Aromi Caffe and Pizzeria in Cambridge

Used to love the food here - servings are generous; esp pizzas are very filling. However, I feel that the staff are very over-worked here, it shows with how the service tends to be a downer. They are almost always rude all the time, and looking really unhappy... and I dont blame them !!! For how long the queue is, there seems to be lack of staff to manage the orders, etc.

Weve never been before as put off by the big queues. Today, having decided to see what the queues are all about, we tried it.... Three words: O M and G. The food is mindblowing. Shared a couple of their fresh focaccia sandwiches and a Pistachio-creme-filled croissant. Absolutely unbelievable. I have a new favourite food hour 11 out of 10.

Wish I could give you 6 stars for the coffee! And those mini pistachio tartlettes Eccellente!

Oily pizzas

I don t know how the food tastes because it s been 40 mins since I ordered and only my cocktail is here lol. The servers are rude and lowkey racist towards Asians or South East Asians. Saw them serving to white people with efficiency and smiles and yet every Asian person in this restaurant is sitting with a sad face as they wait to be served. Worst eating experience in Cambridge, should ve gone to Honest Burgers again lol.

We went in and my wife accidentally hit her card on a contactless tip machine that is placed right by the till. It did have a small sign but think we all know what they are doing with this placement. I would wager good money on the fact that it has been placed right next to the till deliberately as a tactic to trick people. We were told this couldn t be refunded even though we ended up not eating there. Whilst we were in the shop one person also complained about the food being uneatable. Would probably avoid, especially given all the great restaurants in the city.

One of the best pizzas Ive ever eaten.

Had a slice of margherita pizza and a slice of pistachio cake. The pizza was made from low-quality ingredients and executed poorly. Soggy, greasy and tasting of cheap oil. Worse than pizza hut, no match to proper Italian-style pizzerias. The cake was somewhat bitter and tasted more of walnuts than pistachios. You can get a better cake in most supermarkets. Overall, a very disappointing and annoying experience. Avoid!

Highly recommend their parmigiana focaccia and pistachio croissant! Service may be slow for dining in at peak times and it s hard to find a table. Also be prepared to queue at lunchtimes. Would suggest early weekend morning takeaways (the pastries are warm and fresh out of the oven and no queues!)

Food was good but service was poor. Rude service and asked us to pay whilst we were still eating. We felt rushed and weren t told that we needed to be out of the restaurant by a certain time. Hadn t finished our meal and were told to leave.

I am Korean. This is my favorite bakery. Chocolate-filled croissants If you like chocolate, be sure to try it. Its like the taste of heaven. I eat it sometimes because its so evil... Theres a pizza with Mahagrita cheese on top and its really delicious. However, I tried eating it at the store and taking it out, but when I ate it at the store, the quality of the knife was not good. I think the temperature of the oven was too high that day, as it seemed to be slightly overcooked when it was heated. It was really, really delicious when I ate it packaged. The price is cheap and the portion size is large enough for two people to share. The price and taste are both good. I confidently recommend this restaurant as a must-eat when you come to Cambridge. Take it out and eat it while sitting in the square

I am a regular at Aromi as I work opposite and pop in for a regular cappuccino and arancini. I ADORE Aromi. I first visited the venue in Catania, Sicily and my love affair has continued. Everyone is so friendly and the food and drinks are exceptional. Aromi has been a fabulous addition to the Cambridge food scene and I have loved seeing it go for strength to strength. Grazie mille per tutti Aromi!!

We were there at 5:30 p.m. and there wasnt much food left. We got pizza, which was okay, but we were supposed to leave at 5:45 p.m., which I didnt like. Positive: Clean toilets.

I love this place and was looking forward to visiting all day. Unfortunately the incorrect drink came out and another one was missed off the order. Not the end of the world but there was no attempt to replace the incorrect drink - instead the waiter insisted it was the drink that I had ordered and instead chose to argue with me. I didn t even bother to chase the drink that didn t arrive. Very disappointing experience.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to our waitress on Saturday (I m afraid we didn t catch her name, but she had red lipstick, a nose ring and a North American (?) accent) who went above and beyond to accommodate our group, was professional without sacrificing her personality and anticipated our needs perfectly. We were grateful to have been able to celebrate our friend s birthday so easily:)

Terrible service. Staff were unfriendly, did not ask at any point if we wanted anymore drinks or dessert. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a takeaway box and our bill despite asking twice. Non-optional 12.5% service charge was added to our final bill without any receipt given to see the breakdown of cost which was definitely not deserved. The food however was lovely but will not be going back due to poor service.

My wife and I visited Aromi in Cambridge for the first time yesterday. We were joined by friends who had highly recommended this restaurant and bakery for a place to eat. I have to say that the food was exceptional. I also wish to add that one of the managers, named Abbie, was so polite, considerate and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was pleasant and memorable. I would highly recommend Aromi in Cambridge as a place to eat at.

Best pizza I ever ate!

An extremely bad dining experience. I followed the navigation for a long time and found this store. When I walked in, I saw that the environment was very average. I ordered a pasta. Dining in the store was one pound more expensive than taking it away. Before serving, I wanted to replace the hollow noodles with pasta, but I was refused. And this is a quick-frozen product taken out of the refrigerator, heated and defrosted and sold to customers! When served, it looks like this in Figure 1. . The dining environment is very poor and there are flies! ! The waiters attitude was also very bad, saying no indifferently without smiling! ! The taste is very bad! !

Ive noticed significant cross-contamination between veg and non-veg pizza slices here. While standing in the queue, I saw slices of meat falling onto the veg pizzas. The staff simply picked them up and placed them back onto the meat pizzas. Although theyre wearing gloves, they dont change them between handling veg and non-veg items, which is very concerning. This needs to be addressed to ensure proper hygiene and respect for dietary preferences for vegetarians. I come to this place for their pizza slices and coffee and witnessing this has really put me off now buying the veg options. Adding insult to injury, my coffee was served using the same gloves. The level of carelessness observed here is unacceptable. Adhering to basic hygiene standards is essential for maintaining a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all customers

It was a nice place! I definitely shouldve looked at the menu beforehand, I didnt see any pasta but their Margherita is good!

It takes too long for people to wait in line. In particular, there is no notification even after waiting for a long time. I waited about 20 minutes for my order and 20 more minutes after paying, and there was no apology. One out of three dishes didnt come out. There is no explanation during the rebuilding process. It took 50 minutes to prepare everything. The pizza came out tangled inside the wrapper and the toppings were battered. It sticks to the packaging, so you have to tear it, then remove the paper and eat it. It was difficult to eat because all the toppings spilled out. Dont do takeout. no. Dont go to this restaurant.

All tables outside were messy when we arrived but got cleaned after we asked the waitress. The lady serving pastries was polite and friendly and the food was nice. But waited about 15 minutes for our coffee and it was cold. When we said it was cold, the waiter was rude and blamed it on the government regulations ? Must have missed the news announcement that UK residents are no longer allowed coffees above room temperature. They took the coffees inside, came back with them 2 mins later and they were exactly the same- if not colder.

They had tasty pizzas , but I would never go again. My experience in this pizzeria is so bad. They don t give us a single table for eating in, even though they still have available ones downstairs. The staff was asking the guy in front of me if he wanna take out or eat in; But when it came to me, she said it was too crowded to eat in! We ended up taking a hot pizza, sitting somewhere beside to the street and eating it without a fork. It was terribly difficult to finish it without any tableware. All the toppings fell in the bottom of the bag I guess no need to explain more.

The Italian pizza is the best. The margarita and with vegetables are delicious. Very nice atmosphere. Very good attention.

Got a takeaway zucchine pizza and was blown away. They taste even better than they look (and they look good!). Super fresh and fluffy dough. Very impressed. Went back the next day to sit in this time and got the Caponata pizza which definitely topped the zucchini pizza, it was absolutely delicious. We also got a coffee, a soft biscuit filled with chocolate creme, and a ricotta cannolo (the ricotta one has a slight orangey flavour). I m no cannoli expert, but I had a couple in Sicily and have never found them the same in the UK until now, the light orange flavour was perfect. I also spotted a jar of crema di pistacchi (it s like a green nutella made with pistachios instead of hazelnut), which I ve been missing ever since I was in Sicily on holiday. I can t wait to open it. Vegetarian options: The ingredients are so simple it s very easy to see what is vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: They offered us a highchair for our 10 month old and we were able to feed her with food we d brought for her.

Service is suck. Staff are extremely rude. Racism. I took a seat while my fried is ordering, the staff told me that I can only take seat after ordering and not allow me to sit. Fine I go wait for my friend , but after ordering when we try to find some seat, some white girls already sitting there even they have NOT YET order! Last but not least, the WORST coffee here! Even worst than Starbucks!

We entered in the shop area of this bar asking if dogs were allowed (we have a basset hound). The lady said that small dogs were allowed indeed, she took a look at the dog and confirmed that we could get in. We waited in line for about ten minutes to be served. When we were eventually about to order, one other employee of the bar showed up and said in a rude way dogs are not allowed here acting as we just got in without any permission. We explained the situation and he went on saying that we were not allowed in with an extremely unpleasant attitude. At that point, in a decent place, they would just take the order explaining that there was an error from their side and asking in a polite way if we were ok with take away instead of eating in. I don t know about the food here, but I can say that your customer service is dreadful. Good money requires decent customer service.

I arrived at 9 and I couldnt order until 30 min later. If you are not going to be ready at opening time, just change your schedule to adjust to your capacity. Otherwise it feels like false advertising to open doors at 9 and not having anything ready til one hour later.

The food taste plain. The service is awful My friend was taking a picture of this restaurant and the waitress was shouting like what r u looking for? for at least three times at my friend after she apologized. If you don t want people taking photos of your restaurant, just simply give a label there instead of shouting at your customers. I feel totally disrespected and I won t recommend this place at all.

The place is nice when you first get in, but then the food isnt 5 stars, and the service is slow and not too professional. We ordered coffee, after some wait, they have forgotten that there was an order. The place tells you its Italian but I dont think so, This is my opinion having been to different places in Italy.

Flatbread was good but the pistachio croissant was not! Way too much filling, tasted unpleasant. A light amount of real pistachios would have been much better.

Always a nice experience coming here. Be prepared for the queue because their pizzas are famous here! The coffee and the arancinis are also very good.

The food was solid! The aranchini was nice, but the pizza was slightlyyyy underwhelming, and got cold very quickly. Taste wise, it was pretty basic/mid - nothing crazy or stand out. The portions, however, are worthwhile, and definitely give you a bang for your buck! Servers were lovely and thorough, and the restaurant has two floors, so plenty of seating :)

Very light sourdough makes you want even more! Came twice in a day to get another slice! Had the plain croissant and chocolate croissant, oh my the chocolate was overloaded! Worth the long queue! Highly recommended.

Really good pastries but the staff are so rude! Particularly the taller girl behind the counter with black hair, I didnt see her smile, she didnt say thank you when placing my coffee down. In fact barely even spoke! Its sad that such a good cafe is ruined by poor service. NOTE: there are other reviews that say the same.

The queue to order is very - very - long. Will dine-in be about 0.3 pounds more expensive than takeout? The service is better than nothing, but the pizza is really delicious. I recommend the eggplant pizza (it tastes like fish-flavored eggplant) and the Margherita pizza. Tiramisu is delicious

Really good pizza but the service is too slow... I understand that for lunch break it must be complicated but we waited for over 25 minutes for take out... I spent a long time queuing to pick up a pastry to take away The staff managed to find a long time doing any task aside from serving. A hugely frustrating experience.

The pizzas are spectacular, I havent had such a good pizza in many years.

The ice cream was top notch. Much better than most of the other places I tried in the UK.

We queued for a while to get seated, but it was so worth it. There were two vegan options - caponata and zucchine. The caponata one especially was delicious. The pizzas are about £7.50 to eat in, which makes it excellent value. Wed definitely return! My only criticism would be that we could see the lady preparing the food in the window, and she didnt swap knife between the cheese/meat pizzas and the vegan pizzas. Cross contamination isnt an issue for us, but someone with a dairy allergy might find it difficult here. Vegetarian options: Two vegan options and several more vegetarian options.

If youre looking for a brioche, closer to the Italian one, come here. If youre Italian, take care as its quite loaded with chocolate or pistachio cream. For my partner is too much, but for me is a delightful sin . I feel its a good compromise for the non-italian market

Probably the best ice cream in the area. Flavours on offer are traditional, but they have more depth and creaminess than other ice-cream on offer in the area. Service was great too - super helpful.

So, unless Im mistaken, this cafe has TWO entrances. The entry for pizza is on one side and gelateria on the other. The pizza is NOT small and costs a little more to eat-in. The line is killer; will plan to wait next time Gelato was generous for its price and delicious, contactless pay only.

My friends brother suggested this restaurant, supposedly one of the top ten pizza in the world. I got the gluten free crust. It was excellent.

Grateful to have stumbled upon this impressive pizzeria at the end of a day trip recently, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The flavour and texture of our pizzas were amazing, especially considering they were gluten-free; the staff were friendly and knowledgeable; and le tout Cambridge walking past the window added to the gaiety of the Friday evening. No minuses to speak of, as the staff work hard to mitigate them. Sure, theres a queue but it moves fast. True, the space is small but it feels cozy, not cramped. Kudos to Andrew, Clementine and Mathilda. Please open a branch in London!

loved the gelato

Choice between several pizzas cooked and cut into 3 slices in front of you, quickly put in the oven to reheat them, and lots of desserts. All very good.

Food was disappointing. Cooking was so uneven it felt like it was microwaved. Pasta clumped together and was undercooked in places. Either too hot or cold in various parts. Caramelized onion tasted like cheap onion relish bought on Aldi and was ice cold. Would not go again. Staff were overly friendly and lacked a sense of personal space. They were condescending.

On Sunday, I visited the place, where I encountered a long queue. Despite the 20-minute wait for my pizza, it was worth it. The Parmigiano focaccia was exceptionally delicious, and the staff kindly warmed it for me. Given the chance, I would happily return for another delightful experience.

Only one vegetarian option, the pizza is not that great, was very burnt, the way they package it for takeaway completely destroys the pizza and the service is not very friendly- overall bad value for money.

Ice cream was perrrrrrrrfect! We ordered tiramisu, mandarin, pistachio and nut. The portion was very big and the price for that ice cream was cheap. Really liked the place. Try this and you won t regret.

Good pizza. The problem was the service, from the people at the counter and the people that serves you pizza, everyone was pissed off and annoyed by us. And it was not only me, but everyone who was ordering before. The hygiene is also not very good, the silverware was dirty, and the glasses for tap water looked like they need some upgrade. As I said, pizza was very good, but I would not go there again.

Rip-off!!! We bought an ice cream for my daughter earlier today. 2 flavours -1 cone - on their board it states that it s £4.90 however they charged us £9.80. When I tried to understand why they are charging us twice the amount the girl kept on telling me that it s because my daughter chose two flavours. Will never return again!!

Wow, wow, wow. What a find! Im gutted I live 100 miles away as already want to go back. Found the absolute delight of a place when visiting Cambridge. Originally went past Friday lunchtime and the queue was HUGE. got me intrigued as to what was worth waiting in the huge line. Googled the reviews and we went Saturday morning and Im so glad we did. The smell of the place hits you when you enter and you immediately feel peckish and need a coffee. The food on display looked insane and Im only gutted I didnt buy more. The pistachio cake was everything and more. Tasty, moist creamy flavour which despite looking dense was light and fluffy. May just be the best calendar ever had. And Ive had alot. Run, dont walk to this place.

Aromi is great to visit both for sit-in meals and for take-away (I have had both). They have great options for both of these at all times in the day, at quite a reasonable price. It is popular, and occasionally there are waits for service, particularly for take-away. Lots of great options! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options available, all clearly labelled on the menu. Parking: Very limited car parking on-street, but near to the Grand Arcade parking garage. Good bike parking availability. Wheelchair accessibility: Cannot use the main entrance (as the step is quite a bump), but the side entrance is more accessible (only a very small step). The pavement is very narrow and often crowded, so quite inaccessible - bollards also get in the way.

Really impressed by this pizza spot; the food and the staff. The traditional Caponata pizza was outstanding and a must try at this slice of Sicilian heaven in Cambridge!

Delicious Italian pizza, desserts & coffe with nice staff & simple decoration

Our family and friends are regular customers and enjoy the pizzas and gelato especially. I was meeting a friend there yesterday (20th Apri at 5:15). It was very busy as usual but especially busy so the staff were distracted. This visit was very disappointing as while the food was delicious the service was very poor. At the till we were told we could eat inside when ordering but then told there was no more cutlery (food ordered needed cutlery) After 10 minutes were then approached to finish & leave in 10 mins giving us indigestion. One member of staff was very rude to us and other customers as they were keen to close & told us all loudly that we only had 2mins left and we must leave. It s not good service to hassle your customers already seated eating. If you ve runout of clean cutlery & it s 30mins to closing then it s a better idea to offer queuing customers only takeout to take the pressure off everyone. I almost went up to ask for a full refund but concerned it wouldn t help matters with the rude member of staff. Food is excellent but please kindly give your staff more customer service training so they handle situations better. Thank you.

Worst service I ve ever experienced. Ordered food and they forgot about us, offered no apology, and wasn t sincere about trying to help the situation. We walked out without our food, and at that point they got £26 out of us for free

The line is a little longer, but its cheap and delicious! There are two floors, Level 0 and Basement 1, so theres plenty of seating even if its crowded. Will visit again. * Ordered Caponata Magherita Tiramisu

Perfect pistacio hot chocolate. Never tasted anything quite like it, it was like drinking pure melted nutty chocolate. The croissants were absolutely delicious too. If you visit Cambridge, this one is a must.

Great food!

The food here is superb as always. I usually sit inside however I was busy and decided to take away. I think it s a poor system where you have to shuffle past the queue all the way outside to where you can faintly hear your order being called and have to awkwardly shuffle back in. It would be great to have a proper system. Aside from that the food is delicious and authentic. I would recommend and will come here in future

Beautiful food and drink and atmosphere but the staff needs to be Italian even better Sicilian would make the whole experience a lot better #justsaying

I love the atmosphere , when i was walking to class when i have time i go and have a breakfast with coffee , inside decoration everything was really good Parking: As u know parking is a problem in Uk , but still u can park somewhere near and walk , its worth it for this place definitely , hope you guys will like it

Great pizza and tiramisu. The pistachio thick hot chocolate is worth trying, but you need a spoon. Will visit again.

Bit of a queue but worth it

The food is amazing, there is usually a queue and you need to wait to get a seat, but the food is worth it. However, yesterday the staff decided to serve their friends, skipping all the people that were already waiting, and my 15 mins wait turned into a 50 mins wait, since they ordered 6-8 pizzas that went before mine and other 10 numbers that were waiting before me. This is not fair, especially if they are making people wait outside in the cold.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon following a recommendation from an Italian friend. Tried the Caponata and Pancetta Pizza, both delicious. Indulged in Cannoli Ricotta, Panz Crema, and a velvety Pistachio Hot Chocolate. The Cannoli Ricotta stands out with its fried pastry, sweet cream cheese, and a hint of lime a highly recommended delight. Despite a busy shift, the staff remained friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: The Caponata pizza we had was completely vegetarian and was really tasty, highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this place, and will surely feast on the delicacies. Its a bit crowded restaurant so need to take care of the kids.

It was delicious. Large portions, there is an opportunity to eat at the institution or take food with you.

Probably the worst service I ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Extremely poor and un-attentive staff. They brought out the dessert of tiramisu before the main course, and when we refused and asked for it to be brought out at the end, a minute later another waiter came back with the tiramisu. We again refused, and once we asked for it at the end of the meal, it was nowhere to be seen.

Food was tasty it wasn t very hot more on the cold side, not much variety even tho it looks like they have a big menu through the window. The people working on the shop they were not very welcoming, they take your order like they are annoyed to have you there.

Great food, good service but boy ard you rammed in! We had a table for 2 but were so close to the next table it was more like table for 4!

Absolutely shocking service and terrible manners and communication. £30 for 3 sandwiches and I was charged 3 times because the lady at the bar didn t know who was in charge and how to explain what had happened. No cutlery given and I was given the wrong drinks order and the correct one never came as a replacement,AWFUL SERVICE.

The food here is amazing, truly gorgeous. There were massive queues from around 11.30am until 3.30pm, so we left it until then to try the food, was definitely worth the wait. However as there were only seats left downstairs, one member of staff didnt seem happy for us to be down there, even though another had told us we could sit down there as it was s busy. So we did feel a little bit out of place as she was trying to clean. But other than that I would still return for food.

Bit of a mixed bag. We tried a selection of pizzas, all of which were pretty good. Arancini and cannoli were a little disappointing. The service style of the restaurant needs a bit of a rework. Staff at the counter, despite being friendly, are very slow to serve customers meaning big queues that hardly move. Given the level of trade, I m surprised the restaurant isn t just constantly cooking a range of pizzas and cutting and serving as they go, as opposed to cooking individual slices to order. Trying to find a table was pretty tough, especially given there were families sitting at tables without food. Whilst the upstairs seating area is nice, the basement is a little dingy and that ended up being the only space we could find a spot.

Always good food and delicious coffee here, of course - there is always a queue - worth the wait.

I came here last November (but only posting the review now LOL) and the food is definitely really amazing, i think i got the margherita pizza and a scottish egg? (I LOVED IT HAHAHHZ) And the drink, which you have to try, its so good!!! The queue last November was long as heck and even people waiting outside the shop when its raining, i think its quite a locally known shop, the seats are very tight given its quite a small place but regardless im very fulfilled and will come here next time visiting cambridge <3

It is not surprising that there is always a line outside Aromi during lunch time. This is the best it gets for Italian food in Cambridge, and the prices are super fair. Aromi is a family business, which is rare in town. Here you will find a wide array of Sicilian delicacies, from amazing deserts to arancinis, pizza slices, and full sourdough pizzas. If you are there in the afternoon, please do not forget to try their thick hot chocolate - it is simply divine. As a suggestion, the ordering system/table service system could be better explained outside as it often causes confusion.

Tourist trap: Waited 40 minutes to get 2 slices of pizza - it was served in paper bags that stuck to all of the topping which made it a complete waste of time and money. Service was also rude and seemingly annoyed that their shop was busy and made us wait outside. The pistachio Arancini was good but overall I would not recommend.

The food options are quite limited, but whatever you order you are in for a wonderful treat. The cafe area is quite tight with not a lot of space.

They put their card reader for tipping next to the actual card reader for paying! The tipping machine took a tip from me without my permission. Definitely a con, I m sure I m not the only person to come across this

the food, specially the pizza, is amazing! really delicious. however, go there if you are patient enough to stay in a long que for quite a while to get a chance to go inside a very small restaurant and after you get a seat next to the door which with every time opening, you freeze to death and your food get cold quickly! they are earning money, why are they not expanding?!

Pizza and coffee was fresh and great! Would have enjoyed if I get to dine in. Maybe for my next trip in Cambridge.

A cosy place to rest your legs after strolling around Cambridge. I really like the ambience this cafe gives. The menu are quite varies, from pastry, gelato, cake, and pizza. Vegetarian and vegan are available.

Great pizza, but certain staff need to be trained in customer service. Passive aggressive and blunt upon arrival. The food however is very good, hence the long queues. The ordering system could be better.

Fabulous. Great coffee, amazing pistachio creme filled Cornetto (croissant). It was so great for a mid-morning break from Christmas shopping. We went back for a late lunch and post shopping bottle of wine, and the Spianata did not disappoint. I believe it will become a favourite coffee shop for us. Vegetarian options: Looked delicious, one of the group had a Melanzane Focaccia

Amazing Italian food in the heart of Cambridge. Nice atmosphere and great service as well.

Very nice food here, the spianata sandwich was massive and the arancini was nice too. The Italian deserts are done properly and all in all is a reasonable price for what you get. It s all self service at the till so you re queuing with take out people and it wasn t the friendliest either. We ended up sat downstairs near the toilet, they could probably improve the service and atmosphere but I was fine with the good food so have kept it at five stars.

Great! Authentic Sicilian food! The pizzas are delicious, and the focacias are delicious, the best. Both pizzas and focacias come in many varieties, where I recommend the parmigiana one. They have good prices, and the sizes are large. The dough is very crunchy and spongy at the same time. They also have desserts such as cakes or biscuits, panzerotto or cannolis. We loved it

The food is excellent, but the vegetarian options are limited. Finding somewhere to sit can be stressful as it is always so busy. Vegetarian options: Very limited selection but tasty.

Lots of pizzas to choose from, taste is good. My pizza was served with a wrong flavour, so I told the staff and he kindly waived the price for my dessert.
