Please note that the lunch menu has a smaller selection of dishes available, and some of our live cooking stations may not be open. Please note that tables are allocated for 1 hour and 45 minutes at busy times. Our closing hours might change. Please contact us via phone before planning your visit.
I request Manager must train the staff to greet the customer first instead of letting the closing times and procedures or at least recruit someone who have some basic knowledge on hospitality. Food was at its worst, dry and soggy stuff.. Asked for replacement as the rice was dry, flaky unable to eat, chefs are not interested to change it or remake new-one after 8pm!! Why??? A guy was using green pan to wipe off the curry on the tip of the pans at 9pm at Chinese cuisine and using some uncleaned cloth to clean the pans when the food is still available.(refer to CCTV B/w 8:45-9:15pm) Instead of letting the customers know 30 mins left 20 mins left 10 mins to left to close the restaurant, train them professionally. Not suggesting to my friends and family.
I gave 5 stars because everything was worth the price we paid. Great abundance and unexpected variety of food. It is an all you can eat buffet. When I went the dishes were fresh, and tasty. In here you will find food from different regions of the world. Nothing will be shining in your plate, but the classics from Asia, India and Europe are there. But I need to flag the fact that many friends and colleagues told me that the quality of the food is randomic. Sometimes it is good, some other times really bad.
We have booked this venue for my nephew’s and mine birthday celebrations. I remember visiting this chain at different location and being very positively surprised with the whole concept that I have actually presented at my University well before this place existed. So very well done to the owners for spotting business opportunity. My tutor thought: “no one would want to go to a multi culture menu restaurant.” Little did he knew! So this visit was a bit less pleasant. Very long queue for the over the counter/deli dishes that took ages to cook. I always go for those as they are super fresh. Some food was overcooked or maybe less popular and stand in the heat for too long (especially shrimps were so overcooked that there were uneatable). The best fresh pizza! Freshly cooked shrimps and beef! (To my liking raw and slightly medium raw shrimps) In overall I felt rushed with the allocation of 1.5hr springing time to wait to order drinks and then wait ti order my food. By the time it was a desert time our time was up. So my suggestion is: get one person waiting for the drinks and grab whatever is prepared. We have far away table as we were party of 8. Which I do not mind as the rest of the restaurant was far too crowded and noisy! Overall nice experience. I will be back more prepared what to eat and what not next time.
I like the environment, really felt free for all kinds of the food. So many delicious food- roasted duck, pizza, chicken wing, prawn, dumpling… the bubble tea also tasty. Good service, easy to park
Food was delicious. Not that hot but it was very tasty. Desserts were delicious and well presented. Never been here before but my friend has been a couple of times. I loved that there was so much to choose from. Definitely recommend going. I would definitely go again.
Disappointing. We went for lunch on a bank holiday Monday. The website says "Please note that not all live cooking stations are open for lunch, and the dishes available may vary." However, *none* of the live cooking stations were open - no seafood, no roast, no sushi, no teppanyaki, no paella, no dim sum, no chocolate fountain. There were a couple of pizzas being cooked (about one every half an hour) Basically it was just an expensive Chinese lunch buffet. The food available wasn't bad, but massively overpriced given everything else was closed. Can't see us going back any time soon.
Great place to go and grab some lunch or dinner. We were there for lunch and definitely you can find something for everyone. The food selection is great and there is plenty to choose from. For 2 adults and a child, the price was around £45 for the "all you can eat" experience (at the time of writing). Drinks are not included so that will be extra. Overall service was very good, and the table attendants are very helpful and friendly, helping out at clearing the table of any unwanted plates, etc. All in all a wonderful place to dine in and if we will be in the area, most likely we will revisit.
I was there first with my colleagues and then I came back with my family and I had good time in both occasions. I think it's a perfect place to have a relaxed meal with a bunch of friends or with your familly. Our young kids enjoyeb it a lot as well. There is a huge variety of food and everyone will find something to their taste. There is a large choice of desert too. I highly recommend.
Loved it very good food and value for money
Charge me full price for my 10 year old daughter. Kind of rip off!
Worst ever service!! We walked it at 8pm. As soon as we walked in the first thing came out from the reception guy was just letting you know that we are closing at 9.30pm no greetings or what soever. Staff were keep coming to our table and mentioning that you have 15 mins, 10 mins more etc they even start switching off the lights at 9.30 where the closing time of website states that it s 10pm. Never ever will visit again !! Shocking
I loved it. Delicious food Food
Really disappointing. Food was cold and not worth the price at all. Drinks were also super expensive
The food here is so bad the meat is tasteless the fish just tastes like fried flour. Found a black hair in my food..the desserts are okay which is the one saving grace
not the best choice of food and half of it is cold Food
Perfect place to eat when you don t know what you fancy but you want to eat! Always amazing service - prawn crackers were a bit naff though, can t all be perfect!
best place with family and friends, asian food choices are yum, their steak chef kiss.. Worth it and worth to go back again Food
Most of the food stations were empty. So unless you just want Chinese or pizza, no choice. Paella bar closed. Roast bar closed. Pizza bar had about 5 pieces of dry, curled up pizza. Choice of Indian was tikka, and that was about it. Atmosphere like a school canteen. Sure its all you can eat for £16, and many people piled their plates high. But I was very disappointed as wed come here at my sons request for his 14th birthday.
Food was luke warm, walked in and the receptionist couldnt even sketched a smile, she looks pissed and tierd. The rest of the staff seems nice. Food was.. average, dry chewy ( I mean not expecting any quality with a buffet in UK). Good selection of food though.
Good variety of food and puddings value for money and disable friendly Parking: multi storey car park within 5 mins walk Wheelchair accessibility: lift to resturant
Absolutely appalling, everything and I mean everything that I chose was cold except for the freshly cooked steak and dumplings. Wont be rushing back sadly, its a lot of money for cold food oh and my daughter found a black fly sat on one of her dumplings
Very nice customer service and food
Terrible experience, not much choices , food not tasty , dirty plates
yummy yummy yummy Vegetarian options: really good selection Parking: multi-storey car park around the corner
Excellent ribs Wheelchair accessibility: I don t have one Food : 5/5 |
Used to go here when it was lucky star weekly No longer go as most of the food is tasteless
The food at the buffet is appalling, really low quality fried crap, the live cooking counter is the only place with no processed cheap junk, although the staff at the counter seemed to be baffled at the idea of all you can eat, making comments on how much our table was ordering. I do admit I am a bit of a glutton, having had most of the fresh food to myself but after over hearing the comments, I took it upon myself and accepted the challenge to see how much I could really eat. I got the impression the guy didn t really like me at the counter but I powered through. The bathrooms smelled like **** so I m pretty sure I wasn t the only one who accepted the same challenge but unlike the weak people who needed to use the bathroom after the challenge, I was efficient and powered through. 2 hours and 20k calories later, I left with a smile on my face to the dirty looks of the woman who once warmly welcomed us and was on my way. I do understand the economics of running a buffet but did expect a better experience. If you love the smell of **** and **** fried food, this is the place for you.
Great place for dinner, variety of food choices.
Salty food wasted my money I could have gone to a good restaurant for less
we were the first customers for the day when we came by. pretty good. could use more choices though lol
Good value for money, kids (and picky eaters) can try loads of options and enjoy different cuisines.
I am not one of those people that crap reviews for the sake of it or out of spite etc.. I genuinely thought this place was awful when it comes to the quality of food. I heard a lot about it and has high expectations, specially the fact that they have a sushi section. The food felt like its been microwaved or old. For example the sushi rice tasted old kind of like the ones you get from Tesco at the end of the night when theyre discounted because no one wants it. The options also sucked it was all very cheap sushi. The dumplings tasted awful too, which I was looking forward to. Ironically the only thing I enjoyed was the vegetables. I think for the money we paid that day as a group we could have had a decent 2-3 course meal each somewhere else. Ive been to a few buffets and all inclusive trips that serve buffets and can honestly say its one of the most disappointing experiences Ive had at one. Atmosphere was rubbish too and the workers seemed like they hated working there, which I can understand I guess. I honestly feel bad leaving such a bad review but have to be honest.
All !!!!!
Good food, self service world buffet, reasonably priced.
Very good yummy food
Great variety of food and wonderful atmosphere
Im quite satisfied, about the food was fresh and warm, my beef steak was delicious and cooked very well. Just about of selection pudding was poor, but I hope the next time I can found all the best selection even during dinner.
5 star place to eat. Cant give service full marks as its self service but always love Nines. Great food and plenty to choose from.
Food average at best and when I was in there tonight I saw the manager Bereat two member Food
Disgusting food!!! Many times me and my family been there but now food is so disgusting, cold, dry, reheated, sushi room temperature, greasy, one cake was of. Managers or supervisors looks like dont want to be there!!!!!! Never again there!!!!!!! Disgusting, wasted my money!!!!!!!!!
A place worth recommending, everyone will find something for themselves and will be satisfied. Nice service, although the receptionist is a bit confused and doesnt listen to the customer. But this is just an exception among all the advantages.
No complaints. Food was good, used plates cleared quickly and friendly staff.
The buffet is supposed to close at 10, yet this evening closed at 9:30. We arrived at 8, nothing had been restocked and we were told that was it for the evening. Shouted at by a waitress for trying to get a glass of water using glasses they had on the counter and not offered other drinks. Half a selection of cold food, greasy over fried pieces of chicken, and no desserts to be seen. Absolutely terrible and not worth the insane £24 price tag.
2nd time here and totally disappointed. Food was cold. Before coming here it said not all food stations may be open. Well ony the pizza station was open. To a great degree I felt totally conned. Spoke to the Lady at reception about it. She really did seem at all concerned about any comments I made reference the quality or food at all. Definitely would not recommend or visit again.
I been here many times. I really like this place. Comparing with many restaurants, this restaurant with buffet is amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant. Food
Very busy lunch time Sunday. Missed the larger choice of the evening and no Sunday roast. Strangely had Yorkshire pudding. Food we did have was nice though albeit mainly Asian, but no Sushi. The chocolate fountain and ice cream wasnt on either so puddings quite poor.
There are a lot of non-British meals. It is the best homesick restaurant for residents or long-term travel, and it is great value for money! Definitely recommended! In addition, don t set a hometown flavor that completely matches your own, because everyone s hometown flavor will definitely be different to some extent ~ But...it relieves nostalgia!
Food coma!!! Delicious, hot and well worth the money!!! Although getting a little pricey these days...
Very mediocre in all respects.
Was good but not any more no more choice -popular dishes removed ToSt duck re heated and put out over and o et. .Staff look tired and worn out like their over used uniforms whole place needs a revamp
It is okay but not worth the money seems like most things are frozen the food is very pale also ice cream was the best part hopefully its better for you guys!
If your seeing this that means you should go here they are so friendly and kind I love it
15£-30£
Just about right.
Food
wonderful service and food
Dietary restrictions: I was expecting to be glutened here due to the buffet style dining. As someone with Coeliac Disease it all felt a little risky but I came away with no side effects. The dishes were well labelled and there were enough options for me to fill my plate a few times! The Paella was good along with some of the dishes from the Chinese section.
I got ill after the food
Having eaten in here before an appointment at the local hospital. Food was cold and not very appealing. Myself and partner ate a few dishes. When we got back into the car and started driving to the hospital I become very sick and had severe stomach ache. My partner then became sick. When we got to the hospital for my appointment. The doctor stated that I was very pale. I explained I had been sick. He took blood tests then advised. I had infact got food poisoning. Which would have been attributed to the food we had just eaten. I have emailed the restaurant to advise if this. And guess what no response. We ll most certainly never be going here again.
Shredded pork was very dry like eating sawdust ,pancakes thin and split easy, Everything else was good ,price good too clean plates taken away as soon as we were finished.. Parking: Payed to park but not too far away
Great place to celebrate my nicece 4th birthday . It was a pleasure celebrating with her here. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Great variety to choose from. Enjoyed our visit.
It is one of the best places that I have been to when it comes to very good meals. The option of the buffet was the bomb (sic). From the starter to the main courses and desserts, you have so much to choose from. Its worth my visit, especially as a family eat out option. Ill be back! Parking: Paid parking all around. Kid-friendliness: Price slashed for kids below 1.40m mark
Good meal.
No standard at all, not even 1 star. Food is fit for only the bin. Don t waste your time and money here.
DO NOT EAT HERE. We travelled all the way from bedford for my birthday. My whole family got serious food poising. Absolutely disgusting and over priced, for some reason drinks arent included? Need I say anymore.........
Great all you can eat costs £80 for 2adults 2 kids weekday evening. Bit expensive but lovely food. The staff hover you to take plates and it s annoying other than that it was good. Wheelchair accessibility: Full accessible. We had no issues navigating my sons wheelchair
Around 18:00 on 16/06/24- women was rude, told us it was a 20 minute wait, completely forgot she served us. Was even ruder when we reminded her we were waiting while she was letting everyone in who arrived after us, because she forgot about service us she told us another 20 minutes. Was giving us looks for most of our meal once she realised her mistake and when we corrected her on her tone and how she was speaking to us she soon put her head down. Dont put miserable people on front of house, especially if they cant manage or handle it.
We checked in at nines Cambridge ( for dinner )and we had 7 people with us, including children. As some people might know eating with children can be a hard process especially with 1 toddler to care for as well. As we finished our food and proceeded onto dessert, the assistant manager approaches us and demands that we leave the table as she needed it for other guest. Taking into consideration that the restaurant was going to close in approximately half an hour we was totally stunned. With out a warning she started clearing the table and taking our plates of us including our drinks. This unfortunately lead us to not finish our deserts. This absolutely shocked us . We trying to explain that and Assistant manager wont do any apologies. She said there is a limited time for the table ( 1 hr and 45 min ) but it s clearly saying only for busy hours.( she cleaned our table around 8.30 pm ) But she didn t understand. This day was meant to be a nice surprise for me as it was farther a day but turned out quite the opposite. I would like to say thanks for the manager as he did understand and he apologies about that . Please don t treat to the people like that as they come to have a nice time , specially spent lots money( per person 25 pound + extra money for drinks ) .Definitely we wont go anymore and not recommend go to this place . There is many deference food trays you can see ( very nice display ) .But the food you can t feel different taste. All the food taste bit same .8.30 pm they start the cleaning process ( while people eating) and you can have only few deserts at this time . Finally Our feel like we spent 154 pound for nothing . It s much much Better to order the Chinese takeaway instead of eating this food .
I think that this place is a good buffet to indulge in once in a while. The food is good, but of course the main appeal is the wide range and also the accommodation of so much - it just makes it great. Vegetarian options: There is an entire vegetarian section of the buffet. Wheelchair accessibility: I did see a wheelchair user in the restaurant, so I believe there is a lift to get to the restaurant.
Wow, what a restaurant! I will certainly be coming back. Look at all the choice, there is certainly something for everyone at this restaurant. The staff were happy, helpful and attentive. Vegetarian options: There is a lot of fresh salad and seafood options Dietary restrictions: All dishes are clearly labeled with warnings of dietary restrictions. Parking: Parking is in a high rise parking lot. It cost £3.30 for 2 hours parking
Website shows incorrect opening times. Travelled from a distance on Monday for lunch with my elderly mother for it to be closed for lunch Mondays and Tuesday even though the website states opens at 12-3pm. Very upset after checking the website the previous night when planning my lunch with my mum. Wasted a day off and paid for travel and parking for nothing
Food is absolutely awful, my wife left her chicken, it stank and was red in the middle, there is a sign by the buffet saying even though the chicken looks red its because of the seasoning they use... no no no, it was uncooked, if she would have eaten it she would have been ill. The salad with aneamic prawns on top looked like it have been there all week. The last time I had steak that bad was about 20 years ago on a stag do in magaluf. Cost me £15 for cheap lemonade and an apple juice poured from a big apple juice box with £1.30 written on it. The sweets looked rank, I didnt even have one. Came for my sons birthday, should have taken him to pizza hut instead
Lovely place, nice and clean but the food was poor, flavourless, dried out, was not an enjoyable 1st experience after reading all the brilliant reviews ...sweetcorn soup was amazing tho!
I always love to eat here. We come for special occasions, date nights and all sorts. Great food selection.
Food is really good, especially for the price. Could have a better selection on desserts but not a big deal. Staff are on it and Ive never seen anything run out or be empty. They pick up plates at a good pace and nothing really to complain about. Parking: Normally a good amount of spots but turns in the parking garage are pretty tight.
We were in the area visiting somewhere local to this restaurant for the day and never been before. It was my husbands birthday and we visited this restaurant. I found the staff rather abrupt and unfriendly, the food really was not pleasant. There are notices mentioning about food wastage and charging £5 per plate that isn t eaten however the food on offer is very hard, cold and inedible. Lids kept open exposing the food to flies and reducing its tempature. On a plus side there is a lot of different foods on offer and live stations, just not to a great standard. I did also see a member of staff going round cleaning the food that had been spilled and they seemed to tidy plates away quickly. Overall It was not good value for money and found it expensive for our Children under 8, over £80 for two adults and two children under 8. It was busy but the atmosphere wasn t great, tables so close to each other can hear each others conversation. sadly would not visit again nor recommend.
Deliciouse
Found it very expensive for very dry food Everything was just Luke warm and dry , the plates were cold also But the most annoying thing for me , everything was so pepper infused !! Why does almost every dish have to have peppers in? Not everyone likes peppers or are allergic, so was a lot I couldn t eat and really wanted noodles as they didn t look dry! Afters ? Well
Great choice of foods from Spanish to Indian and just about everywhere else, very good value for money and close to car park
Nice place just a little expensive. Too bad the restaurant closes early, not everyone eats at 6 p.m. I had booked for 8 p.m. when we arrived we were told that it closed at 9:30 p.m., whereas on the website it was noted as 10 p.m. At 9 p.m. the desserts started to be picked up. Illogical thing since we end up with that in the first place. And for me the dishes should only be removed once the customers have left. We had to eat quickly which is not pleasant when you want to have a pleasant time.
It is a nice place if you are very hungry, The staff are friendly Vegetarian options: There are clear vegetarian dishes but I do worry about cross contamination Dietary restrictions: There are clear dishes but I do worry about cross contamination Kid-friendliness: Is a busy restaurant so kids would be fine but as there is food everywhere and people are always moving it would be best to keep a close eye on them Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift up to the restaurant
Arrived was seated straightaway, but felt rushed, table was cleared 3 times including our bottomless drinks while we were getting food. Had to keep asking for our glasses back. Anyone would think they wanted us to leave.
Good selection of amazing cuisines
Great food, great service, great atmosphere
Fantastic place to go eat as much you want, pretty good price also for the lunch time
No dim sum despite the advert!!!!!!
The food is not tasty, the chefs have no experience, I ordered a lamb steak at the grill, I had to throw it away because it was rubber, the tools and plates are terribly dirty, you have to look through them to find them clean, how the hygiene services allow you to work, its a terrible mess and the price is really magical 25 & without a drink near London is 15 however, it is very different, I would never recommend such a restaurant to anyone
Its cheap and great food selection and all you can eat. Unlimited refills on soft drinks. Great value for money. Food
Dont waste your time and money. Its not worth it. For 26 pounds, all the food was not tasty. Great selection, looks nice, but I left hungry. All the cutlery was dirty, I couldn t choose clean ones. 08.03.2024
Very cool place. Wish the time was more
Mediocre buffet with a variety of options. Nothing looked too appetizing in the fried section, to be honest. The highlights for me were the chicken tikka, roasted duck, Japanese seaweed salad, chicken feet, and prawns (from the grill station). Avoid the sushi and the dumplings, they re not good at all (this is advice from an Asian, perhaps I m a little too harsh). The line for the grill station was always long and slow. DO NOT order the steak from there as it is tough and lacking in seasoning. Go for the seafood options instead. The dessert section, especially the cakes, was quite nice. However, the fruits were soggy and horrible.
You know in advance what you are getting into with these types of concepts: lots of food and a very wide selection, but mediocre quality, lots of people and a noisy environment. Its fun to do in itself, but you have to be there for it.
I am a regular customer to nines global buffet and the food is still lovely
Sorry, I ve been in several buffet restaurants in the UK, but this is nothing especial. The food taste is not really that great I think it s below average. In terms of service I think it s not too bad they always pick up your old utensils and plate to keep the table clean and tidy. On the negative side they have a lady receptionist who speaks very bad English who struggles what she would like to articulate. Poor girl she should not be assigned in the front end. I don t think will come back soon.
value for money, plenty of tasty seafood and their self serve ice cream is the creamiest.
Great variety of food
Good variety of international food at reasonable price. Advance booking is recomended
Lovely food loads to choose from cleanest buffet Ive ever been to good value for money
Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The rudeness displayed by the staff members left a lasting negative impression. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a complete lack of hospitality. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making me feel unwelcome. Their demeanor was far from friendly, and it was evident that they lacked proper training in customer service. Furthermore, the rude behavior continued throughout my entire visit. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with condescension and impatience. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. In addition to the staffs behavior, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. Tables were left uncleared, and the floor appeared dirty and neglected. It was clear that proper attention to cleanliness and hygiene was lacking. I believe that a restaurant should not only deliver quality food but also prioritize exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at nine s fell short on both fronts. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged. I hope that the management of nine s takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the behavior of their staff and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. As a customer, I believe it is important to be treated with respect and to dine in a clean and welcoming environment. I sincerely hope that my review helps others make informed decisions and encourages the restaurant to make the necessary improvements. Remember, its important to remain factual and respectful in your review. Feel free to make any changes or additions to the review based on your specific experience.
Food was fresh and delicious, great variety which is what you want at a buffet. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. 1 star knocked off because they charge the same price for a 90cm child (roughly 2.5 years old) as a 140cm child (roughly 10+ years old).
Quite pricey but plenty of choices of food. Cakes, buns, ice cream, and chocolate fondant are highly appealing to all the children.
Went for lunch and the food was good, but be advised there is no sushi or dim sum for lunch. My only concern is that I went with a group of 15 people and they refused to let someone in who wasnt going to eat.
Good value for money
We really enjoyed our dinner. There was a wide variety of food and all of it was delicious ! I recommend it without doubt and you will definitely not regret visiting it.
There were not much choices in their menu
Birthday celebration for my brothers birthday and it was OK not brilliant but company was. Wheelchair accessibility: Ok
Realy great place for lunch with the children
Not as much of a spread in the afternoon as it is evening but cost the same? Food was average but not much GF options. Not in a rush to go back. Dietary restrictions: Not much GF available.
There are range of food options. But I can guarantee that you wont find one that is not dripping in oil. They deep fry everything in same oil and put some sauce on them. Very lazy way to serve a buffet. Worst buffet ever. And unfortunately cambridge has only one like this. Waste of time and money. I will never ever go there again.
The only bad thing initially was the time limit, I rushed my food but as the food as available instantly the allocated time was more than enough
We had a great time lots of lovely food brilliant value good service staff we will be going again soon
Best food ever...
The food is okay/ decent, upon arrival no greeting no smiling from the staff, although the food was okay I think the hospitality in a restaurant is very important. I felt forced to eat quick the restaurant was closing at 3 and they were cleaning and moping all the time.
A great place for us and the kids to try food we would never usually get a chance to.
Food rubbish nothing like years ago no choise apart from Chinese and indinian
We have been here a few times now, both for lunch and dinner, they both offer different things, which is why the price is different. Lunch is definitely better value for my family as the extras they offer for dinner are not enough for us to worry about. The staff are amazing, the food is even better. Definitely give it ago.
If your an American, don t expect much. Food is bland, variety is mid, and soda just in the uk in general taste different, in a bad way. Just my opinion.
I go here with some frequency with friends, and enjoy the space, but it is not well catered for vegans and has inaccurate labelling. Dietary restrictions: Poor labelling of limited vegan options. Some options that are labelled as containing milk were marked vegan. Other options that were marked vegetarian and did not contain milk or eggs and were likely vegan were not marked vegan. Overall, I have low trust in the label accuracy. As such I would disrecommend Nines for anyone with a strict dietary restriction that requires accurate labels.
Honestly, I used to like this place. Its gone downhill a lot over the last couple of years.. prices have increased to the point its not even worth going. £25 per person (including my 12 year old son) on a Saturday is ridiculous, especially considering the food isnt great. Its not somewhere Id recommend at all.
My first experience of Nines wasn t the greatest I must admit, has put me off going here ever again. The food was horrendous, was cold, the curry was like water. The chicken nuggets looked anaemic and the chips tasted like they hadn t been cooked. The roast potatoes were dry. The deserts were the only thing that were good. Vegetarian options: Lots of varied options for Vegetarians, Dietary restrictions: Not suitable for those with nut allergies. The desert spatula s were used for picking up all the cakes instead of separate ones for those with allergies.
Nice and delicious food
Great selection of dishes, we ate at 5pm so everything fresh. Eat all you can.
Ive been visiting nines at least once a year since 2017 and the range of food has definitely shrunk. As well as quality.
Really over priced, poor quality of food as it was frozen food.
Fantastic choice of foods , so much variety.
Wow! Food was good and there was plenty to choose from! Staff were fast at cleaning up and alway available to help . 10/10 will be visiting again.
Love this place, the food and the service. You get your moneys worth for the great selection of quality food, everyone will find something they will like. The Mojitos are to die for 10/10. Booked a table for my birthday and my meal was for free!
Much better than Id expected! So many of these multi cuisine buffets manage to make everything taste the same, but not here. It was good quality and the staff were very accommodating for our end of project dinner, there were 36 of us.
Good food but on average. Bad cakes, no tasty. Service tries to be kind but often not very professional. Food
Nice place with god food. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Been before but have to say the food quality has gone downhill and will be a while before I return.
A great all you can eat buffet of food from around the world
Just to get crazy, its ok, nothing more, nothing less. £25 per person for dinner.
Above avarage.
Good variety of offerings, clean, reasonable, fun for the kids.
Great
Lots of different types of food from Chinese, Indian, pizza, fish, desserts etc. Its a buffet so you will find plenty available. The quality of the food isnt great though, bury its acceptable for a buffet. Theres a multi storey car park nearby as well as an IMAX, bowling, and other convenient shops. Street parking is available but not guaranteed and you now have to pay during the day.
We did not go there with much expectations as I had bad experiences with other buffets before but the place is amazing! They had a lot of options for the adults and kids. They have a big variety of food so even if you are a picky eater you should find something that you enjoy there. Sad I didnt try the grill but will be back for sure!.
I was there to celebrate my Birthday recently with 3 guests and was told that my meal is not free of charge as this offer applies on bookings over 5 persons only. Fair enough but same chain buffet in London offered a free Birthday meal to same size booking for my friends. Not sure why there are different conditions in different locations. It could be the case of course but left unpleasant impression to be honest. Food is good though, fresh and tasty.
Clean buffet, varied food, attentive staff, plenty of places available to customers, very reasonable price, £25 per person, children £14. Kid-friendliness: Baby chairs
A broad selection of meals from around the world are on offer, however the selection is better for the dinner menu rather than lunch. The food is average, but with the kids able to help themselves and choose what they want, makes it worth while going.
Not worth it. Everything is from average to bad or very bad quality food. Chaos with children running all over the place and touching the food The sushi was tasteless and warm, ice cream tasted of ice and nothing more. Pepsi tasted like water. I did not enjoy anything of what I tried. Terribly disappointed. Also had to pay for parking
Brilliant
Perfect
The perfect place to be. Real value for money. Keep the fire burning Kid-friendliness: My baby had his size of chair and enjoyed every moment Food : 5/5 |
Amazing food to value ratio.
There was a range of food options to choose from, different types of intercontinental dishes that are quite tasty too. I ate to my fill within the space of 1hr 45mins that the buffet lasted for. The atmosphere is conducive for a couple, family or a team hangout. Id recommend it! Parking: I had to do an on-street parking, but my friends say there was a proper parking space, which I didnt know of when I got there
Best buffet around.
Good food at a good price. Very much conveyor belt style but its a great place to eat. Lots of variety, drinks are paid for as you order so great for groups
To be fair, I wasnt expecting a lot as my experience of this kind of buffet is that the food quality and taste suffers for the amount of different food available. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The food I had which was mostly Chinese was tasty and hot and I did go back for seconds. Good choice of puddings too with some lovely Ice cream . Its a little pricey but when you take into account you actually can have three courses it really isnt bad at all.
Thanks
Disability Toliet is dirty and the food is ok and drinks are fine
Food hot and good. Selection way tooooooo much. Cannot eat everything. Well worth visiting.
Great food and selection apart from desserts which disappoint slightly. Dinner definitely better than lunch, even if slightly more expensive.
Good selection but this time (second ) the food was cold and nearly empty we went around 7 so expected it to at least me warm and plenty of it
Great food, wonderful selection for all tastes. I love the puddings
Buzzing atmosphere and nice food
Charging based on height is a ridiculous way to charge. Arrived with my 3 children 10, 8 and 2. Very rude lady on front desk. Rude staff on floor. Bloke with broken English, wouldnt give my 2 year old a balloon!! (Because he said then eveyone will want one) Lady who took our drinks order was lovely and explained how we could pay for the unlimited drinks (as the PERSON ON THE FRONT DESK WAS LITERALLY NO HELP, SO RUDE) FOOD was great, just needs better staff. Wish they would advise online children not welcome WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN. FOR THE PRICE I WOULD EXPECT BETTER! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Kid-friendliness: Diabolical!!!!!!!
Food much better than experienced before. Started this time at fresh pizza yummy !! Very crunchy base and tasty toppings. Ran out of paella so saved for another visit through the counters. Cooked large prawns amazing. Other dishes like seaweed and noodles seemed quite salty. The portioned duck careful as has bones, very tasty. Pork pieces very tender. So many options to chose from. Including desserts. Cant wait to visit again soon. Thank you.
Great all you can eat , best to book a table. Great selection of mains and puddings I would recommend a visit Parking: Carpark near by, disability parking is available near by but because its private land pay and display is required. Personally I think thats appalling if you own a blue badge
Food wasnt that good all seemed to be watered down prawns all well overcooked have ben to far better world buffets would not bother going again
I did not like it at all
Wonderful evening as always
