. Food wasn t bad but the impressions me and my family had after the night was that we were basically invisible to the majority of the staff (except the people who served and cut the meat they were excellent), and guess we should of just helped ourselves out the door.

Food was good enough and served often. Service was horrible though. Drinks took 10 to 15 to arrive. Thats after waiting 10 to 15 to flag down our waiter. Also 16 dollar tequila shots are rediculous. :/

This was an awesome experience the food was phenomenal and the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. Its not something you could afford all the time but for special occasions or a nice date this would be the place.

I have gone to Pampa a couple of times and I am always left speechless with how great the food and service is. the selection of meat and sides are delicious. The servers are incredibly polite and attentive to all our needs. The one thing that surprised me is that when we asked for water, we were given what seems to be fancy water imported from Italy (I saw the label). I noticed that some tables were give. Just glasses of water and some had the fancy bottle like ours. The few times I ve gone to Pampa, I never had this water before. Upon paying I noticed that we had to pay 6$ per bottle of that water and we were never told about it not being free. It may seem odd to others that i m here blabbing about paying for water i am alright with paying for it if that is their policy or whatever but just giving us bottle after bottle of water really added up and it made the overall experience disappointing.

Had excellent service by Adomas. Extremely attentive and we felt well taken care of. Food was amazing. My personal favorite is their pineapple. Perfect break from the tasty and juicy meat.

Varity of options to chose from. Can get bit crowded, but food is and type of service is good.
